Abstract

ABSTRACT  West Pasaman a palm oil producing region that is dominant in western Sumatra, in fact the result of oil palm does not make social conditions well aswith such circumstances, some palm oil growers do not make the condition better as a society. With such circumstances some peasant farmers inspiration to improve socio-economic conditions of farmers by establishing cooperative KPS named PIR - BUN ophir pioneering cooperative aims to improve the way sales of palm oil produced by farmers to increase welfare of smallholders who are in KanagarianLingkuangAuaPasaman west Pasaman district. The purpose of this study is to describe the background of the establishment of cooperative smallholders (PPP) pioneer, farmer cooperative businesses palm (PPP) pioneer, describes socioeconomic smallholders after the establishment of farmer cooperatives palm (PPP) company pioneering nucleus estates (PIR BUN)ophir tuft kec.Pasaman district.Pasaman west of the years 1991 to 2011.The method used in this paper is the historical method with the following steps : heuristic (collection of sources that need to be in writing), source criticism, and interpret facts, and set forth in writing the history of the so-called scientific historiography. Businesses PPP pioneer covers several business units, namely; weserda, savings and loans, transportation, services and other revenue in the form of bank fees, KJUB services, fees cooperation, Adm. power, Adm. new members, and Flowers Bank.Based on the research that has been done can be concluded that, pioneering PPP Pir Bun OphirKab.PasamanJambak West has been able to bring changes to the social conditions of smallholders and socio-economic conditions of smallholders better than before the cooperative. Keyword : Farmer Cooperative Palm

Abstract

ABSTRACT This thesis examines the role of Muhammadiyah in Nagari Air Bangis. Before the 1990s, very few people are capable of villages Air Bangis education. Villagers lack of knowledge about the Air Bangis education makes people especially Islamic education in running and embraced Islam is still tinged with mystical or superstitious. Muhammadiyah as an organization aimed at educating the nation are very concerned with what is experienced by the Nagari Air Bangis, With a hard struggle trying to advance education Muhammadiyah in nagari Air Bangis. It looks Muhammadiyah has been able to give birth to sons and daughters of the Air Bangis villages intelligent and virtuous noble character. Therefore this study aims to explain how the role of Muhammadiyah in Air Bangis. It can be concluded that the role of Muhammadiyah in Nagari Air Bangis immense. Schools and teaching that has been established by Muhammadiyah has been able to advance the Air Bangis villages, both in the fields of education, religion and social.    Keywords: Role, Muhammadiyah, Education, Air Bangis

Abstract

ABSTRAKHengki Perdana ( 08020115 ) : Muhammadiyah Orphanage Ketaping development chief Ambacang Market District Kuranji Field 1966 - 2010 " , essay Educational Studies Program History Social Science Education Department at the High School of Teaching and Educational Studies ( STKIP ) PGRI West Sumatra Padang, 2013         The present study investigates the process of establishment of Muhammadiyah orphanage Ketaping Started by Muhammad Sidiq desire to establish an orphanage because Muhammad Sidiq not have children , so it holds waqf land to build an orphanage. Initial limitation of this study is the year 1966 at the founding of Muhammadiyah Orphanage Ketaping . Final limitation of this writing in 2010 for this status by year Muhammmadiyah Ketaping orphanage suffered under the leadership Abuzar development . method used preformance of this study is the historical method consists of heuristics , criticism , interpretation and historiography .         Based on the research that has been done is known to stand before Ketaping Muhammadiyah orphanage on 18 August 1966. Leadership that is Malin mang koto first , second leader Syoib Ibrahim , leader of the third Syamsuar Abuzar leadership while this experience very rapid growth . Children in the parlor derived from an orphan and waif . Abstract

ABSTRACT People Gold Mine in Nagari Koto Baru started in the open in 2003, where at that time people began to try other jobs in addition to farming which is the majority of people work in this area for the purpose of seeking other income as family subsistence. In the beginning of gold mining is done in the land of the people by the people who make a living on the side that ultimately made the principal livelihood because it can result in gold from the mine is better than the people who rely on income from agricultural income and plantation. The first aim of this thesis, describing gold mining Nagari Koto Baru second, describing the Socio-Economic Life Gold Mine Workers In Nagari Koto BaruSijunjung district during the years 2003-2013.The method used in this paper is the historical method with the following steps : Heuristics (collection of sources that need to be in writing), source criticism, and interpret the data, and then pour it in writing in the scientific history of the call with Historigrafi.Based on the research that has been carried on it can be concluded that, the gold mining activities in the people who run the society has been able to sustain the local economy, but not evenly. Abstract

ABSTRACTIndividuals and communities have different perceptions of the education, as well as in rice farming communities in general have a low educational background. In order to achieve a good education then this is a very important thing to know, because look at the extent to which the views or perceptions of rice farmers and community participation towards their childs education. The purpose of this study was to determine the socio-economic situation and describe Rice Farmers Society Perception and Participation Rice Farmers Against Children Education in Kenagarian Koto Hilalang lemur Solok district. The research conducted by using qualitative research methods, the data obtained by observation and interviews, while data analysis is done in 3 ways, namely, reduction (filtering the data as required), tabulation (grouping the answers into the form of a table) and Conclusion (writing the analysis into form of research). The results that First : Public Perception Rice Farmers Against Children Education in Koto Kenagarian Hilalang lemur Solok district , based on the level of public knowledge of the childs education is very good . This is evident from the level of knowledge of rice farming communities to education , the percentage reached 88 % of respondents . Second : Rice Farmers Society Participation in Koto Kenagarian Hilalang seen from the high sense of responsibility to contribute to society in their childrens education , both moral and material support . Such as rice farming community involvement with the school reached 95.2 % , taking the time to learn to control the development of the child reaches 76 % . And providing motivation or support to a child to school is 92 % . Third : Economic Social Life Masyarakaat Rice Farmers in Koto Kenagarian Hilalang lemur Solok district , seen against the backdrop of life in the economy generally they have a medium level down economy . This has always been an obstacle for farmers to continue their education . As seen from the income of the farmers are quite low , which is the average income of rice farmers in one harvest 4,200,000 ( Four Million Two Hundred Thousand) . In general, rice farmers trying to meet with their childrens school expenses for other businesses such as farming , animal husbandry and trad. Keywords: Perceptions, Participation, farming, Children Education, Society, economic.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This paper is a study of the socio economic describing the social and economic life of Javanese Ethnic in the Batu Gadang Village after the PT. Semen Padang displacing the Java Village that used to be near the factory Indarung I and is now a factory area Indarung II to Indarung V. The purpose of this research is to explain the background of the arrival of Javanese Ethnic in the PT. Semen Padang Mining Batu Gadang Village Lubuk Kilangan District Padang, and describe the socio economic life of the community in the area of Java Ethnic PT. Semen Padang Mining Batu Gadang Village Lubuk Kilangan District Padang Year 1970-1998. This thesis uses a historical method consists of four stages . The first phase of the heuristic, the second phase is the source of criticism, the third stage is the interpretation of the facts, and the fourth stage is to do the writing in the form of scientific papers in the form of thesis. The result showed that the social conditions in the area of Java Ethnic PT . Semen Padang Mining Batu Gadang Village Lubuk Kilangan District Padang is very good , cohesiveness and mutual respect is a fundamental principle for them in life, not only against fellow Javanese Ethnic, Minang Ethnic as it is against the natives. Public relations is seen by the formation of an association named “Tri Mulyo Mulyo”. While the economic life of the people are Javanese Ethnic in the middle class because many of them already have their own business, either in the field or home based business industry. From the results of this study concluded that Javanese Ethnic in Batu GadangVillage is a minority, but they can carry out their role properly in everyday life . Social life and high morale, diligent, efficient, and creative, they are able to develop to meet social and economic demands.     Keywords: Javanese Ethnic, Mining, Social Economic Life

Abstract

ABSTRACT This thesis study about the development Muslim Boarding School Pembangunan Pulau Punjung Kabupaten Dharmasraya (1952-2004). The wole problem in this thesis is about the history, condition, development and the factors that influence of the development of muslim boarding school Pembangunan Pulau Punjung. In generally the purpose of this research is to uncover the education’s development of muslim boarding school Pembangunan Pulau Punjung since 1952 until 2004, mean while the specific purpose is to describe the development of muslim boarding school Pembangunan Pulau Punjung since 1952-2004. The method of this research is the history method which the phases below, heuristic is collectiy the data. Interpretation is master about meaning and interpretation of the information that has collected, then historiografi is writing the  result of the research in scientific writing or thesis. The result of this research is the establisment Muslim boarding school Pembangunan Pulau Punjung motivated by the desire Hj. Rawiyana after she graduated her education in one of the school at Bukittinggi, that is Madrasah Tarbiyah Islamiyah to establish a school that Islamic. The purpose is to help the society to solved the problem in education. In 1952, Muslim Boarding School named Madrasah Tarbiyah Islamiyah with non formal education. In 1966 changed be Islamic of junior high school. In 1969 that establish of PGA, in 1978 PGA changed be MTS and MA and in 1983 establish the institute of Muslim Boarding School Pembangunan Pulau Punjung. In it’s development of muslim boarding school Pembangunan Pulau Punjung, in part of education although in buildings can not separate of help from the religion department, the foundation of Amal bakti Muslim Pancasila, society, and the leader of muslim boarding school. Darmawi struggle Patriot figure who contributed in the years 1945-1949 Padang worth exploring , because it deals with the history and played a role as a fighter , regardless of big or small the role played . The purpose of this study is 1 ) to describe the life history Darmawi , 2 ) describe the involvement Darmawi maintaining independence , 3 ) describe Darmawi role in maintaining independence .The method used in this study is the historical method is done by several stages . The first phase of the heuristic either collect the relevant data through library and interviews . Literature study authors obtained posts from history books or scientific papers while interviews were conducted with a character who knows about Darmawi and writers conduct interviews with Desiani , Mansoersami and Rashid . The second phase of source criticism is to do the testing data through internal and external criticism . The third phase of the interpretation of the data . The fourth stage is to describe the data in the form of a scientific paper .. Therefore Darmawi make resolute herself struggling to maintain the independence of Indonesia .Darmawi role in maintaining the independence of Indonesia was also very large , Diman Darmawi go spy on allies who want to enter into the city of bertempu rmelawan Padang.Darmawi also allied forces were about to attack Indonesia.

Abstract

ABSTRACTLow ability students understanding of the interpretation of facts is caused by various factors one of which is the process of teaching history is still a student information delivery is only able to make keeping in, the purpose of learning the history of one of them is to train students to think critically through the facts in the teaching of history. One effort to improve understanding of the interpretation of the facts in the model of teaching history through The Power Of Two. This study aimed to determine the effect of the application of The Power Of Two models of the learning outcomes of students in high school history Koto Baru Sma N 1 Dharmasraya. Benefits of this research is to encourage history teachers to innovate in using learning model that can improve the learning outcomes of students in finding their own historical core subject matter .This research is quantitative research, in which data is obtained through direct experimentation in class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1  Koto Baru Dharmasraya. The selection of the sample in this study was taken by Random Group assuming that each group has the ability to learn the history and customs of the same. Sampling was done by two classes, for the experimental class XI IPS 3 and a control class is class XI IPS 4.After a study found that the study results to interpret historical facts experimental achievement of a higher class than the control class. This is evident from the difference value of 8.34 posttest experimental class and the control class posttest score difference at 6.93 thus increasing learning outcomes interpretation of historical facts experimental class higher than the control class learning outcomes.From the analysis of the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the application of learning models The Power Of Two influential real significant impact on student learning outcomes in interpreting historical facts subject matter of class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Koto baru Dharmasraya.Keywords: Ienfluence­­ – The Power Of Two - Result study

Abstract

This writing is a study of thematic biography that describes the Djunir’s struggle at any time. Djunir’ struggle as a patriot who deserves to be traced, because it related with history and played a role as a fighter. The problem studied is how the life story of Djunir before he entered to military members and how Djunir’s struggle in defend the liberty from the republic of Indonesia in Kambang. The method used in this research is the historical method is done by several stages. The first stage is heuristic, heuristic is to collect relevant data either studies library or interview. Studies library, the writer obtained posts from history books or scientific papers while interviews conducted with some figures who know about Djunir’s struggle. The second stage is criticism source; criticism source is to do the data testing through internal and external criticism. The third stage is data interpretation. The fourth stage is historiography; historiography is the presentation of data in scientific papers thesis.The result of research showed that Djunir born from educated family and shoulders the traditional values and religions that exist in his region. Djunir study in the school that was founded by the Dutch, that called as school of the populace (SR). Since Indonesia was independent, the Dutch re-colonize Indonesia and also Kambang in south coast. From the result of research above, so we can conclude that djunir has a character to be member of BKR (People Security Agency) which is chaired by Lettu Sae Ahmad. Then follow to investigate the Dutch in several region such as, Koto Pulai area, Medan Baik and Kayu Gadang. Furthermore, Djunir believed by Lettu Sae Ahmad to be chairman of group to gather his friends to wage war in Marapalam area to drive out the Dutch Army.
