Abstract

Fishermen are people who live off the livelihood of marine products. In Indonesia, the fishermen usually dwelt on the outskirts of the beach or the ocean as well as coastal fishin g communities District of beheading Problem Ganting sand has long been dependent on the sea. Most of them live on dried fish processing business. Based on the phenomenon of the problem is formulated as follows: I. How dry fish processing business carried on fishing Sand Ganting District of beheading Problem South Coastal District of years I990 - 20 12? 2. How is the socio­ economic life of the fishing community after pursue the dry fish processing in Nagari Sand Ganting Problem beheaded Subdistrict South Coastal District? The purpose of this study was to see dried fish processing business in Kenagarian Sand Ganting, and changes in socio-economic change in the lives of the fishermen dried fish processing business is. This study uses historical research consists of the following four stages: (1). Heuristics, which collects a variety of information, either through written sources, as well as field interviews, (2). Source criticism is an activity to test the validity of the research data through external criticism and internal ciiticism, (3).   Interpretation,   ie,  activity   interpret   data,  and   analyzing  the  data  obtained,   and   (4).Historiography as lanmgkab tertakhir that tries to present the research  results in the form of a thesis. The results showed that the dried fish processing business starts intensively by fishermen Sand Ganting since the 1990s industry in the form of household (family), in which almost all the family members involved. Since 1990 the business development is quite rapid, evident from the increasing productioo and marketing area expanded . In the meantime, social and economic life of fishermen also increased. This is evident from the increase in their income from year to year, in addition to an increase in the education of children of fishermen , health level is getting better, which is accompanied by a more decent housing conditions, and lifestyle changes are more consumptive. Based on the research that has been done can disirnpulakan that, fishermen dried fish in Nagari Sand Ganting subdistrict beheaded Problem has been able to bring changes to the social and economic life, in comparison to the previous year.

Abstract

This  study  exposes  Muchtazar  M:  his  role  at  PR.RI   prior  time  in  Health Foundation (INKES) department 1956 - 1960. Moechta zar M was born on July 30" 1930 from the couple Muhammad Nur with Marcliah. B.orn in the ordinary family. The role of Moechtazar M in Health Foundation (INKES) was Technical Operation Units. The forgotten members ·of Health Foundation ,(lNKES) that makes b(!ckground to write Moecchtazar M biography at PRRI prior ti e and his role in the Health Foundation (INKES) 1956- 1960. This research uses historical method "vith steps. Heuristic, Sources Critical, and Intepretation. This study result shows that Moechtazar M role during in the Health Foundation (INKES) and joined with PMI undcrcommand of Capten Gunawan 1956 - 1960 that had an important role, during his concerning in the Health Foundation (INKES) be had successfully done his responsibility to serve people and nation. Moechtazar M gave new knowledge to people that were dulls at the colonialism era. The conclusion of this study is Moechtazar M was born in the ordinary family on the small village named Sungai Tarab in Batusangkar regency. His occupation was as a member of the Health Foundation (INKES) 1956 - 1960. He is a good figure and good to be followed for his discipline and high responsibility toward family and friends. He is also an alive witness for nows young generation who wants to know the West Sumatrans struggle in the colonialism to get the independence and after the independence struggle.

Abstract

The written is stuch as study of thematic biography which described about a Hero whose name was Zainuddin in that time. The battle of Zainuddin was known as patriot will be researched properly, because it is concerned with his history as a Hero. The issues will study a bout Zainuddin’s Biography before he became a soldier and his function in defend Indonesia’s Independent in Lubuk Minturun West Sumatera. The aim of this research is to describe Zainuddin play of role in defend Indonesian Nagari Lubuk minturun. The method that used in this research is History methods which is doing in some steps. First, Heuristik is collecting data that relevan as well as studying library in spite of. Interview in studying library, the writer gets lesson from some books and scholarly paper about History, and also interview has dome with some figures who knows about Zainuddin battle. the second part is, critical sources, means data test through both critical Internal and external. And the third one is Interprestation data. And also the fourth step is, Historiography provides in thesies from. The result of this research showed that Zainuddin was born from educated family with high etnic value and religy in this village. Zainuddin entered school which built by Dutch named” Proclamasi Indonesia’s” school when Indonesia, Dutch wanted to colonize Indonesia especially “ Lubuk Minturun Region” in “ Koto Tangah” Zainuddin had participate become a member of “ BKR ( Badan Keamanan Rakyat) who guided by Aji Lakon. Then he followed to investigated soldier of Dutc in some region like Koto Tangah region, Pauh and Tabing Linggar Jati Area and then Zainuddin was believed by Captain Aji Lakon to become a leader group I and Followed to recruit his comrade and colleague to against soldiers of Ducth in the Batang Anai with gerilya to get out the colonial, Dutch.

Abstract

This thesis focuses on the social and cultural life of the people ofNias in Padang. Although as ethnic immigrants in the city of Padang, but their presence in  the  community  who  contributed  to Padang as that has opened up areas in the city of Padang. Ethnic Nias in Padang lot to contribute to the progress of the city of Padang, where their presence opens up new areas in the city of Padang. Writing this thesis uses methods of social history, which connects ethnic Nias in Padang Minangkabau  society both from public life and relationships of cultural assimilation among  the  people  of  Nias  culture brought from the region of origin  with  the  community  in Minangkabau  culture. The method  used  in this study include, first stage of gathering resources (Heuristic), Second  stage  of  criticism  Source criticism both  internal  and external  criticism, three  stages of interpretation  in which  this phase commit an understanding of the sources to be studied, and the last stage of Historiography,  is the writing stage of research re<;.;u s. The source used is a source of primary and secondary sources. Abstract

The background of this research is about learning process of IPS (history) that is still from the teachers’ material, the students only listen the teacher in front of class. Otherwise, there are not least variation media and strategy in teaching process in order to the students can understand and active in the class. This case caused low score of IPS lesson at class VII SMPN 17 Padang year 2013/2014. One of strategy can improve the students’ score which applying learning model for Question Students Have type where the purpose of the research is to know the students’ score with applying learning model for Question Students Have type is more good method than the students’ score by using speak up method in the class VII SMPN 17 Padang.This research is experiment research, this research is done in SMPN 17 Padang mount April – May two semester year 2013/2014. The population of the research is all of the students at VII SMPN 17 Padang. Take of sampling is Total Sampling where is VII1 as experiment class and VII2 as control class. The result of the research show that the students’ score of IPS subject in experiment class more high than control class. Experiment class gets average grade of 87.08 meanwhile, control class gets average score of 67.78. Hypothesis test is with t test where can be got Tcalculate (2.84) > Ttable (1.67) in order to H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. In briefly, hypothesis is accepted. This case can be concluded that the different of the students’ score use learning model for Question Students Have type with full speak up in IPS (history) lesson at class VII SMPN 17 Padang. Experiment class gets 87.08 score more high than the students’ score in control class of 67.78 score. Applying of this strategy will help the students remember and develop their thinking and knowledge from learning model for Question Students Have type in teaching learning process at class.

Abstract

This research discusses about Yoserizal; Role of Islamic Department at Salido Kec. IV Jurai Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan (2000-2010). Writing is done because Yoserizal has big role in advance of Islamic education at Salido. The case is started from condition of children at Salido that does not have education and does not understand about religion. So, Yoserizal want to build free school and teach religion knowledge. Many challenges is building free school until now he success building Pesantren Al-Kasyaf that almost has three hundred person which come many countries at Sumatera Barat. The purpose of the research is to describe autobiography and family field Yoserizal in Islamic Education at Salido Kec. IV Jurai. The method that is used in the research is history method with heuristic (data collection), source critic, and showing the fact into general history writing that is called historiography. The result of the research shows that travel of Yoserizal from start until build the Pesantren Al-Kasyaf is not easy and many challenge happen that start from unlike society to him toward what he do. But he still patience, hope, and hard work, so Yoserizal success what he hope and give the information to society about the real religion. Now, Pesantren Al-Kasyaf gets appreciation and support from other part, because it can help children which not able to continue their education. Yoserizal give free to children from first enter until pass graduated. Based the result of research, it can be concluded that action of Yoserizal in Islamic Education at Salido is done toward some ways like building Pesantren Al-Kasyaf, following Islamic Organization and doing Islamiah Daqwah Program.

Abstract

This thesis talks about how Tuanku Syahruddin Katib Bandaro in developing Syattariyah ideology inPariaman especially in Korong Paingan Guguak Kuranji Hilir Village. This study needs to do, because we cansee his way in develop Syattariyah ideology. To easier this study, i wrote formulate the problem as follow : HowSyahruddin Tuanku Katib Bandaro role in developingislamic ways in general and developing Syattariyahideology in korong Paingan Guguak Kuranji Village Sunggai Limau Regency. Problem statement in this studyis how Tuanku Syahruddin Katib Bandaro role in developing Syattariyah ideology in Korong Paingan GuguakKuranji Hilir Village, Sungai Limau regency. The aim of this study is to see how Tuanku Syahruddin KatibBandaro Basa role in developing Syattariyah ideology. Study method that used is suitable with history methodthrough these steps : First, Heuristik is collecting soure data in interview in litaratom form, Second, sourecritique, is to trip the souries those had been collected througt internal and external critique. Third, interpretationis explaning facts by connecting the each fact that suitable with historical event that fourth Historiography ispresenting the result of study in thesis form. From the result of this study we know that Tuankun SyahruddinKatib Bandaro in developing Islamic way and developing Syattariyah ideology has important role in developingIslamic way and Syattariyah ideology by doing speech and retitation to congregation by buil Mata Air Mosquethat located in Kampung Tangah, Korong Paingan, Guguak Kuranji Hilir village as a worshiping place, speechand religion activity. Trough this Tuanku Syahruddin developing Syattariyah ideology.

Abstract

Background of the study was to reveal the social competence of integrated social studies teacher in Padang junior high school Adabiah. This is study aims to deterinine the social compefence of integrated in Padang junior high social studies teacher Adabiah qualitative research respondents in the study is the principal, vice-principal, teacher and student assemblies in Padang junior high school Adabiah fields of research data collection was conducted interviews and then the data is processed by an interactive analysis techniques the result showed that the social competence of teachers integrated social in Padang junior high school (1) integrated social studies teacher social competence in interacing degan students based on oral communication, writing and gusture, of the four theacher only two teachers who are less able to communicate with the students gesture. Using information and communication technology are furctionally integrated social sciences found that the teachers had difficulty in using information and communication technology as medium of learning activities communicate and interact effectively in general it can be concluded that the junior high school social studies teacher Adabiah able to communicate and get along with learners. (2) integrated social studies teacher social competence in integracing with cowokers fellow teachers can not communicate ewees using information and communication technology in general functionally integrated social studies teachers have difficulty in using communicate and interact effectively in general it can be concluded that the junior high school social studies teacher Adabiah can communicate with a fellow teacher colleagkes based on this study it can be concluded that the social competence of integrated social can be said to be less capable in social competence in oral written and cues using technology and communications funivctionality and communicate and interact effectively.

Abstract

This thesis examines the Yoharman: Wali Nagari Aia Manggih Kecamatan Lubuk Sikaping (2008-2013). The writing is done as a leader in Nagari Yoharman Aia Manggih. Yoharman career began as Youth Chief and was honored as a pioneer youth, then see how policies are made while in Wali Nagari until won numerous awards. This thesis aims to describe the life history and family environment and the role Yoharman, Yoharman for acting as Wali Nagari. The method used in this paper is the historical method with the following steps: : heuristic, Source criticism, then interpret the facts and poured into a form of writing called general history historiography. The results showed that: first Yoharman lifes journey is not easy, he had undergone ups and downs in his career but never discouraged Yoharman in carrying out all the work, support of the family never stopped making Yoharman always patient and enthusiastic in the face of everything. Based on the research that has been conducted, it can be concluded that, Yoharman policies during his tenure as Wali Nagari was successful because the programs planned by Yoharman can run either, and proof of the success of the program can still be felt to this day, such as the preservation of traditional arts continue to evolve, increase agricultural output with the aid of fertilizers and seeds, and improve public facilities and infrastructure to support the economy of the community by working with the relevant governments.

Abstract

 This thesis examined about the developing of the district of Tebo Jambi from the beginning. The district of Tebo which officially separated from district of Bungo in 1999 by publication of UU No 54 year 1999 about the form of district of Tebo and three other districts in Jambi. Besides, it W<f> also see the potential of Tebo and the development of Tebo after developing it into a district in social, culture and economics field that is three important fields to get social prosperity <f> the honorable goal of this developing. B<fled on the main problem above, the problems of the research are (a) what is the background problem of developing the district of Tebo in 1999 (b) how was the development of Tebo after developing in social, culture and economical field during 1999-2000. This research used historical method involving heuristic, source critics, analysis, synthesis, interpretation and historiography (the historical writing). First, the writer collected the data relating to research object by using two kinds of data namely primary data and secondary data The primary data is gotten by interviewing with sources and other sources, but the secondary data is gotten by library research. Second, it was done source critics to the data Third, analyze, synthesize, and interpret the data Fourth, the writer showed the research result in a form of thesis. The research result showed that the district ofhTebo is developed from Bungo on October 41 1999, so there was a movement in social, culture andeconomics field because the government started to focus on public prosperity. The developing of Tebo gave more effects toward Tebo society than other district society before the developing of Tebo. The social interaction act gave positive effects. In economics field, the society of Tebo had more progress. It could be seen from peoples houses and the roads. Furthermore, the district of Tebo is also rich of natural sources such as coal and petroleum.
