Abstract

The Islamic economic system in the specific characteristics, is very different from the othereconomic systems because it is as an integral part of Islamic system, and economic in Islam brings anequlibrium for individual and public interest, as well as it brings an individual freedom for economicactivities. In the effort of compliting its acknowledgment to economic freedom, Islam gives anauthority to the government to intervere in the fungsionalization of Islamic economic system. Itmeans that all matters which concern on the economic aspects, have been discussed in Islam. So thatit could be concluded that the regulation of economic in Islam, is absolutely complete. Therefore, theapplication of Islamic economic system in the social order of community's economy probably wouldbring prosperity and benefit for community itself.

Abstract

Abstract: Nowaday, there are two strategic perspective in the industialization, that are import subtitution strategic with structural perpective (Sosialism) and eksport promotion strategic with liberal perspective (Capitalism). Eventhough both of them have long been used by many countries, including Indonesia, but they have not been able to make them as the developed countries which have independence of industry and strong economic growth. This research aimed to get industrialization strategy with different perspectives, that is industrialization strategy model in Islamic perspective to create independently and strong economic growth. There are two stages in this research; the first stage is literature study to formulate the main concepts of the industrialization strategy in Islamic perspective. The second stage is to create a model of industrialization strategy ini Islamic perspective based on the formulation from the first stage. From this research showed that there are three goal of Islamic industrialization strategy they are independence, fulfillment of basic needs and defense. This research also can modeled two systems of industrialization strategy in Islamic perspective there are; the model of Industrial Funding Systems, and the model of Interaction between Resources, Industrial Type and Basic Necessities. Both models can describe the Islamic perspective of industrialization strategy in relation to independence, fulfillment of basic needs, and defense of a nation. Abstract

This article relooks at khiyar (the right to choose between continuing or aborting atransaction) that starts to be ignored in the current business world. It covers various forms ofkhiyar and the philosophy behind the concept. The importance of this right lies on the rule that atransaction has to accord with the principle of an tardhin (both parties are happy with a giventransaction). Khiyar is embedded in every transaction: it automatically applies. But our contempo-rary and more complex trade world moves towards the abandonment of this right to choose. Anindication of this is the often found store policy that reads an item that has been bought cannotbe returned. This is why a serious thinking is needed to keep the khiyar exist, so justice in anytransaction can be preserved.

Abstract

Al-Baihaky and al-Bazzar has narrated the hadith about "'Aqiqah after Adult." This hadith is not only famous among the scholars of hadith, but also on the part of Muslim society to exist among those who practice it, there are allow and do aqiqqah after adults, but some are rejected because they do not correspond to the meaning aqiqah itself. Aqiqah is the hair that grows on the head of the baby when born. Aqiqah also means the name of the slaughter of animals slaughtered for the newborn child. in terms the quality sanad of hadith is dlaif (weak). Then, why some jurists use these traditions to legitimize the permissibility of carrying out aqiqah as an adult? Or maybe the hadith hasan or even authentic quality. This question inspires the author to examine the hadith, whether authentic or dlaif? The findings of this study indicate that the quality is very dlaif and matan (the text of the report) contained irregularities..

Abstract

Sektor pariwisata merupakan salah satu program yang dibangun oleh pemerintah daerah dengan mempromosikan daerahnya yang ditunjukkan dari salah satu pembangunan wisata pinggiran Sungai Martapura pembangunan siring Piere Tendean, pembangunan menara pandang, pengadaan pasar terapung, pengadaan transportasi sungai dan pembangunan patung bekantan sebagai maskot Kalimantan Selatan. Tujuan dari pembangunan tersebut adalah peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat berpendapatan rendah baik masyarakat lokal maupun pedagang tradisional di sekitar pembangunan wisata tersebut, sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan ingin mengetahui dampak sebelum dan sesudah adanya pembangunan wisata tersebut bagi pendapatan masyarakat local dan pedagang tradisional. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dan di analisis secara deskriptif. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer yang diambil dari observasi, dokumentasi, metode Angket (kuesioner). Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Teknik analisa data menggunakan Uji t Sampel Berpasangan (Paired Sampel t Test). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perbedaan pendapatan masyarakat local dan pedagang tradisional sebelum dan sesudah adanya pembangunan wisata Piere Tendean. Dari hasil tersebut menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat lokal dan pedagang tradisional setelah pembangunan wisata pinggiran Sungai Martapura Piere Tendean.

Abstract

Abstract: Poverty is a multidimensional problem that can be caused by several reasons, generally causedby economic problems. From the survey results of BPS South Kalimantan per September 2014 wasrecorded that poverty in South Kalimantan Province is 4.68% (62.509 people) of South Kalimantanpopulation, 3.790.071 people. From these, especially the poor in the city of Banjarmasin recorded 28.59million people (11.66%). In addition to government programs to reduce poverty, one of the solutionsthat can be utilized in the perspective of Islam is zakat leverage, particularly productive zakat. Tomove this productive charity needs to be synergy and synchronization of the various parties, in this caseare: the Government, the Ministry of Religious Affairs, the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI), and theOrganization of the Islamic Religious including more specific ie BAZNAS. With the synergy and syn-chronization of the various parties, it is certain the collection and distribution of zakat, especiallyproductive zakat, would be more efficient and effective to support the prevention and alleviation ofpoverty and to achieve welfare for the people.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the influence of the marketing mix (X), whichconsists of four variables: product, price, promotion, and place, toward the customer satisfaction (Y).The result of the double linear regression shows that the marketing mix influences the satisfaction asmuch as 28,4%. Simultaneously, the marketing mix variables (product, price, promotion, and place)influence Halo postpaid card customer satisfaction in Amuntai. This phenomena is shown throughthe result value sig 0.000 which is smaller than the value ? 0,05. The result of the data analysis alsoshows that the promotion variable (X3) is the most dominant dimension/aspect which influences theHalo postpaid card customer satisfaction. This finding can be seen through the unstandardizedcoefficients value as much as 0,236 , standardized coefficients as much as 0,262, and also through the sig feeas much as 0,054.

Abstract

The focus of this article is to explore the practical concepts of local wisdom values in managing the budgets of Rural financing at Poringan Village in West Suli District of Luwu Regency. This study also highlights the inhibiting factors for the implementation of local wisdom values in managing the budget of rural financing. For such purposes, this research applies qualitative research that enables the analysis of field evidence-based data without the involvement of statistical and numeric analysis. This study found that there were three fundamental values of local wisdom practiced in the management of budgets of rural financing. The values were concepts related to adele (just), lempu (honest) and getting (persistent).

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of students satisfaction with the services of the Department of Islamic Economics toward students trust to the Department of Islamic Economics Faculty of Sharia and Islamic Economics at IAIN Antasari Banjarmasin, and the in? uence of the students trust to theservice of the Department of Islamic Economics with the desire of students to do word of mouth communication, as well as the in?uence of students satisfaction for services to the Department of Islamic Economics toward the desire to do word of mouth communication through students trust on the Department of Economic Syariah. The Method that is used in this research is quantitative method by using path analysis. Based on the research ?ndings and data analysis, it can be said that satisfaction with the services the Department of Economics student of Islamic belief of the student has signi?cant effect and there is also insigni? cant.Students trust to service of the Department of Islamic Economics with a desire to do word of mouth communication has a signi?cant in?uence. Students Satisfaction to do word of mouth communication has no signi? cant effect on all aspects.

Abstract

Studies on tax generally focus on factors related to willingness of tax payers to pay theirtaxes. The present research develops previous study models by adding two new variables. Thefirst one is perception on the taxing officers and the second one is criteria of complying taxpayers. This study also employs an underused theory, the theory of planned behavior. Based onthe data gathered from 150 respondents, this study confirms the theory. More specifically, theawareness of tax payers, good perception on the effectiveness of tax service system, and percep-tions on the criteria of complying tax payers positively influence the overall willingness to paytaxes. Meanwhile, perceptions on taxing officers and knowledge and understanding on tax regula-tions do not influence the willingness of personal tax payers to pay taxes.
