This study aims to determine the effect of studentsâ satisfaction with the services of the Department of Islamic Economics toward students trust to the Department of Islamic Economics Faculty of Sharia and Islamic Economics at IAIN Antasari Banjarmasin, and the inï¬ uence of the students trust to theservice of the Department of Islamic Economics with the desire of students to do word of mouth communication, as well as the inï¬uence of studentsâ satisfaction for services to the Department of Islamic Economics toward the desire to do word of mouth communication through students trust on the Department of Economic Syariah. The Method that is used in this research is quantitative method by using path analysis. Based on the research ï¬ndings and data analysis, it can be said that satisfaction with the services the Department of Economics student of Islamic belief of the student has signiï¬cant effect and there is also insigniï¬ cant.Students trust to service of the Department of Islamic Economics with a desire to do word of mouth communication has a signiï¬cant inï¬uence. Students Satisfaction to do word of mouth communication has no signiï¬ cant effect on all aspects.

Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) is one method measuring the gap of service quality attributes according to the consumer's perspective. The application of this method is important in the field of business services such as laundry because some people today are often unable to do daily routine work such as washing dirty clothes. Using laundry services is one solution. This study aims to assess service quality attributes which are divided into two sub-variables (functional quality and technical quality) through Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) in XYZ laundry service businesses. The number of respondents in this study was 72 people. The research questionnaire was distributed to all XYZ laundry customers from July to September 2018. The results of this study indicate that XYZ luandry business is recommended to prioritize service on good delivery of consumer goods, cut down on waiting time for service work, improve employee appearance and try to show business to help.

The aims of this research were to examine the effect of funtional quality and technical quality on customer satisfaction, and the effect of funtional quality, technical quality and customer satisfaction to word of mouth communication. This research have been conducted in Laundrynesia with 53 costumer on August 2018 as a respondent. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is used as data analysis techniques in this research. The results of the analysis prove that the variables funtional quality, technical quality have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. Funtional quality, technical quality and customer satisfaction have a significant influence too to word of mouth communication. All variable’s T-statistic value are greater than the normal t-distribution table (1,96). Funtional quality’s T-statistic value on customer satisfaction is 5,174. Technical quality’s T-statistic value on customer satisfaction is 4,753. Customer satisfaction’s T-statistic value on word of mouth communication is 10,538. Funtional quality’s T-statistic value on word of mouth communication is 3,639. Technical quality’s T-statistic value on word of mouth communication is 4,251.

Professional public services are needed by the public as customers of public services, including the Hajj service. This study intends to measure the level of satisfaction of pilgrims to the quality of Hajj services in the Ministry of Religion of Banjarmasin City in 1438 H / 2017 M using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The respondents of this study were 90 people. The results of this study indicated that the dimensions of responsiveness and assurance are the top priority for improvement. In addition there was a place of complaint for items scattered/missing goods congregation, employees/officers master the ins and outs of hajj and current issues in Saudi Arabia, fast and appropriate services in providing information on departure/calling congregation, giving health care to sick congregations, as well as facilities the complete practice of Hajj rituals were services attribute that must be improved in quality
