Abstract

Firman Alamsyah , Faculty of Economics, University of Samarinda August 17, 1945 " Effect of Incentives on Employee Performance in Coal Mining Department PT . Kaltim Prima Coal Sengata " .Work incentives is a tribute in the form of money given by companies to employees so that they work with high motivation and achievement in achieving corporate goals .Employee Incentive Scheme PT . KPC 2010 has been approved by shareholders and are happy that the incentives are available for 2010 may reach 600 % of base salary or more if some production targets are met , employees come to work regularly and work safely . Payable on a quarterly basis , the number can reach 150 % of basic salary for each kwartalnya , Improvement of such a large number of incentives in 2010 reflects the philosophy of the new shareholders to give a larger share to the employees motivatedThe hypothesis that the writer can convey is suspected Are Incentives significant effect on the Effect of Incentives on Employee Performance in Coal Mining Department PT . Kaltim Prima Coal Sangatta , development can be seen the number of working hours (working hours ) of January 2009 through the end of June 2012 continues to increase .The analysis showed that the average ratio of employees of PT growth incentives . Kaltim Prima Coal dive outside banks of 2009 to second quarter of 2012 by using a uniform unit of measurement is used , then used the formula ( the formula ) , namely : ( tn - t n - 1 ) : t n - 1 with a unit of measurement percentage ( % ) . The results of the analysis of the growth of the quarter amounted to 10.21 % . The highest growth of 84.17 % incentive in the fourth quarter of 2010 - I 2011 . While incentives lowest growth in the first quarter - II 2003 amounted to -7.95 % . Average growth ratio of working hours of employees on Coal Mining Department PT . KPC Sangatta during the first quarter of 2009 - II 2012 is 4.73 % , the highest achieved growth in hours worked was 46.93 % in the fourth quarter of 2011 - the first of 2012, while the lowest pertumbuahn working hours amounted to -7.95 % in the first quarter - II in 2011 . By using linear regression analysis method , Y = a + bX , the value of the regression coefficient incentive variable ( X ) is equal to 0.248 , 0.885 and its constant is then obtained by the following linear regression equation : Y = 0.248 + 0.885 X. In the above can be interpreted any changes to variable incentives ( X ) has a positive effect on the impact of changes in working hours . The results of the analysis of the standardized coefficient incentive variable ( X ) is equal to 0.860 of the value of the standardized variables above, it can be stated that the response variable incentives have a positive effect on working hours / working spirit . Based on the above explanation , the hypothesis stated that incentives significantly influence employee morale in Heavy Equipment Maintenance PT . Kaltim Prima Coal Sengata is correct and acceptable .

Abstract

Data processing techniques in this study using computational calculation SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions ) because the program has a high enough statistical analysis capabilities as well as the data management system in a graphical environment using descriptive menus and simple dialog boxes , making it easy to understand how operation ( Lewis , 2007: 1 ) .Based on the research results , it can be concluded that the factors that are considered by customers in choosing products Simpeda savings on PT . Sengata Kaltim Bank Branch , which consists of product value factors , value of service , personnel value , and the value of the image . It is proven based on the results of a questionnaire in which the respondents chose the answer " Yes " to have higher numbers than the answer " No" to these four factors .Among the four factors studied, the factors most dominant product value is a consideration in choosing a savings Simpeda customers at PT . Kaltim Bank Branch Sengata . It is shown that the grouping of the results of the product value factor has a value of "Yes " is the highest among the four factors, as much as 281 answers " Yes " that focuses on the administrative requirements are easy account opening so that the respondents chose Simpeda savings products .

Abstract

MUHAMMAD RAFI’I, “Analisis Kebutuhan Tenaga Penjualan Chitato Pada CV. Yova Bersaudara Samarinda.” dibawah bimbingan ibu Prof. Dr. Theresia Militina, SE,MSi dan Drs. Adi Suroso,MM.CV. Yova Bersaudara Samarinda adalah salah satu distribotor produk barang-barang konsumsi seperti : Chitato, Chiki Ball, j zet, Chetos Net, Qtela, Lays, dan lain sebagainnya, di pasarkan seluruh Samarinda dan sekitarnnya tenaga penjualan yang digunakan perusahaan sebanyak 7 (tujuh) orang untuk sales chitato. Karena banyaknya pesanan konsumen atau agen agen penjualan perusahaan sering mengalami keterlabatan pengiriman penentuan jumlah tenaga penjual, sampai saat  yang ideal bagi perusahaan.Metode analisis yang akan digunakan adalah pemecahan masalah dan menjawab hipotesis yang penulis kemukakan adalah metode potensipenjualan least square, metode ini digunakan untuk menetukan jumlah tenaga penjual dengan berpatokan dan juga didasarkan pada tingkat perputaran tenaga penjual yang dinyatakan dalam persentasie serta tingkat produktivitas yang ditargetkan untuk setiap salesmen atau tenaga penjual dalam tiap penjual.Hasil analisis menunjukan;Tahun 2013 junmlah penjual (salesmen) yang dianggap sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan sebanyak 9 (sembilan). Tenaga penjual yang digunakan sekarang ini hanya berjumlah 7 (tujuh) orang maka perlu ditambah 2 (dua) orang lagi agar dapat melaksanakan kegiatan penjualan sesuai dengan potensi pada tahun tersebut.Tahun 2014 tidak di perlukan penambahan tenaga penjual.Tahun 2015 kebutuhan tenaga penjual perlu ditambah 1 (satu) orang lagi menjadi 10 (sepuluh) dengan anggapan produksi Penujualan tetap meningkat sama dengan keadaan sebelumnya.Kata Kunci : tenaga penjualaan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the significant influence of the variables consisting of incentive motivation and work environment on employee performance and determine which variables are the most dominant influence on the performance of employees at Tax Office Primary Samarinda.Work environment variables (X2) has a dominant influence on employee performance Samarinda Tax Office Primary T value for the greatest 3,638. Similarly, the value of the standardized beta coefficients 0,595 greater than the value of the standardized beta coefficients other variables.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan dari variabel motivasi yang terdiri dari insentif dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan serta mengetahui variabel yang berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Samarinda.Variabel lingkungan kerja (X2) mempunyai pengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Samarinda  karena nilai t hitungnya yang paling besar 3,638. Demikian juga nilai standardized coefficients betanya 0,595 lebih besar dari nilai standardized coefficients beta variable lainnya.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sistem pengendalian intern piutang dagang serta mengetahui kendala atau hambatan sistem pengendalian intern piutang dagang pada CV. Media Abadi Jaya Di Sangatta. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama 3 Bulan       ( bulan April sampai dengan juni 2013 ) pada CV.Media Abadi Jaya di Sangatta, yang berkaitan dengan pengendalian intern piutang dagang. Kegiatan penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu : Studi pustaka, observasi lapangan, wawancara, dokumentasi, pendataan dan analisis. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian meliputi : gambaran umum perusahaan, struktur organisasi dan jawaban responden. Alat Analisis digunakan teknik deskriptif/ Analisis  perbandingan yaitu membandingkan antara sistem pengendalian intern piutang dagang yang diterapkan oleh CV. Media Abadi Jaya, dengan sistem pengendalian intern piutang Dagang.Hasil analisis menyebutkan hasil quesioner dari 12 item pertanyaan terjawab 11 item = 92 % dan tidak terjawab 1 item = 8 % ini berarti sistem pengendalian intern dilaksanakan perusahaan sudah sesuai unsur – unsur pengendalian intern.

Abstract

           The purpose of this study to determine the level of customer satisfaction in terms of service include reliability, responsiveness, empathy, assurance and real form provided by the Hotel MS in Sangatta.Penelitian held for 3 Months ( April to June 2013 ) at the Hotel MS in Sangatta,  with service to customer satisfaction in hotels MS in Sangatta. research conducted : The study of literature, field observations, interviews, documentation, file collection and analisis. File that  in the research include : an overview of the cooperative, and the organizational structure of the respondents' answers. analysis of file using multiple regression analysis with formula Y = a + b1X1 + b2X2 + b3X3 + b4X4 b5X5 + e.            The results obtained by the calculation of regression equation as follows : Y = 0.711 + 0.121X1 + 0.136X2 + 0.132X3 + 0.163X4 + 0.173X5From these equations can be explained that each coefficient b obtained a positive value, it means if each variable studied further enhanced, then together will affect customer satisfaction. If the variable reliability (X1) increased one percent, then increased 0,121 % customer satisfaction. If the response variable (X2) increased one percent, then increased 0.136 % customer satisfaction. If empathy variables (X3) increased one percent, then increased 0.132 % customer satisfaction . If the collateral variable (X4) increased one percent, then increased 0.163 % customer satisfaction. If the real form of the variable (X5) increased one percent, then increased 0.173 % customer satisfaction.

Abstract

PT. Asiadrill Bara Utama is a company engaged in drilling operations in the mining and petroleum industry-. Machinery and vehicles needed funds in large numbers because of the existence of a project done in a variety of locations. To support the project activities in the Sanga-Sanga company will add cars to the type of Ford Ranger 4x4 Single cabin MT using 2.2-liter turbo diesel engine which is powerful.The problem in this paper is whether the ownership of the vehicle Ford Ranger PT. Asiadrill Bara Utama is leasing more profitable than bank debt with car ownership hypothesis Ford Ranger 4x4 Single cabin using lease financing will be favorable when compared with the use of debt financing Bank.Analysis tool used is the use of leasing and NPV NPV using bank debt. The results: Berdasarkah IRR calculation results with Disconto estimates by 5% and 10% obtained NPV1 of Rp. And NPV2 Rp 11,069,199.00 - 21,529,458.00, the obtained value of IRR is 19.48%Hypothesis is accepted because the NPV using the leasing of Rp. 148,536,273.60 less than the NPV using a bank loan of Rp. 245.251.811.69.Thus, the company may choose to use the services of the project Leasing company.

Abstract

The influence of brand awareness toward purchasing decisions of Ertiga Car in PT Samekarindo Indah Samarinda. The purpose of this research is to investigate the influence of brand awareness, perceived quality, brand association, and brand loyalty toward purchasing decisions. This research was conducted on the consumer or the owner of Suzuki Ertiga Car in PT Samekarindo Indah Samarinda, and the number of samples are determined 100 respondents using accidental sampling method. The analytical method used is the quantitative.. Where (Y) is the purchase decision variables, (X1) is brand awareness, (X2) is perceived quality, (X3) is brand association, and (X4) is brand loyalty. Hypothesis testing using the t-test indicates that the four independent variable found to influence the purchase dependent variable, then using F-test can be known that the four variable are well deserved to test the purchase decision dependent variable. The Adjusted R Square value 0.538 showed that 53,8% of purchase decision variation can be explained by the four independent variables in the regression equation, while the rest of 46.2% is explained by other variables outside of the four variables used in this study

Abstract

Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 53 Tahun 2010 Tentang  Disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil dan Peraturan Kepala BKN Nomor 21 Tahun 2010 Tentang Ketentuan Pelaksanaan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 53 Tahun 2010 Tentang  Disiplin Pegawai Negeri Sipil.Tujuan Penelitian adalah mengetahui variable Motivasi dan Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pegawai Pada  Kantor Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN) Kota Samarinda.Berdasarkan analisis data korelasi (R) sebesar 0,953, hubungan antara variabel motivasi dan gaya kepemimpinan erat dengan disiplin kerja pegawai pada  kantor Badan Narkotika Nasional (BNN) Kota Samarinda,  ditunjukkan oleh nilai koreasi (R) sebesar 0,953 > 0,5. Nilai R2 adalah 0,909, berarti model regresi linier berganda secara bersama-sama memberikan kontribusi sebesar  90,9 %, dan sisanya 9,1 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lain.Uji F menunjukkan variabel motivasi dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai nilai F hasil perhitungan (observasi) 53,003 > tabel  distribusi F  4,14. Uji parsial variabel X1 = 85,1 % lebih besar dari variabel X2 sebesar 45,3 %.

Abstract

The purpose this research is to determine the profitability growth refill mineral water on Siska business. The research was conducted for 1 month (May to June 2013) on the Business Siska in Sangatta, relating to profitability in 2012 compared to 2011. Research activities carried out are: literature study, field observations, interviews, documentation, data collection and analysis. Data collected in the study covers: Overview of firms, the cost of production, profit and loss, sales policy. Data analysis instrument use rentbility Ratio Analysis covers: Profit Margin, Net Profit Margin, Return on Assets, Return on Equity and Return on Investment. Research results show profit margin = 21.23% in 2012 compared to 2011 = 14.59% 45.51% growth, net profit margin in 2012 = 15.93% 2011 = 10.94 compared to 45.61% growth, Return on Assets = 12.17% in 2012 compared to 2011 = 8.08% experienced growth of 50.62%, Return on Equity = 10.36 in 2012 compared to 2011 = 7.11% 45.71% growth and return on Investment = 9.13% in 2012 compared to 2011 = 6.06 50.66% growth.Â
