The aim of the research is to design a Geographic InformationSystem Help Home Livable Web Based On Social Department NorthBolaang Mongondow, the data collection process is expected to improve theeffectiveness and efficiency of information on appropriate housing to thecommunity. The method used in this research is descriptive method, isresearch which seeks to solve the problems that exist now systematicallybased on the existing data in a systematic, factual and accurate informationon the facts, nature and the relationship between the phenomenon understudy. To test this system using white box testing by selecting the modules ofthe web to be converted into a flowchart and then flow graph calculatedafter CC (Cyclometer Complexity) and Black box testing to obtain the testresults are correct. Based on test results, we concluded that theGeographical Information System Web-Based Help Home Livable canimprove the effectiveness and efficiency of the process of providinginformation on appropriate housing to the community.

Kondisi perekonomian suatu negara dapat mengalami suatu fluktuasi dari tahun ke tahun yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal maupun faktor eksternal perekonomian itu sendiri, sehingga ketidakstabilan yang dirasakan dapat mem-pengaruhi perilaku para pasar modal dalam menganalisis dan memprediksi pen-dapatannya. Data Time series khususnya pada kasus data bursa saham, data keuangan, dan data ekonomi, umumnya mempunyai model tertentu karena adanya suatu kondisi heteroskedastisitas, hal ini disebabkan adanya sifat volatilitas dalam datanya. Salah satu model yang sesuai untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut adalah model ARCH-GARCH. Namun dalam kenyataanya model ARCH-GARCH tersebut tidak mampu mendeteksi pergerakan fluktuasi harga saham yang naik turun sehingga ada kesulitan bagi seorang investor untuk melakukan tindakan membeli atau menjual terhadap suatu saham. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, maka akan digunakan model EGARCH yang merupakan perluasan dari model GARCH. Model EGARCH selain memperhatikan tinggi rendahnya fluktuasi dari return juga dapat mendeteksi nilai positif-negatif dari return. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa pemodelan data dengan memperhatikan fluktuasi yang bernilai positif-negatif dan tinggi-rendah menghasilkan model yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan model yang memperhatikan fluktuasi yang tinngi-rendah.

This research about study sighting of fasility and laboratorymanagement of Natural Sciences. at level of Madrasah Tsanawiyah(MTS) Se-Kabupaten Jeneponto. This formula research internal issueis (1) What is the equipment of laboratory facilities and basic facilitiesof Natural Sciences. by school of madrasah se-Kabupaten Jenepontofulfill minimum standard which specified by Institute StandardNational Education?; ( 2) How is laboratory management of NaturalSciences by existing MTS se-Kabupaten Jeneponto?; This researchhave been conducted with a few method intake of data that isobservation, admission filling of enquette, direct interview anddocumentation photograph result of survey. Data analysis in thisresearch is used analytic descriptive method that is intake ofquantitative data, then analysed descriptive statistically.Result of research obtained that (1) laboratory facilities and basicfacilities of natural sciences by the school of madrasah MTS se-Kabupaten Jeneponto not yet fulfilled minimum standard whichspecified by Institute Standard National Education and not yet ismaximal of management performance meanly; ( 2) Laboratorymanagement system of natural sciences by existing MTs obtainedmeanly assess the understanding of interest standard lead laboratorythat is 3,14 namely good category, but application in streamliningactivity of management of laboratory not yet maximal and not yetaccording of attainment goals.

Semantic Web is a set of technologies, which allows the computer to understand the meaning of information based on metadata, which is information about information. The semantic web is a vision of Tim Berners-Lee to make the web a meaningful resource data. This can be realized by using the infrastructure that is defined by the working group at the W3C (World Wide Web Consortium), the Resource Description Framework (RDF). RDF consists of three compositions, namely the subject, predicate and object. Subject and object is an entity which is indicated by the text. While the title is a composition that explains the point of view that will be the subject described by other objects. So that the object or entries can be clearly explained and detailed, and in accordance with the wishes of users who give feedback. College libraries generally have to manage a collection of local (institutional repository) each such book, thesis, journals, research reports produced academic faculty. No exception in the Public Library of UIN Alauddin Makassar. However, from the observation of the researcher, the dissemination of information regarding the collection at the library not optimally managed, so that can lead to delays in the distribution of information regarding the collection to the public library. Implementing a searching tool that implement semantic web technology for the library, is one of solution that can be use to overcome such problem.

A research has been conducted to determine the contents of heavy metals Cu and Cd in the sediment of shallow sea water Buton Strait, Muna by using Atomic Absorption Specthrofotometric instrument. The results show that average contents of these metals in mg/Kg of dry sediment are Cu = 4,3 mg/Kg and Cd = 24,4 mg/Kg respectively. These results of Cu metal are lower than the threshold value that could given effect according to the manual of sediment quality from Febris and Werner,(1994), but results of Cd metal could be concluded that the values would be approach to the refference values. In other words, coastal environmental quality with the heavy metal in critical condition, until the special handle would be needed for reducing the accused of the metals.

otencies of rice commodity and arrange the business plan with Local Quatien (LQ) and feasibility analysis. Primer and secunder data were used. Location Quatient result show that agricultural sector in South Sulawesi especially on rice commodity were the basic sector/ the main priority, while feasibility analysis indicated, investment capital were needed for developing rice produc for trans island trading were Rp.1.380.500.000 with Rp. 185.237.000 of revenue each month and return on capital investment during 10 month. Expected, presenting the potencies and bussines plan document in order to develop the agribussines activities that could to attract the investors in carrying subsystems activities, upstream to downstream, so able to increase economics growth in South Sulawesi Province.

This research aimed to determine the effect on the intensity of the color of the walls in the room lighting. The method used is an experimental method using luxmeter measuring instrument that serves to measure the magnitude of the intensity of the lighting in the room. The research was done by determining a space in a house facing the east is the bedroom. The rooms were used size 3 × 3 m2; There are 1 piece window in the room; room door closed position during data collection; room made homogeneous color (one color). Lamp used was Phillips 8 watt, lamp position facing down. Colors used consists of white, yellow, pink, green and blue. color changes done alternately after the wall is cleaned first of the colors that have been used previously. The condition of the room at the time of data collection was made in four conditions that condition the lights on and the windows closed; the condition of the lights on and the windows open; the condition of the lights went out and the windows open, the condition of the lights went out and closed the window. Data were collected at 06: 00-22: 00 pm and the distance to the floor lamp was set at 2 m and 3 m. The results showed the largest to the smallest light intensity in a row consists of white (for a distance of 2 m light illumination intensity of 60 Lux, for a distance of 3 m by 53 Lux), the intensity of illumination on the yellow (56 Lux for a distance of 2 m and 54 Lux for a distance of 3 m), pink (for a distance of 2 m light illumination intensity of 42 Lux, for a distance of 3 m of 38 Lux), green (for a distance of 2 m light illumination intensity of 41 Lux, for a distance 3 m of 38 Lux), and blue (for a distance of 2 m light illumination intensity of 39.6 Lux, for a distance 3 m of 39 Lux). Greatest intensity obtained at the second condition that the light is on and the windows open.

The grocery industry at present experiencing a pretty tight competition, so it requires that producers are able to maintain and improve the quality of products produced in order to compete with its competitors in the market. One way to improve the quality of the resulting bread is to regulate the composition of the raw material for making the bread by means of a method of designing an experiment by taking into account the factors that influence or commonly called the Taguchi method.This research aims to find a combination of raw materials each level factors that produce the optimum quality characteristics by using the Taguchi method. The results of this research showed that the combination of factor levels wich produce the optimum quality characteristics of bread are a factor A (flour) at a level of 200 grams, the factor C (butter) at level 2 as much as 10 grams, and factor D (egg) at level 1 as 90 grams. Percent greatest contribution to the quality of bread as compared with other factors, namely 33.12%, 30.62% and 30.61%.

Presentation of data commonly used frequency tables, but for categorical data, the table used is the contingency table, it is a table in the form of rows and columns and can be used for two or more variables. As with the variable type of vehicle, age, and education level in the case of traffic accidents of Makassar in 2011. If the case stated in the table is included in the category of three-dimensional contingency table, then the appropriate analysis use is an analysis of the log linear analysis, it is techniques to determine the cause dependency category. The parameters of the log linear models estimated using Maximum Likelihood. Test used is the Goodness of Fit test aims to determine independence between variables with the statistical Chi-Square test or Likelihood Ratio. Furthermore, the selection of the best model using backward Elimination matode which basically uses the principle of hierarchy. In the estimation of log linear models for three-dimensional model has several estimators corresponding to such possible models: estimator for model (X, Y, Z) is ???? ????????????= ????????.. ????.????. ????..???? ????…2, then the other estimators in accordance with their respective models. The produced analysis of log linear analysis of traffic accidents in the city of Makassar in 2011 is a model of interaction between the types of vehicles with Last Education and age of the rider with driver education last driver.
