Abstract

The development of the use of the building of the Faculty of Science & Technology has increase in students, faculty and staff of the environment. Increased building user switha high frequency impact damage have been seen in some parts of the building. The existence of such defects as early as possible will require an analysis of building defects that would affectless than the maximum functionality on the performance of the building. If damage occurs early and do not get immediate attention and repair searly, it will cause further difficulties in handling. Study sites are in the laboratory building repair science & technology faculty. Descriptive analysis of the examination of damage that occurs in the components/ elements of the main building and the cause than try to find the appropriate repair system. Based on the study based on the standard of maintenances concluded that there is heavy damage on the ceiling and the lighten the plumbing, walls, columns and floors. System repair needs to be done on the ceiling and light repair on the part of besides ceiling. Repair epoxy injection method in mild and moderate damage, severe damage repacked concrete. The need for attention to some of the conditions of the building that has been damaged from the building by doing a real improvement in the not too long. This if left unchecked will affect other parts of the building are around.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan lahan secara garis besarnya dibagi atas duayaitu kawasan lindung dan kawasan budidaya. Kawasan lindungadalah wilayah yang ditetapkan dengan fungsi utama melindungikelestarian lingkungan hidup yang mencakup sumber daya alam dansumber daya buatan. Sementara kawasan budidaya merupakankawasan yang boleh diolah oleh masyarakat untuk memenuhikeperluan hidupnya. Pengawasan terhadap kelsetarian kawasanlindung dan budidaya perlu terus digalakkan untuk untukmempertahankan ruang terbuka hijau (RTH) guna menjagakeseimbangan keadaan iklim suatu kawasan khususnya di kawasanLuwu Utara. Luwu Utara merupakan salah satu daerah yang cukupberkembang di kawasan Indonesia bahagian timur. Hal ini ditandaidengan berbagai upaya pembangunan yang dilakukan di kawasantersebut. Pemerintah Kabupaten Luwu Utara senantiasa melakukanpembangunan guna meningkatkan kehidupan perekonomianmasyarakat, namun perlu diperhatikan agar selalu melakukanpembangunan yang berkelanjutan tanpa merusak lingkungan sepertipemanfaatan hutan lindung untuk keperluan industri, dan lain-lain.

Abstract

An investigation of the influence of extraction method on theantimicrobial activity of methanol extract of leaves of neem (Azhadirachtaindica Juss) against multiple microbes. This study aims to determine theextraction method that produces extracts that can provide the bestantimicrobial activity. Extraction methods used include maceration,soxhletasi, and reflux using methanol solvent. Tests conducted by inhibitionscreening test, the maceration method inhibits Staphylococcus aurus,thyposa Salmonella, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Streptococcus mutans,Vibrio sp, Escherichia coli, Bacillus Subtilis and Pseudomonas aeroginosa,whereas Staphylococcus aurus soxhlet method, thyposa Salmonella,Staphylococcus epidermidis, Streptococcus mutans, Vibrio sp, Escherichiacoli, and Pseudomonas aeroginosa, and reflux methods aurusStaphylococcus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Vibrio sp, Escherichia coli andPseudomonas aeroginosa. Minimum inhibitory concentration test, themethods of maceration, soxhlet and reflux in a row that the bacteriumEscherichia coli to produce 0.05%, 0.1%, and 0.2%, while the bacteriumStaphylococcus aureus, 0.05%, 0.2% and 0.2%. Minimum kill concentrationtest, the methods of maceration, reflux, and Soxhlet, respectively, namely thebacterium Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus produce 0.2%, 0.4%and 0.4%. Test medium agar diffusion method using Glucose Nutrient Agar(GNA). Antimicrobial activity test results show that the largest amount ofinhibition zone on the test bacteria Escherichia coli and Staphylococcusaureus maceration method.

Abstract

This research aim to to analyse the potency of each subdistrict region  and marketing prospect in Regency Morowali which can be developed as area agropolitan. Analysis method used[by assessment of availability and requirement iprastucture of pursuant to SPM, then calculating  regional potency according to subdistrict by LQ analyse, and determination analyse of klasifikasi subdistrict clasificated according to its development by using determination method of DPP in KTP2D that came from Department Kimraswil. This research Result, 10 subdistrict region from 13 subdistrict can be developed as region agropolitan. While according to development of area agropolitan as much 3 area covering development of area of agropolitan Bungku, Kolonodale And Beteleme.Supporting  the agropolitan area in Regency Morowali still be limited and non meaning that the concept cannot be conducted. Key word: region, resources, developed,agropolitan

Abstract

Uniform circular motion is one of the topic in the physics lesson, in the learning process is very closely related to the observation or experiment. To find out the static friction coefficient and kinetic friction coefficient in the uniform circular motion, we made measurement on angular velocity, position of objects , mass of objects, angle between rope and horizontal surface, and rope tension. Data obtained was analyzed to determine the relationship between these variables, static friction coefficient, and kinetic friction coefficient. Analysis of this data done in two ways: calculating using the equation related, and through reading the graphicrelationship between two variables we obtained a quite small difference results from those analysis.

Abstract

The curriculum is one component that has a strategic role in the education system. Curriculum on International Class Program UNM Faculty of Science, has studied the course material to the students as prospective educators to consider the needs of field-oriented learners, particularly RSBI. The purpose of this study was to: (i) conduct an assessment of ICP Curriculum, State University of Makassar with the Education Unit Level Curriculum RSBI junior in Makassar to know kerelevanannya, (ii) quantify the proportion of material Curriculum Education Unit RSBI junior teaching science in City Makassar contained in the curriculum ICP Faculty of Science, State University of Makassar. This research is ex post facto research with data collection techniques through the study documentation and interviews. Data analysis using matrix method and presented descriptively.The results showed that: (i) curriculum with the curriculum of the UNM Faculty ICP RSBI junior in Makassar is relevant, judging from the number of points of the subject / sub teaching science subject that is in the course materials based on ICP analysis performed relevance, (ii) that contains several courses subject / sub subject science teaching also has a fairly high points, reaching 33.3% in Basic Biology courses, and 31.4% in the high School Physics courses Practicum. Based on the interviews conducted, by the author of the given input to produce university educators with international class to send its students to perform practical field experience in junior RSBI..

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the effect of feed concentrate andthe urea molasses block (UMB) to hemoglobin beef cattle. Riset in SamataFarming Integrated Systems (FIS) Gowa Regency and Lab. IntegratedLivestock Product Technology, Faculty of Science and Technology UINAlauddin Makassar. The method used a randomized block design (RAK) with2 x 6 pattern, (T1; forage 70 + concentrate 30%), (T2; forage 70 + UMB30%), using as 12 heads of bali cattle. Data analysis using t-student. Theresults showed that the concentrate and the urea molasses block (UMB), wasnot significant (P> 0.05) to the hemoglobin value of beef cattle.

Abstract

This study aims    to  investigate   the factors affect the material and structure of the  house, and also the age of the building has a strong influence on the durability. Degradasi of Structure and house material not yet reached the simple house endurance standard    (20 year). So this research aim to identify the factor influencing durabilitas of structure and simple house material. This research take  house type 36 in Perumnas Bumi Tamalanrea, Chief Of Village Tamalanrea, Subdistrict Tamalanrea, Town Makassar. Population as much 2342 house and sampel selected in group as much 117 house from 18 block . Data analysed statistically in the form of tabulation traverse. Interpretation opened by joining analysis qualitative and kuntitatif of] scale ordinal. Result of Research show the Factor age of building have an effect on the strength to durabilitas. Keyword: structure, material, degradation

Abstract

Tulisan ini membuat tentang pengelompokan kecamatan berdasarkan faktor penyebab penduduk buta aksara di kabupaten Jeneponto dengan aplikasi analisis cluster. Jenis faktor yang mempengaruhi penduduk buta aksara yakni faktor ekonomi, budaya dan geografis.Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara survey melalui penggunaan kuesioner sebagai instrument penelitian. Sampel yang dilibatkan sebanyak 200 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampelnya Proporsional Random Sampling. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik Hierarchical. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang menyebabkan penduduk buta aksara yang paling banyak di Kabupaten Jeneponto yaitu faktor ekonomi di antara sebelas kecamatan. Adapun kecamatan yang paling banyak penduduk buta aksaranya yang disebabkan dari faktor ekonomi yakni kecamatan Binamu.

Abstract

The train is an alternative transportation mode provides both passenger and freight service because it has a large carrying capacity in units of the number of passengers or freight (ton), the use of energy-efficient, environmentally friendly as well as the needs of small land. This activity is intended to formulate policy and plan development of rail transport are integrated region in accordance with the pattern of traffic movement and Spatial Planning of South Sulawesi province. While the aim to determine the pattern of regional transportation road user movement, anticipating a high demand for transport services and thus require greater capacity, and the existence of alternative modes of transportation can be a good option for people to transport passengers and goods.Stats railways of South Sulawesi province region produces 3 corridors that cross the West, Central Crossing and East Cross. 3. Construction of the rail network in South Sulawesi region requires a very large cost, so the realization priority corridor segments Mamminasata and West Cross-Makassar Makassar-Pare-Pare and Bulukumba. Priority of railway construction is Mamminasata area as the first priority, Cross-Makassar-Pare-Pare second priority and third priority Makassar-Bulukumba.
