Abstract

This thesis discusses the detection of koi harpes virus (KHV) in koi carp (Cyprinus carpio L) Application Method Using the Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR). The purpose of this study is to determine the level of virus attacks causing harpesviridae group KHV Koi carp (Cyprinus carpio L.) using PCR applications in the Central Fish Karantian Hasanuddin Makassar. The research method used is descriptive with pictures PCR of Polaroid photographs. The results obtained with the results of attacks lightly infected 290 bp, the attack was infected with the results of 290 bp and 440 bp, with the result of severeinfection attack 290 bp 440 bp and 630 bp.

Abstract

In order to encourage the adoption of innovations biosecurity atlayer farmers, it requires an understanding of innovation adoptionbiosecurity layer and its influencing factors. This research aims to determineadoption of innovation level of biosecurity layer and its influencing factors.The Method is biosecurity weighting which consists of layer sourcesbiosecurity, disrupt animal biosecurity, guests and workers biosecurity, sickanimal biosecurity, feed biosecurity, waste biosecurity and egg cratesbiosecurity, while the adoption innovation influencing factors use infrensialstatistics with test F and t test. The Results show the innovation adoptionlevel of biosecurity layer are low in Sidrap on disrupt animal biosecurity asmany as 59 people or 67.82%, guests and workers biosecurity consists of 59people or 67.82%, while for the factors that influence the level of adoption ofinnovation is scale effort and behavior control. The conclusion is There aretwo factors that affect the level of adoption innovation layer in Sidrap, Thefirst is The Enhancement of adoption innovation biosecurity can be startedon a larger scale and the second is The ability to control his behavior.

Abstract

Hydrocephalus is disease that occurs resulting from disruptionthe flow of a liquid in the brain (a liquid serebro spinal) or accumulatedcerebrospinal fluid in the ventricles of cerebral , the subarachnoid space , orspace subdural. The disruption is causes the liquid the increase in manywhich then pressing brain tissue around it, especially nerve centers was vital. This research aims to devise an expert system that implements the methodof Certainty Factor ( CF ) is the value of certainty factors as the value ofclinical parameters given MYCIN to indicate the level of confidence is basedon the hypothesis that are affected by symptoms (evidence ) of a disease.Expert systems are designed based on the knowledge of specialists andassociated research on diseases Hydrocephalus is further applied on theexpert system by applying the method certainty factor whose output can beseen through the medium of a computer connected to the Internet network , itis intended to be known by the public to anticipate and know the earlysymptoms of the disease Hydrocephalus and the prevention and earlytreatment of the disease before it 's too late to be addressed.

Abstract

The calculus have introduce the real functions namely for all functions to map real number to the real number. Now, the explanation it not only to real number but the mapping of norm space that is a linier transformations, namely the mathematical sentences with the mapping of a vector space to the others. The purpose of this research are how to know the requirements a infinite matrices in order to be a like as transformations in the sequences space is the sequences space c0 to c0. Matrices An x m can be looked as linier transformation of Rm to Rn. So the functions can map to point (x1, x2, x3, …, xm) at Rm to a point (y1, y2, y3,…, yn) at Rn. The similarly, a matrices can be looked as linier transformation of the sequences space to the others provided that line and coloum matrices that infinite elements. In this case, matrices map the sequences (x1, x2, x3, …) to the sequences (y1, y2, y3,…). This matrices is a infinite matrices. There for, the infinite matricres must fulfill several requirements in order be linier transformations of the sequences space to the certain sequences space, that is the infinite matrices A = (ank)n≥1 (k certain) with a finite suprimum can be linier transformation of the sequences c0 to c0.

Abstract

Has been conducted research on the measurement of thethermal conductivity in the sample hollow Batako and batako sampleshas been filled rice husk. this research aimed to determine the effect oftemperature changes on two different sample types. In this researchfirst conducted calorific value calculation on two different sampletypes. Then performed the calculation of the conductivity value thenthe conductivity values obtained were compared with the theoreticalvalue of conductivity. Measurement of the temperature value must bechecked every 10 minutes for 6 hours per day within 12 days. Theresults showed that the role of rice husk in the heat absorption systemis very influential. The temperature batako Sample are not filled ricehusk increased faster than rice husk filled bricks so that the value ofthe temperature change will also affect which will affect thecalculation of calorific value. Value of temperature changes on hollowbatako smaller if compared with batako stuffed rice husk. Calculationof calorific value in the hollow batako samples obtained calorificvalues for the lamp 25 W of 18.339 J and batako samples were filledrice husks for lamp 25 W at 17.226 J. While the calorific value of thelamp 40 W for the sample is 28.839 A hollow batako and batakosamples were filled husks calorific value of 33.019 A. The conductivityvalues obtained in the two different types batako samples is 0.339W/moC or in other words equal to the value batako thermalconductivity according to the theory. Test values obtained greatermechanical stress on the batako samplefilled rice husk compared withhollow batako samples.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai perubahan bentuk penataanpermukiman di daerah tersebut yang awalnya terbentuk karena adanyaperbedaan strata kebangsawanan yang terjadi, namun dengan seiringnyaperkembangan zaman dan perubahan bentuk pemerintahan, sehinggapenataan permukiman pada daerah tersebutpun terjadi pergeseran atauperubahan.Tujuan penulisan karya ilmiah ini adalah untuk memberitahukankepada masyarakat bahwa strata kebangsawanan dapat mempengaruhipenataan permukiman suatu daerah, utamanya pada daerah yang masihkuat akan unsurkebangsawanan seperti di Sulawei Selatan contohnya di Kel.Bonto-Bonto Kec.Ma’rang Kab.Pangkep.Fenomena ini masih terlihat jelashingga sekarang, dimana seringkali kita menemukan beberapa nama orangyang menggunakan Andi dan Daeng sebagai gelar bangsawan dariketurunannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penulisan karyailmiah ini adalah kualitatif dengan cara melakukan wawancara secaralangsung kepada narasumber atau ahli sejarah di daerah tersebut,kemudian melakukan studi kepustakaan dengan mengumpulkan data danpencarian informasi melalui referensi literatureserta dengan menggunakanteknologi software ArcGIS untuk mengetahui perubahan bentuk kawasanbaik pada masa dulu maupun yang sekarang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian,kami mengetahui bahwa unsur kebangsawanan di Kel. Bonto-Bonto Kec.Ma’rang Kab.Pangkep ternyata sudah mulai terkikis karena semakinberkembangnya zaman dan karena berubahnya bentuk pemerintahan padadaerah tersebut, yang dulunya menggunakan bentuk pemerintahan kerajaankemudian berubah menjadi bentuk pemerintahan liberal seperti sekarangini.

Abstract

Has done research on the isolation and identification of compounds alkaloids contained in the komfrey (Symphytum officinale L.) from Toraja. The aim of this research is to determine alkaloid contained in komfrey with infra red spectrophotometry the results from two dimensional thin layer Chromatography a fraction using silica gel GF254 stationary phase and mobile phase chloroform: methanol (8:2) form a blue color staining with Rf value of 0.82 and a positive result is suspected alkaloids. From the results of identification using infrared spectroscopy, results show komfrey suspected to contain alkaloid compounds. mean 0,81 %.

Abstract

Indonesia is an archipelago with the level of risk of earthquakes is high enough, it is because the Indonesian archipelago was among four (4 ) active tectonic system. Region Minahasa is one of Indonesia is prone gempa. Arsitektur architectural wooden house on stilts, ie construction techniques that use the connection without nails or tools and materials other than wood connector.The purpose of this study was to determine the safety system of earthquake resistant buildings on the home stage of Manado wuloan aspect forms, layout, structure and construction as well as lingkungan. Kajian is done by comparing the descriptive standards and the fact the field. The results of the study stated that the Wuloan including earthquake-resistant houses stage because, of all the main frame of wooden beams Iron, each intertwined beams, the walls of the board it is not easy to crack or break and tested at the origin surrounded by volcanoes and frequent earthquakes.

Abstract

This study aimed to obtain accurate data on the geographic informationto determine the location of high school in Pohuwato. This application uses the PHPprogramming language and implemented in real time. The method used in thisresearch is descriptive research method with the stages of research that startedfrom: the stage of the analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation,evaluation, and maintenance. System testing methods used are White Box Testingand Black Box Testing. At the White Box Testing method, based on research resultsand flowgraph created flowchart of the data obtained. Flowchart examined, ie thesite selection process. From the results of calculations using White Box Testingmethod, the value of the calculation result Cyclomatic Complexity = 5, Region = 5,and Independent Path = 5 who have met the eligibility requirements in terms ofsoftware. While the results of testing using the Black Box Testing method, the valueof measuring the level of ease, speed information, as well as the accuracy of thedata in order to meet the eligibility requirements in the application of the system.
