Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih rendahnya jumlah pengunjung rumah baca Al-syajarah akibat ketidaktahuan masyarakat, disertai dengan mahalnya biaya promosi di media cetak dan televisi, dan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi dan informasi yang dapat menjangkau tempat yang luas. Karena itu pada dibuat website untuk rumah baca Al-syajarah di Padang, sebagai media promosi agar dapat menarik minat masyarakat untuk berkunjung ke rumah baca tersebut. Penelitian ini berupa penelitian pengembangan, dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Adapaun prosedur penelitian meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan model, pengembangan produk, dan uji coba lapangan. Hasil akhir penelitian ini berupa website rumah baca Al-syajarah yang ternyata dapat meningkatkan eksistensi dan mempopulerkan rumah baca tersebut ke masyarakat di kota Padang. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan semakin bertambahnya jumlah pengunjung dari waktu ke waktu

Abstract

Research into local community knowledge is very important to provide medicinal plant data and can be used as a basis for further research. Usnea is a genus of lichen that is used by Indonesian people in traditional medicine. The people knows Usnea  as Kayu Angin.  The aim of this study was to record the use of the species of the genus Usnea as traditional herbal medicines in Jakarta’s  tradisional market.  The study was a part of a project called Hibah Dosen Pemula (PDP) RISTEKDIKTI. Respondents were interviewed using a semi-structured questionnaire . Data were descriptively analyzed based on exploration results and interviews with respondents. The result showed 14 species of Usnea  had been founded and were used to treat  different ailments. The collection of data and information about the use of Usnea in Jakarta’s  tradisional market was firstly recorded and expected could be enriched Usnea data from Java.

Abstract

Solar energy is the most abundance energy source in the world. However, it is used only limited amount for energy conversion. Photovoltaics system is one method to harvest energy from the sun and convert it to electricity. In this research, the fresh and dried extract of organic dyes from Secang wood; Tarum leaves (Indigofera tinctoria) and Pacar Kuku leaves (lawsonia inermis L) are used as a sensitizer in solar cells. Results shows that efficiency of photovoltaic cells from fresh extract are higher than the dried one. The efficiency of fresh dyes from Secang, Tarum and Pacar Kuku are 1,26%; 0,74% and 0,21% respectively. Meanwhile, efficiency of dried extracts are 1,26%; 0,74% and 0,21% respectively.

Abstract

Development of a region intents to harmonize various activities, especially the use of space and resources to sustain community activities in accordance with regional development goals and objectives. Asiatic Pennywort (Centella asiatica) is an herbaceous that is commonly found in temperate and tropical swampy areas and has been utilized as a medicinal herb for centuries. Al Wahidah International, SDN. BHD., a Malaysian halal herbal product company, has been successfully developing a specific agricultural area of Asiatic Pennywort located in Penang, West Malaysia by establishing a system of collaboration between companies and farmers. The farm is located in Kayang Ramban (1 Ha, managed by 2 persons) and Ko Kelang (2.5 Ha, managed by 6 persons). The farm can produce up to 4 tonnes Asiatic Pennywort for one harvest or with a total 3.5 hectares farm can produce 16 tonnes. At the good-rainfall season, the farm can optimally harvest 4 times, while at the less-rainfall season can be 3 times every year. The yield of overall farm for 3 times a year harvesting could reach 48 tonnes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengelompokan kabupaten/kota di Sulawesi Selatan berdasarkan indikator kesehatan dengan menggunakan metode Average Linkage. Kondisi kesehatan di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan saat ini, masih terbatasnya jangkauan dan akses pelayanan kesehatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui daerah yang memiliki kemiripan karakteristik berdasarkan indikator kesehatan di Sulawesi Selatan. Terdapat beberapa metode yang dapat digunakan dalam pengelompokan, salah satunya analisis cluster Average Linkage. Dimana analisis cluster adalah salah satu teknik multivariat yang tujuan utamanya mengelompokkan objek berdasarkan karakteristik yang mereka miliki. Dari hasil penelitian, diperoleh bahwa daerah yang memiliki kemiripan karakteristik dari segi kesehatan di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan berdasarkan variabel yang digunakan dibentuk 4 cluster. Kabupaten/Kota pada cluster 4 yaitu Kota Palopo, cluster 3 terdiri dari 2 Kabupaten/Kota yaitu Kabupaten Tana Toraja dan Toraja Utara, dan cluster 2 hanya terdiri dari 1 Kabupaten/Kota yaitu Kabupaten Bulukumba. Adapun cluster 1 terdiri dari 20 Kabupaten/Kota yaitu semua Kabupaten/Kota kecuali Kabupaten Bulukumba, Tana Toraja, Toraja Utara dan Kota Palopo.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  letak kedalaman yang diduga terdapat akuifer air tanah dan pengaruh nilai tahanan jenis terhadap letak akuifer air tanah . Pengujian ini dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan sifat resistivitas lapisan batuan di dalam bumi dengan metode resistivity konfigurasi schlumberger yaitu dengan menginjeksikan arus listrik kedalam bumi lewat dua elektroda arus dan menghitung potensialnya dari kedua elektroda potensial. Jarak kedalaman yang dijangkau pada saat pengukuran adalah setengah dari jarak elektroda arus. Hasil  pembacaan dari berbagai jurnal diperoleh pendugaan sebaran akuifer air tanah berada pada lapisan batu pasir yang penyebarannya berbeda disetiap lokasi penelitian diduga berada pada kedalaman  >40m di wilayah Jayapura, >94m jorong Tampus Kangarian Ujung Gading, 30-90m kab. Jombang, 22-126m bandara Adi Soemarmo, 2-15 desa Sungai jati kalimantan Selatan, 10-59m desa Takuti kab. Banjar kalimantan Selatan, 127,76m wilayah Cepu Blora Jawa Tengah,6,5-40m desa Slamparejo Kec. Jabung Kab malang dan 1-22,30m kampus Tegal Boto universitas Jember. Semakin kecil nilai resestivitas lapisan batuan maka pendugaan ditemukannya akuifer air tanah semakin besar.

Abstract

Penulisan ini bertujuan mengungkap nilai-nilai budaya dalam teknologi PANRITA BOLA UGI dalam makna bahasa tentang peralatan, tipe dan bagian-bagian yang terdapat dalam komposisi rumah bugis. Dalam pembahasan digunakan Metode Kualitatif dalam tehknik yang digunakan metode pustaka dalam megelolah mengumpul data adalah dipadukan antara metode pustaka dan lapangan. Data lisan yang diperoleh dari informan yang memiliki pengetahuan tentang hal penulisan ini. Hasil penelitian dalam penulisan ini dikemukakan hal-hal yang bernilai: budaya dan makna yang terkait secara filosofi dengan pengetahuan dan tehknik pembuatan rumah. Tulisan ini berdasar pada teori dan rujukan dari tulisan terdahulu antara lain: Kebudayaan Bugis tentang tehknologi pembuatan rumah serta beberapa bentuk-bentuk rumah dari suku lain serta hasil wawancara dengan toko-toko serta orang memiliki keahlian dalam pembuatan rumah bugis berdasarkan pengetahuan pada lokasi penelitian daerah bugis.

Abstract

The research that refers to the characterization of carbonate reservoir to identify lithology and fluid had been done to the Baturaja Formation in South Sumatera Basin. The method used is analyzed of Amplitude Versus Offset (AVO) by utilizing the petrophysics parameter of Lambda Mu Rho (LMR) and Extended Elastic Impedance (EEI). The goal of the research is to find out the comparison of the application of petrophysics parameter LMR and EEI to characterization carbonate reservoir, besides finding a prospect location or proposed well. The result of data analysis of Al-Fatah well shows that the carbonate reservoir position with liquefied gas is located deeper around 350 meters with a thickness of around 7.62 meters. Interpretation of seismic from inversion result by using the petrophysics parameter of LMR and EEI shows the presence of a prospect location to the CDP 4253 up to 4301, which is carbonate reservoir with fluid accumulation (gas).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the behavior patterns of female hens and chicks (Gallus gallus-domesticus) in the natural environment. This type of research is descriptive exportative observing patterns of interaction between hens and chicks for 3 days in the morning, afternoon and evening. The study uses ad libitum sampling method. The tools used in the form of cameras and stationery while the materials needed are female hens and 3 chicks. Data was collected by means of observation using observation sheets and documentation tools. Data analysis using descriptive analysis techniques that describe the behavior patterns between the hen with the chick that appears during observation. the results of the study show what the behavior of the mother chickens and their offspring were interacting with. The most common behavior was to look for food, eat and drink, pay attention from the mother to the chicks, and ask for attention from the child to the mother hen. A step that was rarely seen was fighting, avoiding and sleeping.
