Abstract

Asumsi yang digunakan untuk statistik uji yang dikembangkan dalam menjawab soal atau tes adalah bahwa seorang peserta tes akan menjawab suatu butir pertanyaan dengan 3 kemungkinan yaitu peserta menjawab karena mengetahui, peserta menjawab tes dengan menebak, dan peserta menjawab tes karena menyalin jawaban dari peserta lain. Akan tetapi jika peserta tes tidak memiliki akses untuk menyontek maka peserta hanya akan memberikan jawaban dengan asumsi pertama dan kedua. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan beberapa metode yang dapat digunakan untuk mendeteksi kecurangan dalam hal ini copying answer. Artikel ini memaparkan secara teoritis metode yang dapat digunakan untuk mendeteksi indikasi copying answer diantaranya B-index, H-index, K-index, w-index, S1-index, dan S2 index.

Abstract

The existence of mangrove ecosystems in Pagatan Besar Village of Tanah Laut Regency provides benefits for a variety of fish and the surrounding waters. This study aims to identify the diversity of fish species from mangrove and coastal ecosystems in Pagatan Besar Village, Tanah Laut Regency. The research method use a survey methods and fishing use a purposive sampling based on the differences of habitat conditions. The parameters was measured including fish species, density, diversity index, evenness index, and similarity index. The results showed that found as many as 18 species of fish from the mangrove forest and even more from the coast (20 types). Belama fish (Argyrosomus sp.; Scienidae) is the type of fish most commonly found in the mangrove forests (31.31%) while on the coast are Klepes fish (Amblygaster leiogaster: Clupidae) with the value is 44.96%. The average abundance of fish from the mangrove forest is 66 individuals/m2 of fish nets) smaller than coastal fishing (94.17 individuals/m2 of fish nets). Diversity index of fish from the mangrove forest was 2.12 and from the coast is smaller (1.68). Evenness Index from mangrove forests is higher (1.68) compared to the coast (1.29). And the similarity index number of fish species in mangrove forests and coastal areas was 58.3%.

Abstract

Indonesia dikenal dengan kesuburan tanahnya. Berbagai jenis tanaman ditemukan di alam maupun dibudidayakan oleh masyarakat, salah satunya tanaman dari familia Rutaceae. Jumlah kromosom pada familia ini bervariasi yang menggambarkan karakteristik suatu genus. Modifikasi jumlah kromosom secara induksi arfisial mampu memproduksi spesies baru yang berpengaruh terhadap garis evolusi genus tersebut. Di sisi lain, variasi jumlah kromosom tersebut dapat dijadikan sebagai upaya perbaikan kualitas tanaman dalam rangka mengembangkan potensi dan produksi tanaman lokal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui cara pengolahan limbah organik pasar tradisional dengan pemanfaatan bakteri aktivator Effective Microorganism4 (EM4) dan untuk mengetahui kandungan limbah organic melalui pengujian X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di desa Bontobaddo, kab. Gowa dan Laboratorium Fisika di Science Building, Universitas Hasanuddin. Proses pengambilan data dilakukan melalui metode pengukuran langsung di lapangan dan metode eksperimen, prosesnya dimulai dengan mempersiapkan alat dan bahan, melakukan pengumpulan bahan baku yakni sampah organik dan kotoran sapi, kemudian melakukan pengomposan dengan menambahkan aktivator EM4 selama 10 hari dengan metode Anaerob, kemudian melakukan uji XRF untuk mengetahui kandungan kompos. Hasil penelitian diperoleh pH sebelum fermentasi masing pada sampel A, sampel B dan sampel C adalah 5.5, 5.5 dan 5.0. pH setelah fermentasi berturut turut pada sampel A, sampel B dan sampel C adalah 5.0, 5.0 dan 4.0. Kemudian suhu yang diperoleh dari hasil fermentasi yaitu sampel A 31oC, sampel B 29oC dan sampel C 28oC. Uji kelembaban yang diperoleh menunjukkan kompos bersifat basah. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji kandungan kompos menggunakan X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) diperoleh bahwa kompos hasil fermentasi anaerob dengan penambahan aktivator EM4 adalah Fe, K,Si, Ca dan P.

Abstract

Nowadays, study about digital society had been excessively done. This study could not be released by quickly developing innovation of technology in many flanks human life. Innovations of technology showed optimism and pessimism in various realm. The development of speed spaces expressed phenomenon moreover argumentation which sanctioning human ability to manage the technology that they were created. Therefore, this study tries to become disentangled technology development by using Michael Foucault’s conceptual framework for explaining algorithmic power subjects and algorithmic governmentality in digital society. This study used qualitative descriptive approach with document research method along with content analysis method from primary resource and secondary resource till this study can be able to answer questions which was the basis why this study shall be doing. The results of this research shows there are power relations among actors like country and global capitalism within constructing freedom fantasies and democracy on digital society. For creating submissive society, every power actors used development of technology to predict and control critical awareness of society pass through algorithmic subjects and governmentality. As expressed by Michael Foucault, technology had been created for power to dominate digital society and created normality in human life. This study was offering practical steps to critical people to formulate algorithmic governmentality in a way to build their own technology to transform specific goals achievement like happiness, purity and wisdom as well as perfection and eternity.

Abstract

Global warming is an issue that is currently often discussed by many people. One of the causes of global warming can be seen from the use of quite a lot of electrical energy in a building or building. This pressures the architects to play a role in designing a building that can save energy by paying attention and utilizing the surrounding climate conditions. Energy saving architecture is a concept that is offered to reduce excessive energy use. The object under study is the phinisi tower by collecting descriptive qualitative data. The purpose of this research is to find out the concept of applying energy saving phinisi towers that we can see with designs that make better use of climate in the context of natural ventilation.

Abstract

One of the companies engaged in beauty products is Millionaire Club Indonesia (MCI). The products offered are beauty products without chemicals and are certainly safe for women's bodies. The product is called Nano spray and Magic Stick. The MCI company applies a purchase order system in product marketing. So that the MCI company to stock the sales. Consumers can order in advance to get the goods. The purpose of this research is to find out the amount of fluctuation of Nano Spray and Magic Stick sales and to know the minimum purchase order of Nano Spray and Magic Stick in 2019 with mathematical modeling methods and linear programs. The results of the study are as follows: (1) There was a fluctuation (increase or decrease) in sales of Nano Spray and Magic Stick. Nano Spray sales are always more than Magic Stick sales. This proves that Nano Spray enthusiasts are more numerous than Magic Stick enthusiasts. Nano Spray and Magic Stick products, the most sales occurred in the month of 4 (April) and the lowest sales in the month of 12 (December). (2) The form of modeling to minimize Nano Spray and Magic Stick purchase orders in 2019 that is, for is the number of Nano Spray purchase orders in the month-to-month and is the number of Magic Stick purchase orders in the month-to-month. The minimum number of Nano Spray and Magic Stick purchase orders in 2019 is 15,552 units with the number of Nano Spray and Magic Stick purchase orders in 2019 respectively being 8337 units and 7215 units.

Abstract

This work was aimed to review not only variations and defenition of functional food as well as its positive impact on health but also diseases which correspond with poor diet and its correlation to certain health status, consumers’ attitude and perception on functional food and potential of food from farm-based become functional food.  There are 14 groups of bioactive as ingridient of food which have strong correlation toward status and sort of helath for instance, prebiotics and probiotics. As an effort to avoid the occurence of some diseases due to low nutrient diet, community development in terms of advocation and education play pivotal role on the impotance of functional food consumption. Yet, it is need support from local government as nearest authority to community and other stakeholders. Involving all stakelholders would be maximizing functional food production and it could be maintained its sustainability.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of Gracilaria gigas raw liquid organic fertilizer, eggshell and banana peel on the growth and production of mustard caisim plants and to find out the most optimal concentration on the growth and production of mustard greens .. Liquid organic fertilizer made with the composition of Gracilaria gigas 2.5 kg, egg shell 1 kg, banana peel 2.5 kg, water 8 liters, sugar 2 kg and EM4 1 liter. This study used four treatments with a concentration of each treatment that is 0% as control, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, for 30 days after the cabbage plant is treated. The design used in this study was a Completely Randomized Design consisting of 4 treatments with 6 replications. The results showed that administration of liquid organic fertilizer from Gracilaria gigas, eggshells and banana peels had a significant effect (p <0.05) on plant height, number of leaves, and wet weight of mustard greens. The conclusion generated in this study is the use of liquid organic fertilizer from Gracilaria gigas, egg shells and banana peel with a concentration of 10% can increase the growth and production of cabbage caisim plants well.

Abstract

Tekanan operasi pada sistem Rotating Filter dapat mempengaruhi laju aliran penyaringan. Seksi uji penelitian menggunakan dua silinder konsentris yang silinder bagian dalam berputar berfungsi sebagai membran. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh tekanan operasi terhadap laju aliran penyaringan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara mengubah tekanan masuk ke dalam seksi uji dengan mengatur gate valve pada Rotating filter. Gate valve digunakan untuk mengontrol variasi tekanan operasi sesuai yang divariasikan. Variasi tekanan operasi yaitu: 77 kPa, 70 kPa, 58 kPa, 47 kPa, dan 39 kPa dilakukan pada kondisi suhu campuran fluida 14oC. Porousitas membran yang digunakan 1 μm dengan debit umpan Qfeed = 0,2 gpm. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada tekanan 39 kPa: 6,661 L/m2.mnt, 47 kPa: 6,777 L/m2.mnt, 58 kPa; 6.864 L/m2.mnt, 70 kPa: 6.950 L/m2.mnt, 77 kPa: 7.066 L/m2.mnt. Laju aliran meningkat saat tekanan operasi naik dan menurun saat waktu penyaringan bertambah. Laju aliran bertambah karena tekanan operasi naik menyebabkan daya dorong meningkat sehingga jumlah partikel yang terhambat semakin sedikit. Sedangkan laju aliran menurun karena jumlah partikel semakin meningkat sehingga terjadi fouling/pengendapan yang dapat menyebabkan efisiensi membran menurun.
