Abstract

. This Research aim to to get picture until how far influence of addition of flour fill ox rumen in chicken ration of layers to eggs quality. Material which  used in this research is layer chickens of production phase amount to 48 tail, old age nine months, and strain super Harco C.P 306 coming from Glorious PT.Charoen Pokhpan  Farm, Jakarta. The Chicken looked after in 24 fairish each cage 1×0,5×1m made of cleft of bamboo which is width 2 cm lapped over with distance 1,5 - 2 cm. used to cage pallet consist of paddy chaff and of Slat. Location of chicken in cage done at random, where each;every cage filled two heads chicken equiped each one place eat and drink. Place eat and drink to be put down in such a manner in cage, so that each;every chicken get is same opportunity to eat and drink. giving of food done by ad-libitum. Fill ox rumen obtained from animal slaughter in Makassar. Device Attempt the used is Complete Random Device of Factorial Pattern 4 × 2 with thrice restating. First Factor is type of ransom, what consist of R-1 that is ransum without using flour fill ox rumen, R-2 is pregnant ransum 2,5 % flour fill ox rumen, R-3  is pregnant ransum 5 % flour fill ox rumen, R-4 is pregnant ransom 7,5 % flour fill ox rumen.. While both factor is cage pallet type which consist of Chaff Paddy and of Slat.Variables which measured in this research is thick  of eggs skin. Key words; egg–skin, ox rumen, ration..

Abstract

This research is aim to know the effect feeding of cloves powder (Syzygium aromaticum ) to the performans of the chickens. This research involved 84 broiler chickens that are divided into 4 (four) treatments by the addition of cloves powder of Syzygium aromaticum 0,5%, 0,75%, 1,0%, and 1,25% to the ration. Each treatment was repeated 3 (three) times. Each treatment contain 7 (seven) chickens. Performans that measured are feed consumption, body weight rate and carcas percentation. Data analysis using variance/anova of the Completely Randomized Design (CRD). These results indicate that the addition of cloves powder (Syzygium aromaticum) has no real effect of the Performans of the chickens (P>0,05).Keywords: Powder of Syzygium aromaticum, performans, feeding, broilers.

Abstract

Agriculture paradigm which during the time still more amount base on by economic neo-klasik strength. Paradigm which see agriculture as economic activity produce, needing a number of factors production to yield the certain production amount. Agriculture system  have continuation to agriculture system which not destroy the nature, balancing and environmental continuity. In this context, continueing agriculture is resources management not only succes in fulfilling requirement of human being food, but also maintain or preserve the experienced resource. So sustainable syatem is agriculture system which not merely addressed in fulfilling requirement of human being food, but also maintain or preserve the experienced resource. Abstract

Isolation and identification of secondary metabolites from CH2Cl2 extract of the leaves of Artocarpus fretessi Hassk plant had been performed. Separation techniques used consisted of extraction, fractionation, and purification. The classes of compounds obtained were tested and elucidated based on UV and IR spectroscopy data. Abstract

Red Snapper (Lutjanus sp) fish bone was product from red snapper fillet processing which had not been used optimal. The utilisation of fresh red snapper fishbone to produce gelatine has not been frequently performed. The research aimed to produce gelatine out of the red snapper fishbone  waste and determine the best condition of pH and temperature for the extraction with acid method. The result showed that the soaking in citrid acid solution with pH  3, a seven day soaking period and a temperature 90oC were  the best treatment condition of all. Under this condition gave 10,02% yield with viscosity 7 centipoises, pH 6,7 and gel strength 81,08 bloom, which fulfils the Tourtellote standard.

Abstract

This paper discusses the methods of algebraic functions on the settlement limit of indeterminate forms. Limit is a mathematical method used to describe the effect of variable functions move closer to a point on a particular function. The goal is to determine the specific characteristics of the methods of algebraic functions on the settlement limit of indeterminate forms. The methods used is a special method that consists of factoring methods, methods of multiplication herd, and the division with the highest rank method, and the method of L Hopital. By using the methods mentioned above, then we obtain the specific characteristics of the methods of algebraic functions settlement limit on the indeterminate form are 1. Factoring methods: (a) The numerator is the result of squaring the binomial equation of the denominator. Where, (i) If the binomial equation using the difference operation, then its points is positive. (ii) If the binomial equations using addition operation, then its points is negative. (b) the constant factor of each of the numerator and denominator equally. One of which is a three tribal equation in the form ax2 + bx + c , the value of b it is the sum of the value of the constant multiplication. (c) If the numerator and denominator are both binomial equations with difference operation, where the variables and constants in the numerator is the square of the variable and constant denominator. Or conversely, variables and constants in the denominator is the square of the variable and constant numerator. (d) If the equation is a difference of two fractions where the denominator is a binomial variables and constants in the denominator is the result of one of the squaring of the variables and constants in the denominator of the other. (e) If the equation in the form of fragments which all contain the same variables. (f) If the equation is in the form of two parts, where the coefficients and constants in the numerator or the same multiplication factor, so that when the coefficients and constants removed it will form one of the factors that equation equal to that of the denominator. 2. A herd Multiplication method: (a) If the equation is the difference of two roots. (b) If the equation in the form of the difference or fractions containing amount root form. Both the62 _ Jurnal Teknosains, Volume 8 Nomor 1, Januari 2014, hlm. 61 – 76numerator and the denominator. 3. Distribution by Top Rank methods: (a) If the equation in the form ∞/∞. (b) If a polynomial equation of degree 3, 4, 5,... etc. Which is hard to be factored. 4. L Hopital method: if the limit point is substituted then produces the indeterminate form 0/0, ∞/∞, ∞-∞ , except if the derivative of the function at the root of the denominator in the form similar to the form factor function in the numerator. Vice versa, the derivative of the function at the root of the numerator shaped form factor similar to the function in the denominator.Key words: Limit, indeterminate forms, L Hopital method.

Abstract

Uniform circular motion is one of the topic in the physics lesson, in the learning process is very closely related to the observation or experiment. To find out the static friction coefficient and kinetic friction coefficient in the uniform circular motion, we made measurement on angular velocity, position of objects , mass of objects, angle between rope and horizontal surface, and rope tension. Data obtained was analyzed to determine the relationship between these variables, static friction coefficient, and kinetic friction coefficient. Analysis of this data done in two ways: calculating using the equation related, and through reading the graphicrelationship between two variables we obtained a quite small difference results from those analysis.Key words: uniform circular motion, static friction coefficient, and kinetic friction coefficient.

Abstract

Research has been carried out with the title: An increase temperature and output power the solar panels by using reflectors. This study aimed to determine the effect of the reflector mounting solar panels to temperature and output power. Data collection was divided into two phases of data collection at the solar panel without reflector and retrieval of data on a panel by using reflectors. Corner reflector was varied from 10o to 80o. The results showed that under normal conditions (not cloudy), the addition of reflectors on the solar panel causing an increase in the intensity of sunlight on the surface of the panel. Increase in temperature causes an increase in the intensity of the module. Module temperature increase causes an increase in output power.Keywords: Module temperature, output power, solar panels, reflectors

Abstract

At certain buildings, such as educational building, conservation and efficiency of energy in order to create building that environmental friendly is very important. One of the method to minimized the needs of additional energy in buildings is through the exploitation of natural light. In addition to energy conser-vation function, the exploitation of natural light is also function as to create comfort in educational building at tropical area. Main method that was used in this thesis was through literature study about natural lighting and direct survey to collect data on the field of selected case, that was school building of Taruna Bhakti in Bandung. While, the final result of this process was redesign of the building at certain points which diagnosed have natural lighting problems. Based on the analysis result of literatur study about natural lighting in building, this thesis resulting three scales of discussion, that was environmental scale, building scale and interior scale. This division of scale was used to analyzed building’s condition so that the weakness could be orderly analyzed and design solution could be proposed. In general, based on building’s condition analysis on the study case, at several parts of the buildings was proposed redesigning of building’s elements at environmental scale, building scale, and interior scale. This redesign of the building was in form of exploration on the use of natural light so that every space in the school environment will have good natural lighting. Keyword: Natural Light, Energy Conservation, Comfort

Abstract

Bacteria type pendegradasi fibers have often in isolation from liquid rumen good bovine cattle, the buffalo, goat or a horse, henceforward bred and becomes inokulum to ferment feed derived from an agricultural waste / estates basically having fibers which was high and levels of a protein low. So inokulum containing microbes selulolitik already isolated from liquid rumen was expected to lower levels coarse fiber from feed of hay and on the other increase levels of a protein feed origin the waste. This writing tmean review some literature research with the intent of comparing effectiveness inokulum asal a liquid rumen cattle and the buffalo as fermentor on feed asal an agricultural waste for example, straw. Inokulum asal a liquid rumen buffalo is the best in degrades feed fiber derived from an agricultural waste. This is because of the buffalo able to benefit from feed with the quality of low because supported by volume rumen water buffaloes do large, the secretion of saliva tinggi, the rate of feed leave rumen slow as well as activity selulolitik and populations of microbes that are higher. The granting of a liquid rumen as many as 50 - 200ml / 1 ltr solution as bio inokulan can improve nutritional value of fodder, meanwhile, if used inokulum bacteria selulolitik from a liquid rumen can be used as much as 10-15 % in rations straw.Key words: Inokulum, Bacteria Selulolitik, A Liquid Rumen, Straw
