Abstract

Rizky Chandra 0801134161, Managemnet adn Exploitation Permit Swallow Nest Pekanbaru.Implementation Coordination In Business Control Management and Operation Swallow's Nest PekanbaruIssuance of the Regional Regulation No. 3 of 2007 on Business License Management and Operation Swallow's Nest in the city of Pekanbaru in the underlying by his many swiftlet entrepreneurs in the city of Pekanbaru. Swiftlet entrepreneurs is growing and growing every year so it starts to cause discomfort in the center of the community. The purpose of the issuance of this rule is more discipline swiftlet entrepreneurs as opposed to the regional regulation of Pekanbaru. To overcome this problem swallow , the government on education through the coordinating efforts of management and operations control of bird's nest in the city of Pekanbaru. The formation of the team by virtue of a decision of the Head of Department of Agriculture : Distan/523.3/679/IX/2012. The team is composed of law enforcement Dina Pekanbaru Agriculture , Department of Spatial Planning and Building Pekanbaru , Pekanbaru City Environment Agency and Civil Service Police Unit of Pekanbaru. Based on such matters with the researcher wishes to conduct a descriptive study on the implementation of Law Enforcement Coordination in Business Management and Operation Swallow's Nest in the city of Pekanbaru and the factors that affect the implementation of coordination in business management and operation control of bird's nest in the city of Pekanbaru.The concept of the theory is that researchers use coordination theory according to Henry Fayol , Harold Koonzt , and Cyriil O'donel , the indicators in this study are communication , cooperation , division of tasks and meetings through conference. The author combines the author of several major theories on theoretical concepts. While the factors which influence based on research found in the field. Researchers used interviews and observation techniques using Key informant as a resource of information and through snowball sampling method obtained subsequent informants.The results of the study , it can be concluded that the implementation of coordination in business management and operation control of bird's nest in the city of Pekanbaru is not running at max. The factors that affect the implementation of coordination in the enforcement of business management and operation srang swiftlet in Pekanbaru ie, matching time and budget. Both of these factors affect theimplementation of coordination in business management and operation control of bird's nest in the city of Pekanbaru.Keywords: Coordination, communication, cooperation, division of labor, through meetings of meetings

Abstract

Interest in reading is a source of motivation that influence the learning process, thedevelopment of science, and encouraging to observe, to feel interested and excited towardsreading activities that they want to do these activities with a will of its own. The phenomenon ofinterest in reading among students has become a common thing in the lecture. Many studentslack the reading interests. Student is one component of the academic community who arestudying science, and therefore should be read subject the student agenda. By reading will makea source of inspiration, a source of knowledge and hone student criticality. The purpose of theresearch conducted to determine the interest in reading among students Strata 1 (S1) in theFaculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Riau Pekanbaru with a focus on studentcharacteristics, interests and reasons for students to read, perceived satisfaction in readingactivities in the course. Respondents in this study amounted to 6 students with the characteristicsof S1, a student, has a level of diligent and industrious conduct reading activities. The method isused to analyze the qualitative descriptive data retrieval technique that is by observation,questionnaires and interviews. Based on the research, it was concluded that in general,respondents had an interest and reading different reason for understanding the activity ofreading, awareness of the benefits of reading, use of time reading and other types of readingpassages also vary. In general, respondents do activities reads as there are elements ofsatisfaction and interest in reading activities, students want to do so.Keywords: Interest In Reading and College student

Abstract

The tourism sector is a sector with the potential to be developed as a source of local revenue. Potential for tourism is expected to contribute to economic development. One of the cultural and historical heritage Pelalawan Riau Province is Istana Sayap Pelalawan kingdom. Istana Sayap in Pelalawan is evidence of the existence of the kingdom of historic relics Pelalawan the potential to do development.. This study was conducted to determine the role of local governments in developing heritage tourism Istana Sayap In Pelalawan Year 2009-2011. The main purpose of this study is to identify the role of local governments in managing the tourism aspect and area development Istana Sayap Pelalawan as a potential tourist areas. How to shape the role of local government and any regulatory or policy references only to support the development of this tourist area Istana Sayap that have higher contribution to local revenue. This includes research into the types of qualitative research using interview data collection technique is direct communication with the research informants and conduct a question and answer that related to the research problem. Selected object as the object of research is Pelalawan local government, particularly the agencies and units related work, which serves as an executive and in charge of the development task. Once identified, the results showed that the role of local government has not run optimally, there are obstacles that can not be resolved, such as the development of infrastructure has not teraplikasinya supporting infrastructure, yet effective promotional activities and quality of stakeholder managers still tend to be low, in making management.Keywords: Role of Local Government, Development, Istana Sayap Pelalawan

Abstract

The poverty rate is happening at the moment is so great that the population growth rate continues to increase each year while employment is a source of livelihood for communities lacking, so that everywhere the unemployment rate is increasing. As in Kampar regency, poverty dominated communities residing in the surrounding countryside, with a source of livelihood as farmers and fishermen rubber workers. Therefore, Kampar District Government established a program that aims to reduce poverty in a program Kampar District Agricultural Training Centre Rural Organization (P4S) and with this program, people can be more advanced Kampar and increased standard of living and Kampar free from poverty. This study aims to determine how the public opinion and to find out how the process of opinion formation in Rural Farming Training Center program Organization (P4S) Kampar District Government.The experiment was conducted in P4S real work in Kubang Jaya subdistrict Siak Hulu, which lasted for two months were from March to April 2014. Research uses descriptive qualitative method of data collection techniques of observation, interviews (interviews) and documentation. Informants in this study amounted to 17 people that the manager of the Institute P4S 5 Real Work in Kubang Jaya District Siak Hulu, nine participants and alumni speakers. Analysis using the model of Interactive Data Analysis with Miles and Huberman collecting data obtained were then processed to be reduced, so that the resulting presented in general conclusion.The results of this study indicate that the opinion appears in Kampar District Government P4S program there are two opinions, namely positive and negative opinions. Second opinions can be seen how a program runs and bring the support of the community and the program continues to run from beginning to the end. Moreover, in the process of opinion formation in the course of which there are P4S communicators, information programs, media, community leaders, and community information.Key word: Opinion, Society, Program, P4S, Government

Abstract

According to Olsen and Eadie (in Bryson 2000), strategic planning is a disciplined effort in to make decisions and actions that shape and guide how to become an organization, what the organization, and why organizations do things like that. Pekanbaru is one of the areas that carry out governance and development direction and specific goals to be achieved through development in all areas, including the field of tourism sector. The method used in this research is descriptive method is a qualitative approach to this research will provide a picture or describe in a systematic, factual and accurate to the object to be studied. Based on the results of research through interviews and observation. Strategies of Tourism Arts and Culture in the developing of Tourism has been implemented properly, can be seen from the object and the development of a tourist attraction by providing arts and cultural development of the region and conduct organizing festivals and arts and culture events in the area.Keywords : Strategy, Organization, Tourism.

Abstract

This research based on abundant natural wealth Indonesia, one of them in an animal husbandry, including in Kuantan Singingi Regency of Riau Province. In 2012 at Kuantan Singingi Regency there were 40.208 cattles and bufallos and 16,7% of them released for and disturbed the public. Because of much the livestock roamed, then out the regulation of Regent Kuantan Singingi Number 12th 2012 years about controling livestocks and rabies transmitting animals in 2012-2013.This research was used qualitative descriptive approach, technique of data collection is done by the informant in depth interview and documentation. The theory was used to discuss G.C. Edward III model theory.The fact of results obtained were follows : (1) the implementations of this rule is was merely socialization. (2) Relatively minimal funding be one of reason for the implementation of this rule does not run optimally including the absence of supporting infrastructure. (3) Existence of tradition or custom issues of indigenous people around the area who collide with the rule. The conclusion of this research that the policy makers ware less prepared for facilitating policies are made.Keywords: Policy Implementation, Government, animal Husbandry

This research was conducted in PT. Federal International Finance Pekanbaru. The setting of this problem is the influence the granting of incentives to employeer morale the Department of Marketing at PT. Federal International Finance Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research is to know the granting of incentives, morale, and know how the granting of incentives to employeer morale the Department of Marketing at PT. Federal International Finance Pekanbaru.The author uses descriptive quantitative methods of analisys. Data collection using te questionnaire. The sample used is the census.Data sources used are primary data or data obtained directly from the object of research, secondary data and data collected or the outhor of the PT. Federal International Finance Pekanbaru. The results of this research shown that the granting of incentives influence significant of employeer morale the Department of Marketing at PT. Abstract

Implementation Analysis of Main Duties and Functions (TUPOKSI) UPT Sang Nila Utama Museum in the city of Pekanbaru . The purpose of this study is to analyze pelasanaan duties and functions and to analyze the factors that affect the implementation of the duties and functions UPT Sang Nila Utama Museum in the city of Pekanbaru . This study uses the theory Suprihartono Jhon who explained that the implementation of the tasks measured : task mastery , ability to cooperate , ability to complete work on time and work reports the right . The research method is qualitative observation techniques and interviews with key informants as key informants and snowball sampling method in the determination of subsequent informants and analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques . The results of this study are the duties and functions of UPT Sang Nila Utama Museum in the city of Pekanbaru is not operating effectively . Human Resources required by Sang Nila Utama Museum UPT still inadequate especially sexy and development management . Care facilities in a state of cultural heritage objects is not good . Abstract

The continued development of technology , the radio is now an assortment of ease in establishing interaction directly to the audience so that no limitations of distance and time to communicate with each other . One of the local radio located in the city of Pekanbaru is independent FM radio, a radio company that is engaged in the media of course also apply good management such as planning, organizing, implementing up on stage in order to create effective monitoring of performance and quality of the radio. In addition it is no less important part of a radio ad that is on the main source of income from media such as radio, in order to produce quality advertising the main functions of management should also be applied in the production process so that the resulting advertisement competitiveness and accordance with the request of the advertiser. This study aims to determine how the advertising production management conducted by independent radio 98.3 FM Pekanbaru such as production planning, organizing production, production to execution stage production supervision ads.This study uses qualitative descriptive approach. The study is located in a standalone FM radio, streets Tambusai lord no. 07 Pekanbaru with production management research object advertising on independent FM radio and a subject of research is the general manager, program manager, finance, marketing, creative, production, broadcasters and advertisers with some data collection techniques using in-depth observation and interviews and documentation .The results of this study showed Applied management in the production process of advertising done by independent FM radio like a stage production planning, organizing or sharing tasks are handled according to the field, then the implementation of the production process from scripting to the ad and the last stage is a supervisory control of all activities that have been carried out in order to be evaluated in order to create better results than before.Keyword: Managament, Radio, Communication, Mass Media, Advertaising.

Abstract

Still the gap between women's participation and the development of men, women's limitedaccess to the activities of the wider public, is part of the issues to be resolved. In addition,women's issues are complex and cut across the field, thus handling the problem can not becarried out by the Ministry of PP and PA alone. Therefore, it needs the support and cooperationamong all stakeholders, both the center and the regions, so that the condition can be handledproperly and thoroughly so, need to be established Agency for Family Planning and WomenEmpowerment (BKBPP) Kampar district. In order for the knowledge, abilities and skills of eachemployee can continue to evolve with the needs of the organization, the employee will need toobtain additional knowledge and skills in the provision of education and training.
