Abstract

The program  Fast video television of course there is a process transmission greetings from communicator to audiensnya. Message through the program Fast or television show  its inherent value contained value/, the  values that television station as an effective communicator tried to can convey to audience or komunikannya. Various kinds of program presented by television stations. They compete to present can program  is interesting and liked by many people. One of the mushrooming in Indonesia this program is Fast  -  Let's keep Smile (YKS) in Trans TV.  This research uses qualitative tried to understand and interpret the meaning of an event interaction appearance man in certain situations in the perspectives researchers itself. Technical  data collection  in a way observation, interview and documentation. Data that was recieved by then processed for reduced, served to produce a general conclusions. Informant in this research method  12  person based on  snowbal  sampling. While for the investigation validity  data  therefore use techniques for the extended the inclusion and triangulation.Results of these studies  showing a public perception on the performance Fast YKS in  Trans TV according to informers interesting and different with entertainment events that are on  television stations such as Pesbuker in  ANTV  and Extravaganza in Trans 7, and YKS willing to accept criticism and suggestions from other people to improve the motivating and Fast YKS  since launching until this time less comfort, and the social control in the event this can be seen from the performance of the players who are  less influence over children.Keyword : Persepsi Masyarakat, YKS, Program Televisi

Abstract

This research was conducted in Desa Sungai Kuning  Kecamatan  SingingiKabupaten  Kuantan  Singingi. The purpose of this research is to find out the early marriage factors and what is people’s perception about  it. This research entitled “people’s perception about early marriage (aacase study in Desa Sungai Kuning  Kecamatan  Singing  iKabupaten  Kuantan  Singingi)”.  The focus topic of this research is what factors cause the early marriage and what are people’s perception about it. Subject of this research is KepalaDesa, SekretarisDesa, Religion figure, Ketua RT, Imam masjid, and respected people in Sungai Kuning. Sampling was done by purposive technique. Subject was contain of 6 people. Writer used qualitative descriptive method and data are analysed qualitatively. Data instruments are observation and interview. Result shows that the dominant factors of early marriage  are internal factor (the actors wants to marry) and external factors; economic and social factors (ex: unwanted pregnancy before marriage). The dominant perception is from the religion point of view, that religion says it is good to marry early to avoid any sexual activity outside marriage. From social point of view, people think that teenagers today have relationship outside out permitted norms. From economic point of view, people think that marriage will solve economic problems. Key word: people’s perception, teenagers, early marriage

Abstract

Organization is a means or instrument achieving  goals . Therefore, the organization is said to be a container or vehicle , the activities of people who work together to achieve goals . In container activity that everyone had clear goals and objectives to be achieved . Furthermore, the organization is the Village and Community Institutions that exist in urban districts Air Tiris Kampar Kampar district is one element of governance at the village , which has a role to implement the program block grant / allocation of rural / urban village development in order to realize the physical and nonphysical effective . Allocation Fund , hereinafter referred to as ADD village are funds allocated by local government to the village , which is sourced from the financial balance and regional distribution center for each village fair and proportionate manner in which the principles of the use and management is also listed therein . There are several objectives and targets to be achieved from assistance Assistance Fund ( block grant ) allocation village / kelurahanini , diantaranyaadalah : ( 1 ) . ability to empower rural communities in accordance with the characteristics of its people , especially its ability in leading sectors that can boost rural incomes / village ; ( 2 ) . improve the implementation of the Government in  the village government services , community development and in accordance with the authority ; ( 3 ) . enhance the ability of an association of villages in the planning and implementation of development control in accordance with the potential of participatory village ; ( 4 ) . improve the distribution of income , employment and business opportunities for rural communities ; ( 5 ) . encourage self-help mutual aid society . The purpose of this study is based on research problems is to determine whether sufficient effective implementation of the Programme Aid Fund ( block grant ) allocation of rural / urban districts dikelurahan Air Tiris Kampar Kampar district and anything what factors that influence the effectiveness of the program pelanksanaan bantauan the  block grant .  The concept of the theory is the theory of implementation that is used in Nugroho Grindle (2003 : 174 ) said about the success of policy implementation , namely : after the policy is transformed , then the policy implementation done . Its success is determined by the degree Implementabiliti of the policy. In this case viewed from the implementation of block grant program proficiency level in accordance with the goals and objectives that have been set . With descriptive qualitative research methods , and research sites in urban districts Air Tiris Kampar Kampar district is the village chief informant and devices ,  Kasi  Empowerment  Village Community / Village in the district of Kampar , Chairman of the LPM , and Chairman of the BPD , as well as several community leaders .  From the results, it can be concluded Jom FISIP Volume 1 No. 2 – Oktober 2014  2that the implementation of the block grant program grat / allocation in the village of village water districts Tiris Kampar Kampar district has not been effective in accordance with the goals and objectives of the block grant program itself. As in katakana Grindle in Nugroho ( 2003) after the policy is transformed , then the policy implementation done . Its success is determined by the degree Implementabiliti of the policy. Abstract

Health services is a factor affecting the degree of public health, because of the existence of health facilities able to determine service the recovery of health, the prevention of a disease, treatment and nursing as well as groups and societies who need services – the health services. This study was conducted at the clinic Lubuk Dalam in Siak regency located in road Puskemas Rawang Kao Lubuk Dalam subdistrict in Siak regency. Purpose of this research is to analyze the performance of health services patients at the clinic .In this study the methodology used is descriptive analysis, where the sampel that is used visitors of public health centers and as source information is the administration, to determine the samples using the formula Slovin, accidental sampling method with sampling, stratified random sampling for the service, data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and questionnaires.From the analysis of the performance of health services performed by the clinic include speed, accuracy, friendliness, comfort stating that service activities are on good category.Keywords : service, health services, public health center

Abstract

United State Role in Kosovo After the Kosovo’s Independent Day.  To be an independent day, Kosovo must face a many challenge, that’s  come from Serbia as a State which reject that aspiration. In other hand, United State show the good respon for this.  The purpose of this study is to know how United State Role in Kosovo. The hypothesis of this study is alleged there is a role of United State in Kosovo in Economy and Security field. This study is a qualitative research. It uses the library research method by taking the data from books, journals, articles and the internet. Abstract

The Meaning of Symbols in Funeral Customs Batak Toba in Pekanbaru. Cultural is a skill which  owned by a group of people to recognize, interpret, and produce signs with the someway. Every culture has a certain characteristics, from the event or ritual that uccurs while the ceremony took place. Culture became the most important thing, because of identity that shows of the character of every person who owns it. Consequently, culture is the foundation of communication. When diverse cultures, it’s also diverse practice of communication.Toba society is a society that respect customany norms inherited by  ancestor to them abo ut nuptial as well as funereal ceremony. They prove about loyalty on the customany practice with division of big energy to Toba society customany practice, particulary about andung at funereal ceremony.Andung is lamentation or funereal song on funeral or misfortune. Generally, andung contains about sadness or suffering life. From of misfortune are sadness and grief when parents, family members died. This is a lamentation song in Batak Toba people, content of andung is about life stories of people who died and song in front of his body. While do andung, people who came absolutely know about his character during his lifetime. Andung is one of cultural heritage that ever lived and powerful role in Batak Toba society that still used to this day. Abstract

Transportation is a very important tool in helping the economy. An area can not be completely stand alone in meeting the needs of their region, so that the area in need of other areas as support, is a means of connecting transport or transport. Regional development, both in economics, education and culture requires adequate transport services. Without transportation as a means of support can not be expected satisfactory results in business development and improvement of the economy of a region. As a business engaged in transport services that would arise related to the differentiation strategy that will have an impact on customer loyalty. Therefore, this study will examine the effect aimed differentiation strategy consisting of product differentiation, service differentiation, personnel differentiation and image differentiation and its effect on customer loyalty PT. Eka Sari Lorena representative pekanbaru. PT. Eka Sari Lorena is one stu company engaged in the business services provider of ground transportation. In line with the research strategy of differentiation as a variable X and variable Y. customer loyalty as the number of respondents were 100 subscribers. The results of this study based on the results of the t test (a partial test hypotheses about the parameters of the regression coefficients which aims to determine whether the independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable). T known (4,850)> t table (1.985) and Sig. (0.000) <0.05. This means that variables significantly influence the differentiation strategy lotalitas customers. From the above analysis it can be concluded that the influence of strategic differentiation and customer loyalty at. PT. Abstract

PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Dumai is one of the BUMN that are engaged in service trafficnews, money, stuff with the largest service network and has spread in all corners of thecountry. The quality of service to the community is often used as a benchmark in viewing thesuccess of an organizations or Government agencies. The Government as a provider ofservices trying to provide services with the quality that corresponds to the expectations of thecommunity. But in fact the Dumai in particular in the provision of services of paketpos at thepost Office of Dumai have overall perfect in providing service to the community. This can beseen from the large number of complaints about the existing services at the post officeDamai. As for the purpose of this research is to find out how quality of service PT. PosIndonesia (Persero) Dumai in providing paketpos Services.The concept of the theory is thetheory of service quality according to Zeithmal et al in Hardiyansyah. Indicators in this study,namely: Tangibles (Facilities and equipment Service Appearance), Realibility (reliability inService Delivery), Responsiveness (Ketanggapan in the provision of Services), Assurance(the ability of Employees to create Customer Confidence) and Emphaty (Caring Employeesof PT. Pos Indonesia (Persero) Dumai).From the results of research, it can be concluded thatthe services provided by PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Dumai not optimal. It can be seen theindicator Realibility (reliability) of which telhat from the package that is sent is not up at theright time and couriers in charge of delivering the goods did not show the keramahanya, aswell as PT Pos Dumai has not fully run the SOP. For indicator of Responsiveness(responsiveness) officers from PT. Abstract

Pekanbaru administration Assessing Market Presence Squatting disturbing Panam city. In response to the problems that occur in the market hawkers squat Panam, no form of acceptance and refusal by traders to removal by the city government pekanbaru place. Traders who are willing to move to a place that has been provided by the local government believes "the public will obey the rules that are made, because it is in the common interest". In this issue there are many traders who do not receive transfer performed by the Government of Pekanbaru with various reasons as traders assess the space provided will make it decreases the level of their sales, because the place was originally located on the outskirts of Jalan HR Soebrantas has been known by many people who selling there.In this study, the research subjects were 10 clothing merchant who had been relocated by the city government complex in Pekanbaru Panam MTC Giant selection of research subjects using Snow Ball Sampling techniques. From the research, Conflict and resistance are always colored the relationship between street vendors with city government pekanbaru but has now led to a peaceful and pre traders who sell in the market squat in Jlan HR Soebrantas willing to be relocated in complex MTC Giant. Street vendors set only in terms of order and beauty of the city, the impact of the relocation of the traders is less a concern to governments' market vendors in the complex relocated squat Giant MTC. From the results of the study also found that the impact is felt by various merchants, including a decrease in the level of income, level of turnover and increasing costs lmenjadi oprasioan thereby increasing economic hardship to the lives of street vendors.Keywords: Street vendors, Relocation, Perception
