Abstract

The study was conducted at Surya Hotel Duri. This study aims to determine the application of ethics conducted by Surya Hotel Duri, in the form of application of the principle of autonomy, the application of the principle of honesty, the application of principles of equity, mutual benefit application, and the application of moral integrity. The number of those 100 people. The data obtained through the questionnaire and then further processed using descriptive statistics. Abstract

PT . PLN ( Persero ) Branch Bangkinang is a company engaged inelectricity that serves as executor and services that serve as a means of electricalservices and electrical facilities in Kampar regency . Electricity is needed by thecommunity because all electricity is one of the requirements that must be met ,because the electricity can meet the needs for companies or industries are growing,especially in Kampar district .Based on field prasurvey in the implementation of employee safety healthand Techniques section Disribusi PT . PLN ( Persero ) Branch Bangkinang are : (a) the lack of socialization periodically from PLN employees to apply K3 , ( b ) Thehead of PLN less assertive in pursuing technical staff in using the tools to do thejob safety and engineering parts distribution , ( c ) there are still some employeeswho do not use the equipment in accordance with procedures , ( d ) lack ofknowledge held by employees of the engineering and food distribution PT . Abstract

The problem in this study is the decline in revenue service motorcyclePT. Ahmad Yani Riaujaya II Shining in the last five years, the lack of marketingefforts undertaken and the high prices of my services and spare parts whencompared to general workshops. The purpose of the study was to assess andanalyze the implementation of marketing at PT. Riaujaya Shining II Ahmad Yani(Case Official Workshop Suzuki Motorcycles Ahmad Yani Pekanbaru). Thecollection of data through questionnaires to 97 people who come to serve theirbikes in the PT. Riaujaya Shining II Ahmad Yani. Respondents to theimplementation of marketing at PT. Riaujaya Shining II Ahmad Yani (CaseOfficial Workshop Suzuki Motorcycles Ahmad Yani Pekanbaru) assessedrespondents had good execution. Implementation of marketing at PT. RiaujayaShining II Ahmad Yani which includes indicators of product, price, promotion,location, people, process and physical evidence. Indicator of product, location,people and processes considered to be very good, the price is good enoughindicator, the indicators are not good and the promotion assessed for indicators ofphysical evidence is considered to be good.Kata Kunci : product, price, promotion, place, people, process, physical evidence

Abstract

Transportation is a very important tool in helping the economy. An area can not be completely stand alone in meeting the needs of their region, so that the area in need of other areas as support, is a means of connecting transport or transport. Regional development, both in economics, education and culture requires adequate transport services. Without transportation as a means of support can not be expected satisfactory results in business development and improvement of the economy of a region. As a business engaged in transport services that would arise related to the differentiation strategy that will have an impact on customer loyalty. Therefore, this study will examine the effect aimed differentiation strategy consisting of product differentiation, service differentiation, personnel differentiation and image differentiation and its effect on customer loyalty PT. Eka Sari Lorena representative pekanbaru. PT. Eka Sari Lorena is one stu company engaged in the business services provider of ground transportation. In line with the research strategy of differentiation as a variable X and variable Y. customer loyalty as the number of respondents were 100 subscribers. The results of this study based on the results of the t test (a partial test hypotheses about the parameters of the regression coefficients which aims to determine whether the independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent variable). T known (4,850)> t table (1.985) and Sig. (0.000) <0.05. This means that variables significantly influence the differentiation strategy lotalitas customers. From the above analysis it can be concluded that the influence of strategic differentiation and customer loyalty at. PT. Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. PLN (Persero) rayon Bangkinang with the title on the application oforganizational culture PT.PLN (Persero) Rayon Bangkinang. Knowing the purpose of this study is theapplication of organizational culture on PT. PLN (Persero) Rayon Bangkinang. And the benefits of thisresearch is to add insight and understanding of science in the field of Human Resource Management and toto increase knowledge and understanding of the culture of the organization but also for the company tobecome one of the materials evaluation of the extent to which the effectiveness of organizational culture thathas been applied by the company during this time.As a measure of this study reinforce the authors use the theory of Stephen P. Robbins (2003) on thecharacteristics of the organizational culture. Research method used is a census technique, whereby allemployees into the study sample as many as 24 employees. Abstract

This study was to determine the relationship with the democratic leadership style on employee morale PT. Taspen (Persero) KC Pekanbaru. This study is located in the PT. Taspen (Persero) The KC Pekanbaru is located in Pekanbaru 317 Jalan Sudirman. The study population was all employees in the PT. Taspen (Persero) KC Pekanbaru, amounting to 24 people. Analysis of the data in this study using SPSS version 16. Sampling technique used is the method of census data and testing techniques used in this study include the validity test, reliability test, the product moment correlation coefficient and t-test to test and prove the research hypothesis.The analysis showed that the democratic leadership style has a significant relationship with employee morale at. Taspen (Persero) KC Pekanbaru. Based on the results obtained r value (correlation coefficient) of 0.885% means that 88.5% variable employee morale PT. Taspen (Persero) KC Pekanbaru associated with a democratic leadership style. The results of hypothesis testing showed that the t-test is greater than t-table which means Ha accepted.Keywords: Leadership styles, Motivation, Work Discipline and Employee Performance

Abstract

This research was conducted in PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia tassel pekanbaru (finance part special case of taxation). The purpose of this study to determine whether the work discipline effect on employee performance. The benefits of research to increase knowladge and insight about the author of the work discipline, especially its influence on employee performance PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia tassel Pekanbaru.The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis, statistical test is a simple linear regression analysis. Where there were 24 respondents or samples using census. Data used in this study is primary data and secondary data obtained through the study documentation and qoesioner the measurement using a likert scale and statistically processed with the program SPSS 16.0 for windows, that the t test and the coefficient determinant (R2).Based on the significant test (t-test) can be seen that the variables are partially positively influence and no significant effect on employee’s performance at PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia tassel pekanbaru (a special case of part finance taxation). Determinan coefficient (R2) value of 0,732 means that the variable is able to explain the work discipline of employee performance by 73,2% and remaining 26,8% is influenced by other factors beyond the research.Keywords : Discipline and Work Performance

Abstract

Conflict is a situation that is experienced, felt and can be created. Conflict can impact - positively influence which is useful for performance enhancement. Work performance is a measure measure of success or the success of the work during the work had done. This study discusses the influence of the level of conflict (as seen from the communication within the organization, organizational structure and personality differences in values) on job performance of nurses (consisting of the quality of work, quality of work, toughness and attitude).This study aims to determine the effect of the conflict on the level of work performance of nurses. This research was conducted at the Mental Hospital Tampan Pekanbaru. Subjects in this study were nurses working in the Mental Hospital Tampan Pekanbaru with census sampling technique as much as 88 nurses. Collecting data using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this study descriptive analysis and chi square test (χ2). The research results indicate there is significant effect between the level of conflict with the work performance of nurses on RSJ Tampan Pekanbaru. From the calculation results show that the obtained χ2 count is greater than χ2 table is 10.36> 9.488.Key word: level of conflict, job performance.

Abstract

In the higher levels of competition, companies must be able to deal withcompetitors that offer similar products. Implementation required the rightcompetitive strategy to win the competition. The implementation of the differentiationstrategy is the implementation of the policy by the company by providing a series ofimportant and valuable differences, in order to differentiate the products offered bythe company with competitors' products. This strategy is implemented by thecompany because consumers now have more choices in selecting a product. For thatthe company should be able to create a different product or service., Superior, andattractive than other companies in order to attract the attention of consumers.This study aims to identify and analyze the implementation of thedifferentiation strategy as an alternative strategy to retain customers and what arethe factors inhibiting PT Indah Logistic faced in implementing the differentiationstrategy. This is a descriptive study. The sampling technique used is AcidentalSampling data collected with interviews and observations.The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the differentiationstrategy undertaken by PT. Indah branch Logistic Pekanbaru pretty good. The besteffects are the product differentiation and image. Abstract

PT. Agung Automall Pekanbaru Branch is one of the first Toyota dealer in Pekanbaru is located at Jl. Dr Sutomo 13 Pekanbaru. PT. Agung Automall Pekanbaru Branch requires employees to have the ability and professional services to form PT. Agung Automall be a strong marketing organization. Quality and service excellence is the goal of every employee to make a loyal customer.Data were obtained from questionnaires and subsequently processed to then tested using statistical analysis such as a simple linear regression analysis, t test, and correlation analysis and determination using SPSS 17.The results showed that the t-test of hypothesis testing results tcount 8.233> 1.998 and sig ttable 0.000 <0.05. This suggests that a significant effect on employee motivation.
