Abstract

Karaoke Entertainment is one of the most popular businesses in Dumai city, it can be proved by the many karaoke business in Dumai city. In running the Karaoke business, the business needs to be supervised by Dumai City Government which is regulated in Mayor Regulation of Dumai Number 21 of 2013 on Procedures and Procedures of Granting Business License of Tourism. Like other entertainment, karaoke business has a negative impact on the norms that exist in society. So in running the business, the business must require supervision. The formulation of the problem in this research are: 1. How the Supervision of Entertainment Tour Business by Dumai City Government About Karaoke Business. 2. What are the factors that influence the Monitoring of Entertainment Tour Enterprises by Dumai City Government About Karaoke Enterprises. This research uses qualitative research methods with descriptive data assessment.The concept of the theory used is according brantas is setting standards that will be used as the basis for monitoring, measuring performance or results that have been achieved, take corrective action. This research uses qualitative research methods with descriptive data assessment.The result of the research shows that the supervision of karaoke entertainment business is done by the Tourism Office, Satpol PP, BPTPM Dumai City not according to the procedure specified in the legislation, after the research, the conclusion in this research are: Implementation of karaoke entertainment supervision conducted by Tourism Office, Satpol PP, BPTPM not yet maximal, supervision conducted by Dumai City Government has not done well. There are factors that become obstacles in the implementation of supervision such as lack of human resources, facilities for supervision is not adequate and lack of coordination with relevant agencies in conducting supervision.Key Word : Supervision, Mayor's Regulation, Karaoke

Abstract

Supervision of heavy-duty truck controls aimed at maintaining road hygiene, as well as public road safety and security. Supervision is conducted on the compliance of the obligations of licensees / users of heavy truck vehicles in accordance with the provisions of local regulations related to the use of public roads. However, in the implementation of surveillance is still the discovery of trucks in violation of the obligation to use road or overcrowded trucks or heavy truckloads that violate the provisions of the time lap.In this research, the theoretical concept used is the theory of supervision proposed by Brantas (2009) as a research instrument, in which to measure the monitoring of heavy truck loaded vehicles there must be a standard of supervisory work, further action assessment on the results achieved and improvement actions if deviate from the standard (defined conditions). This research uses qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques including interview, observation and documentation study.The result of the research shows that the monitoring of heavy truck vehicles has not been optimally implemented. Where the assessment measures have not achieved results in accordance with the objective of the captive and the regulation of the liability of road use, such as the presence of heavy truck vehicles that violate the road routes, the vehicles that do not use tarpaulins, and the liability of road users for heavy truck vehicles, improvements by applying sanctions for heavy truck vehicles users have not been firmly implemented, sanctions given warnings and fines, while against unloading of overload has not been carried out. Low control factors for heavy truckloaded vehicles include the ability of supervisory officers, who are in the surveillance post, lack of monitoring posts and supporting infrastructure, and coordination between the Transportation Agency and the Pekanbaru Traffic Police Unit not yet scheduled / synergic, the coordination tends to be kesadarn officer in the field.Key Words: Supervision, Road Usage Arrangement, Road Trip, Heavy Bertonase Trucking Vehicle

Abstract

In a study using this descriptive quantitative research method, there is a purpose to know the image of Chinatown Siak District tourist attraction. In addition, to find out the motivation of tourists visiting the tourist attraction Chinatown Siak District. And to know what are the constraints of tourists to visit Chinatown and how the Siak District Tourism Office will be done in the future. Based on the results of research that has been done Tourist attractions Chinatown is a tourist attraction that is basically a cultural attraction, because the area is interesting to be traced by tourists because it is still a strong culture of Chinese people in the region. According to the recapitulation of respondents' responses on the motivation of tourists to Chinatown, showed the cultural motivation to get the highest score with a total score of 1198 and the lowest score is social motivation with a score of 983. Physical motivation with a total score of 1084 and fantasy motivation get a total score of 1060. In addition, tourists get to come to Chinatown is still encountered such as, obstacles renovation of attractions, parking and other facilities that have not been adequate, until the absence of public transportation can be used by tourists to come to Chinatown. And the future Tourism Office efforts are to develop Chinatown objects and facilities, create weekly attractions, to form POKDARWIS, to coach local guides.Keywords: Motivation, Chinatown, tourists

Abstract

The parents enthusiasts of making their children succed in education were so big, they were racing and competing among them to choose and send their children to the best non formal education institution or simply a private course. The rapid growth of private courses in Pekanbaru city was caused by the high response and willingness of parents to send their children to study in a private course. Parents enthusiasts were bigger than their children enthusiasts in joining and studying in a private course, rarely the willingness and intention of studying in a private course purely came from the children because most of them were forced by their parents. The purpose of this study was to find out the parents characteristics and their motivation in choosing Omar Pekanbaru course as the nonformal educational institution to help their children in learning. This study applied descriptive qualitative analysis approach, which the number of the sample was 10 persons that were chosen by using purposive sampling method. They were parents who had chosen and sent their children to Omar Pekanbaru course for the last two years. The finding of the study indicated thet parents motivation to send their children in Omar Pekanbaru course consisted of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation and their characteristics were different in terms of their profession, educational background, income, family member, and tribe.Keyword : parents, motivation, characteristics

Abstract

This study aims to examine the persial and simultaneous effect of dividend policy, debt policy, and profitability to the value of the company. Where independent variable in this research is dividend policy, debt policy, and profitability while dependent variable is company value. The sample used is secondary data derived from the financial statements of mining manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2009 to 2014.This study uses secondary data from the company's financial statements. Samples and sampling using purposive sampling technique. The classical assumption test in this research includes normality test, multicollinearity test, heterokedastisity test and autocorrelation test. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and test of coefficient of determination. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 20.The results of this study indicate that parliamentary variables persial (t test) does not affect the PER on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, while the DER and ROE variables affect the PER of mining manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The simultaneous test results (f) show the significant influence of DPR, DER, and ROE variables on PER on mining manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords : Dividend policy, debt policy, profitability, and value compan

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Special School Pelita Hati Pekanbaru. This study aims to determine the role of Pelita Hati School in dealing with children with intellectual challenges and to find out the school-parent cooperation in dealing with children with intellectual challenges. This study, entitled “The Role of Special School Pelita Hati Handling Mentally Retarded Children in the City of Pekanbaru”. Quite fathomable this research subject is how the role of Pelita Hati School in dealing with children with intellectual challenges and any cooperation undertaken and obstacles in dealing with children with intellectual challenges. The samples in this research is purposive technique. Total sample of 10 people and key informants 1. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method with qualitative data analysis. Instrument data filtering is observation, interview and documentation. Results of general research conducted, the researchers conclude: the role of Pelita Hati School in dealing with children with intellectual challenges fundamental form of giving lessons and to identify and hone the skills of the students. Cooperation between the school and parents in dealing with children with intellectual challenges in the form of exchanging ideas and information about the child’s development. Natural barriers in retarded child is 4, is difficulty in learning problems, problems of adjustment, speech and language disorders, and personality problems. Solutions to overcome barriers retarded child my be providing appropriate learning and create a proper learning environment.Keywords: Role, Special School, Tunagrahita

Abstract

Submission of matters concerning taxation of the earth and rural and urban buildings (PBB-P2) to the Regency / City Government has become the responsibility for the Regional Government, in particular to contribute to the increase of local revenues (PAD). Likewise with the Pelalawan District Government, one of the districts that have received the abundance of tax affairs of the earth and rural and urban buildings (PBB-P2). Since the delegation of authority, Pelalawan Regency Government has not been able to optimize the revenue from PBB-P2 sector. This can be seen from the number of PBB-P2 receipts, especially in Ukui Ukui II Subdistrict that did not meet the target. This paper put forward a qualitative approach with descriptive data analysis and reference theory of coordination and supervision.The results of this study indicate that (1) coordination in the handling of tax payments of land and rural and urban buildings is only implemented in the form of socialization of PBB-P2 to the community by the Regional Revenue Service so that it impacts the organization's coverage in collecting data, collection and evaluation of target. Meanwhile, at the sub-district level, the sub-district head is given the additional task of coordinating with the village head and village heads in relation to the submission of the PBB-P2 SPPT without being authorized to collect and prosecute, and (2) related to the findings, which impedes the implementation of the coordination of the PBB-P2 by PBB Division BPHTB Regional Revenue Office of Pelalawan Regency is related to obstacles not evaluated, obstacles of leadership style (procedural bureaucracy), administrative barriers and social and cultural barriers.Keywords: Coordination, Supervision, tax of the earthand buildings

Abstract

State Civil Apparatus Education (SCA) is an education conducted for SCA to improve the personality, knowledge, ability in accordance with the requirements of position and work as SCA. SCA training is part of education conducted for Civil Servants as State Civil Apparatus (SCA) to improve their knowledge and skills in accordance with the demands of its requirements as State Civil Apparatus (SCA). To improve the ability of State Civil Apparatus (SCA) within Pekanbaru City Government, especially at the Regional Secretariat of Pekanbaru City in this case by doing the development of employees that is by conducting Education and Training Position that leads to attitudes and dedication oriented to the interests of Society, Nation and State improve the efficiency, effectiveness and quality of the tasks performed in a spirit of cooperation and responsibility, in accordance with the work environment and organizationThis research was conducted at the Regional Secretariat of Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this study is to know the Implementation of Education and Training of Civil State Employees in the Regional Secretariat of Pekanbaru. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The researcher tries to explain the implementation of the Training of State Civil Servant Apparatus so that the performance of the Civil State Apparatus Officer can be known. Data collection techniques in this study using interview and documentation techniques. Based on interviews to all informants and based on data obtained by researchers when conducting research, it can be concluded that the Implementation of Education and Training of Civil State Employees in the Regional Secretariat of Pekanbaru City does not run optimally. First, the difficulty of arranging study time between more experienced employees (senior) with new employees to do training in a field of work. Abstract

There are still many people who do not know that Bulog also has a commercial function. So there are some people who think commercial rice sold is raskin. This researchers obtained from the results of simple interviews from the community in some circles regarding Bulog commercial rice. There are still people who do not know that Bulog commercial rice has a different quality than raskin rice. Commercial rice has a premium quality while medium-quality raskin rice. So rice that is distributed with commercial rice has a different quality. In the case of commercial rice the quality is no less competitive with existing partner rice brands and the price is cheaper.The researcher uses qualitative descriptive method where the researcher do observation and depth interview and acts as facilitator, reality will be constructed by research subjects so that it occurs naturally (natural setting), Primary data in this research is obtained from observation at Riau Bulri divre-Riau Islands, interviews to employees, or documentation during the study.Based on the results of observations and interviews of authors in the field, direct marketing is done by Bulog Divre Riau-Kepri in the sale of commercial rice. Bulog created a breakthrough to supply the food needs of the community. Bulog makes our Food House (RPK), to sell the basic necessities of society at affordable prices Direct Marketing Bulog also contacts consumers directly using the phone and Bulog also directly come to the place of its customers. Marketing communication strategy in the form of public relations done by Bulog Divre Riau-Kepri in selling commercial rice in Pekanbaru is by doing OP activity (market operation) which is one marketing communication strategy to reach wider society, marketing communication strategy in Word of Mouth form of Bulog Divre Riau-Riau Islands in the sale of commercial rice in Pekanbaru is Bulog started from tools that can be used that is banners placed in front of the office and Bulog Divre Riau-Riau. Abstract

Instagram is one of the social media not only to facilitate users to interact with other users, but also can be used as a disseminator of information varied. One form of social media used to disseminate information netizen is Instagram. Instagram accounts that attract much attention of social media users Instagram is an account named @Exploresiak. Instagram account @Exploresiak an Instagram account that provides specific information about the tourist attractions in Siak Sri Indrapura. Exposure to messages on social media into media spread information that could potentially bring interest to visit traveled to the town of Siak Sri Indrapura.The theory used in this research is the theory of SOR. The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the media exposure @Exploresiak Instagram account of the interests of tourist visits to Siak Sri Indrapura.This reseacrh used quantitative research methods, with data collecting techniques that is through the spreed of online questionnaires using google docs to followers @Exploresiak account with 155 sample counts that are determined through random sampling. The analysis techniques data in this reseacrh using descriptive statistical techniques.Based on these results, the effect of media exposure on @Exploresiak instagram account the interest of tourism in Sri Indrapura Siak it was obtained that regression coefficients value is Y = 10,278 + 0,742 X with a significance level of less than α= 0.05. it means that there is the influence of the effect of media exposure on the Instagram account of the interests of tourist visits @Exploresiak To Siak Sri Indrapura of 50.8% and categorized as moderate, while 49.2% are influenced by other factors not mentioned in the study. This Ho rejected and Ha accepted.Keyword : Exposure, Instagram, Interest
