Abstract

This study was conducted to determine how the planning of tour packages in PT.Bonanza Pekanbaru Holiday and what kind of consumer response to travel package in PT.Bonanza Pekanbaru Holiday.This study used a qualitative descriptive method for analyzing the problems. Key informant in this study is the first person from the management is Managing Director at PT.Bonanza Pekanbaru Holiday and 31 customers who come in and use the tour package designed by PT.Bonanza Pekanbaru Holiday. Key Informant determination in this study using purposive sampling technique and for the determination of informants from the customer using accidental sampling technique, where the data collection techniques used is by observation, interview and documentation. Theory in this research is processed authors of the factors of packages tour planning the book Tours and Travel Marketing (Oka A. Yoeti, 2006).Results of this study are expected to improve the planning of tour packages and travel packages to increase sales, especially for PT.Bonanza Pekanbaru Holiday and the entire business travel services providers in Riau.Keywords : Packages tour, Factors of Packages Tour Planning

Abstract

In this recent years, coffee becomes a trend. Drinking coffee in a coffee shop has been life style. As we can see, nowadays, there are a lot of coffee shops built, franchised from outside Indonesia and the local ones. Some of us do not realize that Javanese coffee has been famous since years ago. Abstract

Consideration of the author in using this method of qualitative methods are able to explain the phenomena through the collection of data obtained through interviews. Any data that can be processed and clearly defined using a language that is easily understood. This method does not use the sample population, because if the data collected has been profound and explain the phenomenon under study, it is not necessary to find other sampling. This study used a descriptive approach, where this research provides a detailed overview of the Dara Single Role In Promoting Tourism in the city of Pekanbaru. While data collection techniques in this research using techniques of observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the research that has been done, Single Dara has memepromosikan tourism in Pekanbaru. Promotion is done to help the development of tourism. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the Homestay Management Implementation in the village of Lubuk kembang Bunga Kawasasn Ecotourism Tesso Nilo Pelalawan Riau Province.With this study research method that I use is a qualitative method, in which researchers attempted to describe the actual condition or state by collecting data and information in the field and explain in narrative form without test hypotheses or make predictions before, while the data collection techniques in this research using observation , interviews, and documentation.Based on the results of the research that has been done, Execution Management Homestay already managed properly and the facilities on offer already meet the standards of homestay.Keywords: Management Homestay, Tesso Nilo National Park.

Abstract

This research purposed to get know how the communities participation and how the management of ecotourism in tesso nilo national park lubuk kembang bunga village district ukui sub-district plalawan on the stage of development of ecotourism there and potential to be developed in the Tesso Nilo national park.This study used a qualitative method with descriptive approach to describe the actual state by collecting data and information in the field. The subject of the study researchers used a key informant as many as 16 people are concerned with sub-indicators. While data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews, and documentation.Based on the research that has been done, the public response to community participation in the management of ecotourism businesses that occurred in the area of Tesso Nilo National Park is already underway in three participation that direct participation, indirect participation, and no participation, each of which has involved the participation of society in every, but the direct participation has not maximize the role of local communities or local in them.Key words : Community participation, ecotourism, Tesso Nilo National Park.

Abstract

This research is to know how the implementation of the promotion mix at Muara Takus Temple XIII Koto Kampar District Kampar Sub-District Riau Province.This research uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach to describe the actual state by collecting data and information in the field. The sample in this research as many as 100 were taken using census sampling. While data collection techniques in this research use observations, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. By using a Likert scale as a measuring instrument determines the length of the short interval.Based on the research that has been done, tourists responses on the implementation of the promotion mix at Muara Takus Temple XIII Koto Kampar District Kampar Sub-District Riau Province, about advertising, sales promotion and publicity is not good enough and not run the proper promotion planning strategy.Key words : Promotion Mix, Muara Takus Temple.

Abstract

Riau branding The Homeland Of Malay is selogan or branding that can be analyzed i.e. Land Spilled Blood. The branding on the critical limits stretcher the Riau Provincial Government to promote tourism potential flagship (the best) that had become the main tourist attraction of Riau with the hope of being able to increase levels of tours visit foreign countries or overseas in moving the wheel of economic society, improve the image of the area of regional competitiveness, and national and international dikancah. This research aims to know the meaning of Branding Riau The Homeland Of Malay In Riau Province to promote tourism. Branding is the name, Logo, and other Visual Identity. This study uses qualitative methods with the descriptive approach to discuss the issue. As for the subject Researches in this study as many as three people, taken using Key Informant. While the data collection technique in the research of using observation, documentation and interviews. With a variable into sub main component Branding (Temporal) is divided into easy to Spelt, easy to pronounce, unusual and unique, Memorable, protected, and recognized in General. Abstract

The purpose of conducting this research is to know the effectiveness of tourism promotion through Cerita Baru Center (CBC) at Sultan Syarif Kasim II International Airport.This research uses descriptive quantitative methode to analyze the problems. The population of this research are foreign tourist through the International Arrival of Sultan Syarif Kasim II International Airport. The sampel of this research was 50 respondents, and its taking by Accidental Sampling tecnique based on convinience. And for measuring the effectiveness of tourism promotion through Cerita Baru Center (CBC) at Sultan Syarif Kasim II International Airport are four dimensions they are Empathy, Persuation, Impact and Communication.Based on the research that has been conducted, respondents agree with four dimensions effectiveness of promotion tourism get results agree, tourist give a very good response and the dominant dimensions is Communication.Keywords: The Effectiveness Of Tourism Promotion, Cerita Baru Center (CBC)

Abstract

Bagan Siapi-Api is Chart has a variety of interesting cultures to visit, one of the festivals that has always been a tourist destination that is Bakar Tongkang Event. Therefore, the authors want to know the quality of services provided by the Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports Rokan Hilir Riau to tourists who visited the Bakar Tongkang Event.This study aims to determine the responses of respondents to services provided by officers during the event took place. This research uses quantitative descriptive method to examine and raise the problem by distributing questionnaires to respondents who visited the event or respondents who previously visited the event. The sample used in this study was 100 respondents, sampling technique used Nonprobability Sampling. Data collection techniques used Observation, Questionnaire, interview and documentation method. Technique Measurement Data using Likert Scale.From result of research consist of 5 sub variable that is Tangibles with good result, Realibility with good result, Responsiveness with good result, Assurance with good result and Emphaty with good result. By looking at the results of the recapitulation of the 5 sub-variables it is known that the Quality of Service at the Bakar Tongkang Event has been said Good.Keywords: Quality of Service, Event, Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Emphaty

Abstract

Linggam Cahaya Museum is the only one in Lingga regency. The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of promotion of Linggam Cahaya Museum in Lingga Regency, to know the parties who carry out promotion at Linggam Cahaya Museum, and to know what efforts are done in increasing tourist visit.This research uses qualitative method with descriptive approach. The subject of the research is the manager of Linggam Cahaya Museum Lingga Regency, Section Head of Promotion Facilities, Information and Cooperation of Tourism Department of Tourism, Youth and Sports of Lingga Regency, and the community. The data collection is done by observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis used in this research through data reduction stages, data presentation and conclusion.The results of this study concluded that the parties concerned to promote through advertising, personal selling, publicity, sales promotion, and digital marketing. The promoting party is the manager of the Linggam Cahaya museum Lingga Regency, the Lingga Regency Tourism, Youth and Sports Office, and the community. Efforts made in increasing tourist visits by providing visitor service and make better planning one of them in doing promotion.Key word : advertising, personal selling, publicity, sales promotion, and digital marketing
