Abstract

This research aims to determine the capabilities of the AIDS Commission (KPA) in handling HIV/AIDS in Pekanbaru City in 2022. The research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method which aims to describe the phenomena that occur. The theory used in this research is the capability of public organizations according to Kusumasari (2014) with Institutional, Human Resources, Financial and Technical indicators. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used in this research were interviews, observation, documentation as well as note taking and recording. The research results show that the capability of the Pekanbaru City AIDS Commission (KPA) in handling HIV/AIDS can be seen from several indicators as follows: 1) Institutional capability in terms of institutional arrangements of the Pekanbaru City AIDS Control Commission is quite good with the structure and team in place. 2) The human resource capabilities of the Pekanbaru City KPA are considered to be not optimal in carrying out all their duties and functions, this is due to an inappropriate educational background. 3) Capability in terms of budget, it is known that the Pekanbaru City KPA obtains a budget or financial resources originating from the Pekanbaru City APBD with a total amount of 200 million even though what is needed is 500 million, and it is not uncommon for this budget to be disbursed in the middle of the year. So the KPA cannot work effectively in dealing with the HIV/AIDS problem in Pekanbaru City. 4) Technical capabilities in terms of logistics and information systems used by the Pekanbaru City KPA to collaborate and build coordination with related parties in efforts to handle HIV/AIDS in Pekanbaru City are classified as capable of providing information facilities for communicating and establishing cooperation with various sectors and government institutions. and non-governmental organizations. Abstract

The level of traffic violations in Indonesia is considered very high, especially in big cities such as Pekanbaru City. Along with the increasingly advanced development of technology and information, the Indonesian Police developed an information system supported by network or website-based software with the help of electronic equipment called electronic ticketing (E-Tilang)/ETLE. This aims to achieve a relevant ticketing process that enables the dissemination of information to every member of the police. The presence of this national electronic ticket is to improve public security and safety programs on the highway. National ETLE detects all vehicles, both two-wheeled and four-wheeled, that do not comply with traffic rules. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive explanations. The types of data are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained from the results of direct observation and interviews with someone (informant), while secondary data is data that supports or strengthens primary data. Data collection techniques through interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the data collection technique from Miles and Huberman. The research results show that the implementation of electronic tickets for traffic violations in the jurisdiction of the Riau Regional Police through (ETLE) has not been optimal in dealing with traffic violations on the highway, because (ETLE) can only detect certain types of violations. Apart from that, the application of ETLE cannot be carried out on drivers or owners of motorized vehicles who do not confirm traffic violations involving vehicles detected by ETLE cameras either directly by visiting the ETLE Command Post or online so they cannot be subject to fines. ETLE also cannot take action against motorized vehicles that use vehicle registration numbers that do not match the motorized vehicle registration number registered with Samsat. Abstract

Grand Jatra Hotel is a 5 star hotel that stands right in the city center of the Pekanbaru Riau area. The Grand Jatra Pekanbaru Hotel is not free from various complaints from guests. Complaints can be categorized into two categories, namely mild complaints and serious complaints. This is specifically handled by the Receptionist. Handling complaints carried out and handled specifically by the receptionist is part of the complaint handling strategy and aims to make complaint handling more focused and able to answer complaints optimally. This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the strategies used, especially in handling complaints, as well as supporting environmental factors in handling complaints, such as the handling procedures carried out by the Receptionist at the Grand Jatra Hotel Pekanbaru. Abstract

Supervision of parking activities is carried out by the UPT.Parkiran Transportation Service in accordance with Mayor Regulation Number 284 of 2017. The large number of parking locations in Pekanbaru City requires UPT.Parkiran to carry out optimal supervision. However, the phenomenon in the field is that there are still many problems regarding parking such as illegal parking and illegal parking attendants. Based on this phenomenon, the aim of this research is to determine the implementation of the Transportation Department's supervisory function regarding the management of public roadside parking in Pekanbaru City in 2022, and to determine the inhibiting factors in the implementation of this supervisory function. This research is a type of descriptive research using a qualitative approach that describes phenomena in words rather than numbers. Data collection techniques in this research used interview and documentation techniques with the Purposive Sampling model in selecting samples. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model with 3 stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The theory in this research uses Supervision theory according to Kadarman Udayana, namely setting standards, measuring performance and analyzing deviations. And according to Muchsan, the theory that hinders supervision is that the seriousness or quality of the performance of the officers is not good. The findings that can be concluded from the Analysis of the Supervision Function of the Transportation Service regarding the Management of Public Roadside Parking in Pekanbaru City in 2022 which is based on the theory used is supervision carried out by the UPT. Parking takes the form of routine patrols to several places every day by checking parking locations and attendants. parking on duty. However, this supervision has not been running optimally as seen from the large number of illegal parking on the side of public roads such as in the Arifin Achmad Regional Hospital and SKA Mall area, as well as parking attendants who work not according to standards. Obstacles found in the monitoring process include the seriousness of the UPT's performance. Parking is found in human resources who are less competent and firm in giving sanctions to violators, less responsive to input from the public, and less informative regarding enforcement raids and where the official parking locations are. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of financial inclusion on the sustainability of MSME, determine the effect of financial management on the sustainability of MSME, and find out whether financial inclusion and financial management have an effect on the sustainability of MSME. The research method used is a quantitative method and uses secondary and primary data. Primary data was obtained from respondents who were collected through a questionnaire consisting of 24 questions. The sample consisted of 95 MSME business actors in the processed food and beverage sector from a population of 1856 business actors using a purposive random sampling technique. The measurement scale uses a Likert scale. Data analysis includes: descriptive statistics, validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination test. The data analysis technique for this research uses SPSS 25. The results of this research show, (1) There is a significant influence of financial inclusion on business sustainability among MSME actors in the food and beverage processing sector in Tampan District, (2) There is a significant influence of financial management on sustainability business among MSME actors in the food and beverage sector in Tampan District, and (3) There is a significant influence of financial inclusion and financial management on financial inclusion among MSME actors in the food and beverage sector in Tampan District. Abstract

Frontliner PT. Ivan Wisata Nusantara Pekanbaru strives to provide optimal service for customer comfort. Namely by making a departure schedule on time, providing documents regarding information during the trip to customers, responding well to special customer requests, being responsible and helping with customer problems, helping with travel documents, as well as dealing with every customer complaint and problem. Frontliner Service at PT. Ivan Wisata Nusantara in Pekanbaru City. Receiving Guests, Serving Customers, Selling Products, Building Good Relations and Contacting Customers. This research uses a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach to describe and explain the situation that occurred by collecting data and information in the field. The key informants in this research are the Main Director, Employees and Customers. In this research, the data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that having a uniform is mandatory, providing a comfortable waiting room, prioritizing service, providing service in good language, providing solutions and providing good facilities for customers. Abstract

The oil palm sector was known as a male-dominated working environment, resulting in the marginalization of women despite their contributions to oil palm cultivation. Women smallholder farmers faced injustices in various aspects, such as low wages, unclear employment status, limited access to resources and land ownership, as well as gender discrimination. This research utilized qualitative research methods, gathering both primary and secondary data. The author conducted interviews with facilitators assisting women smallholder oil palm farmers in Rokan Hulu, and utilized essential documents as additional data sources. Other secondary data were collected through journals, news articles, policies, and relevant written materials. RSPO played a significant role in empowering women through its certification mechanisms. As an NGO, RSPO successfully fulfilled 4 out of 5 roles proposed by Ahmed and Potter. RSPO played a particularly significant role in providing education to the community, namely women smallholder oil palm farmers in Rokan Hulu. Abstract

PT. Tunas Antarnusa Muda Wisata is one of the tourism transportation modes in the city of Pekanbaru. Formerly a small business, PT. Tunas Antarnusa Muda Wisata has grown to become one of the best tourism transportation modes in Pekanbaru, providing excellent service, well-equipped bus units, and utillzing the lates technology in today’s tourism transportation industry. Therefore, this research is conducted to determine the factors influencing the selection of PT. Tunas Antarnusa Muda Wisata as a tourism transportation in Pekanbaru. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method by distributing questionnaires via google form and directly to 88 respondents using a likert scale. The data collection techniques in this study include observation, interview, questionnaires, and documentation. Based on the data management result using the likert scale measurement technique, factors influencing the selection of PT. Tunas Antarnusa Muda Wisata tourism transportation in Pekanbaru are accessibility and comfort, time and distance, transportation costs, and infrastructure and transportation system development. The score for accessibility and comfort factors is 731, the score for time and distance factors is 723. The score for transportation costs factors is 709, and the score for infrastructure and transportation system development factors is 694, with the most dominant factor being accessibility and comfort. Based on the questionnaire result, the respondent profile indicates that the majority of respondent are male in the 17-25 age group, with their tourism destinations mostly in North Sumatera, and they have purchased PT. Abstract

The implementation of the parking upt function in Pekanbaru in managing parking is contained in Mayor Regulation (Perwako) Number 138 of 2020 concerning Parking Management. The source of regional revenue in Pekanbaru City that is more likely to be developed at this time is parking levy revenue, because based on information from the Head of the Pekanbaru City Regional Revenue Service (Dispenda) that levy revenue in Pekanbaru City still really needs to be improved. Revenue from collecting parking fees to achieve the results targeted by the city government can be realized well. The theoretical concept used is that a one-sided public legal action is an action whose legal consequences arise directly as the government carries out the action without waiting for a reaction from the affected parties; Double-sided public legal acts: This double-sided public legal act has legal consequences that only arise after there is an agreement between the government and the affected parties. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. Research that analyzes and produces data in the form of speech, writing and behavior from the people being observed. Based on the results of research on the actions of the Pekanbaru City Transportation Department government regarding parking management, it can be seen that the Pekanbaru City Transportation Department has been appointed as the agency that will manage parking based on Perwako Pekanbaru No. 132 of 2020. Determined as a Technical Implementation Unit that implements the financial management pattern of the Regional Public Service Agency (BLUD) based on the Decree of the Mayor of Pekanbaru Number 647 of 2019 concerning the establishment of a Parking Technical Implementation Unit at the Pekanbaru City Transportation Service, in addition to complying with the provisions of article 43 of the Regulation Minister of Home Affairs Number 79 of 2018 concerning Regional Public Service Bodies requires Minimum Service Standards for Parking Technical Implementation Units that implement the Financial Management Pattern of Regional Public Service Bodies. Abstract

This research aims to find out about the procedures for ordering forms for the Front Office Department at the Grand Suka Hotel Pekanbaru. The reservation form is the process of creating a list of incoming guest orders in accordance with existing procedures. Suka is an abbreviation for "Sultan Kasim" which was inaugurated in 2016, Grand Suka Hotel Pekanbaru is centrally located on Jalan Soekarno-Hatta, Pekanbaru, which is a subsidiary of PT. SUKA SURYA INTERNUSA. This research uses qualitative methods to analyze a collection of cases consisting of three key informants in this research. That is 1 Duty Manager, 1 Reservations Staff, and 1 Front Desk Agent. Sources were obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of the research, the conclusion of this research is that the front office department reservation form has been implemented, but improvements still need to be made so that the reservation form will be better in the future.
