Abstract

This research discusses about cooperation on New Zealand in Indonesia in in the field of geothermal energi. Indonesia is one country with the greatest potential for geothermal energi in the world. As a renewable and environmental friendly energi , geothermal energi potential need to be improved its contribution to meet domestic energi needs which will reduce Indonesia's dependence on fossil energi sources dwindling. Although the potential of Indonesia has big geothermal energi , but the utilization of geothermal energi is not maximized.Indonesia decided to cooperate with New Zealand in order to maximize the utilization of geothermal energi .In this research, the writer uses library research technique. Sources were obtained from journals, website and news.Method that applied in this research is qualitative. This research also uses level of analysis of nation-state and neo-liberalism perspective. Theory of cooperationwill supports to explain the problem in this research.There are two factor behind Indonesia and New Zealand partnership. First, internal factor which geothermal resources in Indonesia has not been maximalize. This geothermal development will increase energy reserves and able to keep Indonesia’s energy security.Second. external factor which. New Zealand is a country with high experiences and high capabilities in geothermal development. New Zealand is also known as the state which has advantages and capabilities in geothermal technology and geothermal human resources.Keywords: cooperation, investment, energi, geothermal, interest

Abstract

LPG 3 kg has become a very important requirement. It can be seen from the demand for LPG 3 kg is increasing every year, both in use for households or for the development of micro enterprises. The purpose of this research was to determine how the LPG 3 kg distribution control in the Kelurahan Sidomulyo Barat Kecamatan Tampan by the Department of Industry and Trade of Pekanbaru City (case study: Sub Distributor LPG 3 kg) and to determine the factors that affect the control in the distribution of LPG 3 kg.Theoretical concepts used is controlling from Ukas. Indicators in this research accomplished the standard, compare result with standard, and take correction action. And to determine the factors that affect the control in the distribution of LPG 3 kg by the Department of Industry and Trade of Pekanbaru City in Kelurahan Sidomulyo Barat Kecamatan Tampan based on research in the field. The method used is descriptive qualitative with purposive sampling technique . Informants in this study is the Department of Industry and Trade of Pekanbaru City, PT . Pertamina ( Persero ), Distributor LPG 3 kg , Sub- Distributors LPG 3 kg and Consumers with accidental sampling technique .From the research, it can be concluded that controlling is done by Department of Industry and Trade of Pekanbaru City in Kelurahan Sidomulyo Barat Kecamatan Tampan no miximized. can be seen from sub distributors LPG 3 kg that did not apply the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) one of which is a sub distributors who sells LPG 3 kg over the normal price in the distribution area Kelurahan Sidomulyo Barat Kecamatan Tampan.Keywords: Controlling, Distribution, Sub Distributors LPG 3 kg

Abstract

This study describe about the maintain social capital in community vespa uvorable Pekanbaru. Maintaining social capital in the community can be seen through some of the indicators of which is the notion of social capital, social capital in a community, the elements of social capital, the norm in social capital and social networks.The study population was a member of the community joined in uvorable vespa motorcycle community in Pekanbaru. Sampling method used in this study is proportionate stratified sampling techniques and data analysis used is descriptive and qualitative analysis.Data was collected by using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The theory used is the Social Group Theory and Theory of Social Capital. This study aims to determine the history of the formation of uvorable vespa community, to know what their purpose in forming a community of Vespa unvorable well as to determine the existence of a community of Vespa uvorable Results from this study is that the members of the community joined in Pekanbaru uvorable vespa community have one thought and one purpose the same that they vespa motor fans and they do not want the motor vespa they use now become old items no longer used because of the rapid developments in automotive technology. Abstract

The problem discussed in this study is to describe how the smoking behavior of women in urban areas with existing case studies student in town Pekanbaru. this study uses accidental sampling. Informants in this study were women’s status as a student in town. Informants are 5 people that students who smoked secretly and openly. Data analysis is Qualitative Descriptive. By filtering the data through Observation and Interviews. The theory used in this research is the theory about the Lifestyle and Gender Theory. From the study it can be concluded that smoking behavior conducted by the student in the city of Pekanbaru came from their own. Smoking behavior conducted by a student in the city Pekanbaru caused by the lack of parental control and strengthened the influence of the environment or peers. The study also illustrates that the student smoking in the city of Pekanbaru classified in light smokers because cigarettes consumed relatively little with consideration of taste, price, and their economic cirucumstances. The study also concluded that students who smoke basically have the knowledge about the negative effects of smoking behavior. They ignore the habit that they do not bring harm to them.Keywords : Behaviour, Smoke, Students

Abstract

This thesis is submitted in order to qualify holds a Bachelor of Sociology. With the title " The Teen Portrait of Behave Deviating in Mandau District Of Gutter Village Duri Bengkalis. The issues discussed in this paper is to describe the factors adolescents do deviant behavior and characteristics of adolescents who commit deviant behavior. The issue of juvenile crime should receive special attention from both families especially those of the parents who are the closest to the teens. Teen issues have become a social reality in our society, especially when taken into consideration that the teen generation is going to fill a variety of positions in society in the future that will continue the life of society, the nation and the State in the future. The subject of this research were all adolescents who do meyimpang behavior. The sampling technique used in this research is census techniques. Census technique is a method of sampling as a whole. The method used is quantitative descriptive method with quantitative and qualitative data analysis. Data screening instruments are observation, questionnaires, and documents. The theory is used to issue the factors of deviant behavior is by EH Sutherland who say evil person behaves the same way with the evil behavior. That is, evil behavior is studied in interaction with others and the person is getting nasty behavior as a result of interactions made by people who behave in a tendency against the norms of existing laws. Further Sutherland called it a differential association process (differential association), because what is learned in the process, as a result of interaction with the patterns of malicious behavior. The theory is also used Kartini theory subculture theory linking Kartono about trust or confidence, certain ambitions (eg its ambitions material, relaxed life, a criminal pattern, heterosexual relationships are free, and others) that motivate the emergence of groups of teenagers brandalan and criminal.Results of research in general is done then the writer can say that meyimpang behavioral factors that most affect young people do is a playmate and economic factors , playmates became one of the factors that influence as a teenage friends playing a social action in the achievement of the character himself . Economic factors are sufficient to support the juvenile perform deviant behavior , adolescents with live well is not always avoid deviant acts , live with all the facilities that are already available causes teens to feel bored and looking for something that they do not get at home . Beyond the search process is not always a positive value but often teenagers confronted with the values that are negative.Keywords : Juvenile Delinquency , Deviant Behavior

Abstract

The background of this study by the increasingly widespread phenomenon ofincreasingly rapid internet cafes in the city of Pekanbaru. Not only that difungsingkan internetcafes all websites visited by users for general but specific internet cafes online games or gamingcenter that can be said is also growing rapidly, game center is a cafe that is only reserved foronline gaming enthusiasts or for those who like to play online games. Not only that game centercan open all the sites. Now there are 119 internet cafes are open 24 hours have been scatteredthroughout the region in Pekanbaru, and one of them on the road Durian. On the road there areinternet cafes named Markas Net. The form of this research is qualitative with purposivesampling as a sampling technique, which can describe thoroughly how profiles online gamingenthusiasts often called gamers, ranging from gamers identity, gender, age, education, behavior,until the work of parents, and revenue parents and impact derived from playing online games.Then, the results of this study indicate that most who play online games are men than womenwho do not like noise. Later, age and education are also strongly associated with online gamesthey play. As well, the pocket money they get often can not determine whether or not they playonline games. The number of online games that exist in Markas Net with the number of 34online games, but from this study found four very popular online game played dansering gamersat Markas Net, namely Dragon Nest, Dota 2, Lost Saga and Point Blank (PB).Keywords: Profile Gamers, Headquarters Net, Game Centre, Games Online

Abstract

This research is aimed to explain REDD+ system as one of the resolution of problems instrument in reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Research was located in Riau Province, due to its historically high deforestation. Land Use, Land Use Change and Forestry (LULUCF) which have contributed 17-20% to concentration of greenhouse gas (GHG) in atmosphere and climate change. This figure is bigger than global forest area in the world, particularly in comparison with the existing tropical forest that is only around 10% of global forest area in the world. One of mechanism for reducing GHG is through Reducing Emissions from Deforestation and Forest Degradation Plus (REDD+). This research was built by using theory of human security and sustainable development. Data analysis was used with stakeholder analysis and descriptive analysis. The method used in this study is descriptive, which explains or depicts and interprets the data later to compare and examine factors related to the situation, conditions and phenomena. The research found that REDD+ involvement in the implementation of the parties strongly supported the implementation of these activities and also needed special attention in the area of spatial management. Abstract

Building a media relations strategy, PR University of Riau using good cooperation with the media. Issues which occurred involving several elements of the Riau University involved in corruption, fraud and immoral make PR University of Riau should be able to give a good image to the public, especially the mass media. To the need to build a good relationship between the organization and the mass media so that the objectives of the organization / institution to achieve high publicity and publicity can be achieved with good and proper. Strategy needed teknk-technique or knowledge in the sense of understanding of media relations strategy, in order to be able to give you the satisfaction of cooperation between the two sides so that cooperation can be kept running continuously. This study aims to analyze the strategy of media relations PR Riau University in establishing good governance. Any form of managing relations, development strategy and how network development conducted by the Public Relations University of Riau.This study uses descriptive qualitative research, which seeks information and explain the phenomena that occur in accordance with the results obtained. Techniques used in collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants in this study as many as four people. Examination of the validity of the data was performed using the extension of participation and triangulation techniques. Once the data is collected, then in the process through descriptive analysis of qualitative data, and then do an inference research.The results of this study explains that building a good relationship with the media is one of the strategies of media relations PR Riau University to be able to realize Good University Governwance. PR University of Riau establish specific strategies to manage a good relationship with the media, subscribe to the media, and the entire leadership of the head and its subsections public relations. Develop a strategy by using existing media in PR, build and maintain contact with the media, positioning the agency as a source of information, always coordinating with other subsections, and kemedian done to develop the network. It-al are interesting in this study is the disclosure required mass media colleagues, maintaining a good reputation and cooperation, take and give positive.Key words :media relations strategy, public relations University of riau, Good Governance

Abstract

Work environment is everything that is around an employee of a company. The work environment should be considered by the management, as it will affect the job satisfaction of employees. With improvements in the work environment will be able to increase job satisfaction and indirectly improve performance and ultimately will be able to facilitate the company achieve its goals in accordance with the plans that have been prepared well. Job satisfaction is a pleasant emotional attitude and loves his job. This attitude is reflected by the morale, discipline and performance.The purpose of this study was to determine whether the work environment have a significant effect on job satisfaction of employees at PT. Riau Andalan Kertas. This research was conducted by taking a sample of 72 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire in the form of a list of statements. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using SPSS 20.0 for Windows.The results showed that simultaneously working environment have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction PT. Riau Andalan Kertas, This means that the working environment can improve employee job satisfaction PT. Abstract

Social stratification is a symptom of a general nature in every society. The Forms ofdifferent walks of life and a lot of layers is that exist, even in capitalist society, democratic,communist, and so onc. The different walks of life wasexisted since human society to know theirlife together in a social organization.The purpose of this study was (1) to determine how the level of social stratification thatexisted at the sub-district Limapuluh of Sekip villages and (2) to determine the factors that affectsocial change in the village of Sekip. This study was expected to be as one means oftransforming ideas and gain knowledge as well as a writer and contributed information in thethinking that led to the study of social discourse particularly closely linked in social stratificationcommunity in the development of residential and educational environment. This study took placeon January to April 2015. This study used descriptive qualitative research methods that explainedand interpreted the collected of data. The data were collected by observation and interview.Technique data validity checking was done by the extension of participation and triangulation.The results of this study indicated that social stratification can form in people who have aregular order of life. As long as there was something considered valuable in the society, then itwould be a valuable element that caused the formation of social stratification. Theforms of socialstratification that occurs in the Sekip Village Subdistrict of Limapuluh of Pekanbaru was thestratification of wealth element. The Social was changing that occured in society Sekip villagescaused by several factors.From internal factors, the social changes caused by changed inpopulation and discoveries (innovation) new. While external factors, the social change Sekipcaused by changed in the physical environment as well as the influence of other cultures.Keywords: Stratification, Layers, Social
