Abstract

Bidik Misi scholarship is a programm to all students in College especially to all least coast fee about study and appreciate to the best student at Campus. Indonesia has 148 campus to the receive the Bidik Misi scholarship. University of Riau is a one of a campus get the Bidik Misi 2010 until 2014 scholarship and program has continue to the least poor in this area. Many problems who the writer found the some unjustice about the Bidik Misi scholarship in University of Riau. The writer has information from rektorat building in University of Riau. After that, the writer check this data, and begin to analizy with theory. The writer of this research using William Dunn theory about Evaluation of Policy. Abstract

Teenagers are the future generation who have an important role in the future in which they are also expected to perform and able to face the challenges that exist in the present and the future. The purpose of this study aims to determine the type of juvenile delinquency estuary village dilam Kunto Darus Salam subdistrict Rokan Hulu and to determine the factors causing juvenile delinquency in the village of Muara Dilam Kunto Darus Salam subdistrict Rokan Hulu. The theory used is the theory of aberration. Deviations are all actions that are not in accordance with the norms in force. Abstract

This research discusses about the implication of shale oil development to OPEC revenues. United States is one of the biggest energy consumption states. As a superpower state that becomes the second biggest country in energy consumption, United States has to keep its energy security resilence. Therefore, United States begins to develop alternative energy, such as shale oil resources. Shale oil development reach the successes which has been consumed for a half of total energy consumption in the United States lately. United States has a lot of shale oil resources in the country that do not only decrease the oil prices but also become a substitution of energy in US. The substitution does implication to OPEC revenues. This research using a level analysis of state, the used perspective is structuralism perspective to understand the implication of shale oil development. This research is based on library research which takes data from book, relevant, journal, newspaper and internet. In this research, the writer uses qualitative research method. Abstract

This reasearch analyzes the role of Taliban in Opium trade in Afghanistan, especially during 2007 until 2011. Afghanistan is the world’s largest producer of opium. Since Taliban become the most powerful group in Afghanistan, Taliban is the one of most detrimental impact of opium poppy cultivation and opium trafficking in Afghanistan.Since the 2001 U.S. invasion of Afghanistan, the poppy trade has played a criticalmdestabilizing role, both in corrupting the Afghan government and police and in bankrolling the resurgence of the Taliban. This reasearch shows how Taliban commanders on the village level have expanded their activities related to drugs from collecting extortion and charging protection fees to running heroin refineries and other smuggling schemes.The datas were collected from many source like books, journals, and website that can support this reasearch. In this reasearch, the reasearch uses pluralism perspective to describe the role of Thaliban on increassing opium production in Afghanistan. This reasearch is supported by role theory. Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how the recruitment process and the factors that influence the Housewife chose to work as a street sweeper in Pekanbaru. Where in this Pekanbaru City street sweeper more women than men. To find out how the recruitment process and factors such mempengaruhui Housewife chose to work as a street sweeper in Pekanbaru, the authors conducted data collection by using the technique of direct interview with the respondents using a list of questions prepared in advance, and also that researchers obsevarsi directly observing the behavior of the respondent. Using purposive sampling technique that researchers have determined the subject of research with the assumption or opinion of himself as a subject research. Results of research conducted that the recruitment process Housewife be a street sweeper in Pekanbaru is relatively easy because the terms are defined not difficult to include are: photocopy KK (family card), a copy of ID card (Identity Card), and a cover letter. Street sweeper is supervised by a foreman at each working area, street sweeper was divided into two, namely: sweeper median (1), sweeper sand (2). The median is the sweeper sweeping trash system with the middle area of the road that separates the space between the right and left of the road, while the sweeper sand or so-called sweeper edge is swept trash system aupun sand with right or left area roads. The husband's income is not sufficient is one of the factors that affect their work as a street sweeper. Allocation of their income to meet their child's school fees in addition to working as a street sweeper they can meet the needs of themselves without having to like buying clothes, veil, powder, and else.Keywords : Motivation , Status and Role , Women and Work

Abstract

This research describes about syria interests in Lebanon in conducting diplomatic relations. In the beginning, Syria did not agree with the establishment of the Lebanese State because it leads to reduced part of Syrian territory. Syria initially determined not to open formal diplomatic relations with Lebanon. In 2008 Syria began to open the way for diplomatic relations. The attitude of Syria in opening diplomatic relations with Lebanon certainly has its own importance.This research uses a realist perspective. Where the realist focused that the State is a major actor in international politics. Syria opened relations with Lebanon to achieve the interests of his country. In this paper, the author uses the analysis of the level of the nation state that focuses on the discussion of the diplomatic relations forged by Syria in Lebanon. The author uses the method of library research to collect data, the data collection methods of books, journals, articles, internet and other supporting media.The results of this research indicate that Syria has a national interest in Lebanon. Therefore, syria opened diplomatic relations with Lebanon which will provide benefits in syria, namely in the field of military security, and regional integration.Keywords :diplomatic relations, national interest, regional integration

Abstract

Interpersonal communication is needed in activity in the world of work, so thatleaders and subordinates can better understand the performance of each employee.Interpersonal communication can be very effective and can also be very ineffective.Conflicts in such a relationship with a subordinate or subordinates leadership with asubordinate makes walking is not effective interpersonal communication. To foster andimprove interpersonal relationships need to improve communication quality by improvingrelations and cooperation between the various parties in the Department of Population andCivil Registration Kampar regency. This study aims to determine the openness, empathy,support, positive sense, and equality in interpersonal communication leaders andsubordinates in improving performance in the Department of Population and CivilRegistration Kampar regency.This research method is qualitative analysis of interpersonal communication thisstudy uses of Joseph A. Devito, which is part of the perspective humanistc. The location ofresearch at the Department of Population and Civil Registration Kampar regency. A.Rahman Saleh street Bangkinang City District of Kampar regency. Informants in this studyis the Head of Department and employees using purposive sampling technique. Datacollection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation.Results of research on interpersonal communication leaders and subordinates inimproving performance in the service population and civil registration Kampar district isseen from five aspects: openness, empathy, support, positive sense, and equality. Openness,transparency between leaders and subordinates are still lacking and the need forimprovement in terms of in-depth approach undertaken leadership. Empathy, empathygiven leadership to bawahnnya still less because only some employees who had had enoughconcerns to their leaders. Support, supportive attitude is not very effective leadershipwhere leaders only put pressure on subordinates that work quickly resolved. Positive sense,positive sense leader must be able to speak informally in the language of the heart to hissubordinates. Equality, equality leaders still being discriminating subordinates this createssocial jealousy among subordinates.Key word : Interpersonal communication, improving performance.

This study used a qualitative descriptive method. Research locations in District Charming Pekanbaru with research focus on the implementation of the City Government Regulation No. 12 Year 2002 Pekanbaru About Pillars About Pillars of Citizens. Based on this research, the analysis of Pekanbaru City Government Regulation No. 12 Year 2002 concerning the Neighborhood And Pillars of Citizens can be seen from the Evaluation and Implementation of Government Regulation No. 12 Year 2002 concerning the Neighborhood and Pillars of Citizens in District Charming Pekanbaru still less effective because in their implementation found no identification lancaranya implementation of government tasks, planning and implementation of development and sociality. The purpose of this research was to investigate the implementation of standard operating procedre by housekeeping department of hotel Unigraha Pangkalan Kerinci. Hotel Unigrah in increasing the number of the guests. And the guest feedbeack on the implementation of standard operating proedureThis research uses therory of Bagyono(2008) to explanation on the implementatioan of housekeeping Department,standard operating proccedure by room boy Hotel Uniigraha Pangkalan Kerinci.Base on the result of, responden to the faktors that effect the performance of housekeeping department at the hotel ibis pekanbaru,are namely organizational factors, individual faktors and social faktors. Abstract

PT. COSMIC is a company engaged in the manufacture and marketing of asphalt, emulsified, lubricating oil, and fuel oil. Currently has several representative offices in Indonesia, including in Batam, Perawang and Pekanbaru. PT. COSMIC has had some tankers to facilitate transport, for fuel terminals have had it in Batam and Pekanbaru Perawang. In the transport and distribution of PT. COSMIC use some form of land transport colt diesel, ankle, trailers and others, each of which has a payload capacity of an average of over 12 tons. The existence of public complaints against PT Cosmic vehicles passing through Jalan Waja Wangsa village Tualang tonnage exceeding got the attention of the District Government Tualang. In order to find a solution, the District Government Tualang invite companies, related parties held a meeting on hall district office Tualang order to find solutions related to how the relationships, roles, and their attitude and response and participation of all parties in addressing this issue. Meetings are held until the end of 2014 does not go realization in accordance with the agreements that have been made.For that conducted research on SOCIETY AND DEVELOPMENT VILLAGE (STUDY OF COSMIC IN ITS DEVELOPMENT IN THE VILLAGE OF TUALANG SUB DISTRICT TUALANG). This study used a qualitative, in this case the analysis, observation and interviews. The result of research on this problem is less well demonstrated by the value of relationships, roles and cooperation between PT.
