Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of Family Planning Agency and Women's Empowerment in implementing the family planning program in Kampar regency Gentlemen. As for the background of this research is not yet achieved the target of family planning acceptors Men in Kampar regency and the condition of the lack of information about family planning in Kampar regency Gentlemen. This study uses a qualitative method of data collection techniques by means of in-depth interviews and the use of libraries as well as qualitative descriptive data analysis. The necessary data, among others; primary data obtained through interviews and secondary data obtained through library research on issues related to this study. Based on the survey results revealed that the role BKBPP Kampar district in implementing the family planning program is to make efforts male socialization and continuous coordination with Government agencies, but to socialize Men specific family planning program is not yet done. The factors that affect BKBPP in implementing the family planning program of Men is a factor of limited human resources, limited means of supporting and budget constraints factorKeywords : Implementation, MOP, Role , Agencies

Abstract

Provision of credit facilities are always followed by various types of risk. Credit risk of the most common is the inability of the debtor to pay back its obligations in the form of loan principal and interest loans, causing a credit crunch. Problem loans are loans that must be resolved and addressed to avoid losses at the bank. PD. BPR Sarimadu Pekanbaru branch is one of the banking institutions which cannot be separated from non-performing loans, requiring the completion of the loans that experienced these problem. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the settlement of non-performing loans in the PD. BPR Sarimadu Pekanbaru branch. The sampling technique used is ti assign an informant within the settlement of non-performing loans. As for the informants in this study were employees of credit PD. BPR Sarimadu Pekanbaru branch and debtors. His or of this study showed that the percentage of non-performing loans in 2011-2014 fluctuated and tended to increase. The resolution of troubled debt PD. BPR Sarimadu Pekanbaru branch in the form of credit restructuritation including the rescheduling, restructuring and foreclosure of collateral.Key words: credit risk, non-performing loans, troubled debt setlement

Abstract

This research is intended to find out the role of the regional environmental impact Control Agency of Batam City against the environmental problems that occur in industrial areas namely, Batam city, concerning sustainable development based upon the environment, the activities of the industry now aims to build an economic sector but has a negative effect that is the pollution of the environment. In this case in Batam city frequent occurrence of environmental pollution caused by industrial activity namely with disposal of waste which are not in place. This research is focused on environmental impact Control Agency area of Batam city authorities in the control of the environment . With the outline of the research issues namely how environmental impact Control Agency the role of the Regions in the control of pollution of the environment against industrial activity in Batam city in 2011-2014 and the factors restricting the role of the regional environmental impact Control Agency in controlling environmental pollution in Batam city in 2011-2014.Type of this research is a descriptive i.e. researchers provide a description and overview of the phenomenon or social symptoms examined by independent variables described in a systematic and accurate. Method of data collection is done by means of interviews and the documentation.The results of this research show that the role of environmental impact Control Agency area of Batam city in pollution control against industrial activity carried out according to its function but have not run well in accordance with the goals and targets that have been set. This is not in accordance with the duties and functions of the regional environmental impact Control Agency of Batam city, resulting in less the maximum role of Bapedalda itself in controlling pollution that occurred in Batam city. So it should be should be able to stake Bapedalda holder which is professional in the discharge of pollution control and must be capable of tackling the obstacles faced.Keywords: role, environmental pollution, Environmental Impact Control Agency (Bapedalda)

Abstract

News in television has advantages of radio news or news paper. Currently various news information program is needed by everyone. News become very important because it deals directly with the lives of their audience. The sexual violence cases were often becomes the hot news to attract the curiosity of community. Of all the curiosity, fear and anxiety are the most subject of community complain, especially for parents. In association with cultivation theory which states that the more time a persons spends watching television, the stronger the tendency of people equate social reality. At this point respondents who often watch the news that shows cases of sexual assault on a child on television tend to be anxious. The purpose of this study is to observe how much the level of anxiety parents in SD Al-Ulum of exposure to the news which shows cases of sexual assault on a child on television.The method used in this study is a quantitative method with explanation survey. Researchers collected data using questionnaires and documentation. The location of this research is in kota Pekanbaru. The number of samples for this study as many as 96 respondents, using sampling techniques unknown population because the population of responden who is watching news exposure on child sexual assault cases on television is not known for certain. To determine the effect of these two variables, researchers used a simple linear regression analysis. While the questionnaire for processing test data, performed using the Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) Windows version 20.Based on a simple linear regression to study the influence of the news exposure on child sexual assault cases on television of parental anxiety at SD Al-Ulum, the regression coefficient values obtained in this study is Y = 15.236 + 0.803 X with a significance level of 0.0001 and smaller than α = 0.05. While based on the determination test, the result is 34.8 %. It means, there is a small influence of exposure to the news that shows cases of sexual assault on a child on television to the level of anxiety of parents in SD Al-Ulum. The dominant respondents work as civil servants and private employees, so there is not much time to watch the news that shows cases of sexual assault on a child on television.Keywords: News,Child Sexual Assault Cases, Parental Anxiety

Abstract

One of the advances in mobile phone technology is smart phone and iOS which is a smart phone operation system. It is used to support the means of communication where one of the facilities is instagram. The instagram is used to do trading some products (online shop). This study aimed to find out the sales promotion effect of Almira women clothing shop on instagram toward followers purchasing decision. In S-O-R theory, material object was human whose components’ souls are: attitudes, opinions, behaviors, cognition, affection, and konasi. According to this theory, organism results a particular behavior in certain stimulation condition. The effect appeared is a specific reaction toward specific stimulation. So, one can expect and predict compatibility between message and communicant reaction.This study used qualitative research whichdescribed and explained a problem with generalized result. The research method was survey method which used questionnaire as the data collection technique. The population of this study was the followers of Almira Shop Pekanbaru instagram which has 7883 followers on its account. The researchersetthe samples of this study were the Instagram account of Almira Shop followers who ever made purchasing. Using the slovin formula, there were 80 people of the followers qualified as the sample. In this study, Double linier regression with SPSS 16.00 program was used to analyze the data.Based on the result, it was obtained that the probability value(p value) of sales promotion variabel (0.001) <α =0.1. It means that women clothing sales promotion of Almira Shop on Instagram influenced the purchasing decisions of the folowers. The influence contribution ofwomen's clothing sales promotion of AlmiraShop in Instagram toward folowers purchasing decisions was 13.4%. Based on the result, the value of 13.4 was extended from 0.00 to 0.199 which was at the extremely weak category.In short, the influence of women clothing sales promotion of Almira shop on instagram toward the followers’ purchasing decision was weak. It was because the lack of trust between Almira shop and its followers and lack of sales promotion; such as contest, money-returned offer and discount in order to stimulate the followers to keep making purchasing.Keyword: Sales Promotion, Buying Decision, Instagram and Onlineshop

Abstract

The study was based on the phenomenon still often the practice of corruption, collusion and nepotism (KKN) of goods and services by government. So with the e-procurement can be an instrument to prevent and reduce corruption, collusion and nepotism (KKN) because through e-procurement, procurement of goods and services can further enhance transparency and accountability, improve market access and fair competition, improve the level of efficiency of the procurement process, to support the process of monitoring and auditing, and meet the needs of real-time information access. So the purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of the implementation of e-procurement in support of good governance in the province of Riau and to determine the factors that influence the effectiveness of the implementation of e-procurement in support of good governance in the province of Riau.Theoretical concepts used are effectiveness, proposed by Mahmudi. This study uses qualitative research methods to study descriptive data. In collecting the data the researcher used interview, observation, and documentation. By using key informants as a source of information and as a source triangulation techniques in testing the validity of the data.Results of this study by using e-procuremen program in the procurement of goods and services within the Riau provincial government has implemented a very effective compared to conventional systems for the perpetrators of the auction services. This is evident from the information regarding the procurement of goods and services can be obtained via internet whenever such information is required, and no need to wait for a later date. The factors that are affecting the success of e-procurement program is a human resources (HR), facilities and infrastructure and sources of funding. Which all of these factors are influential for the achievement of effective implementation of e-procurement in support of good governance in the province of Riau.Keywords : Effectiveness, E-Procurement, Good Governance.

Abstract

The quality of service is the level of excellence that is expected and control over that advantage to meet the wishes of costumers. As a result of service quality would give customers or costumers in banking to be faithful use the services of the banking.This study aims to know the influence of the quality of services to the loyalty of costumers in the BTN Batara (PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk of Medan) as well as to test the influence of both these variables. The author using the method of analysis descriptive and some theory of the quality of service and loyalty of customers. The indicators used in a variable is an independent is realibility, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence and variable strapped to is the loyalty of customers. Gathering data using the questionnaire and interview. The sample used is accidental sampling. The source data used is the primary or data obtained directly from the questionnaire and interview. Data secondary is the data obtained from the customer service and the public company the bank, Bank Tabungan Negara of Medan.The results of this is the tests are conducted can be concluded that variable the quality of service used to explain 73,7% impact on the variables the loyalty of customers while the rest of his 27,3% affected or be explained by other variables that are not included in this research.Key word : The quality of service, The loyalty of customers

Abstract

This study was to determine the effect of democratic leadership style to theloyalty of employees (Case Study Olgaria Hotel Pekanbaru). The study population ofall employees in the hotel Olgaria Pekanbaru totaling 35 people. Analysis of the datain this study using SPSS. Sampling techniques using the census method and dataanalysis techniques used in this study include validity, reliability, simple linearregression and t-test to test and prove the research hypothesis.The analysis showed that the influence of the democratic leadership style tothe loyalty of employees . Based on the results obtained by the value of r (correlationcoefficient) amounted to 54.3% 0543% means that the democratic leadership stylevariable significant effect on employee loyalty Olgaria Hotel Pekanbaru. Results ofhypothesis testing found that t-count larger than t-table which means Ha accepted.Keywords: democratic leadership style and employee loyalty

Abstract

PT. Agung Automall Sutomo Pekanbaru branch is one of Toyota dealers in Pekanbaru is located at Jl. Sutomo 13 Pekanbaru. PT Agung Automall Sutomo Pekanbaru branch charged with marketing activities for the products produced. Marketing includes the company's business that starts with identifying consumers' needs should be satisfied, determine the products to be manufactured, determine appropriate product prices, determine ways of promotion and distribution / sale of such products, and eventually the resulting product is up to the consumer.The data used are primary data and secondary data. Sub variables studied consisted of positioning against Attributes, benefits, competitors, price, usability. The analysis used is descriptive analysis. Sampling was conducted in stages with accidental sampling method with a total sample of 76 respondents.The Results of research and testing of consumer products hepotesis author of the Toyota Avanza in PT. Agung Automall Pekanbaru showed that five variables positioning above the most dominant factor in influencing consumers to buy products at PT Toyota Avanza. Agung Automall is based on the usability of the product. Respondents tend to be more familiar with the product Toyota Avanza due to the usability of the product is a versatile car, so positioning is done can be said to be successful, while the lowest dimension is positioning according to price, it means the product Toyota Avanza has a fairly high price compared with the price of other products are now increasingly cheap.Keywords: Positioning, Strategy, Implementation

Abstract

Democratic style of leadership is the ability to influence others to want work together to achieve purpose set by way of various activities to be carried out jointly determined between leaders and subordinates. Leaders established it self as a controller, regulatory and supervisory from such organizations do not impede the rights of subordinates to argue. Spirit work is the willingness of each individual or group to cooperate with enterprising, discipline, and sense of responsibility in carrying out its intended purpose.The research was conducted at RSUD Salak Kab. Pakpak Bharat is located in Jalan Raja David, Kec. Salak Kab.Pakpak Bharat. The purpose of this research was conducted to determine the effect democratic style of leadership about spirit work medical staff at RSUD Salak Kab. Pakpak Bharat.The method used in this research was descriptive and quantitative with SPSS program, Where the sampleused is all medical staff RSUD Salak Kab. Pakpak Bharat in 2014, and as a source of informationis the HRD, SIE data, information and medical records. To determine the sample using census method. The technique of collecting data through interviews, observation and questionnaires.The results of data analysis includestest validity, reliability, andsimple linear regression, Democratic styleof leadership in this research include the involvement of employeesin decision-making, superior and subordinate relationships. Each one has an indicator interrelated and influence positively about spirit work medical staff in RSUD Salak Kab. Pakpak Bharat. The results of this research concluded, t value (6,224) > t tabel (1,990) and Sig. (0,000) < 0,05.This means that the democratic style of leadership variable significant effect of spirit work.Keyword : democratic style ofleadership , spirit work
