Abstract

This thesis is submitted in order to qualify holds a Bachelor of Sociology. With the title"Social Capital Traders Vegetables In The Market Dewi Sartika Duri". Issues discussed in this thesis is How the social capital Merchants Vegetables and how the mutual relationship with the merchant traders, merchants with farmers and traders with the agent in the Market Dewi Sartika Duri. Subjects in this study were 7 people. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling technique. Purposive sampling is taking the subject of research done on purpose, which in accordance with the requirements of informants in need. The method used is a qualitative research method because this method explain any concerns regarding this title is descriptive. Instrument data filtering is observation, questionnaires and documents. The theory used is the theory of social capital where there must be trust, networks and norms. The results were made public, the writer can say that there are two forms of network formed from the interaction of social actors in the market Dewi Sartika is a network of strong and weak ties. Network that has a strong bond that is the relationship between merchants with fellow market traders Dewi Sartika, customers and agents.While those with weak bonds that trader with market managers Dewi Sartika. In the market there are Norma Dewi Sartika governing that serves to maintain market stability Dewi Sartika. Market Dewi Sartika Duri, mutually beneficial relationship occurs only between sellers and buyers, traders with an agent. In case this happens sutu needs that must be fulfilled in the Market Dewi Sartika Duri for the creation of the economic process.Keywords: Social Capital, Market Participants, Social Interaction

Abstract

Marketing strategies is a set of n plan formulated by looking at the dimensions of the product, price, place and promotion to the goals and objectives, policies and rules that gives direction to the marketing efforts of companies from time to time, at each level, and reference and location, especially as the company's response in the face of competition environment and circumstances change. Consumer interest is growing for a motif based on the attributes in accordance with the wishes and needs in buying the product, based on these two companies should be appropriately designing marketing strategies to attract the interest of the consumers themselves to be interested in housing products offered so that when the consumer has berinat on products hence the decision to purchase such products will be created. This research was conducted in Housing Binoculars Surya Mandiri PT. Efa Artha Utama, Jalan Binoculars, Arengka-Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the influence of marketing strategies on growing consumer interest in housing PT. Efa Artha Utama, Jalan Binoculars, Arengka-Pekanbaru. In this research methodology is descriptive and quantitative with SPSS, where samples were used that consumers who buy housing PT. Efa Artha Utama, Jalan Binoculars, Arengka-Pekanbaru and as a resource that is led PT. Efa Artha Utama, Jalan Binoculars, Arengka-Pekanbaru. To determine the sample using data through interviews and questionnaires while the types and sources of data are primary and secondary data.From the results of data analysis include validity, reliability, simple linear regression, test of determination and t test the influence of marketing strategies which comprises four dimensions of the consumer interest is seen four dimensions. Abstract

This research was conducted in Desa Selatbaru Kecamatan Bantan Kabupaten Bengkalis. The purpose of this study was to determine the fabric artisans strategy lempuk durian maintain culture weaving in Desa Selatbaru Kecamatan Bantan Kabupaten Bengkalis. This study entitled " Adaptation Strategy of Lempuk Durian Business In Desa Selatbaru Kecamatan Bantan Kabupaten Bengkalis ". The focus of research focus is How Strategy Adaptation of durian lempuk business in desa Selatbaru kecamatan bantan kabupaten bengkalis.research topic what is the the population of this study is all Businessman Lempuk Durian in Desa Selatbaru Kecamatan Bantan Kabupaten Bengkalis. Population of this research is all Lempuk Durian Businessman. Sampling was done by sensus technique sampling. sample of 07 Lempuk Durian Businessman. The author uses descriptive qualitative method and the data were analyzed qualitatively. Instruments Data were observation, interviews and documentation.Adaptation Strategy Lempuk Durian Businessman in maintaining lempuk durian is as follows: Biologycal Investmen Strategy, this strategy made by lempuk durian businessman selatbaru by controlling the number of offspiring that the needsof the economy remains stable and craftsman do not need to find another job to cover the economic needs of the family because of the many family of members/children must be financed. Succesive Straregy, this Strategy is the most dominant strategy made the subjects of research in an effort to maintain business for direct inherited culture to the younger generations who will develop the teachings of his parents. Economy Investment Strategy, this strategy made weaving by maintaining the quality and quantity of woven lempuk durian. Is an effort to maintain the business of lempuk durian that is capital. The economic condition of entrepreneurs of durian slabs tend to be stable and sufficient. This is marked with the wisdom of the durian businessman in managing the income. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of career development and discipline of work to employes performance at PT. PLN (Persero) Area Pekanbaru Rayon Kota Timur. With cencus sampling method as many as 41 people. The research data in the form of primary data and secondary data, with the questionnaire as a research instrument. Analysis of the data used by using SPSS.Result of analysis using multiple linier regression, t-test, and the test of determination (R2), career development of 0,797or 79,7% and work discipline of 0,561or 56,1% and the F-test. So that the figures obtained R2 (R Square) of 0,834, or 83,4% . this shows that the percentage contribution of independent variables (career development and discipline of work) on the dependent variable (performance of employes) amounted to 83,4% and strong relationships with a large award is 0,834. While the percentage of the remaining 16,6% (100%-83,4%) influenced by other variables not included in this study variablesKeywords : Career Development, Discipline Work, Employe Performance

Abstract

Satu suro night tradition is a tradition which is held on the turnover eve of Islamic new year 1 Muharram which is better known as Suroan for Javanese community. Each region has difference way to perform this tradition. It has been done since long ago by an association of Javanese family located in Kampar regency with the name is Ikatan Keluarga Jawa Riau (IKJR). The purpose of this research was to analyze the process or the implementation of Satu suro night tradition by IKJR, and to analyze the meaning, value contained, and the impact of it. In this research, the researcher used qualitative research type or often called as naturalistic research methods because the research was done on natural conditions. The subjects of this research were determined by Purposive Sampling way that consists of Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, and Vice Chairman of DPD-IKJR Kampar regency, and also the Head of Suka Mulya SP II Village. The researcher used observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation to collect the data. In this research, the researcher had analyzed how this Satu suro night tradition was done by IKJR region Kampar. Based on the interviews and observations that had been done, the researcher found that IKJR conducted the tradition by holding various social activities before the evening peak of Satu suro night tradition held, and on the evening peak was also held various activities ranging from dance offerings, Kampar bersholawat, to all-night shadow puppet performances. The meaning that could be taken from this tradition was to thrill the Javanese culture (menguri-uri budoyo Jowo). The most important was as an expression of gratitude for the favors that had been given by Allah Subhana Wa Ta'ala and gratitude for a better life after doing transmigration from Java to Riau. This tradition also had a very positive impact for the people who attended it and also for the merchants who peddled their wares.Keywords: Tradition, Satu Suro, Javanese

Abstract

This research was conducted at Kelurahan Tuah Karya, Kecamatan Tampan, Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the challenge of Exclusive breastfeeding on working women and their drivers and inhibitors. The focus of this research was the Exclusive breastfeeding method in Kelurahan Tuah Karya, Kecamatan Tampan, Pekanbaru. The technique of determining samples in a purposive sampling and set the number of samples as many as 8 people. The author uses qualitative descriptive method and Instrument data was observation, interview and documentation. Research conducted, the authors found that in giving Exclusive breastfeeding to women workers is in three ways: home to brestfeed her baby, milking the workplace and bring the baby to work. The driving factor in exclusive breastfeeding was due to several reasons that female workers have found that: it contains many benefits, hygienic, practical and economical. From this study, although working women always have excuses to exclusively breastfeed their children but they alsoface some obstalcles such as: lack of breastfeeding facilities at work, limited time and physical. Physical factors referred to in this study was the lack of milk production, the pain experienced by the mother. While the time is limited are those who have heavy duty work place so that their task to breastfeed the baby was sometimes become obstructed. Keywords: Exclusive Breastfeeding, Woman Workers, Factor

Abstract

This study aims to examine the persial and simultaneous effect of dividend policy, debt policy, and profitability to the value of the company. Where independent variable in this research is dividend policy, debt policy, and profitability while dependent variable is company value. The sample used is secondary data derived from the financial statements of mining manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2009 to 2014.This study uses secondary data from the company's financial statements. Samples and sampling using purposive sampling technique. The classical assumption test in this research includes normality test, multicollinearity test, heterokedastisity test and autocorrelation test. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and test of coefficient of determination. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 20.The results of this study indicate that parliamentary variables persial (t test) does not affect the PER on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, while the DER and ROE variables affect the PER of mining manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The simultaneous test results (f) show the significant influence of DPR, DER, and ROE variables on PER on mining manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords : Dividend policy, debt policy, profitability, and value compan

Abstract

Basically public relations has a role to bridge the relationship between the organization and also public both internal and external public, in addition public relations role as a supporter in organizational management functions and also to form the image of the organization. To form the image of an organization, it takes brand awareness or brand awareness is good. This study aims to find out how the implementation of media partnership in building brand awareness AIESEC Andalas University, then how the implementation of digital public relations in building brand awareness AIESEC Andalas University, and how the implementation of outreach in building brand awareness AIESEC Andalas University.This research uses qualitative research method by using Lasswell Communication Model. Research subjects consisted of 4 informants selected through purposive technique and 3 informants through accidental sampling technique. Data collection is done through observation, interview and documentation. To test the validity of the data writer used the method of extension of participation and triangulation.The results of this study indicate that the implementation of public relations conducted by Public Relations Department of AIESEC Andalas University uses two ways, namely physical and virtual. Physical by plunge spaciousness and face to face directly to the public. It's like, physical campaign, PR agenda, collaborating on an event, attending and sending event invitations, UKM visit and brand survey. By jumping directly and face to face directly can facilitate AIESEC in building brand awareness and proximity to engage with the involvement of young children and the community. Then virtually, like radio broadcasts, television coverage, printed news and online portals and also publishes activities undertaken by AIESEC Andalas University in various social media owned. Implementation of public relations virtually can achieve more mass due to its wide reach, so that this organization can be known by other young people who are not in the city of Padang.Key words: Implementation, Public Relations, AIESEC Andalas University

Abstract

Bengkalis has tourism potential such as nature tourism, cultural tourism, religious tourism and historical tourism. Event Lampu Colok is held on the 27th of Ramadan until the evening of Eid. Therefore, this study was conducted to find out how the response of tourists to tourist attractions in the event of lights colok in Bengkalis to increase the number of tourist visits in Bengkalis Regency.This study aims to find out how to illustrate the Event of Lampu Colok and find out how Tourist Response Terhdap Tourist Attraction On Event Lampu Colok in Bengkalis Regency. This research uses quantitative descriptive method to examine the problem in the lift by analyzing the response of tourists who come to see Lampu Colok. The questionnaires were distributed as many as 30 people. While data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation.The results of this study indicate that the response of tourists to tourist attraction on the event of Lampu Colok in Bengkalis Regency is ssetuju with the overall score that is the amount of 1098, and this result is obtained in the range of score 918 - 1133. In doing this Lampu Colok event aims to preserve the tradition of the Regency Bengkalis.Event Lampu Colok displays works very good because this Lampu Colok is formed into mosques, calligraphy, canoe and others. And Lampu Colok is made of bottle or tin of beverage which is then processed into a lamp by adding axis and kerosene as its fuel, so it displays very good work.Keywords : Event, Lampu Colok, Tradition in Bengkalis
