Abstract

The tourist attractions Rupat North is the potential of the region that must be developed to improve the welfare of society's economy. The development of tourist Rupat North has not changed a very significant. The purpose of research to find out how the development of and factor inhibiting the development of the tourist area concept is used Development of the tour by (Wardiyanto, 2011) of tourist attractions, accommodation facilities, facilities, human resource, service facilities and unsure institutional. The research method used is the research a qualitative with case studies, the source using a technique Purposive sampling. The data collection through observation, interviews and documentation. This research result the development of the tourist area Rupat North can come to fruition by local governments the Bengkalis District. Factor inhibitors include regional budgets are limited and limited land owned. Abstract

This research aims to find out how big the influence of price discount, bonus pack and instore display against impulse buying. The samples on this research taken as many as 100 respondents and techniques used is probability sampling. The data in this study using the method of accidental sampling through a questionnaire filled out by visitors. Data retrieved using simple regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this research show the price discount effect significantly to impulse buying. Bonus pack effect significantly to impulse buying. Instore display effect significantly to impulse buying. And simultaneous price discount, bonus pack and instore display has an impact on impulse buying.Keywords: price discount, bonus pack, instore displays, impulse buying

Abstract

HIPMAWAN is an organization of Pelalawan Student Association based in Pekanbaru City. Pelalawan student organization was established in June 1999. In the first year, Pelalawan Student Organization was hiatus because Pelalawan had just been divided into 12 (twelve) subdistricts. Later in 2000, HIPMAWAN ran the organization again. In 2007, HIPMAWAN held its 7th conference where there was a conflict during the election of the chairman of the Pelalawan student organization which resulted in the birth of a new Pelalawan student organization called IPMPB "United Pelalawan Student Association". In this study, the researcher examined what factors were driving the social conflicts; who the actors of the social conflicts were; and what efforts were taken to reduce the social conflicts. The researcher used the theory of conflict by Lewis A. Coser, with a total of 14 respondents consisting of the founders, administrators, members, and supervisors of the organization HIPMAWAN. This study used qualitative methods and the research subjects were selected using purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that HIPMAWAN is now different from what it was before the 7th Congress both in the way of thinking and the unification of all members, as well as the goals of the organization. HIPMAWAN does not cover all Pelalawan students and college students, only a few. Meanwhile, some other students have formed different organizations with different names, and they have visions and missions which are certainly different. The IPMPB is a split from the 7th Congress of HIPMAWAN and was the climax of the disintegration of HIPMAWAN. Efforts to reunite the organization by the founders of HIPMAWAN have been repeatedly carried out but did not yield the expected results.Keywords: Social Conflict, Organization, Factors

Abstract

Implementation here actions taken after public policy is determined, to achievethe goals or objectives to be achieved. Implication of the Program to IncreaseDiversification and Food Security (Study of Sustainable Food House Area Activities inthe Agro Tourism Village of Pekanbaru City) there are several problems found byresearchers including the Budget target for this activity is not appropriate if done in thecity of Pekanbaru because it is not Stunting District Sustainable Food Houses LikeIncreasing Awareness and Public Participation in realizing Food Consumption has notyet been carried out, Processing the results of farms that have not been implemented,and Demonstration Plots which are still difficult to control by group members. Thepurpose of this study is to find out how the implementation of KRPL and the inhibitingfactors of KRPL activities at KWT Sentosa Wisata. The theoretical concept used byDaniel Mazmanian and Paul Sabatier in Nugroho (2014: 666) which consists ofIndependent Variables, Interventing Variables and Variables outside the Policy. Theresearch method is a type of qualitative research case study approach, the selection ofinformants using Purposive Sampling techniques. Data collection techniques throughobservation, interviews, and documentation. Research Results Implemation ofPrograms to Increase Diversification and Food Security (Study of Sustainable FoodHouse Area Activities in Agrowisata Village, Pekanbaru City) shows that the KRPLactivity is not yet maximal. The inhibiting factors include Individual and GroupInterests, and Member Participation. It is better if Pekanbaru Food SecurityDepartment can motivate activities to run optimally, and groups maintain cohesivenesswithin the group, participate in KRPL activities in order to be able to add insight inconducting KRPL.Keywords: Policy, Implementation, Sustainable Food House Area

Abstract

This research was carried out in the city of Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research is to know the effort of the management of the cemetery in the city of Pekanbaru. Topic the focus of this research is to know the public perception about the limitations of the land of the cemetery in the city of Pekanbaru. The sample in this study amounts to 10 people. The author uses qualitative methods and sampling techniques the taking of pusposive. Data instruments are observation, interview and documentation. From the research that is done, the author finds that any existing Public Cemeteries in the city of Pekanbaru is in compliance with the required. As well as the existence of road access is provided at every Public Cemetery. Each Public Cemeteries to pay for family buried in the General Cemetery. In Public Cemeteries have billboards which proclaim the status of ownership of Public Cemeteries. Adagotong not work together to open up new land burial. While mutual clearing tomb was usually done when welcoming the fasting month Idul fitri holiday or good government-run, as well as the community. Based on research, it was found that the existence of the review conducted by the Government on each cemetery and not to the cemetery maintained by the people. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of product quality (performance (performance), additional features (features), reliability (reability), conformance with specifications (conformance), endurance (durability), serviceability, aesthetic (aesthetic), and perceived quality (perceived quality) and brand trust (Brand Competence), Brand Reputation, Company Reputation, Liking For Brand to purchasing decisions (perceived needs, activities before buying, time behavior buy and post-purchase behavior) Asus brand laptops on the Promedia.com Pekanbaru Store. The population in this study were consumers who bought the Asus brand laptop at Promedia.com Pekanbaru Store. Sampling in this study is 91 samples using Slovin formula. The data collection of this research is in the form of primary data by spreading research instruments and secondary data in the form of company archives, data analysis in this study using multiple regression, partial test (t test), determination test (r test) and simultaneous test (f test) with the help of the SPSS program. The results in this study indicate that the variable product quality and brand trust partially (t test) affect the purchase decision of the Asus brand laptop at Promedia.com Pekanbaru Store. Simultaneous results (f test) indicate a significant influence on the purchase decision of the Asus brand laptop at Promedia.com Pekanbaru Store.Keywords: Product Quality, Brand Trust, Purchasing Decision

Abstract

This writing is a picture of relationship between Malaysia and North Korea after the death case of Kim Jong-nam who is the current North Korea’s step brother, Kim Jong-un. The different point of view of that death case make the problem of the diplomatic of those countries.This research in teoritically use realism that is supported by the foreign legacy that is set the relationship between the countries. The formulas of arguments, datas, facts, and teoritical framework in the research, use qualitative method. This research also uses nation-state as the analysis layers. The return of ambassador of two countries show the Kim Jong-nam’s death case bring the effect to the two countries. Abstract

This study aims to examine the persial and simultaneous influence of business risk, firm size and sales growth on capital structure. Where independent variable in this research is business risk, firm size and sales growth while dependent variable is capital structure. The sample used is secondary data derived from the financial statements of real estate and property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2011 to 2015. This study uses secondary data from the company's financial statements. Samples and sampling using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and test of coefficient of determination. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variable of business risk, firm size and sales growth in persial (t test) does not affect the capital structure in the real estate and property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The simultaneous test results (F) show that there is no effect of business risk, firm size and sales growth on capital structure on real estate and property companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords: business risk, firm size, sales growth and capital structure

Abstract

Actions of child abuse’s have increased every year in Bengkalis Regency. Therefore, the Government of Bengkalis Regency established an integrated Community-based Empowerment Center for Women and Children (P2TP2A) with the aim of providing fast, appropriate and integrated physical and non-physical services in order to provide protection for women and children who are vulnerable to violence . This study aims to get an idea of how P2TP2A performs and identify the factors that influence the performance of P2TP2A in handling child abuse in Bengkalis Regency. The theoretical concept used is the performance theory of Dwiyanto with indicators of productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility, and accountability. This study uses a qualitative method that is descriptive, the selection of informants using the Purposive sampling technique. The technique of collecting data through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the performance of Bengkalis P2TP2A has not been effective. Some influencing factors include budget, socialization, and communication. This method uses performance theory from Dwiyanto with indicators of productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility, and accountability. from the results of this study it was found that the performance of P2TP2A had not been effective because there were several factors that inhibited namely in the form of budget, socialization, and communication. It is better for P2TP2A to further improve the performance of Bengkalis P2TP2A Regency management starting from productivity, service quality, responsiveness, responsibility, and accountability, and need to prepare permanent staff who can stand by at any time providing services according to procedures.Keywords : Performance, P2TP2A, Child Abuse

Abstract

Angkot is one of the public transportation in Pekanbaru are now starting deserted passenger. The fewer passangers caused the difficult angkot driver to full fill their needs. The purpose of this reserch is to know how is the angkot driver’s strategies to fullfill their needs with decrease income and what cause they survive as a angkot driver in Senapelan-Tangkerang route Pekanbaru . The data research is collected through interviews, obeservation and data analysis document with kualitatife descriptive. The vesult of this reseach can be concluded that the angkot drivers used theree strategies in their life. The three strategies are active strategy, passive strategy and network strategy. To be able hs famill in order to survive . The main factor that make angkot driver survive is caused there is not ability in other fields, lack of work experiences, unacceptable education for themselves, and comfort permanent job as angkot drivers.Keywords: Angkot, Driver, Survival Strategy
