Abstract

the importance of sustainable forest management and community welfare, the Riau Provincial Government through Regional Regulation No. 5 of 2015 on the Management of Sultan Syarif Hashim, has established UPH KPHP Minas Tahura which is the Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) of Riau Forestry Service .This study aims to find out implementation of Forest Park policy (Tahura) Sultan Syarif Hasyim by Riau Forestry Department. This research uses qualitative research method with descriptive research type. This method aims to get a true picture of the management of Forest Park (Tahura) Sultan Syarif Hasyim by Riau Forestry Service .This study found that the implementation of Forest Park policy (Tahura) Sultan Syarif Hasyim By Riau Forestry Service from the communication aspect has been running optimally. Viewed from the aspect of resources, UPH KPHP Minas Tahura staff is still less than only 15 people, but in terms of quality is very adequate because previously had followed the trainings. From the disposition aspect, the placement of UPH KPHP Minas Tahura staffs in accordance with their respective fields and expertise. Viewed from the bureaucratic structure can work well together.Keywords: Policy Implementation, Tahura , SSH .

Abstract

This research discusses about “Influence of The Policy of Non-Tariff Barrier in European Union on Export Of Indonesian Cocoa Bean in 2011”. The purpose is this research is to find out how is the influence of the policy of non tariff barrier in European Union on export of Indonesian cocoa beans in 2011. Cocoa beans is a leading commodity where Indonesia is a producer country thirdly after Ivory Coast and Ghana. In 2011, the deacreased in export value of Indonesian cocoa beans to the European Union fell from US$ 55 million to US$ 4 million. This is due to the policy of non-tariff barrier of European Union which obliges fermentation requirement at Indonesian cocoa beans. Most Indonesian farmers ignore the post-processing stages of cocoa beans.This is qualitative research which used descriptive explanative methods, and collecting datas from books, journals, articles, mass media, official publications and relevant websites. This paper used the mercantilism perspective, analysis unit group countries written by Mohtar Mas’oed and the theory is International Trade.The result of the research is the development of export value of cocoa beans Indonesia has decreased in 2011. The main cause is the existence of fermentation requirements (non tariff barrier) in the European Union market which is the most important stage in the processing of chocolate. Ivory Coast and Ghana are the good cocoa beans producers in European Union due to the quality of the fermented beans. The policy relating to quality of cocoa beans are discussed in Regulation (EC) No. 178/2002. Abstract

The popularity of online media in society, especially among teenagers, is based on the motive. The motive in using online media can lead to an intensity in using online media that will affect satisfaction in using online media. Mangaku.web.id. is one of the popular web manga among Japanese culture lovers. In the theory of uses and gratification, to meet the needs, society choose its own media based on motive and the media only provide what is needed by the community. The purpose of this research is to know how big influence between motif and intensity of media usage to satisfaction of Himpunan Mangaka Pekanbaru. The method used in this research is quantitative explanative. The data were collected using questionnaires. The research was conducted at Himpunan Mangaka Pekanbaru. The sample in this study amounted to 96 respondents. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The analysis test used in this research is path analysis and to process the questionnaire data, done by using program SPSS for Windows version 23. The results obtained from path analysis in this study is the motive of online media use has a direct influence on online media usage satisfaction of 15.9% and indirect influence on online media use satisfaction through the intensity of online media usage of 1.1%. Thus the total effect obtained in this study is 17%, while the rest is influenced by other factors that are not in this study. Keywords: Motive, Intensity, Satisfaction, Manga, Media Usage

Abstract

The promotion mix is the company's efforts to inform, persuade, and remind consumers of the company's brands and products. The consistent and effective promotion mix can awaken and remind consumers of the existence of a product and can also grow the company's image. Corporate image is a set of beliefs and impressions that consumers have of a company. A good and positive corporate image is a competitive advantage in realizing the company's goals. Success in realizing the company's goals starts from the consumer's interest to make a buy back. Repurchase intention is the desire of consumers to buy back a product or service based on the impression and experience of a consumer to a company.This research was conducted at Vizcake Pekanbaru store which located at general road Sudirman No. 418 Pekanbaru. The problem in this research is not achieving the company's sales target in the last five years and the percentage of sales target achievement decreased in three consecutive years and the least increase of consumer number. This is allegedly influenced by repurchase intention.The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of promotion mix and corporate image on the repurchase intention Vizcake Pekanbaru product. In this research the method used is descriptive quantitative with SPSS program. The sample of this study was taken as many as 100 respondents from the total population 31.879 calculated using slovin formula. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis method.The results showed that the promotion mix and the image of the company have a significant effect on the repurchase intention Vizcake Pekanbaru product.Keywords: Promotional Mix, Corporate Image, Repurchase Intention.

Abstract

The South China Sea is a strategic area with a high potential for conflict due to overlapping sovereignty claims, particularly China’s unilateral nine-dash line claim, which conflicts with the interests of ASEAN member states. This region holds strategic value not only economically but also geopolitically, as it involves major powers such as the United States. In this context, ASEAN is understood as a Regional Security Complex that seeks to maintain regional stability through a consensus-based mechanism known as the ASEAN Way, emphasizing cooperation, dialogue, and preventive diplomacy. This study employs a qualitative method with a literature review approach and is grounded in the Regional Security Complex Theory (RSCT), which highlights the interconnectedness among states in addressing regional security issues. Through this framework, the ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF) is analyzed based on four key elements territorial boundaries, anarchic structure, security interaction patterns, and power polarization to understand the security dynamics in Southeast Asia, particularly in the South China Sea. ARF serves to build trust, facilitate preventive diplomacy, and promote regional consensus, although its implementation remains constrained by the principle of non-interference and differing national interests. The findings show that ARF functions as an inclusive dialogue platform through initiatives such as confidence-building measures, maritime meetings, and discussions on the Code of Conduct (CoC). However, concrete results in dispute resolution remain limited due to differing positions among ASEAN members and the influence of strategic rivalry between China and the United States. Thus, ARF’s primary role lies in maintaining diplomatic communication and preventing open conflict escalation, even though it has yet to produce substantive solutions. Abstract

This research was conducted in Palas Village, Pangkalan Kuras Sub-district, Pelalawan Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out how the social mobility of the society in Palas village with the program of 1,000 free home footprints and what are the factors that caused social mobility in Palas village. This study was conducted wtih Purposive sampling technique by setting as much 14 people as the the number of research subjects and 3 people as Key Informants. The author used qualitative descriptive method and data collection techniques by observation, interview and documentation. Based on the research, the author found that the program of 1.000 free home footprints was a program by providing free home footprints from the Head of Palas Village to the poor people in there. With the program there was social mobility in the society in Palas village by giving 1,000 free home footprints programs was: horizontal social mobility caused by migration and job movement. Vertical social mobility was the change of income level due to job shifting, home ownership, land ownership, ownership of household assets, ownership of motor vehicles and livestock. The existence of social mobility in Palas village caused by of the pushing factors and pulling factors of social mobility. The pulling factors was the existence of a 1,000 free home footprints programs, the desire of the society is to be able to get that programs. Besides of pulling factors, there was also the pushing factors of the desire to find a better job, the desire to earn a better income and also the narrowness of employment for people who come from outside the Palas Village. Abstract

This research was conducted at Store Azwa Perfume Pekanbaru which is located at Tenku Umar Street No 79, Rintis, LimaPuluh Kota Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research is to find out Store Image and Store Theatrics to purchase intention at Toko Azwa Perfume Pekanbaru. Store Image and Store Theatrics (X1X2) as independent variables while purchase intention as dependent variable (Y). The problem in this research is not reaching the target in 2013. The samples are taken from 100 respondents and the technique used is Accidental Sampling then tested using SPSS statistics.Hypothesis testing using simple linear analysis method and multiple linear anaisis. From the results of tests conducted show that store image and theatrics store have a positive and significant impact on purchase intention at Azwa Perfume Store Pekanbaru. With R2 value of 0.619. This shows that store image and theatrics store give effect of 61,9% to purchase intention at Store Azwa Perfume Pekanbaru, while the rest 38,1% influenced by other variable that are not examined in this research.Keywords : Store Image, Store Theatrics and Purchase Intention

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price on consumer buying (consumer case study Matahari Department Store Mall Ska Pekanbaru). Product Quality as variable (X1), Price as variable (X2) and Consumer buying interest as variable (Y).               The method in this research is quantitative with SPSS program, where the sample used is Matahari Department Store Mall Ska Pekanbaru that is as much as 99 respondents. In accordance with opinion (Roscoe, 2009) that the appropriate size in the study is 30 to 500. That number can already represent the population. Technique of collecting data through questionnaire. The results of analysis using the validity test, test reliability, test determination, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, t test and F test.               The results showed that product quality partially influence consumer buying interest, price partially influence consumer buying interest, so product quality and price simultaneously have a positive effect on consumer buying  Matahari Department Store Mall Ska Pekanbaru. Keywords: Product Quality Price and Consumer Buying

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the Behavior of Communication between Drug Addicts in Pekanbaru City. In addition, researchers also want to know the meaning of verbal and non verbal communication behavior between drug addicts in Pekanbaru City. This research uses qualitative method method with phenomenology approach as research design. The subjects in this study can not be determined the amount due to this research using data collection techniques Snowball. this study shows that drug addicts in Pekanbaru City in interacting using verbal and nonverbal communication behavior. As for the verbal communication used not as usual, they use verbal communication in the form of a term for the mention of the types of drugs they want to use. The term language used is divided into two types namely general terms and special terms, common terms that drug addicts use is Ck, while special terms such as dompeng, inex, lambuik, narek, niup, mompa, uuk, geleg. The novel communication used is to use body movements such as fisted hands and fingers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Capital Structure, Investment on Corporate Value in Pharmaceutical Companies Listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The ratio used to measure capital structure as independent variable is Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Longterm Debt to Assets Ratio (LDAR), and Longterm Debt to Equity Ratio (LDER). The ratio used to measure investment is Price Earning Rasio (PER). Meanwhile, the ratio used to measure Company Value is Price Book Value (PBV). The method used to observe the effect of capital structure, investment on corporate value is by using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. Data used in this research are secondary data, financial report and annual report annual report. The data listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) for 5 years from 2011 to 2015. Sampling is done by purposive sampling, which is used is 7 companies. Data analysis using simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear analysis, t test, f test and coefficient of determination test. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 21. The result of the analysis shows that capital structure variable only Debt to Assets ratio (DAR) which affects the value of pharmaceutical companies of research sample that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, and investmens variable does not affect the value of pahrmaceutical companies of research sample that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The result of simultaneous research shows there is influence from capital stucture variable, investments on the value of Pharmaceutical company of research sample listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX).
