Abstract

In the current era of globalization, many significant changes in various aspects of human life, The change aims to meet the human needs of increasingly increasing in aspects of life. In this case the progress of a country must be followed by the contribution of the service sector to the economy. The number of businesses that exist increasingly make many companies interested in competing.The population in this study are customers who stay at Hotel Dyan Graha Pekanbaru with sampling of 100 people calculated by using slovin formula. The sampling technique is done by purposive sampling. Data collection of research in the form of primary data by using qusioner as research instrument, data analysis used is by using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of program of SPSS.From the results of tests conducted show that corporate image and service quality have a positive effect on customer loyalty. Where the value of determination coefficient (R2) shows that the variable of corporate image and service quality contributed to customer loyalty of 48.2% while the rest of 51.2% influenced by other variables not included in this research model.Keywords: Corporate Image, Service Quality, and Customer Loyalty

Abstract

Restaurants are increasingly growing in Pekanbaru City. The restaurant is a place to eat food and drinks provided with chargeable. The restaurant have adequate tax potential should be able to increase the local revenue from the tax sector ie restaurant tax. The occurrence of problems such as the number of dishonest restaurants reported taxes and the gap between the target and the realization, of course can not be separated from the supervision of the regional income agency in terms of tax revenue restaurant.The concept of the theory that researchers use is Management, Supervision, and Tax. This research type is qualitative research with descriptive method. Selection of informants of this study using the technique "purposive sampling", which this informant is predetermined and the determination of informants based on the consideration that the selected informant is the people who know and involved. Data collection techniques through interviews, documentation, and observation.The results of this study, Supervision of Restaurant Tax Collection by Pekanbaru City Revenue Board considered not maximal. By looking at the number of restaurants that violate the contents of the provisions of Regional Regulation No. 6 of 2011 on Restaurant Tax. Factors affecting the Supervision of Restaurant Tax Collection by Pekanbaru City Revenue Board are lack of human resources, inadequate infrastructure, lack of awareness of restaurant owner affecting the supervision of restaurant tax collection in Pekanbaru City.Keyword : Supervision, Tax, Restaurant

Abstract

Some research indicates that online site user behavior has an important role to the successful implementation. The presence of online sale and purchase site Lazada.co.id with various innovations bring the impacts in the life of society both positive and negative. In addition, changes in the pattern of shopping for people who were still conservative, now slowly began to switch online shopping, because of the ease of transactions, goods offered more diverse, competitive prices, and can be done anywhere and anytime. This study aimed to examine the effect among variables at the Technology Acceptance Model on the online site Lazada.co.id.Respondent in this study were 166 online site users Lazada.co.id in Pekanbaru. How to determine the number of samples using snowball because the absence of data on the number of consumers use of online sites. Use traditional methods of data collection questionnaire. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with AMOS software program. Based on the literature review, the research model using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with variable perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, attitude toward using, behavioral intention to use dan acceptance.The results of this study indicate the variables perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on the variable attitude toward using the total influence of 0,341. Variable perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on the variable attitude toward using the total influence of 0,331. Variable perceived ease of use has a positive and signifikan effect on the variable behavioral intention to use and has a total effect of 0,295. Variable perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on the variable behavioral intention to use the total influence of 0,499. Variable attitude toward using has a positive and significant effect on the variable a behavioral intention to use the total influence of 0,780. Abstract

Cooperative is a type of business entity consisting of people or legal entity, based its activities based on the principle of people's economic movement based on the principle of kinship. The cooperative is a pillar of Indonesian economy, but in reality the cooperative has not been able to locate the position. Establishment of cooperatives is expected to improve the welfare of members but the visible inactive cooperatives more dominate than the growth of new cooperatives. In Dumai City the number of cooperatives of 273 units of 94 cooperatives is declared inactive and recommended for dissolution.This research was conducted in district Dumai City, Dumai City. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors causing inactive cooperatives and to analyze the impact of inactive cooperatives on members of the cooperative. This study uses quantitative research methods, from the number of inactive cooperatives gained a population of 676 people. The sample of respondents in this study was determined based on Slovin formula of 87 people. The sampling technique using simple random sampling. Technique Data analysis is done by observation, interview and spread the questionnaire.The conclusion of the factors causing the cooperative is not active is the role of cooperative benefit is less felt for the members and the community because the cooperative has not been able to maximize the service and its business, the lack of cooperative management, the performance of the cooperative movers are still low, not RAT implementation as a form of responsibility of the board and supervisor, little capital, non-current business management. Inactive cooperatives have an impact on the congestion of cooperative enterprises, decreased co-operative income, collected capital and the disruption of social relationships among employees, officers and members. Abstract

The problem lately is after 15 years of reformation, the labor movement seems to be seen only as a collection of pragmatic masses who only struggle to demand a wage increase rather than a movement that has root ideology and political platform. This assumption will be tried to be proved by this essay by starting from the basic question, is the labor movement now pragmatic about the issue orientation of its movement, that is merely fighting for the issue of wage increase or does the union now develop the orientation of the movement issue that is not merely the struggle of the issue of wage increase? It is, therefore, interesting to trace the various issues that the post-reform labor movement really struggles with.This paper will address the issue of what the union struggle for in the realm of regional autonomy and the struggle of urban workers. This study rests on the basis of the theory of industrial relations between labor and state in the determination of wages. Labor conditions in urban and non urban areas are different since the number of decent living needs in the two conditions is also different. The interaction between labor, trade union, state and employers became the focus of attention in this study. Moving from that condition, this study was conducted with qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The data collected are grouped into primary and secondary data types for further processing with technical qualitative data analysis triangulation.This study found that the process of determining the district minimum wage in Pekanbaru City is in accordance with legislation with respect to minimum wage. The regulation concerning minimum wage setting mechanism is regulated in Law Number 13 Year 2003 and Decree of Minister of Manpower and Transmigration Number 226 Year 2000 About Amendment Article 1, Article 3, Article 4, Article 8, Article 11, Article 20 and Article 21 Permenakertrans Number Per- 01 / MEN / 1999 on Minimum Wage. The wage stage is done by the wage council which is established by Presidential Decree Number 107 Year 2004 About Wage Council. This determination process begins with the preparation of a survey by the Wage Council to review directly to the market with regard to the price of the needs consumed by the community with the size of single men / women according to Permenakertrans No. PER./17/MEN/VII/2005 on Components and the Implementation of the Stages of Achieving the Decent Living Needs. The relationships established between workers and the government are only manifested in the discussion room of the Wage Council with an unrepresentative portion of the labor vote. The issue of the deployment of workers' representatives also causes the labor vote to be limited. In addition, the wage council is also widely filled by people near the Mayor.Keywords: Wages, Policy, Industrial Relations

Abstract

Environmental policy is a manifestation of sustainable management and utilization of natural resource and environment. In Batang Kuantan River Pasir Keranji Village there are many mining activities that cause river pollution. Based of research showed Environmental Impact Assessment Program by environmental Agency is not optimally yet. Based on this, researcher are interested to studying how the Implementation of Environmental Management Program of Indragiri Hulu Regency ( Case Study Environmental Impact Assessment Program Batang Kuantan River Pasir Keranji Village). Theoretical concept used is implementation in Van Meter and Van Horn (2008) who said that there was several variables that affected the performanced of the public policy implementation. This research used qualitative method by using snowball as information and the data analys thecnique by using triangulation technique. Result of the research showed that Implementation of Environmental Management Program of Indragiri Hulu Regency ( Case Study Environmental Impact Assessment Program Batang Kuantan River Pasir Keranji Village) is not optimally yet. This is caused lack of resources, infrastructure, insufficient funds. Social and economic factors of society become obstacle in Implementation of Environmental Management Program especially Environmental Impact Assessment Program in Batang Kuantan River. Abstract

This research was conducted in Simpang Kanan Village, Simpang Kanan District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The problem studied is, what causes teenagers to commit a crime? And what about social supervision of juvenile offenders? The purpose of this research is to know the cause of the happening of adolescent doing crime, and to know how social supervision to adolescent perpetrator of crime. Subjects in this study amounted to 13 (thirteen) people, who were the parents of criminals, community leaders and the police. Researchers use the theory of deviance, labeling theory and social control theory. The author uses Qualitative method Descriptive, which describes the phenomena that occur in the field according to the actual situation with the process of resolving the problem based on the existing situation in the field. And using purposive sample technique, which means the technique of taking the subject as well as data sources with certain considerations. Which subject is determined to suit the research theme. From the results of this study adolescents who commit criminal acts such as taking drugs, stealing and torture has a cause of free association, lack of economy and lack of social supervision. Some of the perpetrators who stole the results for daily needs other than that the perpetrators who consume drugs and torture due to lack of social oversight of close and remote monitoring such as various information when a child does not go home. The social environment of juvenile offenders is very lack of social oversight and lack of attention from parents, and lack of education such as religious and moral decency in which the teenagers develop.Keywords: Social Monitoring, Youth, Crime

Abstract

Service quality is an important factor in the formation of customer satisfaction. This study explain how the influence of the quality of services provided by traveloka through the medium that mobile application. Following indicator of service quality using model e-servqual to be tested, covering efficiency, reliability, fulfillment, privacy, responsiveness, compensation, and contact. Used to see how big the influence of the customer satisfaction, indicator include the suitability of hope, interest been back, and willingness recommend. Theory used in this study is theory S-R. The purpose of this study is to find out how big the influence of the quality of mobile application traveloka to the customer satisfaction in the community backpacker the world. This research uses explanative quantitative research method with data collection technique that is distributing questionnaires to 96 respondents in the group of active world backpacker group, with accidental sampling technique that is choosing anyone who happened to be found to be sampled. And the technique of data analysis in this research using simple linear regression analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that the value of regression coefficients in this study is y 1.880 + 0.269 x the number of constants (a) of 1.880 and the coefficient of variable xsebesar 0.269. Meanwhile t count 11,198 bigger when compared with t table equal to 1,246, with significance level 0.000 less than a 0,05. Based on the statistical calculations obtained, the hypothesis for this research is ha there is influence between service quality (x) to satisfaction subscriptions (y). Then it means ha accepted ho rejected. Based on the table "model summary" shows that the value of r 0.756 and the coefficient of determination (r quare) is 0.572 result of the correlation coefficient correlation 0.756 x 0.756. This figure shows the understanding that contribution of variable of service quality (x) to customer satisfaction (y) is 57,2% with medium category. While the rest of 42.8% influenced by other variables not included in this study. Key Word: Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Theory S-R,E-servqual model

Abstract

Socially, the general public still views the status of the widow with a negative view. The term widow, regardless of social class is a disgrace. With social burdens imposed, without ever wanting to see the various factors or causes of widowhood, people tend to judge and label bad and cruel to young widows. This study aims to determine the perception of the community of Sungai Apit River to the status of divorce widow of young age and know the factors that cause the perception. In addition, this study is expected to increase knowledge and insight for the community about the status of widows. This research is a quantitative research with descriptive type. Population and Sample of this research is community of Sungai Apit with sampling technique that is Simple Cluster Sampling followed by 94 respondents. Data collection was done by using questionnaire and documentation method. The analysis is done by processing the data into cross tabulation to facilitate the writer to analyze the findings of the field. The conclusion of this research is that public perception on the status of young widow in Sungai Apit Village is not all negative. There are several factors that influence the society on the status of divorced widows young age is a factor of the community, the factor of the young widow, and social environment. Based on the research, the factors of the perception and the social environment are positive, while the negative perception is the factor of the young widow themselves, such as education, divorce, occupation, parenting, and the fulfillment of the need of young widow's family.Keywords: Perception, Status of young widow

Abstract

Vocational high school or called SMK with a variety of majors such as culinary, clothing, multimedia, machinery, not only that SMK also presents majors beauty. Different from time immemorial education that usually only provide formal subjects to students but now education also strives to provide expertise and creativity to students so that students are able to use these skills to become an independent society. The purpose of research thatb is 1. Know the credibility of teacher instruction communicator in the process of learning to teach the field of skin beuty in smk n 3 pekanbaru. 2. Knowing the instructional communication media of teacher in teacing in learning process in the field of skin beuty in smk n 3 pekanbaru. 3. Knowing the instructional communication method of teachers in the learning process teaching the field of skin beuty in smk n 3 pekanbaru. 4. Konowing the barriers of instructional communication of teachers in teaching and learning process the field of skin beuty in smk n 3 pekanbaru.This research uses qualitative research with descriptive approach. Research subjects consisted of 5 skin beauty teachers and 10 students using Purposive technique, that is based on predetermined criteria. Data collection techniques in this study with interviews, observation, and documentation. The technique of data validity in this study is extension of participation and triangulationThe results showed that the credibility of communicators can be seen from the expertise and belief. Competent, teachers must have a professional license certificate, have sufficient expertise and knowledge, experience and trained. In addition, trust that looks sincere in leading the activities, has the trust of the students, must be honest and moral well and have extensive knowledge. The instructional communication method used is the lecture method, explaining to the students about the lesson objectives and the issues that will be discussed. methods of assigning tasks, methods of presentation and demonstration discussions. Instructional communication media used is the media syllabus, RPP, textbooks beauty, laptop, infokus and cosmetic tools. Obstacles that exist in the learning process that is the psychological barriers and technical barriers, which comes from self, the lack of attention of students to the lessons, as well as interference friends. Technical barriers to lack of focus, lack of lessons and less effective class conditions.Key Word:Instructional communication, skin beuty, and teacher in learning
