Abstract

This Research aims to understand the influence of work environment and compensation against discipline of work and work productivity employees at indragiri hilir regional water company which is located on m boya street number 7 Tembilahan, Indragiri hilir. Population in this research is allemployees of which consisted of 108 employees and collecting samples using likert scale used to measurea score respondens answer in this research consists of five alternative answers containing another variation. Next use testing instrumental, test the practical and the realibilitas. The method of analysis that used in this research was descriptive analysis and analysis path by exclusively on the spss 23 for windows. This research result indicates work environment and compensation significant impact on discipline work, variable workplace , Compensation and discipline work significant impact on work productivity. The research also showed that the variable work environment and compensation significant impact on work productivity with discipline as intervening variable. The result of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) for first structure is 0.575. It means that the influence of work environment variables and compensation on work discipline is 57.5%. While the rest 42.5% influenced by other variables that had not been included in this model. The result of the calculation of the coefficient of determination (R2) for second structure is 0.734. It means that the effect of work environment, compensation and work discipline on work productivity is 73.4%. While the rest 26.6% influenced by other variables that had not included in this model.Keywords: Work Environment, Compensation, Work Discipline, Work Productivity

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of the real exchange rate of US Dollar and national income per capita on tea imports in Indonesia in 2000-2018. The variables observed in this study were the volume of tea imports as the dependent variable, then the real exchange rate and national income per capita as independent variables. This study uses secondary data that is time series in annual form starting from 2000-2018 obtained through the publication of the Central Statistics Agency, Bank Indonesia, the Ministry of Agriculture, and the World Bank. The model uses time series data which is calculated using multiple regression method using the Eviews 10 application. The results show that simultaneously the real exchange rate variable and the national income per capita have a significant effect on tea imports in Indonesia in 2000-2018. Partially, the real exchange rate variable has a negative and insignificant effect on tea imports in Indonesia, while the national income per capita variable has a positive and significant effect on tea imports in Indonesia in 2000-2018.Keywords: Imports, Rupiah real exchange rate against US dollar, National Income per capita

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality (X) on Customer Satisfaction (Y) and Customer Loyalty (Z) at PT. Agung Automall Pekanbaru. The population of study was Agung Automall SM. Amin Pekanbaru workshop customers whose numbers are not known with certainly. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling and 100 people were selected to be sampled. Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS version 3 was used as methods of data analysis. The results were: 1) Service Quality had a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction; 2) Service Quality had a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty; 3) Customer Satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty; 4) Service Quality had a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty throughwork Customer Satisfaction.Keywords: Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of obedience pressure, task complexity,auditor experience and independency on auditor judgement. This study uses primary data collected by distributing questionnaires to the auditor who worked in the Public Accountant Office located in Pekanbaru, Padang and Batam. From 80 questionnaires distributed to twenty Public Accountant Office, total questionnairs returned and can be processed is 68 questionnaires. After validitiy and reliability test done, data is analyzed using multiple linear regression method with IBM SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) statistical tools 17. The research results show obedience pressure have positive impact on the auditor judgement, auditor experience have positive impact on the auditor judgement, independency have positive impact on the auditor judgement and while the task complexity causes negative effect on auditor judgement.Keywords: Obedience Pressure, Task Complexity, Auditor Experience, Independency, Audit Judgment

Abstract

This Research was conducted at three BUMDES in the Sentajo Raya of Kuantan Singingi district. The study aimed to 1) Analyze implementation of leadership, competence and entrepreneurship 2) Analyze the dominant variable which influence the performance of BUMDES employees at Sentajo Raya in Kuantan Singingi district. The sample of this research was 27 employees of BUMDes. The independent variable in this study is leadership, competence and entrepreneurship while the dependent variable is employees performance. The method analysis data used descriptive and quantitative analysis that is multiple linier regression analysis using the SPPS program. The results of the study showed that: 1) The performances of three BUMDES at Sentajo Raya belong to Very well category. The quality of leadership and entrepreneurship had implemented very well. In addition, employees has apply well competence 2) Leadership is the dominant factor which influence the employees performance.Keywords: leadership, competence, entrepreneurship and employee performance

Abstract

This study draws on Hofstede’s theoretical framework and individual characteristics with management support as moderation effect to examine the impact on the internal audit effectiveness. The data collection technique used in this study is questionnaire with Likert scale to 51 Bank Riau Kepri Internal Auditors to examine the effect of the cultural dimensions of power distance, uncertainty avoidance, individualism, individual characteristics and management support on the internal audit effectiveness. Warp PLS 7.0 Statistical test results showed that individual characteristics, uncertainty avoidance, and individualism have significant effect on the internal audit effectiveness, power distance has no significant effect on the internal audit effectiveness, and management support is unable to moderate the individual characteristic on the internal audit effectiveness.Keywords: Individual Characteristics, Management Support, Hofstede Theoretical Framework, Power Distance, Uncertainty Avoidance, Individualism

Abstract

This research was conducted in the printing business in Sukajadi District, Pekanbaru City. This research aims to find out how the structure, behavior, market performance formed in the printing business in Sukajadi District. The population in this study was 71 business units and the determination of samples using probability sampling techniques with the sample method used was the sampling design area, so that the number of samples in this study amounted to 18 units of printing business. This research method is descriptive qualitative. The data used is primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from 18 businesses through questionnaires and interviews. Secondary data is obtained through literature books, arikel, government agencies related to the concepts and problems studied. The data analysis tool used in this research is Structure–Conduct Performance (SCP) analysis method. Where the market structure can be seen from market share, concentration ratio of the four largest companies (CR4), HarfindahlHirschman Index (IHH), and Minimum Efficiency of Scale (MES), market behavior can be seen from Capital to Labour Ratio (CLR) and performance identified through Price Cost Margin (PCM). The results showed that the printing business structure in Sukajadi subdistrict is loose oligopoly with an average concentration ratio of the four largest companies (CR4) of 57.92% and IHH of 1101.13. Barriers to business entry are low so that new entrants have the opportunity to gain market share, known from the MES average of 7.56%. Business behavior seen from clr research results ranging from 1.44 - 6.67 this means business behavior has a tendency as a capital intensive business. The performance of the printing business with the highest PCM value of 64.2% is not the largest market share (MS).
