Abstract

While the technique of data analysis in this study the authors use the method of SPSS (Statiscal Package Of Social Science). Based of the result of the analysis can be in the know that the style of leadership, discipline and communication work positively affects employee satisfaction at PT. Agung Auto mall Branches Soekarno-Hatta Pekanbaru. These there independent variables influence, either partially or simultan on the job satisfaction at PT. Agung Auto mall Branches Soekarno-Hatta Pekanbaru. Based on the result of this study the authors suggest that the company pay more attention to leadership style, as a leader should be able to give you more motivation to employees and provide an introduction to how importand result of an effort, put the interest of the group of personal things and create a work environment that discipline in order to avoid gaps social as well as provide examples and create good communication within the company in order to create employee satisfaction at PT. Abstract

This study carried out on PT. Meskom Agro Sarimas located at Pangkalan Batang Barat Kec. Bengkalis Kab. Bengkalis. Under the guidance of Dra. Nuryanti,M.Si and Rovanita Rama, SE., MH. This study aimed to determine The influence of job satisfying and extrinsic motivation on job performance throught work discipline of employee at PT. Meskom Agro Sarimas Bengkalis. Population on this study are employees of PT. Meskom Agro Sarimas Kab. Bengkalis AMDK division which amount of 103 people, with number of samples of 103 employees. Method of analysis used in this study is Path Analysis using SPSS version 20.0. The results of this study showed Job Satisfying (X1) has significant effect on Work Discipline (Y1), Extrinsic Motivation (X2) has significant effect on Work Discipline (Y1), Work Discipline (Y1) has Significant effect on Job Performance (Y2), Job Satisfying(X1) has significant effect on Job Performance(Y2) directly and indirectly throught Work Discipline (Y1), Extrinsic Motivation (X2) has significant effect on Job Performance(Y2) directly dan indirecly throught Work Discipline (Y1), and Work Discipline(Y1) has significant effect on Job Performance(Y2) of employee at PT.Meskom Agro Sarimas Bengkalis.Keywords : Job Satisfying, Extrinsic Motivation, Work Discipline, Job Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test the Effect of Good Governance, Organization Culture, Leadership Style, Organizational Commitment and Intern Control on Local Government Performance (Study In SKPD of Pelalawan). The location of this research is all SKPD of Pelalawan Regency. In this study, the population used is SKPD of Pelalawan Regency. Respondents in this study is the structural officials involved in drafting the budget. In total there are 31 SKPD. Every SKPD will be given three questionnaires, so the number of questionnaires distributed is 93 pieces. The data used are primary data. Data Collection Techniques of field research and literature. The analytical method used in this research is multiple regression analysis.Based on the analysis, the conclusions of this research are: 1) There is a significant effect of Good Governance on Local Government Performance. 2) There is a significant effect of Organization Culture on Local Government Performance. 3) There is a significant effect of Leadership Style on Local Government Performance. 4) There is a significant effect of Organizational Commitment on Local Government Performance. 5) There is a significant effect of Intern Control on Local Government Performance. Based on the research results it was concluded that the determination coefficient is 61.6%. It means that 61.6% of Local Government Performance variations can be explained by the variable Good Governance, Organization Culture, Leadership Style, Organizational Commitment and Intern Control. While 38.4% is explained by other variables outside the model.Keywords: Good Governance, Organization Culture, Leadership Style, Organizational Commitment, and Intern Control

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of knowledge, perception of the effectiveness of the tax system and tax penalties on tax compliance, case study on individual taxpayers conducting business listed on KPP Pratama Bangkinang. This study used a primary data was collected by questionnaire distribution to taxpayers. Sample was determined by Slovin formula amounted to 100 taxpayers. Data was collected by using a incidental sampling. The data was analyzed by using the SPSS program to test whether the model used in this study quite appropriate as the model analyzed. Then the regression analysis was used to test the relationship between the variables above. The result of this research indicates that knowledge, perception of the effectiveness of the taxation system and tax penalties each had a positive effect and significant on tax compliance. The effect of independent variables on the dependent variable can only explain by 56,4%. Keywords : knowledge, perception of the effectiveness of the tax system, tax penalties, tax compliance

Abstract

This research conducted in Sultan SyarifKasim II Airport in Pekanbaru, the capital city of Riau. The purpose of this research was to determine what factors affect the demand for air transport services on domestic flights and international flights. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression with statistical test. The results of research on domestic flights for sample F show that GDP per capita for ticket prices of the airline Garuda Indonesia and Lion Air was simultaneously affect the demand for air transport services. Based on sample t is concluded that the GDP per capita for ticket prices of the airline Garuda Indonesia is partially affected and the ticket prices of the airline Lion Air does not partially affect the demand for air transport services on domestic flights. The coefficient of multiple determination for Garuda Indonesia is 0.989, and the coefficient of multiple determination for Lion Air is 0,986. The results of research on international flights for sample F show that the exchange rate and prices simultaneously affect the demand for air transport services. Based on sample t is concluded that the exchange rate and prices is partially affected the demand for air transport services on international flights.The coefficient of multiple determination for Express Air is 0,850.Keyword: Demand, Flights, Ticket Prices, GDP per capita and Exchange Rate.

Abstract

SMEs or Micro, small and medium enterprise have a role in creating new jobs. And can complement the activities of tourism in Bukittinggi. SMEs play a role in its development is very important and very large in advancing the growth and development of the indonesian economi, and can absorb the unemployed to return to work. This study aims to determine differences in perceptions of entrepreneurs ukm consisting or micro, small and medium enterprise to public accounting service. (Empirical Studies on cooperative departement of industry and commerce Bukittinggi )And to analyze the data in this case the researchers used computer assistance program spss version 21, where the sample used that SMEs in bukittinggi with about 100respondents consisted of 89 micro enterprises, 9 small businesses, and 2medium businesses. The formula used to determine the sample slovin, as well as a sampling technique by purposive sampling. Data collection through questionnaires. According to a study that researchers do to enterpreneurial SMEs, and the results of the study researchers can concluded that the larger the scale of business in bukittinggi the perception of accounting service, auditing service, tax service, and management service will be higher.Keywords:Perception, accounting service, auditting service, tax service, management consultation service.

Abstract

This research aims to attest empirically the effect of profitability, leverage, company size, audit opinion and the size of the accounting firm on the audit report lag in consumer goods companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2014. Samples were taken by using purposive sampling. From all the consumer goods company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, acquired 24 companies that meet criteria for sampling with a period of three years, so the total sample ini this research was 72. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple regression analysis were processed using SPSS 21 . The results of hypothesis testing found that, size of the public accounting firm negatively affect audit report lag with a significant value of 0.014. While profitability, leverage, firm size and audit opinion has no effect on audit report lag. Coefficient determination test results in this study showed R2 value of 0.155. It shows that the contribution of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable is 15.5%. While the remaining 84.5% is influenced by other variables not included in the regression model.keywords: audit report lag,profitability,leverage, company size, auditor opinion, size of the accounting firm

Abstract

This research aims to know the factors that affect the income of live stock farmers group Bukik Potai Stems in the village of Penyesawan sub-district of Kampar as well as to know what factors affect the income of the farmers group dominant cattle BukikPotai Stems in the village of Penyesawan subdistrict of Kampar. Sampling method used is the method of sampling of saturated (census), where the total population of 24 members of the group are examined. Methods used in research is descriptive quantitative methods and the quantitative analysis the analysis simultaneously test ( f) , and partial test ( t ) with program assistance spss 16 .Data-data used in research is the capital , the number of cattle respondents and the experience raise the farmers cattle bukik stem potai in the village penyesawan in kampar. The research results show that value adjusted r square of 0,859 which means that 85.9 % gain group cattle farmers in stir in together by variable in the mode.While the rest 14.1 % in stir by other factors outside model .In partial variable the number of capital ( x1 ) , total number of livestock ( x2 ) , and experience animal farmers ( x3 ) influential in significant impact on variable dependent namely the farmers to bukik stems potai ( y ).KeyWord : Income , capital, and experience farmers

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how professional ethic, experience, knowledge and gender affect to the materiality judgement by empirical at KAP Padang and Pekanbaru as the object of research. This research was held on September 12th until the end of September 2016. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Determination of the sample using purposive sampling method and obtained samples is 74 auditors consist of 48 female auditors and 26 male auditors. The results of this study showed that professional ethic have influence on materiality judgement with significant values 0.004. Experience have influence on materiality judgement with significant values 0.007. Knowledge have influence on materiality judgement with significant values 0.015. Gender didn’t have influence on Materiality judgement with significant values 0.553, it explained by equity model theory that male and female as a professional is identic, so need the same way to manage them. Based on total Adjusted R-Square result, proved that professional ethic, experience, knowledge, and gender effect to materiality judgement in amount of 62% while the rest of 38% were affect by other variables that were not performed in this study. So, for the next research adding more variables are suggested.Keywords : ethic, experience, knowledge, gender, and materialty

Abstract

This study aim to examine The Effect of Liquidity, Leverage and Profitability of the Corporate’s Value with Dividend Policy as Moderation on Mining Companies at The Indonesia Stock Exchange Year 2011-2014. The study population was 42 companies, but based on the criteria there are only 10 (ten) companies. The population used in this study were Mining Companies at The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Year 2011-2014.The data used in this research is secondary data and sample selection by using purpossive sampling technique while data analysis using multiple linear regression model. The analysis tool used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 20. The study states that the Liquidity significantly affects the corporate’s value. Leverage has no significant effect to the corporate’s value. Profitability has a significant effect to the corporate’s value. Liquidity moderated by dividend policy has a significantly influence to the corporate’s value. Leverage moderated by dividend policy no significant effect on the corporate’s value. Profitability moderated by dividend policy has a significantly influence to the corporate’s value.Keywords: Liquidity, Leverage, Profitability, Dividend Policy, and Corporate Values
