Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of Supervision and Working Environment on Employee Work Discipline Office of the Environmental Agency of RokanHulu. In this study, there are three variables: Supervision (X1), Working Environment (X2), and Work Discipline (Y). The population of this research is all employees working in the Office of the Environment Agency with a total sample of 38 people. This study uses linear regression with SPSS version 21. The results showed that the variables of Supervision, and Working Environment either simultaneously affect the Work Discipline Employees in the Office Environment Agency RokanHulu. Work Environment Variables become the most dominant factor in influencing Work Discipline Employees. Hope researchers in this study is the Office of the Environment Agency should Rokan Hulu can improve Supervision and Working Environment for employees so that they can continue to improve employee in the Office of Disciplinary Work Environment Agency Rokan Hulu. With that employees will feel heavy for leaving the company in order to better and more comfortable. It is intended that employees become more disciplined in work. In order to improve labor discipline employees of the Office of Environmental Agency of Rokan Hulu leaders must rise again oversight and reorganize work environment where employees to be better and convenient. Leaders also need to pay more attention and apply the correct working procedures and good sertamemberikan directives on employees so that each employee has a level kesaadaran to the job and apply kepadasetiap employees so that the employees more responsible in work.Keyword : Monitoring, Work Environment, Work Discipline.

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze the effect of promotion, training, non-physical work environment and job satisfaction of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan Section of Information Technology, Business Transformation and Risk Management. The population in this research is implementing all employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan Section of Information Technology, Business Transformation and Risk Management. Sampling techniques total sampling method.Analytical method used is descriptive quantitative methods of analysis. The data used are the primary data and secondary data obtained through the quisitonaires and documentation study of the measurement using the ordinal scale and statistically processed with SPSS program 20.00 for windows. The result of this research show that the promotion variables (), training (), and non-physical work environment (X3) simultaneously positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan Section of Information Technology, Business Transformation and Risk Management. Which has indicated by the value of significance 0.000 < 0.05. In a partial can be seen that variable training have influence the most dominant against variable bound satisfaction work are employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Medan Section of Information Technology, Business Transformation and Risk Management. The value of the square = 0.488, adjust r which means 48,8% variable bound described by variable free the remaining 51.2% described by another variable that outside of this research.Keyword : Promotion, Training Non-Physical, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction. Abstract

This study carried out on PT. Meskom Agro Sarimas located at Pangkalan Batang Barat Kec. Bengkalis Kab. Bengkalis. Under the guidance of Dra. Nuryanti,M.Si and Rovanita Rama, SE., MH. This study aimed to determine The influence of job satisfying and extrinsic motivation on job performance throught work discipline of employee at PT. Meskom Agro Sarimas Bengkalis. Population on this study are employees of PT. Meskom Agro Sarimas Kab. Bengkalis AMDK division which amount of 103 people, with number of samples of 103 employees. Method of analysis used in this study is Path Analysis using SPSS version 20.0. The results of this study showed Job Satisfying (X1) has significant effect on Work Discipline (Y1), Extrinsic Motivation (X2) has significant effect on Work Discipline (Y1), Work Discipline (Y1) has Significant effect on Job Performance (Y2), Job Satisfying(X1) has significant effect on Job Performance(Y2) directly and indirectly throught Work Discipline (Y1), Extrinsic Motivation (X2) has significant effect on Job Performance(Y2) directly dan indirecly throught Work Discipline (Y1), and Work Discipline(Y1) has significant effect on Job Performance(Y2) of employee at PT.Meskom Agro Sarimas Bengkalis.Keywords : Job Satisfying, Extrinsic Motivation, Work Discipline, Job Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job characteristics, internal communications, and transformational leadership on employee job satisfaction at PT. Citraciti Pacific Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Citraciti Pacific Pekanbaru totaling 98. While the sampling technique using census method. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression with SPSS program. Based on the results of data analysis known that the job characteristics, internal communications, and the simultaneous effect of transformational leadership on employee job satisfaction at PT. Citraciti Pacific Pekanbaru, job characteristics partial effect on employee job satisfaction, internal communication partial effect on employee job satisfaction, leadership transformational partial effect on employee job satisfaction. So to maximize employee satisfaction, the company should give a salary appropriate and balanced with the workload on the responsibility of employees, to maximize the characteristics of the job, workers will always contribute to the resolution of existing problems in the company, to maximize internal communications, expected leaders improve surveillance systems No order to work properly, and to maximize the transformational leadership, it is expected the company to provide sanctions for employees or leaders who do not arrive on time, especially when there are meetings and so forth.Keywords: Job Characteristics, Communication, Leadership, and Satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Education Background and Employee Training in Improving the Quality of Leadership. As for the population in this study are all permanent employees in the Local Government District of Bengkalis from Pim level III and IV which amounted to 18 people for Pim level III and 52 people for Level IV Pim. Sampling is done by census method. Analysis of data used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS program version 18.00. the results of the tests, the simultaneous test (F-test) shows that the educational background and training of employees together affect the quality of leadership, while the partial test (T-test) shows that there is a significant influence between educational background and training employees jointly to leadership qualities in the Bengkalis District Government Environment.To maximize the quality of leadership, Bengkalis Regency Government should emphasize to the employees, especially the officials of the institution to always try to improve their knowledge by participating in personnel training held by the central government or other institutions such as training conducted by universities (Universities).Keywords : Education Background, Employee Training, Quality Of Leadership

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine effect spirit of work, discipline, and monitoring of work to performance of employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V PKS Sei-Intan. The population in this study were all employees of the production of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V PKS Sei-Intan totaling 146 people. While the sampling technique using census method. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression with SPSS program. Based on the results of data analysis known that the spirit of work, discipline of work, and monitoring significant effect on the performance of employees PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V PKS Sei-Intan, spirit of work significant effect on employee performance, disciplined work significantly influence employee performance, monitoring significant effect on employee performance. So it is expected to employees in order to increase knowledge and skills of the existing work in the company. Companies must pay attention to and improve employee spirit of work again so that the employee's performance can be improved further. Moreover, it also can make employees more satisfied in performing his job is to give appropriate salary for the work of the employees, the Company must provide a comfortable workplace for employees, the protection tools complete working cycle workplace air nice, thus employees will be more enthusiasm for work. If the employee morale in the company decreased, then the employee's performance will decline as well. Expected to companies that give strict sanctions against employees who are not disciplined in the work so that it can make employees always adhere to the rules and regulations made by a company. Abstract

Local water company Tirta Siak Pekanbaru, which is a company belonging to the area is required to improve the working produtivitas employees are encouraged, so as to contribute to increased revenue. This study aims to look at the effect of job loyalty and job training to increase productivity of employees at the local water company Tirta Siak Pekanbaru city. The population in this study were all employees of the company with a total sample of 53 people. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. Results of the study found that loyalty employment and job training partially and simultaneously have a significant influence on employee productivity local water company Tirta Siak Pekanbaru. The amount of influence loyalty employment and vocational training on employee productivity amounted to 59.6%. Results of research conducted by Analytical methods Hirarcy Procces the variable-job training, showed that among the indicators of job training that have the greatest relationship to improve employee productivity. Education and training not only gain knowledge, but also improve work skills, thereby increasing productivity. Based on the research results show that vocational training has a very strong influence on employee productivity. Meaning that job training is a very important variable for the organization.Keywords: Loyalty Employment, Vocational Training and Labor Productivity.

Abstract

The purpose this study was to determine how influence of incentives, competence and expenses work to discipline employees at PT. National Pension Savings Bank (BPTN) Branch Pekanbaru. The population in this study are employees of the National Pension Savings Bank (BTPN) Branch Pekanbaru 2015 that amounted to 77 people. While the sampling technique using census method. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 18:00. Based results of data analysis known that providing incentives, competencies and expenses work partially and simultaneously have influence to discipline of employees at PT. National Pension Savings Bank (BTPN) Branch Pekanbaru. The large number of such influence is 61.9%. Expected to companies in order to improve work discipline of its employees by providing attractive incentives, improving the competence of employees in the work and adjust the workload for employees. For example, by giving sanctions against employees who violate company rules and regulations so that it can make employees very alert and careful in work.Keyword : Incentives, Competence, Expenses Work and Discipline Employees.

Abstract

The study held in PT. Jasaraharja Putera Pekanbaru branch in order to know and analyze the influence of work experience, job achievement assessment and job relation to employee’s performance. Population are all employees, consist of 53 employees that selected by using census method. Variables are work experience, job achievement assessment and job relation as independent and performance as dependent. Data analyzed by using descriptive and multiple linear regression analysis assisted by SPSS 22 for windows. The study reveals that simultaneously, work experience, job achievement assessment and job relation significantly influence employee’s performance. However, only job achievement assessment and job relation have significant effect while work experience has no significant effect to employee’s performance. It is recommended to ideally increase employee’s performance by enhancing the work experience, job achievement assessment process and job relation among personals in organization.Keywords: Work Experience, Job Achievement Assessment, Job Relation and Performance

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Riau Crumb Rubber Factory Of Pekanbaru for the purpose of analyzing the effect of Work Conflict and Social Security on Turnover Intention through Employee Job Satisfaction Productioning Section. The population in this research is numbered 116 employees using the census method obtained the number of samples is equal to the total population of 116 people. Engineering data is done through techniques collection questionnaires, interviews, while the data in the form of primary data and secondary data, then the data were analyzed using path analysis of the data. The coefficient of determination, correlation coefficients and partial test. In this research, there are four variables: Job Satisfaction (Y1) and Turnover Intention (Y2), as the dependent variable and independent variables consist of Work Conflict (X1) and Social Security (X2). This research was conducted by giving questionnaires to employees of the productioning PT.
