Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the effect of the Store Store atmosphere and influencer marketing on brand awareness and purchasing decisions. The population in this study are all consumers who have purchased Street Boba brand beverage products in the city of Pekanbaru whose numbers are unknown with certainty. Primary data in this study was obtained from the distribution of questionnaires as an instrument to prove the results of the research or hypothesis submitted. The sample used amounted to 120 respondents, determining the sample using a non -probability sampling technique with the accidental sampling procedure. This research is a quantitative descriptive research that uses a path analysis data processing method with the help of SPSS (Statistical Package of Social Science) version 23. The results of the study showed that, Store Atmosphere and Influencer Marketing had a positive and significant effect on brand awareness. Store atmosphere and influencer marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Store atmosphere and influencer marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions through brand awareness.Keywords: Store Atmosphere, Influencer Marketing, Brand Awareness, Purchase Decisions

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment, job insecurity  and work discipline on the turnover intention of outsourcing employees at PT. Tiga Jangkar Utama. In this study, data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires using the proportional stratified random sampling method. The population in this study were outsourced employees of  PT. Tiga Jangkar Utama with a sample of  99 employees. While the data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 22 tools.Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that simultaneously organizational commitment, job insecurity  and work discipline had a significant effect on turnover intention. Organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Job insecurity  has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. And work discipline has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. With a coefficient of determination of 0.634 which means organizational commitment, job insecurity  and work discipline have an influence of 63,4% on the Turnover intention of outsourcing employees, while the remaining 36.6% describes other independent variables not observed in this study. Keywords: Organizational commitment, job insecurity , work discipline and turnover intention

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment on satisfaction then the work environment on work productivity, the influence of work environment on productivity through job satisfaction and the effect of satisfaction on work productivity. The population in this study were 96 employees of PT Masuba Citra Mandiri Kabupaten Rokan Hulu Provinsi Riau. The sample in this study was 96 people. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, while data collection techniques use questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is SEM, using SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that the work environment influence satisfaction. The work environment influence work productivity. Work environment influence work productivity through satisfaction. Satisfaction affects work productivity. Keywords: Work Environment, Team Cooperation, Satisfaction and Productivity

Abstract

 This study aims to determine the effect of competence and work discipline on employee performance at the Head Office of PT. Superior Prima Jakarta. The research method used was quantitative with the primary data type in the form of a questionnaire with sampling using saturated sampling so that the number of samples in this study were 55 employees of the Head Office of PT. Superior Prima Jakarta. The results of this study indicate that competency influences employee performance. Work discipline variable influences employee performance. Competency and work discipline variables affect the performance of employees at the Head Office of PT. Unggul Prima Jakarta with influence of 51.5%. Keywords: Competence; Work Discipline, Employee Performance

Abstract

The company is a management function and a collection of people involved in an activity to achieve a predetermined goal. In practice, companies need resources to carry out business activities. One of the resources needed to manage the business activities of a company is human resources (HR). Human resources have a very important role because without this element the company will not be able to achieve the goals that have been set. Work productivity will be very important in improving company performance, this is because work productivity is a measure of the quality and quantity of a workforce in a unit of time to achieve results. or work performance effectively and efficiently with the resources used. This study aims to see and determine the direct effect of 5S implementation on work productivity. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Ekaputra Prada Indonesia in Pekanbaru totaling 45 people, using Multiple Linear Regression. In this study, the sampling method used the Census Technique, which is a sampling technique in which the entire population is selected to be a member of the sample so that the sample becomes 45 respondents. The results in this study Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu and Shitsuke have a significant effect on Work Productivity. With the maintenance of space and better organization of the workplace, it will be able to increase company profits and also enable companies to show potential strengths and abilities so that the implementation of 5S will provide an increase in work productivity. Keywords: Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke and Work Productivity

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the amount of money in m-banking transactions on public consumption expenditure in Pekanbaru City. Knowing the magnitude of the influence of income on public consumption spending in Pekanbaru City. The method used in this study is the people of Pekanbaru city who use mobile banking with an unknow population size. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the total value of m-banking transactions has no effect on public consumption spending in Pekanbaru City. Income has a positive effect on public consumption spending in Pekanbaru City. M-banking and income levels effect public consumption spending in Pekanbaru City. Keywords: M-banking Transaction, Income, Expenditures

Abstract

The level of competition in the business world in Indonesia is very tight because every company is always trying to be able to increase market share and reach new customers. This requires producers to be more sensitive, critical and reactive to existing changes, both political, socio-cultural and economic. Requirements that must be met by a company in order to achieve success in competition is trying to achieve the goal of creating and retaining customers. This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality and advertising on purchasing decisions and consumer satisfaction of oreo biscuits in Pekanbaru. This research was conducted on people who had seen Oreo advertisements and bought Oreo biscuits in Pekanbaru with the criteria of being at least 15 years. The number of samples taken as many as 126 respondents with nonprobability sampling technique , namely sampling techniques that do not provide equal opportunities for each element or member of the population selected to be the sample. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses path analysis and multiple linear regression tests. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that Product Quality has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions, Advertising has a significant positive effect on Purchase Decisions, Purchase Decisions have a significant positive effect on Consumer Satisfaction, Indirectly Product Quality through Purchasing Decisions does not have a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction, and indirectly Direct Advertising through Purchasing Decisions has a significant influence on Consumer Satisfaction Keywords : Product Quality, Advertising, Purchase Decision, and Consumer Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of dividend policy, debt policy, and profitability on firm value. This research was conducted on various industrial sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange by taking data through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) www.idx.co.id and www.finance.yahoo.com.  This research was conducted in the period 2016-2020. The population in this study amounted to 51 companies, while the sample in this study amounted to 40 companies using purposive sampling method. Data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that: dividend policy has a significant positive effect on firm value, debt policy has a significant positive effect on firm value, profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value. Keywords: Dividend Policy, Debt Policy, Profitability and Firm Value

Abstract

Workload according to Meshkati in Astianto and Suprihhadi (2014) can be defined as a difference between the capacity or ability of workers and the demands of the work that must be faced. Given that human work is mental and physical, each has a different level of loading. A loading level that is too high allows excessive energy use and overstress occurs, whereas a loading intensity that is too low allows boredom or under stress. This study aims to measure the level of physical and mental workload at PT. Natraco Spices Indonesia helps HRD make decisions regarding the division of labor and rotation of workers so that it can help companies increase productivity while improving work patterns. The research population this time was all production floor workers at PT. Natraco Spices Indonesia, totaling 73 people. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires and field observations for approximately 1 month and interviewing several workers and the HRD responsible at the location. The results showed that: (1) The level of physical workload of workers on the production floor was at medium level and above it is become a concern to make rotating workers or adding tools to assist the production process, (2) The level of mental workload on production floor workers at PT. Natraco Spices Indonesia was at medium level and above, this is very worrying because if it is not addressed further it can disrupt productivity so that it disrupts the entire production process. Keywords: mental workload, physical workload, NASA-TLX, level of caloric needs

Abstract

 The aim of this research is to determine the level of customer satisfaction at Indomaret, Bandar Seikijang District, Pelalawan Regency in terms of service quality based on the physical evidence dimension (tangible), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), guarantee (assurance), empathy (empathy), and prices, regarding the quality of service and prices at Indomaret, Bandar Seikijang sub-district, Pelalawan Regency. The population in this study were all unknown customers of Indomaret, Bandar Seikijang District, Pelalawan Regency (indefinite), with a sample size of 100 respondents. Primary data was collected using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the research results, to test the hypothesis in this research using the method Importance Analysis Performance (IPA) with the program Statistical Product and Service (SPSS) version 25. The results of this research show that the comparison results between performance and negative expectations (less satisfied) were obtained. This negative gap shows that the performance of Indomaret, Bandar Seikijang District, Pelalawan Regency is still below customer expectations. With the biggest gap lying in dimensions tangible on employee appearance attributes and the lowest gap lies in the price variable on the attribute of price suitability with product quality as much as possible. Meanwhile, in the Cartesian diagram, quadrant I is the main priority quadrant where there are 9 items that must be repaired immediately. Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Service Quality, Price,, Importance Analysis Performance (IPA)
