Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of commitment in mediating the effect of training on teacher performance at Al-Ulum Islamic School Elementary School which is located on Jl. Tuanku Tambusai, Pekanbaru, Riau. The population in this study included all teachers at SD Al-Ulum Islamic School, totaling 36 people. Primary data were collected by using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study using SmartPLS 3.0 analysis. The sampling technique that has been chosen is the census method (36 people at SD Al-Ulum Islamic School). The results showed that: 1) There was a significant effect of training on teacher performance at SD Al-Ulum Islamic School Pekanbaru City, 2) There was a significant effect of training on commitment at SD Al-Ulum Islamic School Pekanbaru City, 3) There was a significant effect of commitment on significant effect on teacher performance at SD Al-Ulum Islamic School Pekanbaru City, 4) There is a significant effect of training on teacher performance through commitment as a mediating variable at SD Al-Ulum Islamic School Pekanbaru City. Keywords: Performance, Training and Commitment

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, compensation and workload on the performance of employees of PT. Berkat Kurnia Phala Duri, Regency. Bengkalis. The population in this study are employees who work in the field at PT. Berkat Kurnia Phala Duri, Regency. Bengkalis as many as 58 people. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data. with data sources used primary and secondary. Primary data is data collected through questionnaires and observations as instruments to prove research results, and secondary data is results obtained from books, journals and the internet. Sampling using saturated sampling technique method, namely taking a population of all employees working in the field as research samples. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis, with a quantitative analysis tool, namely multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the t test it was found that the variables of motivation, compensation and workload had a positive and partially significant effect on employee performance. The results of the f test also show that the variables of motivation, compensation and workload have a positive and significant simultaneous effect on employee performance. Keywords: Motivation, Compensation, Workload and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership quality, compensation and job satisfaction on the performance of employees at the director's office of PT Hutahaean Pekanbaru. The population in this study included all employees at the director's office of PT Hutahaean Pekanbaru. Primary data was collected using a questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of the study. To test the hypothesis in this study, multiple linear regression was used with the help of the SPSS 25 program.The results showed that: 1) there is a positive and significant influence of leadership quality on employee performance at the director's office of PT Hutahaean Pekanbaru, 2) compensation has no effect on the performance of employees at the director's office at PT Hutahaean Pekanbaru, 30 job satisfaction has no effect on the performance of employees at the office of directors of PT Hutahaean Pekanbaru , 4) the quality of leadership, compensation and job satisfaction have a simultaneous effect on the performance of the employees of the directors' office of PT Hutahaean Pekanbaru. Keywords: leadership quality, compensation, job satisfaction, performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of supervision, work environment and occupational health and safety on the performance of employees in the processing division at PKS PTPN V Unit Tandun. This research was conducted in Tapung Hulu District, Kampar Regency. The sampling method used is saturated sample technique, where the respondents are 59 people. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis and uses the SPSS version 25.0 application. The results of this study indicate that supervision affects employee performance at PKS PTPN V Unit Tandun, work environment influences employee performance and occupational health and safety affects employee performance at PKS PTPN V Unit Tandun. From the results of the research conducted, the simultaneous regression test shows that the variables of supervision, work environment and occupational health and safety have a significant influence on the performance of employees in the PTPN V PKS processing unit Tandun. Keywords: Supervision, Work Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, Performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of Leadership and Work Discipline on the Quality of Public Services through Work Motivation in the Department of Population and Civil Registration in the city of Pekanbaru. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study was 100 employees at the Department of Population and Civil Registration in the city of Pekanbaru. Sampling using the Saturated sampling technique method. The research instrument used a questionnaire and was analyzed using path analysis using SPSS. The results of the study show that 1) There is a positive and significant influence between leadership and the quality of public service, 2) There is a positive and significant influence between work discipline and the quality of public service, 3) There is a positive and significant influence between work motivation and service quality public, 4) There is a positive and significant influence between leadership and the quality of public services through work motivation, 5) There is a positive and significant influence between work discipline and the quality of public services through work motivation. Keywords :  Leadership, Work Discipline, Work Motivation and Public Service Quality

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Product Quality, Price, EWOM on purchasing decisions and repurchase intentions. Primary data was collected with a questionnaire as an instrument and structured interviews were used as a complement in proving the research results. This study used 100 students of the Faculty of Economics & Business, University of Riau as respondents using the Non-Probability Sampling technique. The method used is Explanatory Research with data analysis tests, classic assumption tests, hypothesis testing, and path analysis as the flow of data testing and assisted by the SPSS version 23 application in terms of data processing. The results of this study indicate that the Variables of Product Quality and Price have a significant effect on purchasing decisions and Repurchase Intention, either directly or indirectly. Keywords: Product Quality, Price, EWOM, Repurchase Decisions, Intentions.

Abstract

Transfer pricing was originally known in the field of management accounting as a pricing policy applied to the delivery of goods or services between departments with the aim of measuring the performance of each of these divisions or departments. Conceptually, transfer pricing can be applied for three different purposes. First, from a company legal standpoint, transfer pricing can be used as a tool to increase efficiency and synergy between the company and its shareholders. This research is to analyze the effect of tax, foreign ownership, leverage and cap quality on transfer pricing (Empirical Study of Mining Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019). The population in this study are mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. The sample selection was based on the purposive sampling method, namely sampling based on the subjective considerations of the researchers so that the total sample became 78 samples from 26 companies multiplied by 3 years using multiple linear regression analysis. The results in this study indicate that taxes, foreign ownership and leverage have a significant positive effect on corporate transfer pricing. Meanwhile, KAP quality has no significant effect on transfer pricing decisions. This shows that companies audited by KAP have a lot of knowledge about how to detect and can manipulate financial statements that may be carried out by companies so that they do not guarantee that KAPs that have a good reputation will not commit fraudulent transfer pricing practices.

Abstract

 This study aims to determine the effect of Self Efficasy, Locus Of Control, and Family Social Support on the Career Matury majoring in management, Faculty of Economics and Business, Riau University, Class 2019-2020. The population in this study included active student of the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and business, Riau University, class 2019-2020, totaling 581 Students. Primary data were collected using a quetionnare as an instrument to prove the result of the study, to test the hypothesis in this study using multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The sampling technique for this study used the Slovin method (581 Students as the population and 85 student as the sample). The result showed that: 1) there was a Positive and significant influence of Self Efficasy on the Career Matury of Management student of the Faculty of Economics & Business, Riau University, 2) there was a positive and significant influence of Locus Of Control on the Career Matury of Management students of the faculty of Economics & business, Riau University, 3) there was a positive and significant influence of Family Social Support on the Career Matury of Management student of the Faculty of Economics & Business, Riau University, 4) there is a Simultaneous significant influence between Self Efficasy, Locus Of Control, and Family Sosial Support on the Career Matury of Management student at the Faculty of Economics & Business, Riau University. Keyword : Self Efficasy, Locus Of Control, Family Social Support, and Career Matury

Abstract

his study aims to find out the influence of electronic money (e-money) and cartal money (M0) on the velocity of money in Indonesia in 2010-2021. The type of data used in this study is quantitative and time series secondary data obtained from the publication of the bank Indonesia (BI) and Central Bureau Central (BPS). Data analysis techniques used multiple linear regression analysis with the program eviews 10. The hypothesis testing is carried out by statistical tests (t test, f test, coefficient of determination ��2) and classical assumption test. The results of this study show that the electronic money transaction volume variable has a negative and insignificant effect on the velocity of money. The cartal money variable has a negative and significant effect on the velocity of money in Indonesia from 2010- 2021. Keywords : velocity of money, electronic money transaction volume, and cartal money (M0)

Abstract

 This research was Wardah Brand Beauty Products in Pekanbaru City. With the aim to know and analyze the influence of Product Quality And Brand Image To Custumer Satisfaction And Custumer Loyalty On Beauty Products Wardah Brand In Pekanbaru City. The sample used in this research is 120 custumer with criteria 17 years and over.  The analytical tool used in this research is Path Analysis with SPSS version 23. The results show that: 1) Product Quality Has a Positive and Significant Influence on Customer Satisfaction, 2) Brand Image Has a Positive and Significant Influence on Customer Satisfaction, 3) Product Quality Has a Positive and Significant Influence on Customer Satisfaction, 3) Product Quality Has a Positive and Significant Influence on Customer Satisfaction  Significant to Customer Loyalty, 4) Brand Image Has a Positive and Significant Influence on Customer Loyalty, 5) Product Quality Has a Positive and Significant Influence on Customer Loyalty Through Customer Satisfaction, 6) Brand Image Has a Positive and Significant Influence on Product Loyalty Through Customer Satisfaction, 7) Satisfaction  Customers Have a Positive and Significant Influence on Customer Loyalty. Keywords: Product Quality, Brand Image, Custumer Satisfaction, Custumer Loyalty.
