Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of interval training on endurance in the Futsal team at SMA Negeri 5 Sijunjung. This study used a one group pretest-postest design approach. In the design there is a pretest, before being given treatment. Thus the results of treatment can be known to be more accurate, because it can be compared with the conditions before being treated and after being given treatment. After that, the Posttest Balke was carried out, the data obtained were analyzed descriptively, then the research hypothesis was tested according to the problem, namely: "There is an effect of Interval Training (X) training on increasing endurance (Y). Based on the analysis carried out, the t value between the initial test and the final test of Interval Training training on endurance with t table at a significant level of 0.05 with degrees of freedom N - 1 (14-1 = 13). This shows that the value of tcount (13.6)> ttable (1.771), thus it can be concluded that the hypothesis that there is an effect of Interval Training (X) training on endurance (Y) on the Futsal team at SMA Negeri 5 Sijunjung. Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to develop KUSUKA (Buku Saku Fisika) based on constructivism as a valid physics learning media in senior high school. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE ID model. The development of KUSUKA has been done by considering the pocketbook theory as a learning media and constructivism theory. The data was collected through the validation sheet by the validators. The validated aspects consist of content feasibility, language feasibility, presentation feasibility, and graphic feasibility which is adapted from textbook assessment by BSNP 2014. Validation results are obtained average of Aiken’s validity indeks for all aspects is 0,88. It can be concluded that KUSUKA was valid based on constructivism.Keywords: Physics Learning Media, Physics Pocketbook, Constructivism

Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted based on a phenomenon that occurs today, namely students often use smartphones, especially as a learning media. This study aims to analyze smartphones as learning media carried out by FKIP UNRI education students and also to see whether there is an effect on learning creativity. The research was conducted at the Economic Education Study Program, FKIP UNRI. This type of research is a quantitative study with a population of 344 people and a sample of 78 people taken using probability sampling techniques (random sampling) and using the Slovin formula. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the use of smartphones as a learning medium by students of economic education is good so that the use of smartphones as a learning medium can have an influence on the learning creativity of students of Economic Education FKIP UNRI as much as 24.6%.Keywords: Smartphone, Learning Media, Learning Creativity

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on member participation in the Kusuma Bakti Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) in Sialang Kubang Village, Perhentian Raja District, Kampar Regency. The subjects of this study were members of the Kusuma Bakti Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) totaling 778 members, the sample taken from the population was 89 members. With quantitative methods and data collection techniques using a questionnaire/questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is Simple Linear Regression Analysis. The data were collected through questionnaires, while the data analysis used was simple linear regression analysis through the SPSS version 26 program. The results showed that service quality had a positive effect on member participation in the Kusuma Bakti Village Unit Cooperative (KUD) Sialang Kubang Village, Perhentian Raja District, Kampar Regency. , it can be seen from the results of the determination test of R2 that R square is 0.628, which means that the percentage of the influence of service quality on member services is 62.8% while the other 37.2% is significantly affected by member participation.Key Words: Service quality, member participation

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine theoretical concepts, types of social interaction, forms of adolescent social interaction. The research method used is literature review, which uses textbooks or e-books and journals as a source of the required research data. The research object used was teenage students. The results of this study indicate that the theoretical concept of social interaction has been found. The theoretical concept of social interaction is Levinger's theory, Heider's theory or symbolic interaction theory and even Action Theory. The social interaction of adolescents is currently considered less face-to-face interaction, this generation is more engaged in virtual interactions through social media, many of the teenagers currently rely heavily on social media facilities such as WhatsApp, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Messangger, Wechat, Telegram, etc. As a medium of interaction with peers, teachers and even parents.Key Words: Literature review, Adolescent social interactions, social media

Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this study is how the healthy lifestyle of senior high school state 2 of bungaraya students the Covid-19 pandemic which is currently being discussed. The purpose of this study was to determine the healthy behavior of senior high school state 2 of bungaraya students in the Covid-19 pandemic. The population in this study were 84 male students at SMA Negeri 2 Bungaraya. The sampling technique is total sampling. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The data obtained were analyzed by using the% percentage test technique. Based on the research analysis, of the 84 respondents, around 43% or as many as 36 respondents were classified as very good, 56% or 47 respondents were classified as good, 1% or 1 respondent was classified as bad and 0% or 0 respondents were classified as very bad. Based on an average value of 124.5, the life behavior of students of SMA Negeri 2 Bungaraya in the Covid-19 pandemic was in the "Good" category.Key Words: Behavior, Healthy Life, Covid-19 Pandemic

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the relationship between the principal's understanding of early childhood management standards and the management of students in Kindergarten in the Bukit Raya district of Pekanbaru City with statistical analysis methods, the data used in this study is primary data, primary data is data used directly from respondents. To be examined, the existing data cannot be interpreted, to be understood, it must be processed so that conclusions can be made using the Pearson Product Moment correlation test. The number of samples is 40 principals. The type of instrument used in this study is to use tests and questionnaires that will be distributed to the principal. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, there is a relationship between the principal's understanding of early childhood management standards and the management of students in Kindergarten in the Bukit Raya sub-district, Pekanbaru City. The value of tcount is 0.735 with sig 0.000, because sig < 0.05, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the principal's understanding of PAUD management standards and student management. In the hypothesis test, it can be seen that tcount = 0.735 > ttable = 0.312. The relationship between Principal's Understanding of Early Childhood Management Standards and Student Management in Kindergarten in Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru City is 54%. Abstract

Abstract: Student motivation is still low, time is limited in learning physics, and there are some abstract learning materials that are difficult to understand, resulting in misconceptions. So a research was carried out on the development of powtoon-based learning videos with the flipped classroom approach on temperature and heat material for class XI SMA which aims to develop and determine the validity of powtoon-based learning videos along with learning tools in the form of RRP and LKPD so that they can be an alternative in solving some of these problems. This study uses the Research and Development method with the ADDIE development model which in practice is carried out only up to the development stage. From the average results of the video validation, RPP, and LKPD, it is found that the categories are very valid, valid, and valid, so that they are declared worthy of being used in learning.Key Words: Learning Videos, Powtoon, Flipped Classroom, Temperature and Heat

Abstract: This study examines the implementation of learning during the Covid-19pandemic at the Pekanbaru City ICC (International Career College) Course andTraining Institute and in this implementation there are initial activities, core activities,and final activities in carrying out learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. . Thepurpose of this study was to describe the implementation of learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at the Pekanbaru City ICC (International Career College) Course andTraining Institute. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach,where the data collection process is carried out by interviewing 4 subjects, namelycontrol informants, core informants 1, core informants 2, core informants 3 withdocumentation included. Based on the results of interviews, researchers found 3indicators, namely: (1) Initial Activities, (2) Core Activities, (3) Final Activities. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of holding the research was to determine the level of learning motivation of grade V SD Negeri 019 Sukaramai in participating in physical education learning. This type of research is descriptive research, which is one type of research whose specifications are systematic, planned, and clearly structured from the start to the research design. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 019 Sukaramai, Jl. Kampung Baru Paitan, Kasikan Village, Tapung Hulu. The research time was carried out for 9 months from June 2020 to March 2021. Based on the results of the research as a whole, students 'learning motivation in participating in physical education learning for class V SD Negeri 019 Sukaramai Tapung Hulu, it can be concluded that the percentage for indicators of students' intrinsic motivation to learn in participating in learning Penjasorkes 56% with a total of 14 students in the "enough" category. For extrinsic motivation indicators for student learning in participating in Physical Education learning by 92% with a total of 23 students in the category of being in the "enough" category. So the motivation for student learning in participating in physical education learning for class V SD Negeri 019 Sukaramai Tapung Hulu was 84% with a total of 21 students in the "enough" category.
