Abstract

Abstract: Based on the background of the problem, the researcher formulated theproblem. How well is the role of the community in handling juvenile delinquency inCemara Hamlet, Sawah Baru Village, Kampa District, Kampar Regency. The purposeof this study was to find out how well the role of the community in handling juveniledelinquency in Cemara Hamlet, Sawah Baru Village, Kampa District, KamparRegency. This type of research is a descriptive research with a quantitative approach.The sampling technique used is the Simple Random Sampling Technique. The resultsand findings of the research on the role of the community in handling juveniledelinquency in Cemara Hamlet, Sawah Baru Village, Kampa District, Kampar Regencyare classified as very high. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between balance and eye and foot coordination on lower accuracy service for male students who take the football extracurricular activities at SMP Negeri 1 Rangsang. The sample of this study were male students who took the football extracurricular activity at SMP Negeri 1 Rangsang, totaling 14 people. The sampling technique was taken (total sampling) or the full sampling technique of male students who took part in the football extracurricular activity at SMP Negeri 1 Rangsang, which totaled 14 people. The results of the correlation between male students who took football takraw extracurricular activities at SMP Negeri 1 Rangsang where the first analysis was between X1 and Y where rtab was at a significant level ɑ (0.05) = rcount (0.963)> rtabel (0.553), meaning that the hypothesis was accepted and there was a strong relationship between X1 and Y. From the calculation of the second analysis X2 and Y, where r_tab is at the significant level ɑ (0.05) = means rcount 0.967)> rtabel (0.553), meaning that the hypothesis is accepted and there is a strong relationship between X2 and Y. The third analysis X1 and X2 with Y, where rtab is at the significant level ɑ (0.05) = rcount (0.972)> rtabel (0.553), it can be concluded that the relationship between X1 and X2 and Y is very strong. Abstract

Abstract: This research is about "The History of the Development ofCatholicism in Bagansiapiapi (1928-1942)” . In 1930 Bagansiapiapi was dominated byethnic Chinese who were immigrants from China. Who are Buddhists and Confucians.In addition, there are also indigenous Bagansiapiapi people, namely Malay people whoare Muslim. The entry of Catholicism begin with the entry of the Neterland inBagansiapiapi. This research discusses how the development of Catholicism inBagansiapiapi. The research methodology used is historical research methods with theprocess of collecting data through documentation, interviews and literature study. Theresults denote that Catholicism can be accepted by ethnic Chinese who are immigrantsto Bagansiapiapi. The begin entry of Catholicism was dominated by ethnic Chinese whobecame the majority at that time. In addition, the role of missionaries who came fromthe Netherlands who paid attention to education by establishing a Netherland-Chineseschool (HCS) and the health by the construction of polyclinics and leprosy villages. In2020 the Catholics in Bagansiapiapi are dominated by the Batak and Javaneseethnicities.Key Words: Development, Catholic

Abstract

Abstract: This research is aimed to find out the ability of the students in writing procedure texts made by the third year students of SMP Negeri 2 Kubu Babussalam. This is quantitative descriptive research. The populations of this research were the third year students of SMP Negeri 2 Kubu Babussalam. The sample of this research was 25 students of 9.1 classes who have been selected using cluster-sampling technique. The data were collected by using writing test. The data were analyzed by applying the rules of Brown (2007) through three raters. The findings of this study revealed that the students ability of the third year students of SMPN 2 Kubu Babussalam in writing procedure texts in the 2020/2021 academic year is in good level. The students’ mean score in writing a procedure text is 69.1. To be more specific, 5 students are categorized as excellent, 17 students are categorized as good, 3 students are categorized as mediocre, and there are no students categorized as poor. Based on the findings, there are have recommendations given to the students to improve their ability in writing; to pay attention to vocabulary and grammar, so the students should doing more writing activity especially in writing procedure text and learn more also understand about grammar used.Key Words: Ability, Writing, Procedure Text

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the emotional maturity of street children. The study population was street children who were in the red light area in front of the Pekanbaru Riau governor's office. Emotional maturity is related to a person's ability to act ethically and to demonstrate the ability to control oneself. This type of research uses descriptive research. The subjects of this study were 3 people who were taken using accidental (insindental) techniques. The instruments in this study are in the form of observation and interviews. Children who experience emotional maturity are able to develop and accept love, emotional control, tolerance for frustration and the ability to cope with tension. The results showed that street children at the red light in front of the governor's office in Pekanbaru, who had emotional maturity, were able to develop empathy for their fellow colleagues and help each other in times of need, had high respect for older people and respect for each other. his friends while working on the streets, those who work on the streets are his own will without coercion from others he works on the streets to help the economy of his family.Key Words: emotional maturity, street children

Abstract

Abstract: This study determines to find out the aggressive behavior carried out (perpetrators) and to know the aggressive behavior experienced by (victims) of child exploitation victims as well as factors that encourage children victims of exploitation to behave aggressively. This type of descriptive research with qualitative approach is research to describe a variable based on phenomenological problems. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data feed, and data verification or conclusion. Data collection techniques used are interviews and observations directly to children victims of exploitation in the market kodim district senapelan pekanbaru age range of 5-12 years consists of 4 subjects. The results of this study are 3 children victims of exploitation (RD, NF, and RV) committing (perpetrators) aggressiveness such as stealing, squabbling, taunting, and revenge. 3 child victims of exploitation (RJ, RD, and NF) experienced (victims) aggressiveness such as being pinched, abused, mocked, threatened, told friends, beaten, and angry friends. Factors that encourage aggressive behavior are internal conditions, external (social) factors, and environmental stressors.Key Words: Aggressiveness, Child Exploitation Victims, Descriptive Research QualitativeApproach

Abstract

Abstract: The presentation of financial statements is used to inform the company's financial position, performance and cash flows. Sometimes companies commit fraud by manipulating financial statements to describe good conditions. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of financial stability, nature of industry and change in auditor on financial statement fraud. This type of research is quantitative research. The population of this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2015-2019 of 36 companies. The data analysis method used is path analysis. The results showed that simultaneously financial stability, nature of industry and change auditor had an effect on financial statement fraud. Meanwhile, partially only financial stability has an effect on financial statement fraud. The nature of industry and change in auditor has no effect on financial statement fraud.Key Words: Financial Statement Fraud, Financial Stability, Nature Of Industry, and Change In Auditor

Abstract

Abstract: The background of this research is based on the effect of the vision mission and the students’ religious character of SMK Al-Farui, Kubang, Kampar Districts this research consisted of one formulation of the problem is: whether available the effect of the implementation of the vision mission on the practice of students' religious character in class XI of SMK Al-Faruqi Kubang, Kampar Districts. The purposes of this research is to know the effect of the implementation of the vision mission on the practice of students' religious character in class XI of SMK Al-Faruqi Kubang, Kampar Districts. As for the advantages of this research is the theoretical advantage that is the result of this research is supposed to add insight and knowledge widely. The practically advantage of this research is supposed to be a guide for the educators, related to the instructional students’ character of the education. The methodologically advantage is could be created as studies for the next researchers, especially at the same research to develop insight and knowledge. The population in this research are students in class XI of SMK Al-Faruqi and a sample 14 respondents are based on the type of non probability sampling which is elected with non probability sampling. The data of the research were collected by the observing, questionering, documenting and interviewing. This research is a descriptive quantitative which is uses simple linear regression formula and assisted by the SPSS application 16 version was by stated of the hypothesis; there are an influences between the effect of the implementation of the vision mission on the practice of students' religious character in class XI of SMK Al-Faruqi. Based on the research about the effect of the implementation of the vision mission on the practice of students' religious character in class XI of SMK Al-Faruqi, there are a significantly influences between the effect of the implementation of the vision mission on the practice of students' religious character in class XI of SMK Al-Faruqi, Kubang, Kampar Districts.Key Words: The effect, implementation of the vision mission, students’ religious character.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find out the learning difficulties of students in grade X straight motion materials during the corona pandemic at SMA Negeri 1 Keritang. The population in this study was all students of grade X MIPA at SMA Negeri 1 Keritang. Samples in this study were taken in a simple random sampling so that 29 students were obtained in the study sample. Instruments in this study used diagnostic test (multiple choice four-tier) which is arranged based on syllabus and concept on straight motion material. The data analysis used in this study is descriptive analysis, which gives an overview of students' learning difficulties in straight motion materials during the corona pandemic. The results obtained in this study provide the percentage of average physics learning difficulties of students in grade X straight motion materials during the corona pandemic at SMA Negeri 1 Keritang category understand concept 13.10% (low), category understand the concept of partial 36% (medium), category misconceptions 41% (medium), and categories do not understand the concept of 10.03% (low).Keywords: Pandemic, Learning Difficulties, Diagnostic Tests, Straight Motion

Abstract: This study aims to investigate the influence of Corporate SocialResponsibility on the company's financial performance. The population in this study areall Pulp & Paper manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange thathave data (disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility and company financialperformance) from 2014 to 2018. This study uses secondary data. The data collectiontechnique used is documentation technique. The data analysis technique used in thisresearch is simple linear regression.
