Abstract

Abstract: This research was motivated by the teacher's lack of mastery of the learning material because the teacher teaching was not in accordance with the field so that students were not interested and motivated to follow the learning process. Seeing this, the author wants to examine one of the schools in Kampar district to see whether there is an influence of teacher professional competence on student motivation at SMAN 1 Bangkinang Kota, Kampar district. This research is a quantitative descriptive study that became the population in this study, namely class XI students of SMAN 1 Bangkinang kota, Kampar district in the academic year 2021/2022, amounting to 375 people with a sample of 77 respondents determined by proportional random sampling technique. Data collection techniques are observation, questionnaires, documentation, and interviews. The data analysis technique is using a simple linear regression formula assisted by the SPSS version 25 application with the formula Y = a + Bx. With the results of simple linear regression analysis, it is known that the regression equation Y = 45.308 + 0.790X, the results of this equation can be concluded that the constant is 45.308 which means that the consistency value of the student learning motivation variable (Y) is 45.308 while the teacher's professional competence (X) is 0.790 which states that for every 1% addition to the value of a teacher's professional competence (X), the motivation (Y) will increase by 0.790. Based on the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that there is an influence of teacher professional competence on student learning motivation at SMAN 1 Bangkinang Kota, Kampar district, which is 49%.Key Words: Influence, Professional Competence, Motivation.

Abstract

Abstract:This research is motivated by the implementation of the balimaukasai bathing tradition which has been handed down by the ancestors for a long time as preparation for entering the holy month of Ramadan. The balimau bath tradition includes bathing procedures and balimaukasai bathing equipment. So the formulation of the problem in this research is how is the implementation of the balimaukasai bath tradition in the Malay community in the Modernization Era in DesaPulauBayur, KecamatanCerenti,Kabupaten Kuantan singingi?. The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of the balimaukasai bath tradition in the Malay community in the modernization era in Desa Pulau Bayur, Kecamatan Cerenti,Kabupaten Kuantan singingi. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The research subjects were 30 respondents, including: traditional leaders, balimau bathing activities, the community and youth. The data collection instruments used in this study were questionnaires, observations, interviews and documentation and literature studies. The data analysis technique in this research is by using the formula P = 100%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the implementation of the balimau kasai bathing tradition follows the procedures that have been passed down from the past including the procedures for carrying out bathing balimau and balimau bathing equipment for the Malay community who can it is known from the results of the responses of the respondents as a whole answered "Yes" with a percentage of 81.46% while those who answered "No" were 18.54%. So it can be concluded that there were 81.46% of those who answered "Yes" who were in the 51%-100% answer range, which means there were no significant (meaningful) changes in the implementation of the balimau kasai bathing tradition in the modernization era.Key Words: Tradition, Balimau Kasai Bath, Modernization Era

Abstract

Abstract: The understanding by homeroom teacher in the learning of children with special needs in inclusive schools is an obstacle in its implementation. This study aims to determine and describe the problems faced by homeroom teachers in inclusive schools. The location of this research is in elementary school of 169 Pekanbaru and this carried out in the even semester of 2020-2021. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. This research uses a descriptive method. The subjects in this study were two homeroom teachers who taught children with special needs in lower grades. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that hoomeroom problem in learning children with special needs is about understanding inclusive, understanding children with special needs, proaktif and friendly attitude, learning design, value standards, and the implementation of learning class so it does not working properly.Key Words: Problems of homeroom teachers, inclusive, children with special needs

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to find out how much motivation to learn for class XI BDP students at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru in PJOK learning during the covid pandemic. This research was carried out at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru located on JL. KH. Ahmad Dahlan No. 90 kp. Malay, District. Sukajadi, Pekanbaru City, in March – June 2021 at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru. This research is a descriptive study that aims to determine how much motivation the students of class XI BDP at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru are in learning physical education. In this study, the researcher used a questionnaire/questionnaire to collect data. In addition, the questionnaire provides more opportunities for students or respondents to provide good and correct information. Corner learning during the covid pandemic was in the good category with an average score of 100.1 and a percentage of 73.6%.Key Words: Motivation, Learning, Covid Pandemic

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the Social Attitudes of Students in Learning Physical Education, Sport and Health Class IX at SMP Negeri 1 Koto Gasib. This research is a quantitative descriptive study with a population of 115 students in grade IX at SMP Negeri 1 Koto Gasib.sampling technique in this study was random sampling because the sampling of members of the population was carried out randomly without regard to the existing strata in the population as much as 25%-30% of the population, namely 32 students. Data was collected using observation, questionnaires and documentation. Test the validity of the instrument using the product moment with a significant level of 5% and the reliability test of the instrument using the Cronbach alpha through the IBM SPSS Statistics 22 stating that all items are valid stated by R arithmetic > from R table (0.349) and reliability test with Cronbach'sAlpha 0.969. The results showed that (1) Honest with a percentage of 8.55%. (2) Discipline 8.44%. (3) Liability 12.80%. (4) Tolerance 17.03%. (5) Gotong Royong 12.47%. (6) Polite/ Polite 17.78%. (7) Confidence 7.95%. Thus the Social Attitude of Students in Learning Physical Education, Sport and Health Class IX at SMP Negeri 1 Koto Gasib is said to be very good with an Interpretation Criteria score of 85.02%.Key Words: Social Attitude, Physical Education, Sports and Health

Abstract

Abstract: The problem in this research is about student’s perceptions of online sport and health physical education learning. This research is a descriptive research with a quantitative descriptive approach. The method used is a survey with a questionnaire instrument. The purpose of this research was to determine student’s perceptions of online sport and health physical education subject during the pandemic. The population in this research were students of class IX, amounting to 150 people. The sampling technique is purpotional random sampling, which is as many as 30 students. Based on the description of the results of the research on the technical indicators of 30 students, there were 10 students or 33.33% in the good category, and in the very good category there were 5 students or 16.67%. Thus the perception of students is good. In the indicators of the learning process, there are 16 students in the poor category or 53.33%. Thus the perception of students is not good. In the support indicator, there are 14 students in the good category or 46.67%. Thus the perception of students is good.Key Words: Student Perception, Online Learning, Physical Education, Pandemic

Abstract

Abstract: One of the things that supports the success of the learning process is the presence of the right learning devices. Physics learning is usually monotonous with the presence of many formulas, so that students have difficulty in understanding the concept, as in equilibrium and rotational dynamics matter. The low understanding of physics concepts is also influenced by learning media that are not attractive to students, especially during online learning. Solutions are needed to overcome these problems, one of which is by applying e-learning as an innovation in the learning process. The device developed in this study is an e-learning learning devices using Chamilo in equilibrium and rotational dynamics, consisting of Learning Plans (RPP), Student Worksheets (LKPD), and Learning Assessments. The purpose of this research is to produce valid e-learning learning devices. The type of research carried out is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE development model which is carried out only until the development stage. The type of data obtained is quantitative in the form of validity values. The data collection instrument used was in the form of a learning device validation sheet. The data were analyzed descriptively to determine the validity of the learning tools. The results showed that the e-learning learning tools using Chamilo were declared valid and suitable for use in learning as a whole.Key words: e-learning, learning devices, Chamilo

Abstract: This research aims to determine whether there is a relationship between leg muscle power and wrist flexibility on accuracy smash in volleyball club athletes. The sample of this study was male volleyball athletes from Bmk VC, Kandis sub-district, a sample of 18 people. The sampling technique was taken by (total sampling) or the full sampling technique of the male volleyball athletes of BMK VC, Kandis sub-district, totaling 18 people. The results of the correlation of male volleyball athletes bmk vc Kandis sub-district where the first analysis is between X1 and Y where rtab is at a significant level (0.05) = rcount 0.601> rtable 0.482, meaning that the hypothesis is accepted and there is a strong relationship between X1 and Y. X2 and Y, where r_tab is at a significant level (0.05) = rcount 0.929> rtable 0.482 , meaning that the hypothesis is accepted and there is a strong relationship between X2 and Y. The third analysis of X1 and X2 with Y, where rtab is at a significant level É‘ (0.05 ) = rcount 0,600> rtable 0.482, it can be concluded that the relationship between X1 and X2 with Y is very strong.Key Words: Muscle Power and Wrist Flexibility, Accuracy Smash.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the positive and significant relationship between learning motivation and learning outcomes of Physical Education and Health of Students of SMP Negeri 1 Rambah Class IX during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The method used is descriptive method with correlation test analysis technique. The population used was 64 students of class IX.1 and IX.2. The sampling technique used was total sampling consisting of 32 people in class IX.1 and 32 people in IX.2, thus the number of samples in this study was 64 people. The results of this study on the product moment correlation test, showed that N = 64 at a significant level of 5% was obtained at 0.246 and rcount (pearson correlations) was obtained at 0.733. If rtable 0.246 > rcount 0.733, then there is a relationship or correlation between learning motivation and learning outcomes for Physical Education and Health for Students of SMP Negeri 1 Rambah Class IX during the Covid-19 Pandemic.Key Words: Learning motivation, Learning outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: From the observations of researchers in the field at the sepak takraw team, persera, downstream, Rokan Hilir district, there are several weaknesses that appear along with the occurrence of players in training and in sepak takraw matches, namely there are still many technical deficiencies, especially in agility when carrying out movements in carrying out activities. sepak takraw. This can be seen when making passing movements or chasing the ball. So that the sepak takraw team of the rokan downstream district often loses during the match. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of shuttle run training on the agility of the sepak takraw athletes of the Persera Kubu district of Rokan downstream. The population in this study amounted to 16 people using total sampling, so the sample amounted to 16 people. The instrument in this research is the shuttle run agility test. The data obtained were analyzed using t- test. Based on the t-test, it produces tcount of 3,828 with ttable of 1,764, so H_a is accepted, at an alpha (α) level of 0.05. It can be concluded that there is an effect of shuttle run training on the agility of the sepak takraw athletes of the Persera stronghold of the Rokan Hilir district.dfsdfKey Words: Shuttle run, Agility, Sepak Takraw
