Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find out the comparison of students' difficulties in solving story problems using audio-visual media using text on the fractional material for class IV SDN 13 Pekanbaru. The research subjects were all fourth grade students at SDN 13 Pekanbaru, totaling 24 students. 12 students were given questions using audio-visual media and 12 students were given questions using text by taking interview samples totaling 7 students. The data used in this study are primary data obtained directly from sources and secondary data obtained from available sources. Data analysis is the process of systematically searching and compiling data, data obtained from interviews, observations, and documentation, by organizing the data into categories, describing them into units, synthesizing, compiling into patterns, choosing what is important and what is important. that will be studied, and make conclusions so that they are easily understood by themselves. The result of this research is the difficulty of using audio-visual media more than using text. This can be proven by using comparative analysis data on students' difficulties in solving math story problems using audio-visual media using text on fractions material in class IV SDN 13 Pekanbaru.Key Words: Learning Difficulties, Audio Visual Media, Text.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to find out how big the level of motivation of students in Physical Education, Health and Recreation, University of Riau Class of 2019 was in doing sports at home during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used by the researcher is a questionnaire/questionnaire method via google forms. Questionnaires were given to students of Physical Education, Health and Recreation, University of Riau Class of 2019, totaling 75 students. From the results of the research process to data processing, starting with data collection for testing the research instrument as many as 49 people in the Physical Education Health and Recreation Study program, University of Riau stated that the 28 statements were valid which was stated by r count > from r table (0.281) and reliability test with Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.874. After the researchers conducted a trial of the research instrument, the researchers then distributed questionnaires to 75 samples, namely Physical Education, Health and Recreation, University of Riau Batch 2019 to produce data that was used as a benchmark as a discussion of research results. The results showed that (1) intrinsic factors with a percentage of 72.3% and (2) extrinsic factors with a percentage of 54.25%. Thus, it can be concluded that the Motivation Level of Physical Education and Recreational Health and Recreation Students at the University of Riau Class of 2019 in Doing Sports at Home During the Covid-19 Pandemic is said to be very high with a percentage of 78.75%.Key Words: Student Motivation, Sports at Home, Covid-19

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of giving tofu dregs on the growth of African catfish (Clarias gariepinus). This research was conducted in August - September 2021 at the Natural Laboratory of Biology Education FKIP Riau University. This study used a randomized block design consisting of 4 treatments with 3 replicate groups so that there were 12 experimental units. The object of this study was 120 tails of 4 weeks old African catfish. The treatment in this study consisted of control treatment, 15% tofu dregs treatment, 30% tofu dregs treatment, and 45% tofu dregs treatment. Collecting data by measuring the growth of absolute weight and water quality which is measured every 7 days for 4 weeks. The results showed that the highest absolute weight growth was found in the control treatment, which was 4.48g, but for the treatment the level of giving tofu dregs, 30% tofu dregs treatment was a good treatment compared to 15% tofu dregs and 45% tofu dregs with an absolute weight growth of 1, 66g. The results of the analysis of water quality showed a reasonable range for the life of African catfish (Clarias gariepinus) where the temperature ranged from 26o-30oC with a pH ranging from 5.47-6.67, and DO ranging from 4.20-4.94. Abstract

Abstract : Physics learning in schools that does not involve students during the learning process where students are only listeners while the teacher is more dominant results in low cognitive learning outcomes of students. The solution that is expected to be able to overcome this problem is through the application of the Argument Driven Inquiry (ADI) model in physics learning. This study aims to determine the cognitive learning outcomes of students after applying the ADI model to the material of temperature and heat in class XI of SMAN 16 Peknabaru. The type of research used is Quasi-Experiment with Post-test Only design, Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. The data collection instrument used a cognitive learning outcome test (posttest). Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results of the descriptive analysis showed that the average value of cognitive learning outcomes in the experimental class was 73.8 with a fairly good category, while the control class obtained an average value of 64.44 with a poor category. From the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the application of the ADI model can improve students' cognitive learning outcomes on temperature and heat material in class XI of SMAN 16 Pekanbaru.Keywords: Argument Driven Inqury Model, cognitive learning outcomes, temperature and heat

Abstract

Abstrack: This study aims to: (1) determine the process of developing interactive learning media based on Lectora Inspire; (2) determine the feasibility of developing interactive learning media based on validation from material experts and media experts; (3) knowing students' assesment of interactive learning media based on Lectora Inspire. This type of research and development uses the ADDIE development model. This study uses qualitative and quantitative data with data collection instruments in the form of a questionnaire. This interactive learning media was validated by one material expert and one media expert, and was tested on 20 students of class X Accounting and Finance of SMK Negeri 4 Pekanbaru. The results showed that: (1) Lectora Inspire-Based Learning Media was developed through five stages, namely (a) Analysis, b) Design, c) Development d) Implementation and e) Evaluation ( evaluation); (2) the feasibility of interactive learning media based on Lectora Inspire based on the assessment of material experts as many as 78% which are included in the "adequate" category and 93% of media experts who are included in the "very feasible" category; (3) The assessment of students of class X Accounting and Finance of SMK Negeri 4 Pekanbaru obtained a total of 89% which is included in the "very decent" category. Based on the results of this study, the interactive learning media based on Lectora Inspire that was developed is very suitable to be used as a medium for learning accounting.Keywords: Interactive Learning Media, Lectora Inspire, Adjustment Journal.

Abstract

Abstract: Classical guidance is a guidance service in assisting all students in developing effective behavior and life skills which refers to the developmental tasks of students presented using classical guidance and group dynamics. The research entitled the influence of classical guidance on the value of students' caring character aims to determine the character values of students before and after classical guidance, to find out the differences and effects of classical guidance. This type of research is experimental researchers. The research subjects of class IX students were 20 students. The instrument used is a Likert scale. This research uses Wilcoxone test and Speaman Rank test. For the analysis using SPSS version 25. The results showed a significant influence on the influence of classical guidance on the value of the caring character of students.Key Words: Classical Guidance, Caring Character Values

Abstract

Abstract: The problem in examining the mastery of shooting techniques of the students of SMA Negeri 1 Pasir Penyu is still missing. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of mass practice target practice on the accuracy and precision of shooting basketball. The population in this research was all male students who participated in extracurricular basketball using a total sampling technique of 11 students. This type of research uses a single-group pre-test-post-test design. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that the students taking extracurricular basketball have an average post-test result of 9.81, based on the normality test of LoMaks pretest of 0.129 < L table 0.249, and post-test LoMaks of 0.153 < L table 0.249 would be normal. based on the statistical analysis of the t-test, the different values obtained are 2.36 and produce a tcount of 6,941 and a ttable of 1,812. Means tcount > ttable. It can be concluded that mass practice target shooting (X) has an effect on shooting accuracy and accuracy (Y) in male basketball athletes participating in extracurricular basketball at SMA N 1 Pasir Penyu.Key Words: Shooting Training, Massed Practice, Basket Ball

Abstract: this study aims todevlope and Educational Module on GadgetAddiction Behavior. The type of research used is Research and Devlopment Resarchand Devlopment (R&D) To compile the perfect module in this study, a material expertvalidation test was carried out. The data collection technique in this study used aliterature review technique using validation intrument in the form of a questiannaireusing a likert scale. The result of this study, has been compiled learning modules witheducational material for gadget addiction behavior. The overall module valididationtest results are based on the material aspect, showing that the assesment scores88.31%, with the “ very feasible” category being used.Key Words: Module, Education, Gadget Addicition

Abstract

Abstract: Keigo is a variety of respectful language used in Japanese and is one of the characteristics of the Japanese language. This study discusses the understanding of kenjougo among students of class 2019 of the Japanese Language Education Study Program, FKIP, Riau University. The purpose of this study was to find out how the understanding of kenjougo in class 2019 students was. The method used in this study was descriptive quantitative. The results of this study indicate that the understanding of the 2019 batch of students towards kenjougo is in the low category. This is due to the lack of students' understanding of the function and form of kenjougo. In addition, the time period for receiving material regarding keigo material with the research time is quite far so it can be concluded that students have limitations in remembering the material.Key Words: Understanding, Keigo, Kenjougo

Abstract

Abstract: Since the world was hit by the Covid-19 virus outbreak, all crowding activities were temporarily suspended, one of which was teaching and learning activities which were in accordance with the circular letter of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia number 36962/MPK.A/HK/2020 concerning Learning in a row. online and work from home in order to prevent the spread of Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19), that all university leaders in areas affected by Covid-19 to temporarily stop academic activities such as face-to-face lectures. This research was conducted on Japanese Language Education students at the University of Riau in the class of 2021 in the Hyouki course. The purpose of this study was to find out how the perception of Japanese Language Education students towards the interaction of lecturers and students during online learning in the Hyouki course, from the results of the research conducted, it was found that the average answer from students regarding their perception of the interaction of lecturers and students was in the number 2.7 which is included in the high interpretation.Key Words: Perceptiont, Interaction, Online Learning.
