Abstract

This study was to examine the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Net Profit Margin (NPM) and Earning Per Share (EPS) of the company's price in the Real Estate and Property IDX outstanding in the period 2011 to 2013, the Company's real estate and property considered attractive because many assume that this promising sector for investors This research using secondary data. This study was conducted with a purposive sampling method. To obtain a representative sample in accordance with predetermined criteria. The number of samples obtained are 10 real estate and property companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange during the period of 2011 through 2013 Data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis to test the classical assumption of normality test, multicollinearity test, test heterocedasticity, and the autocorrelation test. While hypothesis testing was performed using the F test and T testRegression analysis showed that the Net Profit Margin (NPM) and a significant negative effect on stock prices of real estate and property, Earning Per Share (EPS) and a significant positive effect on stock prices of real estate and property while Return on Assets (ROA) and the positive effect no significant effect on stock prices of real estate and property. Reviews These results explain the donation or contribution of the independent variables (NPM, ROA, and EPS) are included in the regression equation to price, is equal to 66.5%, while 33.5% was Contributed by other variables not included in this equation.Keywords: Stock Prices, Real Estate and Property, Return On Assets (ROA), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Earning Per Share (EPS)

Abstract

The research is aimed to analyze effect of training and compensation  simultaneously and partialy  toward human performance  of small and medium enterprises  in the shuttlecocks industry at Sumengko, Nganjuk. For analyze this research are using linear regression analyze. This research are classified in causality or explanatory research. Researcher using 60 person for sample. The research  instrument are using validity test, reliability test and classic assumption test include normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity assumption. The hypothesis are using F test and t test. Result  of the research are : Both of training and compensation variable simultaneously and partialy toward human performance of small and medium enterprises in the shuttlecocks industry at Sumengko, Nganjuk. Abstract

This study was conducted to understand the aspects that consist in zakah, as one out of five principles of islam : religious, economic, and social. Al Qur'an, as the holy book of islam, Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) hadiths, along with books and scientific journal are used as data. Literature review is used as the approach of this study. Zakah cannot be treated only as a form of worship towards Allah, The Creator of All, but zakah has further means and functions, and benefits to all humanity through its worldly aspects, namely  economic and social. The correct establishment of zakat can be a solution on solving the problems that emerge in the economic and social areas. This research is limited on viewing the effects of  zakah in the light of its benefit on religious, economic and social. The next research that conducted on this field perhaps can broaden the view and fill the empty space, because zakah still can be seen on another point of view or perspective. Abstract

This research aims to find outcomparisonbetween automatedtradingand manual trading in forex online.There are three point that we will compare in this journal which is return, risk and cost.Using the descriptive analysis, anova, hodric-prescott filter and interviewing trader, we’vefoundthat manual trading is more profitable than automatedtrading, but on the otherside manual trading havevery higher risk than automatedtrading.When comparing the cost of each strategy we’vefound that automatedtrading cost more money than manual trading but manual trading cost more time than automatedtrading.Keyword: Forex Online, Automated Trading,Anova, descriptive analysis, hodric-presscot filter

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze and identify the accounting information system related to purchasing raw materials that runs in PT. Cahaya Mutiara Indah. Case study was employed as the research method to answer the research questions. The data used are primary and secondary data. The data collection methods were literature study which is from reviewing the literature, journals and other sources related to the topic and also from observation, interviews, and documentation. The results achieved in this study is the accounting information system purchases in PT. Cahaya Mutiara Indah still has some weaknesses  in  organizational structure, internal control and purchasing processes procedures. PT. Cahaya Mutiara Indah also does not have a written Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). The researcher proposes  some  ideas  to eliminate  these weaknesses, namely a proposal of organizational structure, the proposal of purchasing processes procedures, management policy proposals and accounting policy proposal.  The proposals are expected to  generate useful information for decision making and bring improvements to the business operations of PT. Cahaya Mutiara Indah and the system in the company can be more effective.   Key words: Accounting Information System, Purchasing, Raw Materials

Abstract

This study aims  to  determine the effect of  third-party  funds  (DPK), capital adequacy ratio (CAR), loan deposit ratio (LDR), return on assets (ROA),  non-performing loan  (NPL),  reserve requirement, and inflation on investment loans in the State-Owned Enterprises Banks period 2005-2013. This research quantitative data used are secondary data and quarterly. Method of regression analysis using  panel regression.  Research  results  showed  that simultaneous  DPK,  CAR, LDR, ROA,  NPL, GWM, and inflation  has  a significant effect on  the variable  investment loans.  In parisal  investment loans  significantly affected  by  DPK  (+), CAR (+), LDR(+), and  NPL (+).Whereas ROA(+), reserve requirement (-), and inflation (-) has no significant effect on investment loans State-Owned Enterprises Banks.The rate coefficient of determination (  ) for the variables  that affect  working capital loans  amounted to  94%, which means  the independent variables  in the model is  able to explain  the dependent variable  (investment loans)  at 94%,  the remaining 6% is explained by variables outside this model.Keywords : Credit, Deposit, CAR, LDR, ROA, NPL, GWM, Inflation

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengevaluasi penerapan prinsip pengendalian internal perusahaan terhadap penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas pada asuransi Jiwa Bersama (AJB) Bumiputera 1912 kantor cabang Nganjuk. Bagaimana penerapan prosedur, pengendalian internal serta penerapan prinsip pengendalian internal yang telah dilakukan oleh Asuransi Jiwa Bersama (AJB) Bumiputera 1912 kantor  cabang Nganjuk terutama siklus penerimaan kas yang terdiri dari pembayaran premi baik melalui bank, kantor cabang, maupun agen, serta siklus penerimaan kas yang terdiri dari pengajuan klaim, pinjaman polis, dan biaya-biaya. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, wawancara, dan pengamatan, dari penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa prinsip pengendalian internal yang telah diterapkan dan dijalankan oleh Asuransi Jiwa Bersama (AJB) Bumiputera 1912 kantor cabang Nganjuk sudah cukup baik, hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya pembentukan tanggung jawab dan pemisahan tugas masing-masing staff, telah diterapkannya prosedur dokumentasi dalam setiap transaksi, adanya ID dan password di setiap komputer masing-masing staff, serta penerimaan dan pengeluaran kas yang terjadi selalu dilakukan pemeriksaan secara berkala. Akan tetapi, penerapan prinsip pengendalian internal yang telah baik, tidak menutup kemungkinan adanya penyimpangan, seperti premi yang tidak disetorkan oleh Agen atau pemalsuan kwitansi, dan seharusnya pihak manajemen memberikan pembinaan secara rutin serta peningkatan pengawasan serta pengecekan.Kata kunci: Prinsip pengendalian internal, Siklus penerimaan kas, Siklus pengeluaran kas.

Abstract

Service quality is closely related with customer satisfaction because the quality encourages the customer to braid the strong relationship with the company, which is aimed to understand the customer needs and wants. In addition, the demands of health community are increased that make service quality to be one of the important functions that necessary to improve the patient satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to understand and analyze the influence of reliability, empathy, tangibles, assurance, and responsiveness towards customer (inpatient) satisfaction and word of mouth in Prima Husada Hospital. The location of this research is Prima Husada Hospital, Singosari Malang. This hospital is a new hospital in Malang that was established in 2010 and it includes on the general hospital at D class. It chooses because the researcher wants to examine the service quality that is different from large hospital in Malang city and there are small number researches were conducted in this setting. In addition this research was conducted during March - April 2014. The method that has been used to collect the data during the research is questionnaire which has 70 respondents of inpatient in Prima Husada hospital. The duration of data collection is one month which is for age samples are about 10-65 years old. In addition, the data calculation is processed by Structural Equation Model-PLS and SPSS for validity and reliability test. This research shows there is significant influence of assurance and tangible towards satisfaction. Whereas Reliability, Empathy and Responsiveness did not influence significantly towards satisfaction which is proved by the value of t-Statistic of these variables is smaller than t-Table (1,96). On the other hands, the research shows there is significant influence of satisfaction towards WOM.   Keywords: Service Quality, Patient Hospitalization, Customer Satisfaction, Word of Mouth

Abstract

Zakat merupakan salah rukun islam yang wajib dibayar bagi seoarang muslim yang sudah mampu untuk membayarnya. Zakat merupakan salah satu dari lima nilai instrumental yang strategis dan sangat berpengaruh pada tingkah laku ekonomi manusia dan Zakat, Infaq, dan Sedekah (ZIS) merupakan ibadah yang tidak hanya berhubungan dengan nilai ketuhanan saja namun berkaitan juga dengan hubungan kemanusian yang bernilai sosial (Maliyah ijtimah‘iyyah). Zakat, Infaq, dan Sedekah memiliki manfaat yang sangat penting dan strategis dilihat dari sudut pandang ajaran Islam maupun dari aspek pembangunan kesejahteraan umat. Namun, yang terjadi di masyarakat pemahaman terhadap kewajiban membayar zakat maal dan kesalehan masyarakat dalam membayar zakat maal masih rendah. Hal ini yang terjadi di Desa Sumberputih Kecamatan Wajak Kabupaten Malang. Dimana yang terjadi desa tersebut dalam praktek zakat masih berbeda dengan ajaran islam baik secara syarat maupun rukun dari zakat tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengidentifikasi pemahaman masyarakat terhadap kewajiban membayar zakat maal dan menganalisa kesalehan sosial masyarakat dalam membayar zakat maal yang terjadi di Desa Sumberputih Kecamatan Wajak Kabupaten Malang. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif diskriptif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi dan studi kasus. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah dengan cara melalui wawancara, observasi langsung dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwapemahaman masyarakat tentang zakat maal di Desa Sumberputih Kecamatan Wajak Kabupaten Malang masih belum sesuai dengan syari’at Islam secara keseluruhan baik secara  syarat, rukun, cara penyalurannya serta orang yang berhak menerima dari zakat maal tersebut. Dan kesalehan sosial mayarakat di Desa Sumberputih Kecamatan Wajak Kabupaten Malang, masih rendah karena sebagian masyarakatnya menggangap zakat maal bukan suatu kewajiban seperti halnya zakat fitrah yang dibayar pada waktu bulan puasa. Abstract

Repurchase intention by consumers is one of the most important things that must be maintained by the marketer. The reason is the diminishing market share due to the increase in the number of competitors. Marketers have utilized a variety of ways to increase the repurchase by the consumer, including maximizing the marketing mix to gain customer satisfaction, because customer satisfaction is the key to repurchase intention. This study aims to determine the effect of marketing mix to repurchase intention through satisfaction. The analysis used in the study is path analysis with 100 Smartfren users as samples. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. Validity test and reliability test is conducted for instrument testing. The study results indicate that the marketing mix variables only have significant positive effect on repurchase intention when through satisfaction. Satisfaction is variable with the most influence on repurchase intention. Smartfren need to develop a marketing mix to maintain customer satisfaction and repurchase from customers.
