Abstract

This study assesses the influence of size of board of commissioners, audit committee, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, and company size on dividend policy. This descriptive research uses quantitative approach. The sample was taken from the entire companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange from the year of 2013 to 2015 using purposive sampling method. The analysis is multiple linear regression processed using SPSS. The result shows that size of board of commissioners, managerial ownership, and size of company influence dividend policy. However, audit committee and institutional ownership do notinfluence it.Keywords: good corporate, dividend payout ratio (DPR)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami sejauh mana pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility Perusahaan yang tercermin dalam Laporan Keberlanjutan berdasarkan Standar GRI. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif pada data sekunder yaitu Laporan Keberlanjutan PT. Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN) Tbk tahun 2016 dan 2017. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PGN telah mengimplementasi Standar GRI dalam penyusunan Laporan Keberlanjutan, meskipun tidak semua topik yang ada di dalam Standar GRI tersebut diungkapkan. Pelaporan standar universal PGN memenuhi 59% pada tahun 2016 dan 67% pada tahun 2017. Pelaporan standar topik spesifik memenuhi 28% pada tahun 2016 dan 37% pada tahun 2017. Dalam laporan ditemukan ketidaktepatan pada beberapa pengungkapan yang dilaporkan. Perusahaan dirasa perlu untuk memperbaiki pelaporan pengungkapan di laporan keberlanjutan tahun berikutnya demi menjadi lebih baik di masa yang akan datang.Kata Kunci :  Pengungkapan CorporateSocialResponsibility, Standar GRILaporan Keberlanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims at finding out the influence of service quality on Customer Satisfaction and its influence Toward Customer Loyalty(A Study on Customers of PT. Bank Central Asia Borobudur Branch, Malang-East Java)”.This is an explanatory research explaining the causal relationship among variables through hypotheses testing. The data collection techniques used were questionnaire and library research. This study employed 100 samples from customers of BCA Bank of Borobudur Branch Malang. The samples were taken using simple random sampling. To test the instruments, validity testing, reliability testing, and classical assumption testing were employed. The analysis method used to analyze the data was path analysis. Based on the result of the analysis, it was found out that the service quality has a direct significant influence on customers loyalty variables with tcount3.217.Next,  the service quality also significantly influences the customers satisfaction with t count  9.587.In addition, the customers satisfaction significantly influences the customers loyalty with tcount 4.762. On the other hand, service quality has an indirect influence on the customer loyalty through customer satisfaction with effect value of 0.324 on PT Bank Central Asia Tbk. Good service quality will make customers feel satisfied so that they will recommend the future customers to make use of the service from BCA Bank, say good things on the products and services given by BCA bank, and use the products from BCA bank in a long term. Abstract

This research aims to determine the comparison of the performance of the Conventional Public Banks and the Syariah Public Banks in Indonesia. The data in this resesarch is derived from the annual reports of the financial of banks in 2014 by calculating the ratios of financial of banks. The result of this research shows that the performance of the Conventional Public Banks are better than the Syariah Public Banks, on the ratio of the CAR, NPM, ROA, ROE, Current Ratio, Quick Ratio, LDR, and NPL.Keywors: Bank Performance, Conventional Public Banks, Syariah Public Banks.

Abstract

Poverty in Indonesia is a major consideration because it is a problem in economics specifically inequality in terms of income, therefore the government looking for the solution of lowering the poverty by stimulate the society to increase a productive enterprise such as Small and Madium Enterprise (SME’s) along with assistance provided by Yayasan Dana Zakat Al-Falah (YDSF), therefore this research focused on the problems of the productive zakat effect for improvement of micro enterprises study case on Mustahik Binaan YDSF of Chapter Malang. This research apply quantitative method by descriptive approach and using multiple linear regression analysis and dummy regression. Using four variables such as venture capital, venture capital origin, training, and labor. The result of this research is the variable of venture capital and the capital of the business have positive and significant influence, the training and worker variables have positive and insignificant effect.Key word: YDSF, SME’s, Mustahik, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Zakat Produktif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adakah pengaruh dari atmosfir toko terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dari Giant Supermarket Jl. MT Haryono. Analisis ini menggunakan variable independent yaitu atmosfir toko dan variable dependennya adalah kepuasan pelanggan. Sampel dari penelitian ini ditentukan dengan menggunakan skala pengukuran Roscoe yang diambil dari populasi penelitian yaitu Mahasiswa Universitas Brawijaya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara kuisioner yang disebarkan langsung kepada responden yang berjumlah 100 kuesioner. Metode statistik menggunakan Analisis Regresi Linear Sederhana, dengan pengujian hipotesis uji statistik t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa atmosfir toko berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.Kata Kunci : Atmosfir Toko, Kepuasan Pelanggan, dan Ritel

Abstract

This study  aimed to:  (1) determine  the effect  of  tourist village  program toward  the enhancement people’s income at Bejiharjo Village, Gunungkidul District, (2) to analyze capital, education, work hours and skill variables affect people’s income after village tourism program at Bejiharjo Village, Gunungkidul District. The research method use quantitative approach with descriptive analysis. The data taken is primary data obtained by interview respondents using questionnaires. The result of this study based on results of paired sample t-test showed the difference in people’s income between before and after the tourist village program. Capital, education, work hours and skill variables simultaneously affect the people’s income. Partially Capital, work hours and skill variables has positive effect and significant toward people’s income. While education variable does not affect the people’s income at Bejiharjo Village, Gunungkidul District.   Key words:Village Tourist Program, Poverty, People’s income.

Abstract

The competitiveness of industrial center in Kemirahan Malang currently leads to the development of product innovation rather than the efficient of cost. This research aims to analyze the variables which influence the competitiveness industry such as resources variable, related industry and supplier, the strategy of company and competitors, and the variable condition of demand. The data analysis which used is Partial Least Square with the help of SmartPls 3.0 program. This research measure 2 types of model those are Measurement Model (Outer Model) and Structural Model (Inner Model).The test result of measurement model stated that the indicator after being modified is valid and reliable in measuring laten variable (resources variable, related industry and supplier, the strategy of company and competitors, and the variable condition of demand). Each of indicator has a loading factor rate > 0,7, AVE > 0,5, Croanbach’s alpha > 0,7, Composite Reliability > 0,.The result of structural measurement stated that the rate of R-Square amounts 0,89 percent, the independent variable which influence obvious (significance) towards the variable of industrial competitiveness (Y) in the level of confidence 95% is the competitiveness variable with the coefficient path amounts 1,036.Keywords : Competitiveness, Cluster, Industry, Innovation, Cost Leadership.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perubahan struktural berdasarkan  variabel pertumbuhan ekonomi, pendidikan, share pertanian dan share industri terhadap kemiskinan. Data yang digunakan adalah data panel dengan metode analisis Error Correction Model (ECM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pertumbuhan ekonomi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemiskinan dalam jangka pendek tetapi dalam jangka panjang berpengaruh positif signifikan. Pendidikan berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kemiskinan dalam jangka pendek dan jangka panjang. Share pertanian berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kemiskinan dalam jangka pendek dan jangka panjang, sedangkan share industri tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kemiskinan dalam jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang.Kata Kunci: Industri, Kemiskinan, Pendidikan, Pertanian, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk memperoleh bukti empiris pengaruhpenerimaan Pajak Hotel terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kota Bekasi, 2) Untukmemperoleh bukti empiris pengaruh penerimaan Pajak Restoran terhadapPendapatan Asli Daerah Kota Bekasi, 3) Untuk memperoleh bukti empirispengaruh secara berama-sama Pajak Hotel dan Pajak Restoran terhadapPendapatan Asli Daerah Kota Bekasi. Objek penelitian yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini adalah Pendapatan Asli Daerah yang diperoleh dari pajak hotel danpajak restoran pada tahun 2008 -2017. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini diketahuibahwa Pajak Hotel memiliki pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap PendapatanAsli Daerah Kota Bekasi pada tahun 2008-2017, hal ini dapat ditunjukkan dengannilai signifikansi Pajak Hotel sebesar 0,960 > 0,05. Analisa penelitian inimenunjukkan bahwa Pajak Hotel tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap PendapatanAsli Daerah Kota Bekasi. Pajak Restoran memiliki pengaruh secara positif dansignifikan terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kota Bekasi pada tahun 2008-2017,hal ini dapat ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi Pajak Restoran sebesar 0,048 <0,05. Analisa penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pajak Restoran memilikipengaruh signifikan terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kota Bekasi. Pajak Hoteldan Pajak Restoran memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan terhadapPendapatan Asli Daerah Kota Bekasi pada tahun 2008-2017, hal ini dapatditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,004 < 0,05. Analisa penelitian inimenunjukkan bahwa Pajak Hotel dan Pajak Restoran memiliki pengaruh secarabersama-sama terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah Kota Bekasi.Kata Kunci : Pajak Hotel, Pajak Restoran, Pendapatan Asli Daerah.
