This research was conducted to determine the psychological impact of online learning of high school students. Online learning is being carried out by the government to minimize the spread out of COVID-19 virus. This research uses questionnaires about academic burnout which are distributed by using google form media. Statistic descriptive and crosstabulation are used to analyze and to determine the relationship between respondent profile and academic burnout statement that may affect the psychological burden of high school students. The result showed that all of the high school students experienced moderate level of academic burnout, high school students who experienced disruption during online learning had higher academic burnout, high school student who were more interested in offline learning had higher academic burnout, the higher grade level and the higher usage of video conferencing, then the greater academic burnout experienced by high school students.

Most of companies have the administration section, at that section most of the works done in front of the computer. Using computer for a long period, lead the body move so limited. Monotous work so easily struck by postural stress that become one of the cause of work related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs). PT. X also has the administration section that works in front of the computer for long time period. The research at PT. X in administration section consists of six people that become the research’s object, with the intention to find out the potency WMSDs and give the proposed improvement. Tools or methods that being used are Nordic Body Maps, Rapid Office Strain Assesment (ROSA), and Self Evaluation Checklist for Ergonomic Sitting Posture. Nordic Body Maps that assisted by Mann Whiney as anayltic tool conclude, parts of body that experiencing fatigue significantly are the upper neck, the lower neck, the area of bottom and buttock, and the whole body. The result of ROSA show that 5 of 6 workers need given the corrective action. Some of the proposals’s result to decrease the risk of WMSDs are use of chair that adjustable in height, use of palmrest for keyboard, use of mousepad and the importance of armrest at the seat.The proposal expected can be implemented and can decrease the risk of the workers that sustain WMSDs.

The purpose of this research is to design a quality management system based on ISO 9001:2015 at PT. Gunung Marmer Raya. The research begins with gap analysis by doing an interview with top management of the company. Based on the gap analysis, only 23.39% of company’s activities correspond with the international standard. Due to this analysis, a new quality management system based on ISO 9001:2015 was required by the company who competes in international level. The research continues by creating the Strength and Weakness analysis, risk analysis, quality objectives, job description, and competition table, Standard Operating Procedure, and Work Instruction. Also include in this research, the internal audit to evaluate the implementation of the new quality management system. Consenquence analysis was done as the last step of this research. This analysis includes gap analysis after the design of clauses and impact analysis for the company. The final number of the fulfillment of ISO 9001:2015 is 82.91%.

The purpose of this research is to design a ship performance dashboard for the e-filing International Safety Management (ISM) Code system at a company in Surabaya. E-filing system is a system for filling and sending reports by ship crew at sea to the office. The purpose of the e-filing system is to simplify monitoring ISM Code implementation from the office. But in practice, some problems occurred in the system. Office crews need a long time to process the data and there is not enough information to make a decision. However, the problem can be solved by designing a ship performance dashboard. The dashboard objective is to visualize the important data from the ship so that the company can access the needed information. The dashboard design is based on reports that are sent by the ship crew and then processed with software. Processing data with software can make it easier and faster for the company. The processed data will be visualized using a dashboard for different purposes based on the information that’s needed. Overall, dashboard visualization will provide information about ship audit progress, machine damage and repairment that occurred, main engine indicator, and warning system for each main engine and generator component running hours.

Company’s performance can be seen from the ability of it’s employees and departments to work well and achieve the targets set by the company. Performance appraisal as a basis for awarding in this company is currently only based on individual performance appraisal, namely the employee’s ability to complete the assigned task which causes employees to only care about the results of their work and less concerned about the achievement of the department and the company as a whole. The ability to work together and support each other in a department or company is one of the most important key to succeed in achieving existing goals. This research focuses on designing an improved performance appraisal scheme that includes the factor of cooperation between individuals within the department or company so that the assessment given is fair. The proposed improvement in the assessment scheme also describes a mutually supportive working relationship between individuals and departments in achieving company goals based on the company’s vision, mission, and quality objectives.

PT Indoceria Plastic & Printing is still in the 5R design stage in the logistics area and Flexible Production area for its employees. The problem faced by the Indoceria Company is that the Company is still not clean, has not been well organized and has not yet cultivated the 5R method, so that operator performance cannot be maximized. The effort that can be done in improving company performance is by designing the 5R method. The design and implementation of 5R carried out in this Final Project is to clean the factory area, tidy up the equipment in factory, make a storage place for equipment and make 5R aids in the form of hygiene posters, 5R posters. The final results of the implementation of 5R companies are getting better.

The article discusses a job demands and job resources at a shipping logistics company. Jobs related to ships and logistics tend to have bigger problems compared to regular workers. This research focuses on seeing the job demands or the work pressure that the workers feel, the job resources or the support that the company gives, and the gap between the company’s and worker’s point of view regarding the job demands and job resources the company gave and the worker received. To see the amount of job demands and job resources, a questionnaire is made with various questions related to job demands and job pressures that has answer options of likert scale 1-5. Job demands with a value bigger than 3 and the gap that is more than 1 between the company’s and worker’s point of view will be analyzed to look for their causes and make the suggestions. The suggestions are made to reduce the tension the workers get from working or the job demands and to balance the tension and support that the workers receive and the company gives

SMP Negeri 1 Ratahan is a junior high school with 520 school members. The article discusses the potential hazards related to the safety and health of the school environment. After being identified, the hazards potential with moderate to high risk rating are carried out by designing controls to reduce the risk of hazards occuring. The results of the hazard potential identification indicated that there were 4 potential hazards with medium rating and required a control design. The control design is carried out by applying the standards set by the government regulations related to school environment facilities and infrastructure and administration of school environmental health. The control design is carried out to reduce the frecuency of occurence of potential hazards and their impact.

This research is conducted to analyse about Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) at PT. X. PT. X itself is a construction company since 1994. This research focussed on the case study of crawler crane machines, especially service cranes owned by the company. PT. X said that the problem they face right now is sudden malfunction of the crawler crane that will certainly disrupt the pilling process. The company tries to increase the effectiveness of the machine by implementing TPM. The case study on the service crane will be analysed/calculated using Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), which is one of the evaluation tools for TPM. OEE can show the productivity percentage of the crawler crane machine. The calculation of Six Big Losses also needs to be done to find out what losses have influenced the crawler crane effectiveness’ the most. This study provides recommendations using the 8 pillars of TPM aim to solve the most influential losses.

Company X is a company engaged in the manufacture of wheels, especially wheels for cars. This research was conducted to reduce the percentage of defects in the production process of wheels at company X. The most common defects in the wheels include leaks on the wheels, the wheels are porous, and the edges of the wheels are not flat. The percentage of defective products on wheels in 2019 was 7.97%. The defect occurs when the wheel manufacturing process takes place so that the wheels may experience defects due to errors in the wheel production process. The fix for the problems that occur in this study uses the six sigma philosophy. In the Six Sigma philosophy, there are methods used to solve problems, namely DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control). The DMAIC method helps research by finding out the root problems that occur in the wheel production process. The tool used to find the root of the problem is a fishbone diagram. The results of the fishbone diagram show defects that occur up to the deepest roots so that the main cause of the defect can be identified. The proposed improvement is then determined using the 5 why analysis method. The prioritized design of improvement proposals to be carried out is to supervise the operator, give a dividing mark between the operator and the printing equipment, use a temperature gauge, and provide training for operators.
