Abstract

The organizational competitive factors may challenge any humans who work for business organization. Public organization, however, only requires its human resource to give primary service. PT. Telkom Kandatel Malang is a public organization moving in the information and communication fields, and providing a telecommunication service and network. The employee of this company plays important role to give a quality service. Good service quality cannot be isolated from employee’s hard skill and soft skill. These skills must be improved because the information and telecommunication technology will always develop.     It is necessary to match their skills with the technological advance. Research aims at (1) analyzing the simultaneous effect between hard skill and soft skill on employee performance; (2) analyzing the partial effect between hard skill and soft skill on employee performance; and (3) analyzing the dominant variable affecting employee performance. The employee of PT. Telkom Kandatel Malang is considered as respondent of research.Interval data are used in this research. Primary data are collected through questionnaire given to 54 employees in some host locker at PT. Telkom Kandatel Malang. Two independent variables are analyzed, i.e. hard skill and soft skill. The dependent variable is employee performance. The collected data are analyzed with multiple linear regression analysis.Result of research indicates that hard skill and soft skill have positive and simultaneous effect on employee performance. Partially, hard skill and soft skill variables have positive significant effect. Hard skill variable is found as the dominant variable for its effect on employee performance. Key words: hard skill, soft skill, employee performance, and multiple regression

Abstract

Among the many types of mushrooms, which currently has a good prospect is the kind of White Oyster Mushroom (Pleuratus ostreatus sp) which is also called wood fungus, because it grows on media decayed wood or sawdust. Oyster Mushrooms have very high nutrient content and includes food that is safe to be consumed by humans. Desa Manggis Subdistrict Lawang Malang is an area that many people cultivate oyster mushrooms, approximately 2-6 years before only as a laborer. Most people depend on the type of business, business karana is considered particularly help raise revenue than first job as a laborer. In the village of Manggis are 2 partners as coordinator of oyster mushroom farmers cultivating more. Daily average of 1,000 ± able to work with labor baglog 5 to 8 people / day, while the order is very high and limited production. This is because the packing bag log is done manually and also the lack of knowledge about partner management, marketing and accounting. The results of the activities IbM conducted by Tim proposer has provided alternative solutions to some of the problems faced by the partners, including: the provision of appropriate technology ie pressing machine bag logs, training and assistance: the use of production machines, the importance of organizational structure, effective communication, and manufacturing simple bookkeeping. After getting this program, partners are already better than before their training and are expected to develop in parallel with its business and the other oyster mushroom farmers. Abstract

Craft slippers eva sponge widely grown in Malang, one of them in the village Gunungrejo Singosari. In the process of making sandals, there are several issues, including the process of gluing and gluing glue. Abstract

Often the integrity of the data did not change as the original caused by many things such as due to a virus and modified by others, and most people do not pay attention to the integrity of the data so that the data is not complete as the original, then the data can not be used. Thus this study to test the integrity of the data using the MD5 algorithm.The methods in scientific writing using the MD5 algorithm, which is one of the cryptographic functions that can generate a unique code of a file or files.MD5 can detect changes in the contents of a file even if the change is very small. Changes can be made up of addition, subtraction or change of the contents of a file. Abstract

The development of information technology brought significant changes in the development of world civilization.  At True Pharmacies,  all management  systems run  manually,  so  the constraint that  often arises  is common miscalculation financial  statements and require long lead time, thereby reducing the efficiency of the work. This research aims to generate sales of drug information systems using Microsoft Visual  Basic that  is  expected to assist the data processing becomes faster and easier in terms of making drug sales report.  The information system is also expected to facilitate pharmacists in the process of checking the critical drug stocks and report the sale and purchase  of drugs.  It  can improve the quality of service to consumers.Key words : application, drug sales, information systems, pharmacy true.

Abstract

The accuracy of the study period can be determinant the students to pursued undergraduate degree. The available data indicated that only 30% of students can graduate <5 years, the rest graduate > 5 years and became non-active students. To overcome of low graduation rate is needed the system to determine the relationship between the masters students with study period that taken by the students. The use of data mining techniques in this system is expected to provide insights that were previously hidden in the data warehouse to be valuable information. By utilizing data mining techniques particularly algorithm ID3, then the researchers made an application to find a pattern that can predict the future of a students study period based on the data from students and academic score. The student data, scores, and the study period integrated into the data training. The data training is processed into a decision tree based on the calculation of the gain and entropy. From that tree made a rule that can predict a students study period. From 140 data training and 20 data testing with 6 kinds of attributes input and 2 kinds of target attributes, can be obtained by the accuracy of the ID3 prediction result for 85%, while the error rate prediction results for 15%. Keywords : Optimasi, Jumlah Mahasiswa Asia, Prediks, Induksi Decision Tree

PR PT Catur Mitra Mandiri is one of the financial institutions that provide services in operationsince 1993 has opened the cash office units that are in Turen, Kasembon, and Sumber pucungMalang. File storage customer is still done manually by filling division causing problems in theliquefaction process the file because the file received from the cash office between 3 to 4 days. Inthis case the division filling require a computerized system that can be used for filing process so asto help the division filling.The purpose of this research is the establishment of archival filing application by using thealphabetical and classified in PT BPR standalone chess partner. The method used is a method inwhich the alphabetical filing credit files are archived alphabetically taken from the name of thecustomer, while the common files are grouped by their method of classification that incoming filesare grouped by file type. Data collection methods used were interviews and surveys. Systemdevelopment method used is SDLC Waterfall. The system that has been built providing informationon the ease of file bermafaat for filling division and the companys employees. These systems canspeed up the process of filing in an Independent Catur Mitra PT BPR. Can help improve theperformance of officers filling.
