Abstract

Product consulting medical records by using DWMX.8 on WEB ID Hostinger a web application software that is required by many companies / hospitals and health centers to improve and simplify the performance of employees to be more effective. The computer network consists of LAN, WAN and MAN. LAN (Local Area Network) is a network that is internal and usually privately owned in the medium and small companies tau are usually sized to several kilometers. (Sopandi, 2010: 2) Product consulting medical records by using DWMX.8 on WEB ID Hostinger using web domain ID Hostinger. With the WEB ID Hostinger possible to make products services consulting medical records must also be different user rights and the cost of the care network can immediately known. Abstract

Purwodadi Botanical Garden still experiencing problems in the record, manage and search for employment data collections because all process still use the file storage vaults. This makes data management processes are not well structured and search the data or employee file will take quite a long time. Related issues such as personnel administration data calculation error on leave, the absence of a history of the award, punishment, education, seminars and so on can be one of the obstacles and constraints to the development of human resources well. Based on these problems need for Development of Human Resources Management Information System that can help record, manage and help search history data from the incoming employee as ID until his retirement in digital form so as to minimize errors that can be wrong an obstacle in the development of Human Resources. Type of research is descriptive research, the type of data used are primary and secondary data, engineering data collection is by interview and observation. For analysis method the author uses descriptive method where data is collected, compiled, interpreted, and analyzed so as to provide complete information on the problems encountered. For application development, the method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Abstract

Higher Education is one of the national educational instruments that become the center of the organization and development of science. In this global era, the growth of public and private universities is increasing. There are approximately 400 state and private universities in East Java. It makes it difficult for students to choose the right University for their education, because of the many universities in East Java and the lack of university information. In addition, people are also difficult to find the location of state and private universities. This research developed a website for mapping and searching of state and private universities. From the information search features, user can obtain information of the university in the form of address, facility, faculty, department and study program. So that information can be used as a reference for students to choose which universities are as expected. Abstract

Salted egg products are commercials product that have prospect, it was proved by the huge number of demand, also we can see that the turnover is increasing from year to year. Salted egg products have the nutrients that meet the criteria as a high biological valuable food because the protein is easily digested by the digestibility coefficient of of 96%, it has a good taste and has so many benefits for children under five (requires 15 grams of protein per day), pregnant women, breastfeeding mother, also for elderly. Proposes Village area PurwoasriSingosari Malang regency as a research location, because in that area there is a group of Independent Business of Anggrek which are very active and enthusiastic in this entrepreneurship program, so it can be used by local people as a means to augment the womens activities and also to earn additional income. The initial goal of these cooperation is to empower local residents and the wider community to create jobs, therefore the need for guidance in this business development terms. Problems that occured among the others are in the process of making salted eggs there are 2 times washing stages, which are washing prior to wrap the dough and washing after immersion in the dough. The process has been done by washed eggs one by one manually, thereby it will inhibit the production process and take a long time. In addition to the limitations of management planning and lack of proper accounting,  lack of marketing techniques and has not been able to calculate the exact cost of production lead them to the result of inaccurate in pricing. Proposer chose this salted egg production on several considerations, which are: market absorption is still very high and potential considerable, the needs of expertise (skills) that are not so high and low cost investment. The method of implementation that will be used is to design the eggs cleanup tool and provide education, training and mentoring of management, marketing, accounting and information systems with a simple bookkeeping (the Financial Statements).        Keyword : Independent Business, Salted Egg

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze environmental disclosure impact on the financial performance and stock performance. Sample companies in this study is a public mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Criteria sample is a mining company consistently listing on the Stock Exchange from 2009 to 2013 there were reports of the independent auditor on the companys financial statements, respectively. Data analysis was performed using a hypothesis test Partial Least Square (PLS). The sample was taken purposively sampled as many as 14 mining companies. Hypothesis testing results indicate that there is significant influence between environmental disclosure on financial performance and stock performance. This can be explained that disclosure of the acquisition environment is reflected by the ratings on PROPER will affect the companys operations in the profit. Means that the wider community has been attention to the role of companies on the environment. So that the companys concern for the environment will be welcomed by the public response to the business and the companys products. Which ultimately creates loyal customers that have an impact on sales and profits. Likewise for stock performance is affected by the environmental disclosure by the company. This means the shareholders of linking the companys activities in terms of disclosure of environmental performance in conducting transactions with companies in the investment process and investment. This can be explained that the submission of environmental disclosure and PROPER good acquisition by the company in the annual report, it will affect the confidence of investors. The content of the information will cause investors reacted to the sale or purchase of shares. Furthermore, the reaction will be reflected in changes in stock returns around the date of publication of the financial statements.  Keywords: Environmental Disclosure, Financial Performance, Return on Assets and Equity Return.

Abstract

Social media is an online communication network with millions of users. Users can interact with the other users, and share the information through the social media. The number of users and the high frequency of data traffic and data exchange, making social media into a data warehouse. Users can obtain valuable information from this data warehouse through the data collecting process, analysis and decision making. One of the techniques that used for collecting data is crawling. Crawling is the utilization of internet bot program to browse the addresses on the World Wide Web, to do indexing and to store important data in accordance with the purpose of the bot is made. In this research, we implementing crawling on Twitter. the reason why using Twitter, because Twitter is one of the biggest social media. There are approximately 700 million tweets per day, with an average of 7500 tweets per second from users around the world. Because of the amount of data stored in Twitter, the researcher chose Twitter, to implement crawling techniques in this study.Key word: crawling, social media, twitter

Abstract

One supporter of the success of a manufacturing industry that is viewed in terms of the quality of products produced by the company. Therefore, in any production process is necessary to check the quality from raw material to finished product prior to the hands of consumers. One of them is the process of calculating the ratio of raw material mixture before used as a finished product. In PT. TBINA process is done automatically by the machine by setting ¬nilai mixture ratio set on the machine. However, the actual results of the process can not be known directly by production operators . This is due to the phase of the sample test on the products that are being produced where the stage takes 4 hours . As a result , the status of stock products production is unclear whether the product is defective or not the resulting product can not be continued to the next process. Required application that is able to predict the outcome of the actual ratio value directly without having to wait for the test results of samples which takes 4 hours . These applications can help the production process goes smoothly . Abstract

The development of planned and sustainable human resources is an absolute necessity especially for the future of the company. The purpose of this research is: to know the variable of motivation to performance, training variable to employee performance, motivation variable to work discipline, training variable to work discipline and motivation have influence to employee performance through work discipline and job training variable have influence to employee performance. The results show that all pathways have a significant influence. Abstract

A company is required to fulfil customer’s need in terms of quality and quantity, resulting in a streamlined production. Therefore, a company must ensure the supply of raw materials to be perfect, delivery must be on time, the quality and quantity must be confirmed. In conclusion, the accuracy of the selection of suppliers is crucial to determine whether or not the supply of raw materials of the company. The purpose of this research is to create an application to assess the suppliers efficiency to be a raw material supplier based on several criteria. The specific targets in this research is to help a company on deciding  which supplier is efficient enough to choosen, rapidly and precisely. Because by making this computer applications, the calculation process for supplier selection is done quickly with high accuracy, considering the are a lot of number of criteria that must be considered to determine the performance of suppliers where alternative suppliers are not small, with products or raw materials purchased even in types and quantities are not few. The methods used in achieving these goals are Fuzzy and DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis) methods that are integrated into a computer application. The outcome is to acknowledge which supplier is efficient  to be chosen as a partner. Therefore by using this application, then the long calculation process can be done faster and better accuracy. Keywords: Efficiency, Supplier, Fuzzy-DEA
