Academic division in Faculty of Culture Studies, University of Brawijaya is one of technicalservice units which serves all students in academic matters. Abstract

Design user interface and data entry procedure STMIK Digital Library Information Systems PPKIA Pradnya Paramita Malang is still not meet the rule of making a good design so that the user interface and data entry procedure can not execute their respective functions resulting digital library is not able to function as sources of information and the science as well as journals or publications of scientific articles in digital format. The theory of "The Essential of Design" Kendall is a theory that contains the rules and principles in making a web design, including the user interface design which includes layout rules, standards and consistency of operation, limits the choice menu, using natural language and include guidelines on dialog design and data entry procedure which includes about coding or command on the button or link that is able to effectively bring users to the desired condition.Key words: Kendall, "The Essential of Design", the data entry procedure, user interface, web design, digital libraries.

Abstract

The purposes of this research are (1) to analyze whether Human Resource planning and competence simultaneously affect the performance of employees (2) for Human resource planning and competency as partial effect on employee performance. Based on the researchers previously, the first hypothesis is Human Resource planning and employee competency has simultaneous influence to employee performance proved to be true. This is indicated by F count 66.045 with a 0.000 probability of error of 5% (0,000 Sig) <α (0.05). Determination coefficient value (R Square) or R2 = 0.781 means that Human Resource planning and employee competencies has contribute to employee performance, amounted 0,781, or 78.10%. It is means that human resource planning and competency of employees has a significant influence to performance of the manager, amounted 78.10%, while the remaining 21.90% is the influence of other factors that were not studied. The second hypothesis which states that Human resource planning and employee competency as partial to performance of employees. Regression analysis showed that the variables of planning (X1) obtained t-count 11,345, because t-count > t table is 11.345> 1,98 therefore H0 refused and H1 accepted, meaning planning (X1) effect on employee performance variable (Y), while competence variable (X2) obtained t count 0.490, because t-count <t table is 0.490 <1,98 therefore H0 refused and H1 accepted, it means that competence variable has no effect to employee performance variable (Y). Keywords: Human Resource Planning, Competence Employees, Employee Performance

Abstract

Malang is one of the tourist areas in Indonesia which has many tourist attractions, among them theform of the temple. Temple merupaka history that can not be eliminated from our country, thecurrent tour of the temple in the city of Malang are rarely known or even visited by the public. Thisis particularly worrying given duty as good citizens, especially the younger generation successorto the nation is to maintain and preserve the cultural heritage of their ancestors.Distance and timeto make travel this temple is less attractive to the younger generation especially school students,and therefore designed an application that implements Augmented Reality to support interactivelearning introduction of the temples in Malang based on Android, which is expected to helpprovide motivation for generations young to begin to participate in maintaining and preserving thecultural heritage of his people.Key words: Malang Temples, Augmented Reality, Interactive Learning Media, Android.

Abstract

Tes kepribadian merupakan salah satu syarat masuk untuk menjadi mahasiswa Polinema khususnya pada jalur Jalur D-III Kerjasama Polinema dengan PLN dan PT.GMF Aeroasia.Dari banyaknya alat tes, PAPI Kostick merupakan alat tes paling poluler dan banyak digunakan dikalangan industri maupun instansi. Tes Papi Kostick tersebut, menghasilkan kepribadian peserta yang meliputi kepemimpinan (leadership), arah kerja (work direction), aktivitas kerja (activity), relasi sosial (social nature), gaya bekerja (work style), sifat temperamen (temperament), dan posisi atasan-bawahan (followership).                Banyaknya komponen penilaian dari papi kostick, mengharuskan pakar psikolog harus cermat dan tepat dalam menganalisis setiap hasil tes. Hasil analisis dari pakar tersebut menjadi rujukan dari instansi perihal memutuskan status mahasiswa seleksi. Hal ini yang akan dijadikan rujukan dari aplikasi untuk menganalisis hasil tes papi kostick. Mengingat banyaknya peserta tes, dan untuk mempercepat proses analisis, maka aplikasi tes  online harus dilengkapi proses analisis yang tepat.Analisis yang dilakukan sistem mengadopsi kecerdasan dari seorang pakar psikolog. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan untuk hal tersebut adalah metode Fuzzy Inference System (FIS). Kata Kunci : tes kepribadian, papi kostick, fuzzy inference system

Abstract

SMS gateway technology still a reliable technology to send messages from the server to the user. SMS gateway consist of a computer as a server and modem as a sender or receiver of SMS messages, which work for 24 hours to serve the users. With the advance of small computer technology such as Raspberry Pi, the need to set up SMS gateway can be suppressed to replace the server. To break the SMS information from the user, requires a method. One of the method is brute force. The purpose of this research is to establish the message answering device / automatic SMS gateway using Rapberry Pi, which read the messages using brute force method. Steps that can be taken is to prepare Raspberry Pi with Operating System, Raspberry Pi installation andconnectivity with modem, SMS gateway program installation and sms auto reply application development. The research results prove that Rapberry Pi can be used as a substitute for SMS gateway server..Keywords: raspberry pi, sms gateway, brute force

Abstract

Electronic smart code icd-10 (code z) on the diagnosis of patient diagnosis in contact with health service at cisadea urban poor health center was tested by RCAF using fourteen subject module value by yielding the value of subject 34 that was connected using CFP / degree of complexity With value of CFP 70 so as to produce value FP 69,3 result of FP is done by analysis of PL level by using Measuring Effort Test (Business Measurement) which yield value 10,24 after done Schedule and Staff test so as to produce Standard Value of Cyclomatic Complexity 10 (Structured Procedure Well and stable and low risk) Probability test 5%. Abstract

Internet network is a basic requirement for people, companies, institutions, and government. In educational institutions, internet facility is very important, especially for the students to use the Internet to find references and information to strengthen insight. But the Internet network used in education instasi still many experience problems in accessing the internet, such as the University Institute Of Business Timor Leste who were having problems slow Internet network connection.The problem complicates the students and staff of the University Institute Of business access to the Internet to search for information or reference related to the learning process. Therefore, to overcome these problems to construction of a network system using a web proxy cache on Mikrotik RB951Ui-2HND configured to perform control access to Internet activities.Based on test results concluded that in building a web proxy cache using Mikrotik RB951Ui-2HND can solve the existing problems in the University Institute Of Business Timor Leste. Keywords:  Cache, Mikrotik RouterBoard.  Web Proxy

Abstract

Electrical energy demand are derived from non-renewable energy is increasing every year. So there is an effort has to be done to reduce or even eliminate dependence on electricity from PLN. One way that is practical and easy is to design offgrid rooftop solar panels on homes. Based on the calculation and design, solar panels are required as many as five panels to power 275 WP, capacity solar charge controller is used at 85 A, it takes four batteries 12 V 230 Ah, teh inverter has power of DC up to 1800 W and output AC power 1500 W maximum, and also the required conductor cross-sectional are 2.5 mm2 with a rating of MCB 16 A.Keywords:renewable energy, solar panel, offgrid

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the correlation between health officer behavior toward the completeness of document medical record content in Malang city hospital. The type of this research is correlational analytic research with Cross sectional approach, to obtain knowledgedata, attitude of hospital officer related to filling medical record and completeness of medical record document of hospital patient. Methods of research number of respondents 32 research period August 2014 results of research a) There are 76.3% of respondents with good knowledge and 23.7% of respondents with sufficient knowledge criteria, no one knowledgeable less. The highest level of consecutive knowledge is doctor, registrant, midwife and nurse, b) There are 42.1% of respondents who have attitude about medical record with positive category and 57.9% of respondents who have attitude with negative category. The highest value of consecutive attitudinal attitudes are doctors, registrants, midwives and nurses,C) Completeness of medical record document is 79.9%.Keywords: simple random sampling, Cross sectional approach, hospital officer attitude related to medical record, Informed Concent, Anomity, Confidentiality
