Abstract

The purpose of this research is (a) to know whether there is an influence of budget participation on managerial performance. (b) To find out whether there is an influence of organizational culture on the relationship between budgetary participation and managerial performance. (c) to find out whether there is an influence of leadership supervision on the relationship between budget participation and managerial performance. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between budgeting participation on managerial performance on the first hypothesis, which is indicated by the value of t count of -3.777 with a significance of 0.000, which is smaller than α = 0.05. The influence of budgetary participation on employee performance shows that the higher the budgeting participation will further improve employee performance. The results of the second hypothesis indicate that there is no influence of organizational culture on the relationship between participant budgets and managerial performance. The results of the third hypothesis have no effect on leadership oversight of the relationship between budgetary participation and managerial performance. Keywords : Budget Participation, Manager Performance, Organizational Culture, Le adership Oversight.

Abstract

Deep Learning is the development of Machine Learning technology that uses algorithms based on mathematical laws. This algorithm works like the human brain. One of the uses of Deep Learning is in the field of digital image processing or Image Processing. Humans use image processing to help identify and / or classify objects quickly and accurately, and can process a lot of data at the same time. Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) is one of the deep learning algorithms used in image processing. Convolutional layer, pooling layer and fully connected layer are the 3 main layers of the CNN Algorithm. Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) groups images into two stages, namely the training and testing stages. In the training phase, CNN learns about extracting features from each data to distinguish a tag from other tags. In the testing phase, the tested data will be analyzed from the results of the training phase. The purpose of this study is to use the Convolutional Neural Network method to classify organic waste and recycle waste (recyclable waste).

Abstract

In the current reality, it is found that students are only able to memorize theories and formulas without being able to apply them. This encourages research so that students are not only able to memorize theories, but are also able to relate and apply theories and formulas to their daily problems. The Jigsaw method was developed by Elliot Aronson and his colleagues and later adopted by Slavin and his friends. In practice, students are divided into small groups consisting of 4-5 members. Each group (team) consists of heterogeneous members, both gender, race, academic ability, and other social status. Academic materials are given to groups of students in the form of text; and each student is responsible for studying a part of the text or academic material. Furthermore, each student who is responsible for a certain section gathers to form a new group called the expert group. After each student gathered in the expert group finished discussing the topic according to their section, they returned to the home team to teach other students in their group about the material that had been studied in the expert group. After meetings and discussions were held in the home group, the students were evaluated individually regarding the material that had been studied. The author's previous research with the title still has not succeeded in exceeding the minimum score of 65 out of a score of 100, because it has only reached a score of 56.20. Therefore, this research needs to be continued. After taking the action 4 times, it turned out that there was an increase in the score, even though the minimum score target (65 out of a perfect score of 100) had not been met.

Abstract

Flat design is a design style that is popular today. One of the reasons for the popularity of flat design is its simple appearance. Even though it has a simple appearance, flat design can convey a message effectively to anyone who sees it. Flat design is now easily found, such as on Android displays, websites, and so on. The popularity of flat design has an impact on designers, especially novice designers, to learn it. Studying flat design can be done self-taught, such as looking for sources that discuss flat design. Finding these sources can take a lot of time, due to the large number of available sources. Therefore the Flatin website is here to overcome this. The Flatin website has a learning suite with various features, such as modules and quizzes. In addition to the learning series, the Flatin website provides e-certificates and learning videos to users who have completed the learning series. This website was created using the programming language JavaScript, PHP, SQL and MySQL database. The method used in this research is Rapid Application Development (RAD). REST architecture, which is basically operated over HTTP (Hypertext Transfer Protocol), which refers to the process of reading a particular web page containing a JSON file. This file describes and contains the content to be presented to the user. After going through a certain definition process, the user will be able to access the available application interfaces. When testing produces appropriate results, the website can be widely accessed. Website access can be accessed through https://www.flatin.my.id/.

Abstract

College as one of the institutions engaged in education is expected to be able to produce graduates who are able to answer the challenges and needs of the market. To meet these demands, universities must be able to improve their ability to educate students so that they can meet the expectations of stakeholders. This study aims to determine whether the Academic Service, Teaching and Learning Process (PBM) and Practicum in the electrical engineering study program have been able to meet expectations and provide satisfaction to students. The benefits of the results of the research are expected to provide an overview of the results of the measurement process which can later be used to improve service quality continuously so as to meet student expectations.

Abstract

The consumer price index (CPI) is an important variable in calculating inflation. CPI and inflation are two very closely related variables in the economic development of a country or region. Predictions of CPI and inflation are very important to see economic developments related to investment, development planning, or anything related to planning management which is usually used as a reference in making decisions. The purpose of this study is to predict the CPI of Malang City with a simple model without any statistical assumptions that are sometimes difficult to fulfill. Consumer price index (CPI) data used is secondary data obtained from the website of BPS Malang. CPI data used is from January 2005 to November 2021. This study uses four exponential smoothing models, namely single exponential smoothing (SES), double exponential smoothing (DES) from Holt's, triple exponential smoothing (TES), and single exponential smoothing- state space (ETS). The ETS model used is ETS(M, N, N). The ETS(M, N, N) model means a single exponential smoothing model with multiplicative error. The best model obtained from this research is ETS(M, N, N). The determination of the best model in this study is based on the minimum Akaike information criteria (AIC) and Bayesian information criteria (BIC) values.

Abstract

The National Narcotics Agency (BNN) of Blitar Regency is a non-ministerial government agency (LKPH). In the field of employee licensing, there are delays in the technology sector, namely when doing permits, they still use manuals. Employees must apply for a permit through the procedures of several heads of related fields and must come to the office. So to assist the process of this leave permit, BNN improves the employee permit information system including leave by using android. Android is a smartphone operating system that provides an open platform for developers to create their applications with various versions of Android that suit the needs of Android users. Smarthpone is a mobile phone with a built-in processor, memory, screen and modem. From the results of the analysis, it was found that there are several parts in the BNN Blitar Regency licensing that require an android-based process to make it easier for employees to take leave permission without having to do it in the office.

Abstract

Making interactive multimedia is carried out at SDN Bandungrejosari 2 with conventional learning methods and delivery through books or 2d (Two Dimension), Direct explanation without any examples is considered not easy to understand by children. Interactive learning media is a medium for teaching and learning activities so that it can provide effectiveness in learning. Existence of media in the teaching and learning process Interactive media students can find out more about visual learning, interactive, more interesting, easy and quick to understand. With 3d interactive learning media (three dimensions) the solar system can produce fun interactive learning media to 5th grade elementary school students and help teachers in learning the 3d solar system. Computer Assissted Instruction (CAI) method of learning using an android based computer on a smartphone, which uses android as the main tool or tool that displays objects taught to elementary school students. The goal achieved in this thesis is to make interactive learning about the planets in the solar system for elementary school children. The results of research on the interactive learning media 3d solar system with the results of the calculation of the teacher questionnaire test got an average score of 4.15 in the good category. While the results of the calculation of student testing got an average score of 3.86 in both categories. The test was conducted on the teacher 15 respondents, and on students 15 respondents with all good results.

SQL injection is an activity insert the SQL command to an existing SQL statement in the application that is running . In other words, SQL injection is a technique exploiting the web apilikasi which also uses a database for data storage . SQL injection technique allows one to log into the system without having to have an account. The method used in the analysis of web server security on the website PT.Victory International Futures with SQL Injection technique is the method of qualitative data collection through library are like a book , which contains information and theory as well as journal articles and similar studies are published on the website - the official site and reliable as supporting the completion of the study , berexplorasi in identifying weaknesses or loopholes in websites or web server that allow SQL Injection attacks. The results of the study of security analysis techniques webserver with " SQL Injection " aims to determine whether the webserver or the website is vulnerable to SQL Injection attacks , or vice versa , so that website owners can perform maintenance and repairs so that website owners be wary of internet crime.

Abstract

One of the traffic problems that occur is the violation of traffic signs or signs that have increased from year to year. So that the introduction of traffic signs should be done early. Then the merging of interactive quizzes with Augmented Reality (AR) technology can be used as a solution as a learning media application for the introduction of Android-based traffic signs to elementary school students. In this application there is an introduction to traffic signs using AR technology, in addition there is also a quiz menu that contains questions about traffic signs to measure the level of understanding of elementary school students. This application can be run on Android smartphone devices with RAM specifications of 1GB and above and version 4.1 (Jelly Bean) and above. The results of the application testing that has been done at SDN 2 Tirtomoyo Pakis that the application can increase student understanding, as evidenced by the results of the pretest and posttest tests on students experiencing an increase in the average value of understanding from 79.66 to 92.76. This application is also considered interesting and interactive, this can be proven from the criteria tested that the application is easy to use, the application is interesting, understand after using the application and fun / not boring the result is 32% said agree and 61% said strongly agree. So it can be concluded that the Rambutaan application is interesting and interactive.
