Abstract

The implementation of fuzzy inference system on the real problems have been carried out by researchers from different scientific disciplines. Preparation of base rules plays a very important role when there is no rule of experts or the curse of dimensionality. The results of this research can be used as a reference to build the fuzzy rule base in the fuzzy inference system and a financial time series forecasting model by a heuristic method. The data used for the implementation is Kaotis McGlass time series data. From the kaotis data sets, a total of 600 items are divided into two groups, the first 300 items are used as a data base to develop rules while the other 300 items as predicted data. From the first group of data, input-output pairs are formed and are used as a constituent of fuzzy rule base. Steps being taken are: 1). Defining fuzzy sets that cover the entire input-output space, 2). Generating the rules of every single pair of input-output, 3). Provides a degree for each rule generated, 4). Constructing a fuzzy rule base, 5). Building a fuzzy system. There are 2 cases discussed: 4 inputs with 7 fuzzy sets, and 4 inputs with 15 fuzzy sets based on the value of Mean Square Error (MSE) and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). In the first case 37 rules are formed, while in the second case as much as 101 rules are formed. The results of prediction using fuzzy system with 101 rules are more accurate than the results with only 37 rules are used.Keywords: Fuzzy Systems, Fuzzy Rule Base, Predictions

Abstract

ABSTRAK Perkembangan teknologi jaringan terutama teknologi internet, menuntut setiap institusi pendidkan untuk menyediakan fasilitas internet yang memadai. SMK Negeri 8 Malang, sebagai institusi pendidikan, memahami bahwa kebutuhan teknologi internet mutlak dibutuhkan, di lingkungan pendidikan dengan segala keterbatasan yang ada.            Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membatu lingkungan pendidikan, terutama SMK Negeri 8 malang, dalam mengatasi beberapa kendala pada sistem kemanan jaringan. Abstract

The determination of scholarship recipients with several requirements of several types of scholarships offered is often a constraint in membangaun Decision Support System that can assist the student in determining a student who could be recommended to get a scholarship. This study aims to obtain scholarship recipients to perform database queries using a combination of fuzzy logic and query the database (Fuzzy-Query). The combination of these two methods are new methods that could become an alternative method in building database processing. The results obtained from the fuzzy-Quey method can minimize the selection of scholarship acceptance..  Keywords: fuzzy logic, membership function, firestrength, fuzzy database query.

Abstract

Problems in research on the effects of promotion and education to increase the number of students, the goal is to determine the effect of promotion and education to increase the number of students and the relationship of the simultaneous promotion and education with  the number  of students.Methods that are used in this research is descriptive and statistical analysis methods multiple linear regression and multiple correlation. promotion costs and the cost of education has not changed so much as an increase in the number of students is 401,462 when the cost of promotion (X1) increased by Rp 100.000,00 be a decline of 1.976, and the cost of education (X2) increased by RpUSD 100,000 , 00 the number of students will increase by 2.236. Correlation results showed that the relationship of these variables is very strong as indicated by the value of R = 0.912 and the coefficient of determination (R square) of 0.831, indicating that the variable increase in the number of students (Y) of 83.1% is affected by the variable cost of promotion (X1) and the variable cost of education (X2), while the remaining 16.9% is explained by other variables. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which companies that have the gold, green and blue in a report based on data PROPER activities undertaken as a manifestation of CSR in their annual reports (both financial and non-financial). In addition, to determine the application of CSR reporting costs incurred by companies rated gold, green and blue that reflects green accounting. Researchers took a sample twentieth firms from data released by the PROPER. Because this program is intended to encourage companies to adhere to environmental regulations through the principles of sustainable development in the process of production and services with an environmental management system, 3R, energy efficiency, resource conservation da ethical business conduct and responsibility toward society. Green accounting is an accounting environment describes an attempt to combine the environmental benefits and costs into economic decision making. The results showed that  the twentieth companies were sampled in the study based on data reported PROPER still quite diverse social activities. Some are included in the notes to the financial statements are included in general and administrative expenses and reporting into the account "repairs and maintenance" account "other" account or log in "public relations" But there is also considerable detail in the reporting of social activities and environment in each assessment component PROPER explanation. Abstract

Data mining merupakan proses analisa data untuk menemukan suatu pola dari kumpulan data tersebut. Data mining mampu menganalisa data yang besar menjadi informasi berupa pola yang mempunyai arti bagi pendukung keputusan. Salah satu teknik data mining yang dapat digunakan adalah association data mining atau yang biasa disebut dengan istilah market basket analysis. Market basket didefinisikan sebagai suatu itemset yang dibeli secara bersamaan oleh pelanggan dalam suatu transaksi. Metode ini dimulai dengan mencari sejumlah frequent itemset dan dilanjutkan dengan pembentukan aturan-aturan asosiasi (association rules). Algoritma Apriori adalah suatu algoritma yang sudah sangat dikenal dalam melakukan pencarian frequent itemset dengan association rule.  Sesuai dengan namanya, algoritma ini menggunakan knowledge mengenai frequent itemset yang telah diketahui sebelumnya, untuk memproses informasi selanjutnya. Dalam penelitian ini algoritma apriori digunakan untuk membantu menemukan sejumlah aturan asosiasi dari basis data transaksi penjualan produk buku, sehingga untuk selanjutnya dapat digunakan sebagai pertimbangan dalam membuat strategi pemasaran dan penjualan efektif. Kata kunci : data mining, market basket analysis,algoritma apriori.

Salah satu unsur penting pada kehidupan manusia saat ini adalah komputer, sebagai hasil perkembangan teknologi, Informasi tersebut biasanya disajikan dalam bentuk multimedia. Contohnya dengan menyampaikan informasi kepada anak usia pra sekolah, yaitu dengan cara membimbing anak tersebut untuk lebih interaktif dengan teknologi dan membuat anak tersebut menjadi nyaman dan tidak asing dalam dunia teknologi. Bukan hanya orang dewasa saja yang harus mengenal dunia teknologi, tapi dari sedini mungkin teknologi itu diperkenalkan kepada anak-anak, agar anak usia pra sekolah ini dapat lebih mengenal pendidikan dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran dengan didampingi atau dibimbing oleh kedua orang tuanya. Abstract

The information system is a very important supporting factor for the development of high school, such as support in information services and data processing. STMIK PPKIA Pradnya Paramita is a campus computer that has the Academic and Student Affairs Administration serving administrative activities such as the manufacture of class schedules, exam schedules, academic calendars, handbooks, student data, the study plan card, the study results card, academic transcripts, test execution middle of the semester, and semester final exams. The Study Plan Card is a means for students to program the desired course in one semester. However, if the student can not study plan card charging directly through the system manually or through computers provided, then the student is automatically declared to stop the study while at the semester . The purpose of this research is to design information systems for mobile phones to facilitate students who can not program a course with a manual system or an existing computer system. Abstract

System Administration installment loans growing at official cooperation of the Republic of Indonesia (KPRI) Malang regency government is currently still manual and conventional as well as the packaging is not good, where the recording is done only through the cash book and use the computer just as calculators and data storage media in the absence of a program or software that computerize to support performance and minimize errors. The packaging is not good to use the manual method resulted in the frequent occurrence of errors in recording the transactions as loans, installment loans and the remaining count data processing borrower. Weaknesses in the system that are still running a conventional manual and can be overcome by the application program computerized, automated legal software but not paid to help minimize errors arising from manual and conventional systems because the entire process and results of the activities are recorded and stored on the system is used.The method used for the development of this application is to make the collection of data through interviews with government officials and members KPRI Malang regency, studying ledger entry and exit as well as evidence relating to the administration of administrative problems and also loan installments through the study of literature to seek information and theories related to the research. In addition through the method of data collection, the development of these applications created using programming language Gambas 2.0 under the license "Linux" is open source and free but legal and not paid.The results of this study aims to address the problems that often occur in cooperatives that are often generated from the processing and administration of the conventional manual method. Keywords : conventional, installment, computerization, computerize, free, linux opensource

Abstract

This study was conducted to facilitate the customer gets the information about the calculation of electricity bill quickly and easily. The purpose of this study was the realization Electricity Calculation System Application Using PHP. The research used of data collection method and basic calculation methods PLN. Applications to be built is a web-based using php and mysql. The results show that the system electricity consumption calculations can be applied perfectly. This application can be used to determine the cost of postpaid electricity consumption calculation based on the number of  KWH, and prepaid electricity consumption based on the amount of money deposited. The results of this research is the establishment of electricity consumption calculation system applications web based. Keywords: php, mysql, calculation process, simulation
