Abstract

Grade of estimation credit is process to estimate achievement of lecture which is taken from activity which done based on orientation grade of estimate credit functional position of lecture.STMIK PPKIA PRADNYA PARAMITA MALANG is university in area Technology Information, but in that institute doesn’t has information system which available submission increment functional position of lecture. So divicy which handle that personel division administration often difficulty to arrange and manage data submission increment functional position of lecture, so that prove with still often finded late in aggregation grade of estimation of lecture and hard which experience personal division to search file submission increment functional position of lecture.Goal from this research is a plan of information system which can handle data documentation submission increment functional position of lecture and search of data lecture which submit increment functional position of lecture so to hope this information system become one of the way to personal division to arrange and manage data functional position of lecture. Key Words:  Information System, functional position of lecture, personal Division of lecture.

Abstract

Object oriented application had been developed by many ways, one of the famous ways is N-Tier concept. By using it, the class had been devided into three parts. There are : model, logic and data.Model unit is the attribut part, logic and data is the method part. The diffrent between logic and data is the data tier communicate directly into database. and the other tier is presentation tier.  By seperating each layer, the application become easy to maintain and the every change of the layer will never impact other layer. Based on the encapsulation concept on object oriented programing. To meet the need of relational data, the application use the ORM concept. By using ORM the SQL query will never had a join query. Abstract

Abstrak: Alumni Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer (STMIK)  PPKIA Pradnya Paramita (STIMATA) Malang membutuhkan sebuah sarana yang dapat menampung aspirasi para alumni berupa web site. Dengan adanya web site ini diharapkan para alumni dapat juga memberikan informasi-informasi yang berguna bagi alumni yang lain maupun mahasiswa yang masih aktif. Informasi tersebut meliputi informasi lowongan pekerjaan, trend IT,  ataupun berbagi pengalaman-pengalaman dalam dunia pekerjaan. Sehingga hubungan antar alumni tetap terjaga dengan baik. Dari pembuatan website  alumni STIMATA menghasilkan beberapa hal yaitu  forum penyampaian  aspirasinya dan berbagi informasi yang berhubungan dengan dunia kerja melalui fasilitas forum. Kata Kunci: website, Alumni, STIMATA

This led to new learning system known as e-learning, which requires students and teachers interact online through the Internet, independent and creative in the learning process. E-learning system has the main features of the learning process in addition to learning through the Internet network connections, resources and learning materials are always up-to-date and abundant, has the benefits, advantages and benefits compared with traditional learning system. Abstract

State High School is a school located Dampit dikabupaten poor, who continue to make good progress infrastructure to improve the learning process of students.The development that made high school Dampit School I intend to utilize the Internet as an alternative medium of On-line learning.System of On-line learning with a concept and mechanism of teaching and learning (education) based IT (information technology). This concept is known as e-Learning. With e-Learning brings the influence of the process of transformation of conventional education into digital form, both the content (contents) and the system. It is very interesting for the author to be used as Scientific Research. This analysis aims to add conditions the On-line learning is not limited by distance, time and place of learning.From the results of analyzes obtained that the On-line learning will accelerate transfer of knowledge and information. Abstract

Alumni tracking information system applications is one of the alumni of information search source on line by using a database. With 4 menu options that must be filled to the database are: personal history, educational history, employment history, and suggestions or questionnaires, also provide joint chat as a medium of communication between fellow alumni on this web system. The software used in these applications include the operating system the web server, database server, and web programming. For the Windows operating system in use, for use apache web server, to the database servers in use MySQL, and PHP web programming is used, then use the application to display the browser Internet Explorer, Opera, or other web browser.The purpose of this research is to design and create application programs that can facilitate the academic community in obtaining information about tracing graduates / alumni of the search-based website.Outcomes of this study are expected to form an alumni tracking design of new systems with facilities that support both the needs of the campus as well as to support the needs of the alumni themselves, from Alumni Search program, there are several options page, among others: the Home page, Registration page, Contact page, the page news archives and also a control panel where there are pages and pages Searching Event. Keywords: Search Alumni, Database, PHP, MySQL, Web

Abstract

Pertumbuhan penduduk Indonesia menujukkan perkembangan yang pesat, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan dari hasil proyeksi bahwa selama dua puluh lima tahun mendatang terus meningkat yaitu dari 205,1 juta pada tahun 2000 menjadi 273,2 juta pada tahun 2025 (www.datastatistik-indonesia.com). Hal ini akan menimbulkan banyak sekali masalah misalnya masalah pengangguran, meningkatnya tingkat kemiskinan, kesehatan masyarakat yaitu penyebaran penyakit menular, gizi balita yang kurang baik, dll. Kondisi yang demikian memerlukan adanya suatu usaha dalam pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui Posdaya yaitu Pos Pemberdayaan Keluarga. Pembentukan keluarga yang berkualitas tidak hanya menjadi tanggung jawab pihak pemerintah saja melainkan juga diperlukan adanya partisipasi aktif dari masyarakat, jadi perlu adanya kerjasama yang baik antara masyarakat dan pemerintah untuk menciptakan masyarakat yang mandiri. Posdaya merupakan salah satu terobosan yang sangat baik dalam menciptakan masyarakat yang mandiri. Posdaya adalah forum kebersamaan yang anggotanya melakukan aktivitas nyata dalam gerakan pembangunan di lingkungan pemukiman yang paling bawah, yaitu tingkat RT, RW, dukuh atau dusun. Dengan adanya Posdaya yang memperdayakan masyarakat langsung sebagai subyeknya untuk mencapai kesejahteraan baik dalam bidang ekonomi, lingkungan, pendidikan, kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk mengetahui gambaran atau deskripsi masyarakat tentang motivasi, persepsi, dan empati masyarakat terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan Posdaya, (2) Untuk mengetahui hambatan-hambatan atau kendala dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan Posdaya. Hasil penelitian dari 267 responden menujukkan bahwa motivasi merencanakan yang menyatakan setuju 52,4%, motivasi melaksanakan yang menyatakan setuju 55,4%, motivasi evaluasi yang menyatakan setuju 63,3%.  Sedangkan peubah persepsi positif terhadap program posdaya yang menyatakan setuju 62.5%, persepsi masyarakat terhadap peran aktif yang menyatakan setuju 60,7% dan fungsi keluarga yang menyatakan setuju 67,8. Selanjutnya peubah empati yaitu perhatian terhadap kegiatan Posdaya yang menyatakan setuju 68,9% dan empati  kepedulian sikap untuk memberikan perhatian terhadap sesama maupun lingkungan sebanyak 62,5%.

Abstract

Pada sistem code division multiple access (WCDMA) peranan dari power control sangat diperlukan untuk mendapatkan sistem dengan kapasitas kanal yang optimum. Salah satu faktor yang membatasi kinerja dari closed-loop power control (CLPC) adalah besarnya langkah (step-size) update pada pengaturan daya pancar mobile station (MS), karena kanal fading berfluktuasi dengan cepat dan seringkali cukup dalam. Besarnya langkah update power ditentukan oleh banyaknya penggunaan bit power control command (PCC) yang merupakan hasil kuantisasi dari informasi error feedback. Ada dua metode kuantisasi yaitu algoritma fixed-step yang menggunakan satu bit perintah PCC dan variable-step yang menggunakan multi bit perintah PCC. Pada penelitian ini kinerja algoritma variable-step dievaluasi, kemudian dibandingkan dengan algoritma fixed-step. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa dalam kondisi ideal, kinerja algoritma variable-step lebih baik daripada fixed-step dan pencarian nilai SIR menggunakan algoritma Monte Carlo. Namun dalam kondisi praktis dimana power control dipengaruhi delay loop dan error bit perintah PCC, algoritma variable-step mengalami degradasi kinerja BER secara drastis sehingga algoritma fixed-step lebih realistis untuk diimplementasikan.

Abstract

The organizational competitive factors may challenge any humans who work for business organization. Public organization, however, only requires its human resource to give primary service. PT. Telkom Kandatel Malang is a public organization moving in the information and communication fields, and providing a telecommunication service and network. The employee of this company plays important role to give a quality service. Good service quality cannot be isolated from employee’s hard skill and soft skill. These skills must be improved because the information and telecommunication technology will always develop.     It is necessary to match their skills with the technological advance.                Research aims at (1) analyzing the simultaneous effect between hard skill and soft skill on employee performance; (2) analyzing the partial effect between hard skill and soft skill on employee performance; and (3) analyzing the dominant variable affecting employee performance. The employee of PT. Telkom Kandatel Malang is considered as respondent of research.                Interval data are used in this research. Primary data are collected through questionnaire given to 54 employees in some host locker at PT. Telkom Kandatel Malang. Two independent variables are analyzed, i.e. hard skill and soft skill. The dependent variable is employee performance. The collected data are analyzed with multiple linear regression analysis.                Result of research indicates that hard skill and soft skill have positive and simultaneous effect on employee performance. Partially, hard skill and soft skill variables have positive significant effect. Hard skill variable is found as the dominant variable for its effect on employee performance. Keywords: hard skill, soft skill, employee performance, and multiple regression

Abstract

This research aims to design and build student attendance system in SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Pasuruan using barcodes that can facilitate in making the required attendance reports every month and incidental by education authorities .The method used in this study consists of two methods , the method of data collection and system development methods . In the method of data collection was observation , interviews, and literature . While the method of system development activities include design , data analysis , system design , system evaluation , application development , system testing , documentation and report preparation .From the research that has been done can be obtained in the form of creation results Presence student information system combined with barcode and the establishment of a database system which is applied to the system as an alternative student attendance to present the report student attendance SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Pasuruan requested by the education department . keywords:Informatian System, Presence, Barcode
