Abstract

Limited information about the place to eat in Malang city, such as food type, food price,eating location, dining hour become reference to provide complete information to tourists. To helptourists or local people looking for information on where to eat, needed a medium capable provideinformation on the address of the place to eat, the type of food served, the hours of operation, andthe price of food. The purpose of this research is the development of a web-based application ofculinary tourism information system in the city of Malang that can help the tourists or locals whowill find a place to eat recommendations in the city of Malang. Based on a series of stages ofresearch conducted it can be concluded that the culinary tourism information system in the city ofMalang can provide convenience for the tourists or residents in the search for information oneating places in Malang. Abstract

In the world of work requires human resources are honest, satisfactory, clever, smart, qualifiedand competent in a controlled field. So in this case the University of Widyagama Malang requiresevery student to take the course of practical work. However, it is still not perfect in this practicalwork, because students choose the workplace practices that are not in accordance with thedominated field. In this case, the researcher applies a fuzzy tsukamoto method to recommend thepractice workplace in accordance with the student-controlled field based on some course grades.Based on the calculation using fuzzy tsukamoto method there is a workplace order or list ofagencies with the smallest value that will be the result of calculation in the workplace practicerecommendation

Abstract

This article discusses the results of research on the utilization of information technology, that isSyumila NU 1.0 software and application for reinforcement of students ideology in islamicboarding school An-Nur Al-Huda Ngawonggo Tajinan Malang. This application contained somebooks of pesantren curriculum, such as hadith, hahwu, sorrof/morfology, aqidah, fiqh, sufism etc.This application contains greatly facilitated, because around 60 % of books in this software hastranslated to Indonesian. As Tafsir Al-Jalalain has already been translated, which has an Arabictext. The most phenomenal advantage is this application is equipped with books that refutetransnational Islamic doctrines. This software and applications makes students and researchers ofIslamic studies easy, fastly, and effective in accessing islamic clasic references with modernmethode, especially to rebuttal of transnational Islamic ideologies. Thus, the development andutilization of information and communication technology in pesantren education can be moreadvanced, specifically in counteracting the dangers of transnational Islamic ideologies andeffective to counter it.Keywords: Effectiveness, Syumila NU 1.0, Idelogy, Islam, Transnational, Pesantren.

Abstract

As one of the tourist destinations in Indonesia, the area of Malang Raya offers a variety of interestingtourist attractions. Based on BPS statistics from Kota Batu in 2015, total tourist visits were 2,089,022people. While the total tourist visit in 2014 in Malang Regency is 2,118,008 people. Data was taken at22 tourism object in Batu Town and 10 tourism object in Malang Regency. The location of thedestination of several distant attractions, a constraint for tourists to determine the optimal route to thetourist attraction. One alternative solution to the problem can be done using Genetic Algorithms. Thefocus of this research is to build a web based application that can provide information on the order ofroute of visits to some tourism objects optimally. Implementation is done based on the completion ofTraveling Salesman Problem, using Genetic Algorithm method. Variable optimization is (1) theshortest total distance; and (2) application execution time with Brute Force algorithm as acomparison. The results show that if the location of the chosen destination is numerous, the GeneticAlgorithm is more efficient in the use of time and resources than the Brute Force algorithm.

Abstract

Error correction technology is widely applied in the era of data / information exchange today.This technology is widely used to reduce the error rate on the exchange of data / information toacceptable limits. Hamming Code, Reed Muller Code, Golay Code, BCH Code and Reed SolomonCode are some examples of error correction technology that is widely used. This paper presents theReed Solomon Code. Here, the Reed Solomon Code is decoded using the Welch Berlekampalgorithm. The Reed Solomon RS code (31, 27) is designed and designed using the VHDLlanguage, and then simulated using the Altera ModelSim application. The simulation results showthat the RS code (31, 27) goes as expected and is able to correct up to 2 errors.Keywords: Reed Solomon Code, Error Correction, RS code, Welch Berlekamp Algorithm.

Abstract

Telephone technology required for a means of communication between the company,employees and customers. Not only communication course, telephone technology can also submit adocument be printed through fax machine technology that is connected to the network telephone.However telepone technology users have decreased. Because consumers prefer mobile phone orInternet services as a means of communication and cause deterioration in telephone users. So thetechnology is connected in a network telephone also affected, such as fax machines. Internetservice can not submit documents such as mold, as well as a fax machine. These services may beneeded. To send a document without a fax machine, can be done using a printer sharingapplication that allows users to send documents via the VPN. Delivery of documents to the printerthrough a VPN can be done without the use fax machines. Require a small fee to send documentsvia the VPN. Transmission speed per document is superior. The quality of the resulting documentsprinter depending on the printer settings when printing document. Abstract

College of Informatics and Computer Management (STMIK) Pradnya Paramita Malang is a campus engaged in information technology that is ready to be used in advancing education. STIMATA continues to introduce its existence to the wider community, it is hoped that the more people who know the campus can increase the number of students. Forecasting has an important role in human daily life, such as temperature forecasts, inventory forecasts, earthquake predictions, weather forecasts and others. Obtain accurate methods from 6 forecasting methods, namely Exponential-Smoothing, Exponential-Smoothing With Trend, Moving-Average, Trend-Analysis, Additive-Decomposition and Multiplicative-Decomposition in forecasting the number of students in the coming year. This study aims to predict the number of new students at STIMATA, by looking at the smallest error of Mean Square Error and the accuracy in the forecasting results of the 6 forecasting methods. So that by knowing the number of new students in the 2014-2015 academic year and in the following year, can help the institution in making decisions from the forecasting. The right method of 6 forecasting methods to predict the number of new STIMATA students is the Multiplicative Decomposition method by looking at the smallest error value in forecasting.

Abstract

Education is important in our lives. Malang City is an education city with a total of 56 private universities. The high number of tertiary educational institutions has caused the competition to get prospective new students very tight. PPKIA STMIK Pradnya Paramita (STIMATA) is a private university located on Jl. LA. Sucipto 249 A Malang. To promote campus, STIMATA uses supporting media conventionally with brochures, banners or blocknote. But along with the development of the media promotion time is less attractive, impressed ordinary and less attractive to the public. From this problem the idea arises to use game engine technology as the STIMATA campus promotion media. This application was built using Blender and Unity3D with game-like appearance. In the main menu of this application there is a start button, information that serves to display information about the application and exit. The start button functions to run an application in the form of a game that contains a road button to run the user so that they can walk to see the campus starting from the gate to the STIMATA building on the 4th floor and the camera button used to look around the building by rotating virtually in 3D form. In this study, the introduction of the STIMATA campus promotion game engine application was successfully created and applied to Android mobile devices. This application can only be run on Android-based smartphones, with a minimum version of 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich).Keyword : Game engine,Promosi, Blender, Unity3D

Abstract

Face Identification is an important part in digital image processing techniques to determine the size, location and image value. Face detection is a step in the facial recognition system used for personal identification, monitoring system, criminal law, human and computer interaction and so on. This study featuring face detection using Naïve Bayes Classifier with red, green and blue (RGB) model features. This study uses images with variation of facial expression from training data and testing data. The first step is to create a model of facial skin color with RGB model feature which has done normalization process bygrayscaling image, binarying image and filtering image using max filter, then looking for average RGB color of facial skin, followed by building Gaussian distribution showing skin color classification and processed by Naïve method Bayes Classifier (NBC) in determining the classification result.From the test results with a total of 70 test data and a threshold of 0.1, the results of system accuracy reaches 90.25%.
