Abstract

Tilapia is a fish that is susceptible to disease. Pests and diseases that can attack tilapia fish can come from mushrooms or molds, parasites, bacteria and viruses. In District Malang many Nila fish farmers who have difficulty in detecting the disease because of the many diseases that exist. If wrong in detecting the disease then will cause death in large amount. To help overcome these problems, it is designed a system of disease diagnosis experts on tilapia by using the application of expert system of disease diagnosis on tilapia fish with certainty factor method. The purpose of research on the application of Certainty Factor method on Tilapia fish is to know the type of fish disease from the symptoms of fish symptoms of the disease will be calculated by Certainty Factor method so that the accurate type of disease will be obtainedKeyword: Application program on Tilapia, Certainty Factor

Abstract

PT. Beon Intermedia specializes in hosting and domain services. High reputation requires PT. Beon Intermedia to always work quickly and efficiently. But there are still obstacles in the Domain displacement activity, namely in the recording and checking for Domain transfer activities are still using conventional methods that take up to 7 days workmanship.To solve this problem, so we try a solution for an application / plugin that is embedded in the system in PT. Beon Intermedia. The plugin works automatically and continuously to the process for switching domain, check the status of the transfer and perform notifications. The plugin works in a way to grab the data from the system regristrar to update the progress status of the domain that you want to move. Our results, this plugin goes well, the process of switching domain by using this plugin can cut the time domain displacement of an advanced first 7 days to 4 days, so that the service becomes faster, recorded in the system and to work more efficiently. Keywords: Plugin, Domain Transfer

Abstract

One of the new techniques in the process of sending data across a network is a Content Delivery Network. The main concept is to keep the copy of the CDN data from the main server, so that when the client accesses the specific content, data requested and received not from the main server, but rather from the server so that the process is more rapid CDN. With Indonesian internet condition that is not evenly distributed across its territory, the application of CDN is certainly can provide a significant impact for an electronic learning . With the concept of a CDN on e-learning, users can access data faster, so E-Learning content developers can more freely develop learning content in various formats, either text, images or audio/video. The process of data analysis in this study includes data analysis texts, pictures and videos, which will be measured is the speed of retrieve data as well as network traffic compared to client server communication process conventionally. The results of this research is Content Delivery Network more efisien than general network where the difference of load time between 0,5 ms to 1 ms.                                              Keywords : Content Delivery Network, E-Learning, Open Source

Abstract

One type of digital image processing is labeling the object to determine the number of objects in an image to be reviewed. Labeling the object in the image is the act to give a sign of the number of different objects on each object in the image. Labeling process can use the method of flooding the object region (flood filling) with an object number. The output of this research is a software application that can be used to perform simulations labeling objects in digital images by using (1) Recursive techniques; (2) approach the Depth First Search (DFS) and (3) the approach Breadth First Search (BFS). Waterfall model used for the development of such software. Based on tests performed on the entire software application can be concluded that the recursive method is the best method to label objects in a digital image, both in terms of speed and accuracy. Labeling objects using Recursive technique has an accuracy of counting the number of objects by 99%, while 68% DFS and BFS 83%. All methods have a level of accuracy that is better at recognizing all areas / regions of the object, but to the image of the complex and in large numbers, algorithms Stack (approach DFS) or Queue (approach BFS) has a weakness, namely (1) to repeat the numbers the same label for different objects and (2) the number of labels sometimes inconsistent for the same object.Keywords: image processing,  recursive techniques, depth first search, breadth first search

Abstract

Mobile devices like smartphones have become a part of everyday human life. Technology hardware that is planted on smatphone especially communication network starting from wifi, GSM, bluetooth, but not yet many software that utilize the technology for everyday human needs maximally.Adanya technology communication system at smartphone that enable emerge various idea to develop usage of wrong communication one by using Bluetooth and GSM network as remote control. This remote control aims to remotely manage home electronic equipment with the help of Aurdino microcontroller as an intermediary between smartphones with home electronics.Keyword: system control, bluetooth ,GSM

Abstract

Membangun sebuah aplikasi perangkat lunak diperlukan beberapa tahapan yang harus dilalui mulai dari tahapan persiapan analisa program sampai dengan perawatan perangkat lunak yang sudah dibuat. Sering sekali permasalahan dalam pembuatan perangkat lunak tidak mengikuti suatu metode atau langkah-langkah dalam membuat aplikasi perangkat lunak yang akan menjadi sebuah produk gagal atau biasanya disebut software crisis. Untuk menghindari software crisis diperlukan sebuah metode untuk mengarahkan pembangunan perngkat lunak, metode tersubut yaitu Software Development live cycle atau bisa disebut SDLC. Metode ini mepresentasikan tahapan pembuatan aplikasi perangkat lunak mulai dari tahapan analisis, desain, kontruksi, implementasi, testing, perawatan sistem. Dalam penelitian ini menerapkan metode SDLC pada masing-masing tahapan dengan mengunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) yang akan menghasilkan sebuah Software Requirement Specification (SRS) atau bisa dikenal Spesifikasi Kebutuhan Perangkat Lunak(SPKL). Kata Kunci: Tahapan SDLC, UML, SRS.

Abstract

The fingerprint recognition system is one of the biometric technologies that can be used in identifying a person. The fingerprint has a midpoint called the core point. Core Point has a very important role because it will serve as one of the parameters in the process of identification and classification of fingerprints at the stage of feature extraction process. Core Point is also one of the important parameters in determining the fingerprint formula. In this research, a technique will be developed to determine the midpoint automatically using the poincare index algorithm and geometry of region technique. The first stage is the pre-processing of the fingerprint image which includes (1) the grayscaling process (converting the color image to black and white image); (2) normalization process (improving image quality when image is too dark or too bright); (3) binary process (the threshold used is 80% of the average). The second stage is to identify the location of core points through several stages: (1) making block orientation; (2) smooth orientation process; (3) determination of core point using poincare index algorithm and geometry of region. The output of this research will be the obtained core point (midpoint) of the fingerprint which will be used for further fingerprint identificationKeyword : core point, sidik jari, poincare index, geometry of region

Abstract

The development of todays technology is impacting on the learning process in schools and also affect the learning material as well as the delivery of a material in the process of teaching and learning activities. Learning is now more attractively designed to encourage and increase student achievement.         Learning the Game is one of the new methods are now starting to demand of students, the theme of the lesson give a fresh new look for students to love a subject of study. Curriculum 2013 is a competency-based curriculum.         Inside was formulated in an integrated manner the attitude of competence, knowledge and skills that must be mastered learners. Abstract

This study aims to find out analsis response time replication of two-way database on blood inventory system in Madiun residency: Madiun City, Madiun Regency and Ponorogo Regency. Thepreviously used system has been integrated using a one-way database replication with centralizeddatabase system, but in the course of its journey found the instability of centralized databasesystem, such as the delay between 2-4 seconds during query activity and the data that does not gointo the data center when do activities. The method used in this research is to use the method ofcomparison between one-way replication system with two-way replication system. The data madefor comparative analysis are CPU response time, trougput, delay and packet loos network at eachUTD in Madiun residency. The tools used to get data using Mary DB and wireshark software. Theresults of the research indicate that the two-way database replication system in Madiun andMadiun City shows better CPU response time, troughput, delay and packet loss compared to theprevious system, only Ponorogo has decreased performance compared to the old system.Keywords: Blood inventory system, two-way data base replication, CPU response time, delay, packet loss, throughput.

Abstract

This research is based on the problem that is how the way a company does in motivating itsemployees to keep the spirit in carrying out their work and make a reference in continuing to developcreativity and talent, then made an assessment on employee performance and giving the bestemployee title which will become a parameter in give a bonus if the assessment is good In addition,the award for employees is also intended to encourage selected employees to keep achieving andsimultaneously spur the achievements of other employees. This research aims to create a decisionsupport system in determining the best employees using Weighted Product (WP) which later thisapplication can provide convenience in the selection of the best employees in companies. WP methodis one of the methods used for Multi-Decision Decision Making (MADM). Multiple Attribute DecisionMaking (MADM) is a method used to find the optimal alternative of a number of alternatives withcertain criteria. The essence of MADM is to determine the weight value for each attribute, thenproceed with the ranking process that will select the alternatives already given. The criteria areKnowledge, Skill, Ability, Physical, Attitude. With the weighted value of the decision maker weighs thepreference as: W = (50, 30, 40, 40, 20) for each criterion and then proceed with the previous preweightedweightsofW = (50, 30, 40, 40, 20) Wj W index to j. So for W1 is 50, W2 is 30 and so on.And Σwj is the sum of W that is 50 + 30 + 40 + 40 + 20 So for the improvement of W1 weight into:(0.27777778), (0.1666667), (0.222222), (0.222222), (0, 111111) and for the value of each specifiedcriterion is a value range of numbers 10 to 100.
