Abstract

File compression is one of important aspect in the development of information technology. The demands of providing information in a short time with large number and size of files makes compression techniques very important. There are a lot of algorithms that have been developed for the compression of files, including: LZW algorithm and Huffman Algorithm. This study discusses the comparative analysis between the two algorithms are against compressed image file format BMP and PNG. Analysis of this study aims to provide knowledge about what is the best algorithm between both of the algorithm to compress the image file format BMP and PNG. This analysis is comparing the ratio and the estimated time of each algorithm for image file format BMP and PNG. The author uses the Java programming language to implement both LZW and Huffman algorithm, and then analyze the process and results of compression on the file format BMP and PNG. After testing and analysis of experiments the compression process, it is concluded that the compression process BMP and PNG file format, Huffman algorithm can compress files faster than LZW algorithm, but the LZW algorithm can produce better compression ratio than Huffman algorithm.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi dalam dunia perbankan membuat kemudahan-kemudahan yang diberikan kepada klien sebagai bentuk pelayanan yang maksimal agar membantu para klien dalam melakukan transaksi tanpa perlu membawa uang kas. Bank mengeluarkan kebijakan pemakaian kartu kredit dan kartu debit sebagai pengganti uang kas untuk memudahkan klien agar tidak perlu repot dan terancam bahaya karena membawa uang dalam jumlah yang besar. Kartu debit dan kredit di Indonesia masih menggunakan magnetic strip yang rentan mendapat ancaman pemalsuan data dan duplikasi kartu. Untuk itu di kembangkan kartu yang menggunakan chip yang sulit di tembus oleh para penjahat. Chip yang digunakan ini didalamnya menerapkan pembangkit kunci dengan bilangan acak metode algoritma ELGAMAL, DES, dan RSA. Hasil output algoritma ini pun tetap disimpan dalam chip kartu privat  tersebut. Kata kunci :Kartu Kredit dan Debit,duplikasi,magnetic strip,chip, algoritma ELGAMAL, DES, RSA

Abstract

Increased information technology lead to the data processed quickly, precisely, and accurately to produce any information required, as well as in the business world playstation rental. Playing the game is able to sharpen the brain to think, because there are many games available on PlayStation. Starting from the pleasure of the children in the neighborhood of the playstation game, it was established a playstation rental business entity with name mega game. When these tools are used to calculate the time consumption in rental mega playstation games still use the tool manually, by using the TV remote. This causes a loss in the rental mega game because of frequent overtime playstation use the TV remote undetected, causing the user to commit fraud by not paying the excess time.From the results of research conducted can be obtained that the playstation controller automated system using microcontroller arduino uno can provide alternative solutions to the problem and fix the weaknesses of the previous time control systems. Abstract

Mineral Water Depot is a company engaged in distribution of mineral water. Constraints experienced so far the distribution process is less optimal because of the large number of customers, as well as the spread of the locations. The purpose of this research is to build Gravity Location Model application which could be used to determine the most appropriate location for the new warehouse, so that the distribution process becomes more optimal. With the use of this application process of lengthy calculations and the amount of retails can be done more quickly, easily and has a high accuracy. The result of this research is an application called Gravity Location Model to determine the location of the new warehouse, where calculations can be done quickly, easily with a better accuracy compared to manual calculation. Abstract

The road is one of the important aspects in the various aspects of human life. The authorities inthe construction or repair of the road is the Department of Public Works. One of them is theregional work units - Assistance (SKPD-TP) Department of Highways East Java ProvinceCommitment Officer (CO) Region Probolinggo-Malang-Turen-Kepanjen. One of theimprovements made are repair Potholes. Before improvement, first of all performed the hollowstreets of the data collection.Reviews their reviews with smartphone technology (smart phones).First of all the which is based smartphone android that can be the perfect solution for themanufacture of standard software, because Android provides an open platform. Some facilitiesmay be developed is a camera, Global Positioning System (GPS), and the network. Abstract

The meatballs are very popular and can be found throughout Indonesia from the cart street vendor to big restaurant. Emerging entrepreneurs meatballs good food at a roadside Malang and building a medium-sized or large like kiosks, shops and malls most locations are not chosen properly and appropriately.The purpose of this research is a decision support system by determining the best location in town selling meatballs poor with fuzzy database method. Abstract

The increase towards Object Oriented Design creates a big gap between OO and relational database. In the other side, relational database still a big favor in designing business-powered application. Developers use Object Relational Mapping (ORM) to fill the gap between OO and RDBMS but still, the problem in the association of RDBMS and OO exists which caused underestimation towards ORM methodology. This research provides a solution to detect relationship inside tables of database, generate LINQ query to map the field of tables to the attribute of the entity classes. Abstract

PT. Nusantara Tamamultimedia (NT-Net) is a business that is engaged in the service called ISP (Internet Service Provider), to facilitate the preparation of reports and processes in serving customers, such as service how to attract customers, build and maintain good relationships the customer needed an information system, that is the information system customer relation management (CRM). This research aims to design the right CRM information systems at the ISP. In making the CRM information system, the method used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with several stages: 1. Analysis 2. Design 3. Implementation 4. Maintenance. Abstract

Point Of Sale (POS) is a computer program that is used to assist the process of buying and selling goods. The program includes a warehouse transaction records, the process at the cashier and management report for the owner. The program is not limited to use in the store, but in a few places that provide public services and selling goods, such as pharmacies, clinics and more.In a small scale, POS program is usually run by the owner of the store itself or entrusted to one of its employees. Owners or employees of the store will input the name of goods, quantity of goods, managing stock, serving customers, and to make daily reports as well as income. If this is the case, then the owner will be able to control all activities of transactions.If the owners are not always at the store, then allow to happen fraud committed by employees, in order to avoid this it is necessary to control the transactions that occur in order to minimize the possibility of fraud by having each transaction will always be reported online via email owners, and also the final recap report daily transactions at the time of the transaction employee to log out of the system. Keywords : POS, online

Abstract

Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Pasuruan is a part of SKPD unit of Pasuruan district, one of the main task of this unit is to ensure a good health care service to the community. In order to ensure good health care service Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Pasuruan provide a licensing service for health workforce, this licensing service divided into two main license which is license for work and licence for practice. This licensing service is used by healtchare workforce such as doctor, midwife, nurse, pharmacist, therapists and nutritionists. To facilitate this licensing service Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Pasuruan created an information system. This information system have to be realiable and able to accelerate the process to get a practice license or work license for healthcare workforce. This information system must be accessible via desktop, web or a mobile device. Therefore in this research the information system is developed using back end and front end method. By using this method we produce a siginificant speed in application response time with 114 milli second response time for login request and 47 milli second for get request.Kata kunci:Information system, back end, front end
