Abstract

AbstractThis study as to determine the effect  work  environment,  job satisfaction, on work motivation, and  its impac t on  teacher  ferformance  in  teacher’s performance  SMK  Ma’arif  Comal  Pemalang           Data were  obtained  through  a  questionare.  The  sample  used  in  the study  were  95  respondents. The  data  obtained  were  processed  using  descriptive  analysis  and  quantitative  statistical  anaylisis. Quantitative analysis  using  mutiple  regression  analysis  to  determine  the  effect  of independent  variables  on  the  dependent  variable,  bu t before  the  tes t is done  first  tested  the validity  and  reliability  testing.          Regression  analysis  showed  that  work  environment,  job  satisfaction, and  work  motivation  not  affect  the  performance  SMK  Ma’arif  Comal Pemalang. Keywords  :  Work  environment, job  satisfaction, work  motivation, performance

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa rasio keuangan untuk memprediksi kebangkrutan perusahaan rokok (studi subsektor rokok yang listing di bursa efek indonesia tahun 2010-2015).Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan perusahaan rokok yang listing di bursa efek indonesia tahun 2010-2015 Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah teknik penarikan purposif. Jenis data yang digunakan sekunder. Metode pengumpulan datanya adalah penelitian kepustakaan dan data yang telah dipublikasikan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan Analisis Z-Score.Berdasarkan hasil analisis Altman Z-Score dengan acuan laporan keuangan maka hasil yang didapatkan dari tahun 2010-2015 menunjukkan dimana PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk prediksi posisi perusahaan adalah sehat meski hasil menurun dari tahun 2010-2013 tetapi PT. Gudang Garam, Tbk mampu meningkatkan kinerja keuangannya hingga tahun 2014-2015 dapat naik kembali. Sedangkan, PT. HM. Sampoerna dari tahun 2010-2015 prediksi posisi perusahaan sehat dan cenderung bergerak vertikal atau naik signifikan. Berbeda dengan PT. Bentoel Internasional Investama, Tbk dari tahun 2010-2015 turun signifikan dan hasil prediksi posisi perusahaan ditahun 2010-2012 adalah sehat dan tahun 2013-2015 ialah bangkrut. Kata Kunci :  rasio keuangan, prediksi kebangkrutan.

Abstract

Abstract The emerging of social media technology and the popularity of social media sites stem from a simple fact that human beings are social by nature. People are inclined to collect or share information that is important to them. Social media has become one of the most popular marketing channels for many companies, which aims at maximizing their influence by various marketing campaigns conducted from their social accounts on social networks. Social networking sites have become an avenue where retailers can extend their marketing campaigns to a wider range of consumers.  Nowadays, it is practically impossible to formulate marketing strategy without taking social networks into consideration. Adapting some forms of marketing online through social media is a key node for all businesses. The importance of social media lies in its function as the new marketing/promotion platform, which may timely and interactively connect seller and buyers. Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, etos kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan bagian produksi di PT. Inko Java. Analisis data menggunakan analisis uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan analisis regresi berganda. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil persamaan regresi dari penelitian yang dilakukan adalah Y = 3,495 + 0,151 X1 + 0,325 X2 + 0,122 X3 – 0,020 X4. Analisis setiap variabel menunjukan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja mempunyai t hitung 1,767 < t tabel yaitu 1,99, variabel motivasi kerja mempunyai t hitung 5,047 > t tabel yaitu 1,99, variabel etos kerja mempunyai t hitung 1,375 < t tabel yaitu 1,99, dan variabel lingkungan kerja mempunyai t hitung -0,267 < –t tabel yaitu -1,99. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa variabel disiplin kerja mempunyai hasil positif namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, variabel motivasi kerja ada pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, variabel etos kerja mempunyai hasil positif namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, dan variabel lingkungan kerja mempunyai hasil negatif dan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Sedangkan keempat variabel yaitu disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, etos kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara bersama-sama mempunyai F hitung 9,256 > F tabel yaitu 2,52. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, etos kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Inko Java. Kemampuan variabel independen disiplin kerja (X1), motivasi kerja (X2), etos kerja (X3), dan lingkungan kerja (X4) dalam menjelaskan variabel dependen produktivitas kerja (Y) adalah Adjusted R Square 33,7% sedang sisanya sebesar 66,3% dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak diteliti. Dari analisis tersebut, maka saran yang diberikan adalah sebagai berikut: perusahaan harus lebih memperhatikan dan mengupayakan hal yang dapat meningkatkan disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja dan etos kerja karena dengan meningkatnya ketiga hal tersebut produktivitas kerja yang menjadi target perusahaan dapat tercapai, selain itu perusahaan juga perlu lebih memperhatikan perihal lingkungan kerja karyawan agar tercipta hasil yang seimbang antara apa yang telah perusahaan berikan dengan apa yang telah karyawan kontribusikan kepada perusahaan.Kata Kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, Etos Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja dan Produktivitas Kerja

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini  untuk menganalisi dan menjelaskan Pengaruh Partisipasi Anggota,  dan Iklim Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pengurus, serta Bagaimana Kinerja Pengurus memediasi Partisipasi Anggota dan Iklim Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Anggota koperasi Dwipanti.            Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan  kuantitatif jenis eksplanatori, Populasi sebesar 1.120 orang anggota koperasi, Penentuan sampel dengan teknik Slovin  dan  terpilih menjadi sampel sebesar 120 orang. Pengambilan sampel dengan  cara  acak atau sembarang Pengambilan data dengan teknik kuesioner dan observasi.. Hasil analisa data diperolah hasil : Pertama, Tidak  Ada pengaruh positif dan siqnifikan Partisipasi Anggota terhadap Kinerja Pengurus koperasi, dan Kedua,  ada pengaruh positif dan siqnifikan Iklim Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Pengurus koperasi, Ketiga, Kinerja Pengurus juga berpengaruh secara positif dan siqnifikan terhadap Kepuasan Anggota koperasi Selanjutnya Kempat, Kinerja Pengurus secara positif dan siqnifikan  memediasi Partisipasi Anggota terhadap Kepuasan Anggota koperasi, dan  Kelima, Kinerja Pengurus secara positif dan siqnifikan tidak  memediasi Iklim Organisasi terhadap Kepuasan Anggota koperasi Dwipanti Kota Salatiga. Kata Kunci  : partisipasi anggota,   iklim organisas , kinerja pengurus, dan kepuasan anggota.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to strengthen objectivity, expertise, professional skills and compliance with the code of ethics on the quality of the inspectorate apparatus. A common problem in this studywas the continued increase in state losses caused by corruption and the like. The research sample was taken at the inspectorate of Central Java province. Data were analyzed using Partial Lease Square with SmartPLS 03 software. The results showed objectivity and adherence to the code of ethics of reproduction to the quality of examination, while the expertise and professional skill were not significant on the quality of the examination. The value of things that are jointly shared objectivity, expertise, professional skills and adherence to the code of ethics provide quality to audit quality of 56.4% while the remaining 45.6% by other factor outside the construct. The implication of this research findings for the importance of quality audit is the need for objective attitude of the auditor in addition to the effort to increase the ethical value through coaching and training.Keywords: quality of inspection, objectivity, expertise, professional skills, adherence to the code of ethics.

Abstract

Abstract Organizational change is a major issue affecting all organizations in various industry and government sectors, it can be said that change has become the norm for organizations to maintain the existence and success of the organization. The purpose of this study This study will examine the effect of psychological capital and Person - Organization Fit on individual readiness to change at college graduates in Salatiga who belong to iGeneration group. Generation Z or iGeneration, is a new generation starting their career, so the behavior of this generation in the world of work has not begun to get attention, expectations expected from employees of the Z generation are different from generation Y and generation X. This study uses college graduates in Salatiga as sample, and sampling method used is purposive sampling.  The research instrument used is a questionnaire that was first tested with validity and reliability test. The number of samples used is 170 people. Data analysis was done by Multiple Regression Analysis with equation  path analysis. After the validity and reliability test of the research instrument, the profile of the respondents can be summarized as follows: number of male respondents (63%), age between 21-22 years (74%), duration 1 - 10 months (85%). The results of this study can be summarized as follows: (1) The two variables Psychological Capital and Person - Fit Fit have a positive and significant impact on the desire igenerations to change. (2) Effect of Psychological Capital (31.4%) on the readiness of igenerations to change more high than the influence of Person - Organizations Fit (28.3%). Organizational and managerial support such as effective communication on change, training, coaching and counseling can be regarded as initiatives that can increase individual readiness to change. Employee involvement in the change management process is also believed to enhance meaning and self-confidence and thereby increase individual readiness to change.Keywords: Psychological Capital, Person – Organization Fit, Readiness to Change, iGenerations.

Abstract

AbstractThis research perfecting the research conducted by Hermuningsih (2013) and build structural factors that affect the value of customers who are affected by the growth opportunities and profitability either directly or through capital structure. The model is constructed by adding liquidity variable,  measured by current ratio. The variables chosen to flesh out the previous model due to the current ratio of debate still going on against the capital structure or the value of the company. The increase of the v liquidity variable expected able to fine-tune the structural model was built. Selected research objects are Kompas index 100 at Indonesia stock exchange in the period up to 2013 until 2017. Large samples are required for the research is as much as 100 companies that are consecutive – undertook to enter into Kompas Index 100 for five consecutive years – co-designer with sampling techniques using purposive non random sampling. Analysis tool used is the regression equation, i.e. first is the influence of liquidity, profitability and growth opportunities to the structure of capital. The second regression model is the influence of liquidity, growth opportunities, profitability and capital structure of the company.  The research shows the Current ratio (CR) proved to have a negative and significant effect against the capital structure. Return on equity (ROE) proved to have a positive and significant effect against the value of the company. Asset growth opportunities are not proven to have a negative and significant effect against the capital structure. Current ratio (CR) proven asset growth opportunities have a positive and significant effect against the value of the company. Capital structure (debt to equity ratio) is not proven to mediate the effect of liquidity, profitability and growth opportunities of the company. Keywords : likuiditas, growth, profitabilitas, struktur modal dan nilai perusahaan

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to know the management of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in achieving good governance (accountability, transparency and participation) ranging from planning, implementation and accountability. This study uses qualitative descriptive method with case studies, which describe the management of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in rural Ngombakan then compared with the applicable regulations (Permendagri No. 113/2014), and crosscheck with real phenomenon that occurs in the management of the Village Fund Allocation (ADD) in rural Ngombakan realize good governance, so that it can be withdrawn conclusion. The results of this study indicate that the management of ADD in the Ngombakan village outline has been accountable, transparent, and participatory. However, technically there are still obstacles. These constraints are an obstacle from districts that are late in making the Bupati Regulation regarding the regulations on ADD and its management. This has an impact on the delay in reporting related to ADD management in Ngombakan Village. Keywords : Dana desa, Good Governance

Abstract

AbstrakHuman resources as organizational assets are very decisive in the success of organizations including the STIE AMA Salatiga. The participation of the lecturers and education staff cannot be released in order to achieve the stated goals. Lecturers and education staff who are working require adequate physical work conditions and not high levels of stress to be able to perform better. The study was conducted to determine the effect of work stress and physical work conditions on the performance of lecturers and education staff at the AMA Salatiga College of Economics. The results of the study are expected to be an input for STIE AMA Salatiga in taking policies in an effort to improve the performance of lecturers and education staff, and are expected to have an impact on achieving the Function, Vision, Mission and Objectives of STIE AMA Salatiga. Based on the results of data analysis, researchers can draw conclusions about the effect of work stress and physical work conditions on the performance of lecturers and education staff at STIE AMA Salatiga as follows: The results of the validity test and reliability test show that each item statement and each research variable are declared valid and reliable. While the results of the partial test of work stress variables do not have a significant effect on the performance variables, while the physical condition variables work significantly influence the performance variables. Then simultaneous testing of work stress variables and physical conditions of work has a significant effect on performance variables. The coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.20, this means that the independent variables of work stress and physical conditions of work can explain the dependent variable of performance by 20% and the remaining 80% explained by other factors not examined. Keywords : Stres Kerja, Kondisi Fisik Kerja, Kinerja
