Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of working periode and education level toward worker competency with competency based training as intervening variable in PT. Apac Inti Corpora., with parsially test, simultaneous test from dependent variable, intervening and dependent variable. There is explain that independent variabel is working period and education level, intervening variabel is competency based training. The sample of the research is 32 worker of spinning unit in PT. Apac Inti Corpora. Data for the research is use secondary. To answers the research question is analyze using path analysis. Kata kunci : Masa kerja, tingkat pendidikan, Competency based training, Kompetensi karyawan.

Abstract

AbstractRetail Business is of the biggest inustry in Indonesia and already seemed to be a broad people's lifestyles. Indomaret is one of  a retail franchise network in Indonesia. Consumer shopping behavior is formed because the value of a brand that increases a sense of pride. The purpose of this study was to examine the analysis of brand equity based customers for Indomaret, conducted to determine the level of Brand Salience, Brand Performance, Brand Imagery, Brand judgments, Brand Feelings and Brand Resonance of Indomaret, so the company can find a clear overview of Indomaret brand in the public eye, especially customers. The number of samples in this study were 200 samples, which ever shopped at Indomaret in Salatiga. The analysis tool used is the chi-square.Overall consumers know the brand equity of  Indomaret seen from the chi-square test salience 2268.244, 1515.336 performance, imagery 1918.372, 5245.927 judgments, feelings 3368.959, 1660.247 and its resonance with the values 232.912 χ²tabel so Ha is significant and responded positively. It can be concluded that the respondents already know, learn, see, feel, and has experience with a mini Indomaret all the time, so that the company already provides for the obligations and assets owned by a brand.      .Keywords:      Ekuitas merek, Brand Salience, Brand Performance, Brand Imagery,Brand Judgments,Brand Feelings, Brand Resonance

Abstract

Abstrak Dalam proses produksi susu sapi di CV Cita Nasional, permasalahan yang sering terjadi adalah produktivitas sapi perah yang rendah, disebabkan oleh bercampurnya susu dengan air, kemasan bocor dan kerusakan mesin produksi, pengambilan sampel, penyusutan, distribusi yang meliputi kontaminasi udara atau suhu dan keterlambatan penanganan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis quality control pada produksi susu sapi di CV Cita Nasional Tahun 2014. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah bagian quality control yang ada di CV Cita Nasional. Data yang digunakan adalah data Primer dengan cara observasi kegiatan distribusi susu dan data sekunder yang berasal dari laporan harian dan bulanan dari bagian quality control. Tipe penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif. Jenis data dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah dengan alat bantu statistik yang terdapat pada Statistical Quality Control (SQC) dan Statistical Process Control (SPC). Adapun langkah-langkahnya dengan mengumpulkan data menggunakan check sheet, diagram pareto, Fishbone Diagram dan peta kendali p.Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dengan peta kendali p, pada grafik kontrol titik berfluktuasi sangat tinggi dan tidak beraturan, serta banyak terdapat titik yang keluar dari batas kendali yang mengindikasikan bahwa proses berada dalam keadaan tidak terkendali atau masih mengalami penyimpangan. Berdasarkan diagram pareto, prioritas perbaikan yang perlu dilakukan oleh CV Cita Nasional untuk menekan atau mengurangi jumlah misdruk yang terjadi dalam produksi dapat dilakukan pada 2 jenis kerusakan atau misdruk yang dominan yaitu misdruk karena bocor kemasan dan distribusi. Dari analisis diagram sebab akibat dapat diketahui faktor penyebab kerusakan atau misdruk dalam produksi yaitu berasal dari faktor manusia, metode, material, mesin dan lingkungan kerja, sehingga diperlukan usaha memaksimalkan seluruh sumber daya dan faktor-faktor produksi yang ada di CV Cita Nasional. Abstract

Abstract Quality products at competitive prices is the key to winning the competition, which in turn will be able to give higher satisfaction to the customers. Customers now have demands much greater value and diverse because the customers are faced with a wide selection of products, goods or services that they buy. In this case the seller must provide a quality product that is acceptable, because if not, the customer will immediately switch to another similar product (brand switching), but basically brand switching behavior of consumers that do occur due to certain reasons such as: post-consumer dissatisfaction, pricing, advertising and looking for variations. The development of mobile phone business lately has shown a symptom, ie the abundance and diversity of products offered by mobile phone companies and mobile product development is getting faster. Rapid development of mobile products which are mainly located on the shape, size and amenities. The longer form of mobile phones more attractive, the smaller size and more complete utility facilities. Consumer buying process that involves decision-making , especially under conditions of limited decision making , will be positioned on the situation for the consumer variety seeking behavior . At the time of the low level of consumer involvement , consumers will tend to switch brands. RIM is the manufacturer of the Blackberry mobile phone , a mobile phone brand , which until recent years in Indonesia dominate mobile phone sales , but its dominance for some time began to decline , many consumer who did switching to another brand , especially when pricking the android operating system used , Blackberry It seems clear that a significant sales decline . From this background, which is the topic of this research are : Analysis Of Brand Switching On Blackberry Phone Salatiga ( Case Study On Blackberry mobile phone users in STIE AMA Salatiga ).The samples obtained in this research  were 88 people and to obtain a more in-depth analysis, factor analysis is needed to determine what factors that makes Blackberry mobile phone users in Salatiga AMA STIE brand switch to another brand of phone. From the analysis can be concluded that there are six factors causing the Blackberry mobile phone users in Salatiga AMA stie to switch to another brand of mobile phones, these factors are:(1) Comparison between the price and the benefits / features derived from Blackberry users are not comparable, (2)Curiosity to try other brands besides Blackberry phones.(3)Weariness to the Blackberry brand mobile phone, because there is no innovation and standard features.(4)Blackberry yet have maximum performance, frequent hangs and slow performance.(5) Blackberry has a lack of good quality hardware.(6) Blackberry mobile phone price comparison with other, more affordable brands but nicer features. Abstract

AbstractService is a needs fulfillment process through other’s direct activity, and main goal of service is creating satisfaction for consumers. Every Organization who sell service have to provide a service with high quality, by that they can achieve those main goal which is consumer’s satisfaction. The aims of this research is to analyze an measure the service quality that given by public service organization who belongs to government in Salatiga. The organization is Puskesmas Tegalrejo, Puskesmas is a small medical service organization.The research method using Consumer’s Satisfication Index or Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM) which is have 14 indicators to measure the quality of Puskesmas Tegalrejo service towards patients. Sampels of this research amount 150 people who became those Puskesmas patients.The result found that Puskesmas Tegalrejo have a good performance in service quality with score 63,59 altough there was two indicators that still not good enough if it measured by patients opinion. Those indicators was “speed of service” and “on time schedule of Service”. The conclusion stated that Puskesmas have to keep and maintain the “good” quality service, and still have to improve the “speed of service” and on time in service. Keywords: Service Quality, Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat

Abstract

Every Organization and company will always work hard to increase employee performance to achieve organization goals that have been set. In other words the succeed of an organization depends on employee’s performance, the more efficient and effective employee’s performance will make organization goals more achieveble. There are various variables that influence employee’s performance. Some of those variables are job demand. Job demand describe the portion or “burden” that have to be carried or finish by the employee and sometimes also drive a psychological stressor toward employee. This research is try to measure how strong job demand influence employee’s performance and using burnout as moderating variable. Burnout can be defined as the highest level of stress that can cause illnes wheter is physically or mentaly. The object of this research is employee in production departement PT. Tripilar Betonmas Salatiga, and the result show that job demand is having a significant influence towards employee’s performance by using burnout as moderating variables. Abstract

Abstract Attitude is one important factor for shaping human behavior, Attitude reflects the preference or non-fondness of someone on other people, objects, events and activities happening in their environment. From that understanding can be taken the notion that individual motivation will be associated with the formation of the individual's attitude to do something, not only within the scope of the working sphere but also within the scope of the learning process, especially the learning process of students in lectures. Attitudes of students in participating in the lectures will be related to their motivation for completing the process of study on campus. This research will analyze the relationship between learning motivation and attitudes of students in a lecture followed by stress as a variable kontrol. Stress becoming a control variable because stress is a factor that determines the behavior of individuals, thus controlling the level of sress will affect individual behavior. This research using Partial Correlation Analysis to identified correlation between two variables where the other variables considered influential controlled or made permanent (as control variables). In this study by considering the existing limitations, by using judgmental sampling this research took a sample of 73 students. From the results of partial correlation analysis found a correlation between students' learning motivation and attitude where stress levels are controlled (made permanent) is 0.539. This indicates that there is a relationship that is or is not too strong between the motivation to learn the attitudes of students in the lecture if the level of permanent stress. While the relationship is positive because the value of a positive correlation, meaning that the higher the motivation to learn the better the attitude of students in lectures. Significantly there is a relationship between motivation to learn with the students' attitude in lectures STIE AMA Salatiga (t-calculated value = 5.361> t-table value = 1.994) despite the relationship that is or is not too strong (r = 0.539). And direction of the relationship is positive because the value of a positive correlation, meaning that the higher the motivation to learn the better the attitude of students in lectures. Stress variables can be one controlling factor to shape attitudes of students in a lecture, if students can manage stress levels so it can encourage motivation to learn that attitude in following the lectures. Because the correlation between motivation to learn the attitudes of students in following the lectures are not too strong (medium), it can be concluded also that there are factors - other factors affecting the formation of a good attitude in following the lectures to students STIE AMA Salatiga. Abstract

Untuk dapat mencapai posisi sebagai pemimpin pasar untuk kategori produk tertentu seringkali banyak perusahaan yang harus mengawalinya dari market challenger atau bahkan market follower. Salah satu contoh kasus yang menarik adalah bagaimana PT. Sido Muncul selaku pemimpin pasar untuk produk – produk jamu bahkan memanfaatkan strategi follower untuk mencari peluang produk baru di luar jamu yaitu produk vitamin C melalui produk SM Vit C 1000 dengan strategi me too. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas strategi me too yang dilakukan oleh PT.Sido Muncul melalui produk Vit C 1000 mg dengan melihat perilaku konsumen terhadap produk tersebut. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pemakai atau konsumen produk SM Vit C 1000 mg di kota Salatiga. Karena teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis faktor, maka jumlah sampel yang akan diamati dalam penelitian ini minimal empat atau lima kali jumlah variabel (Malhotra, 1993). Jumlah variabel yang ditetapkan adalah 21, dan jumlah sampelnya sebanyak 5 x 21 = 105 sampel. Dalam penelitian ini sampel yang diambil harus memiliki kriteria tertentu yaitu konsumen yang sudah pernah mengkonsumsi produk dari Sido Muncul yaitu SM Vit C 1000mg. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Faktor. Dari 19 faktor yang di analisis, secara keseluruhan terdapat 8 faktor yang mampu menjelaskan 66,440% variasi dari strategi me too. Jadi efektivitas dari strategi me too produk SM Vit C 1000mg dipengaruhi oleh perilaku konsumen melalui ke delapan faktor tersebut, dari nilai variasi tersebut karena nilainya lebih dari 50% maka dapat dikatakan bahwa strategi me too yang dijalankan oleh PT. Sido Muncul melalui produk SM Vit C 1000mg dapat dikatakan sudah efektif, namun untuk lebih lagi meningkatkan efektivitas strateginya ada baiknya jika PT Sido Muncul meningkatkan variasi dari kedelapan faktor tersebut sehingga produk SM Vit C 1000mg dapat lebih meningkat lagi penjualannya. Human Resources Divison have a very important role in an Organization, especially in designing a career path and improving the quality of all Human Resources in Organization, in other words Human Resources peoples have to create a career management process to all employees. According to Kanter ( 1995 ) the evolving and changes in economic and business world cause a greater continuing job dislocation, insecurity, and job requirement, that also will lead into changes in employees world.
