Abstract

This article presents literature study based on the capital market that is derived from various sources of books, study the papers from 10 international journals that published between the years 1997-2012, identify gaps on the existing literature and indicate the future research for researchers. This article provides the study of the literature with comprehensive and makes a critical analysis of the insider trading in the stock market. This research is expected to be a source of information that is very useful for researchers and managers who want to understand the insider trading and do further research on diversities and interesting issue about this problem.Keywords : insider tranding, capital market

Abstract

The complaint provided by the customer in the use of the product or service is a feedback on the quality of products or services used by customers. The more complaints provided by the customer requires extra attention for any company that received complaints for repair in the manufacture of products or services. Student complaints with the service provided is important because increased revenues resulted in the displacement of students getting higher. Fakor physical evidence (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4) and empathy (X5) in the handling of complaints is important that students feel the complaint was well received. Trust and commitment to student education service users to be very important to maintain the image of universities in society.Services in education is an essential element for the creation of a conducive academic atmosphere for the implementation of a successful learning process. In educational institutions excellent service to students is one of the factors that need to be considered well to maintain smooth student study. The purpose of this study to find out how how empathy psychological influence on the trust and commitment of students with explanatory research method by conducting a survey to students in private universities in Bandar Lampung.Results from this study is the physical evidence (X1), reliability (X2), responsiveness (X3), assurance (X4) and empathy (X5) have positive influence and significant impact on the trust and commitment of students, which is given by the supervisor of academic, education personnel, as well as other lecturers provide confidence and commitment to the students that the complaint was handled well and menndapatkan appropriate solutions. The most dominant variable is a variable that affects empathy.Keywords: Complaints, Confidence, Commitment

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the influence of disclosure on information asymmetry, the influence of information asymmetry on stock returns and the influence of disclosure on stock returns. The unit of analysis used is all existing manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This study used descriptive verifikatif method with quantitative approach, partial least square statistical approach. The results of this study indicated that the increasing voluntary disclosure occured significantly influenced information asymmetry with a negative coefficients direction. Information asymmetry significantly influenced stock return with negative coefficient direction. Voluntary disclosure influenced stock return with positive coefficient direction. A Better supervision and motivations are needed so that the companys management disclose information exceed the requirements made by the regulator in order to generate benefit for investors as well as for the company. Keywords: voluntary disclosure, information asymmetry, investment, stock, manufacture.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze and know the Samsung and Asus amartphone product attribute positioning map based on consumers’  perception in Bandar Lampung. The Basis used to map smartphone products was consumers’ perception to the similarity of shape, feature, work quality, quality image, endurance, validity, repairation, style and design in each of smartphones. The analysis technique used was Multidimensional Scalling through SPPS 21.0. The samples in this research was 100 respondents in Bandar Lampung through purposive sampling method. The data obstained was tested using by MDS analysis to know the validity and reability. Based on the analysis result there were similarity on each of smartphone attributes, they such as shape, work quality endurence, validity, style and design. The attribute was not similar were feature and repair based on consumers’ perception. The result of consistency and respondent behavior similarities showed that respondents didn’t  have the behavioral similarity in evaluating each of smartphone products.Key Word: Product Atrribute, Positioning Map, Samsung, Asus, Multidimensional Scaling

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to study the behavior of stock prices at LQ45 based on the behavior of stock prices at LQ45 itself in the period 2013 until 2015. The sample in this study is a company incorporated at LQ 45 index from 2013 until 2015. The basic model of the data used is time series data. Time series data often indicates conditions are not stationary at the current level, but often shows a stationary through diferensi process. Then, the data will be analyzed using Model Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA / Box-Jenkins). Based on the test results showed that the stock price data at LQ45 in a random and white noise, so there is no dependence on the companys stock price changes at LQ 45 index.Key words : Efficient Market, Random Walk, White Noise

Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan: pengaruh talent management dan self efficacy terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksplanatori. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 198 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan talent management berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Self efficacy berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja  karyawan.Kata Kunci :    talent management, self efficacy dan Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Intellectual capital is the result of three main elements of an organization (human capital, structural capital, and customer capital) as science and technology manifestation which can provide more positive value for companies in the form of competitive advantages of the organization. The objective of this study was empirically to demonstrate the effect of the intellectual capital on the banking value. Independent variables in this study were the intellectual capital and a dependent variable was the banking value which provided by Tobins Q, PBV and PER. Population of this study was the 43 banks banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013 to 2015. Sample collecting method used in this study was a purposive sampling method. Data analysis technique used in this study was PLS (Partial Least Square). The result of this study showed that the intellectual capital had no significant effect on banking value.Keywords: Intellectual Capital, Banking Value, and PLS.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect on the price of the analysis room occupancy in hotels and inns in Pangkalpinang. Methods of data collection in this research is using secondary data regarding the price (room rate) and the occupancy rate of rooms (room occupancy) at 13 hotels and 7 hotels in Pangkalpinang. Methods of data analysis using simple regression analysis. The findings of this study are positive and significant effect on the price of the room occupancy. Meanwhile, based on the results of the analysis of the correlation coefficient and determination, influence the price of the room occupancy hotels in Pangkalpinang is very strong, of 74.8%, while the remaining 25.2% is influenced by other factors such as service quality, customer satisfaction, promotions and so were not examined in this study. Keywords: Price and Room Occupancy

Abstract

The science of knowledge develops because of the discussion and sharing among scientists. Therefore, knowledge sharing is one of important factor in improving student knowledge. The level of understanding of students, especially in practical classes will be more increased if the students share knowledge with the others students. Often the explanation lecturer missed because the student busy with their laptop or personal computer respectively. Therefore, the role of other students to help other students become essential to improve the students understanding.This research follow-up study of the Moon and Sensuse (2012) that have examined the factors that influence knowledge sharing. Months of research and Sensue (2012) simply states the hypothesis that individual factors have positive influence on knowledge sharing, but a proxy for measuring the individual factors (trust and motivation levels) have not been disclosed. Therefore, this researchpurposes to present a proxy that can be used to measure the trust level and the motivation level.Keywords: Knowledge sharing and accounting class, the trust of level, the motivation level.

Abstract

Technological developments influence on technological progress in the world of IT (Information Technology), which is also growing rapidly. This resulted in the company is required to meningkatkatkan its business excellence strategy. This strategy can be achieved either by improving the internal conditions of the company, namely by improving the management strategy, with emphasis on the market for the product, focus, market share and profits, as well as by external expansion. Behind these strategies is most important is how the company determines the value of the company and do business over the companys valuation. There is also information that is not written, namely through the interviews to the directors or officers of the company designated for that activity is corporate secretary. This information is very important because it is the views and projections about the company in the future. The end result of the valuation is a value that is always compared with the price in the market. In addition to commercial enterprises, enterprise IT (Information Technology) or Startup also need minghitung value of the company. Company IT (Information Technology) or pengembangannnya startup companies that are engaged in IT (Information Technology), one of which is Patriarch. Patriarch is a company engaged in the sale of splint shaped puzzle making it easier for medical personnel in the process of supplying and installation. Patriarch in its development requires investment funding from investors. Patriarch need to know the business value of startupnya, so startup Patriarch can easily tell the investor the amount of funds needed at this time.Keywords: Startup, Company Value, Financial, Non-Financial.
