Abstract

Learning media that has been widely created and implemented in high schools and universities will certainly help students understand existing subjects, especially subjects related to theoretical arithmetic. Mathematical logic is certainly widely used in the development of computerization, computerization in the development of computer applications also has to do with arithmetic relations for the part of the process.Software engineering methods use prototypes to develop or develop system applications that have several steps, such as: Listen to Customer, Build / Revise mock-ups, Costumer Test. Completion of the stages of building automata learning applications is part of the development stage of the automata learning system application with the application of Finite State Automata (FSA).Application results with a GUI-based (User Interface Graph) design implemented to support the automata course material. Graphic automata application implementation to show the relationship between states resulting from the logic of the relationship results from each existing node. The resulting application has 2 important parts for the design stages, namely: process design (flowchart) and interface (Morkup). The results of all designs are further implemented with the Borlan Delphi visual programming language application. Testing with black box is done with a visual Graph verification scenario which is inputted with the suitability of the input and which is not to see the results of Tupel based on the graph that is successful and not successful. Abstract

About the quality of campus management and already have an international standard internal quality assurance system. Handling complaints is important, because in a good handling process it will affect the reputation of the agency / company. The purpose of this study is to design and build an information technology that can accommodate complaints, criticisms and suggestions on the operational part of the campus and lecturers who are on the Darmajaya IBI in the form of E-Complaint. The stages of system development used are using the SDLC waterfall model, often called a linear sequential model. This e-complaint application makes it easy for IBI Darmajaya students to provide complaints (complaints) and criticisms and suggestions to the operational part of the campus and lecturers. This application uses a bootstrap framework that is able to manage the appearance of the application to be responsive. By being responsive, the application can adjust the shape on various device sizes. This application is useful to help the Quality Assurance Center (QAC) which functions as a quality assurance agency for a campus.Keywords: Application, E-complaint, Mobile Website, Responsive, Information Technology

Abstract

Monitoring the performance of the accountant's user in an agency's Web Based Online Accounting is something that must be done so that its performance can be seen. Performance User accountants must be considered at all times to minimize errors made by the user. As well as monitoring the performance of employees in general, this monitoring is deemed necessary to prevent losses between the two parties, both the user and the provider of Web Based Accounting Online. The use of a dashboard on Web Based Online Accounting can be used to monitor user performance. Because the information presented on the dashboard can display things that happen to an Online Web Based Accounting account owned by an agency that includes actions to create, change and delete transactions, and can see if there are other users who log in. The method used in this study is to identify existing problems, then plan what should be done based on the data obtained, and design a system of information delivery to monitor performance. With the existence of this study in order to monitor the performance of employees as users of Web Based Online Accounting is expected to work optimally and not make mistakes that harm both parties.Keywords: Web Based Accounting Online, Dashboard, User

Abstract

In an exchange of messages that occur offline and online is very vulnerable to the threat of information theft with a combination of Affine Cipher and One-time Pad is expected to secure a message that is difficult to solve from information theft (Cryptanalysis).Affine Cipher works by using the two integer and One-time Pad keys using keys that match the existing text and the key is randomly generated.The combination of two algorithms is expected to secure information and can return back to its original form (Plainteks), so as not to cause any data lost or excessive. Abstract

Lipstick is a makeup or cosmetic tool that has many benefits other than as a lip color, lipstick also has a function as a moisturizer on the lips. Lipstick has many types from solid to liquid. The purpose of this study was to recommend the best lipstick cosmetics based on community assessment. This research method using the method of vikor. The criteria used are information about product (A), price, health (C), safety (D), manufacturing process (E), halal label (F), and buyer decision (G). Alternative cosmetics used: Data collection was done by survey/questionnaire to 20 respondents. The result of research is that Wardah has value 3,979198, Purbasari have value 3,183502, Pixy has value 1,915467, Sariayu martatilaar with value 3,226965, Mirabela with value 2,536226. Thus the greatest value of the five alternatives is Wardah with a value of 3.979198.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi di era globalisasi saat ini berlangsung sangat cepat  dalam kehidupan manusia untuk penyediaan dan pemberian informasi. Keberadaan sebuah informasi yang setiap saat dapat diakses, cepat, dan akurat menjadi hal yang sangat penting. Informasi yang diperlukan tentu harus mudah diakses oleh berbagai pihak yang memiliki kepentingan agar lebih efektif dan efisien. Salah satu perangkat yang dapat mengakses informasi dengan cepat adalah telepon pintar Android yang merupakan salah satu contoh pemanfaatan teknologi. Informasi dalam dunia pendidikan, menempati peranan yang sangat penting karena pendidikan dan informasi merupakan wahana dalam mengaktualisasikan semua potensi yang ada sehingga dapat meningkatkan dan mengembangkan sumber daya manusia. Salah satu informasi yang dibutuhkan adalah mengetahui penyebaran lokasi guru bersertifikasi tingkat Sekolah Dasar Negeri  di Provinsi Lampung. Aplikasi ini merupakan informasi terhadap penyebaran dari lokasi guru sekolah dasar negeri yang telah bersertifikasi berdasarkan  jalur pendek serta  menggunakan teknologi Android. Sehingga dengan adanya Aplikasi ini, diharapkan pendataan guru yang profesional atau yang sudah bersertifikasi untuk tingkat Sekolah Dasar Negeri berdasarkan jalur terpendek pada Provinsi Lampung dapat dipantau, serta diketahui  oleh Dinas Pendidikan kota Bandar Lampung. Selain itu juga memberikan informasi kepada pihak-pihak lain yang membutuhkannnya.Kata kunci: Penyebaran, Sekolah Dasar Negeri, Jalur Pendek

Abstract

Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pengujian performa menggunakan metode k-means dan naïve bayes dalam mengelompokkan dan mengklasifikasikan dua jenis set data citra dengan pola tekstur yang berbeda. Set data yang diuji merupakan set data citra pola batik dan set data pola brodatz,  fitur ciri pola citra yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah fitur contrast dan energy yang didapatkan menggunakan metode gray level co-occurance matrix (GLCM). Hasil pengujian menggunakan  parameter akurasi prediksi memperlihatkan bahwa set data citra pola brodatz mempunyai akurasi prediksi yang lebih baik dibandingkan set data citra pola batik yaitu dengan selisih nilai sebesar 1.52 %. Untuk parameter waktu dalam menghasilkan nilai fitur contrast dan energy set data citra pola batik lebih cepat mengenerate jika dibandingkan dengan set data citra pola brodatz dengan selisih waktu 27.8 milidetik. Hasil serupa juga terjadi pada pengujian berdasarkan parameter waktu prediksi, dimana waktu prediksi set data citra pola batik lebih cepat dibandingkan dengan set data citra pola brodatz dengan selisih waktu 30.6 milidetik. Dari pengujian menggunakan parameter waktu maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa set data citra pola brodatz memerlukan waktu lebih lama dikarenakan pola teksturnya yang tidak seragam yaitu dalam satu citra terdapat pola halus dan kasar dikarenakan citra merupakan citra dengan tekstur alami, berbeda dengan citra pola batik yang memiliki keseragaman pengulangan pola sehingga tekstur lebih teratur.

Abstract

Today, many of schools still use the same old way to process students’ registration. This kind of way is obliged the students who want to enroll as new students in a certain school to come to its physical building. They have to be there to register or find some information about registration requirements, registration dates, test dates, and other possible information. This makes the students need to provide certain time and cost. This problem needs a system to help both students and school authorities to register and manage data of the new students. This information system uses certain phases to identify the problem which later become the reason of why this system is conducted. When conducting this information system, the researcher collects the data using Waterfall method based on Sommerville reference which has five phases such as analysing data needed, designing system, composing programme code, testing programme, applying program and maintaining. This system is designed and modelled the data using DFD and ERD. Besides, this system also uses PHP and XAMPP.This data which consists of data and bundle of new students can be accessed by the administrators (the system’s organizer), the school administrators, the new students, and other visitors. This system offers features that can be freely accessed such as search school, help, account register, school schedule, school profile, manage students’ data, and announcement. This design is tested by Black Box Testing to observe the testing result of each menu and to check functions of the software. Keywords : Information system, new students registration, website

Abstract

Batam is a city with millions of tourism potential in the future. With its geographical location is very strategic, the city of Batam should be a tourist destination for all people, especially the people of Batam city itself. However, the lack of tourist interest for the community in Batam City caused several factors such as distance to the location of the tour, the facilities provided, and entrance fees to the tourist attractions. By using Mamdani method on Fuzzy logic, determination of tourism interest for Batam city community can be done. Abstract

This research was conducted because of the problem of the limitations of the media used in the process of selecting raw material suppliers at PT. Mayatama Manungal Sentosa, Malang. This study aims to design a decision support system that is able to help the company's performance in determining suppliers of raw materials using the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is a method used in designing a decision support system. The concept used by the AHP method is to change qualitative values into quantitative values. So that the decisions taken can be more objective. The results of the research are application systems that have been tested and stated to meet the expected objectives. Based on the AHP method test can be produced the following score MANUFACTURER-A, which is 0.437462933, then PRODUCER-B is 0.285721883, and PRODUCER-C is 0.279084967.Keywords : Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Method
