Abstract

Informatics and Business Institute Darmajaya is one of higher education institute that conduct quality standard in service area.  Acknowled gement to the service proven by ISO 9001:2015 certificate issued by International Standard Organization since 2008.  One of standard in our quality standard is concern about the quality of service, and impremented in the form of fascility monitoring in Darmajaya campus.  Facilities and infrastucture particulary classromm and laboratorium which is the main aspect in the learning process between lecturer and student to conduct course interaction.This application designed to build a system to collect complaint report that could help to support course interaction.  Prototype model used in the design of these system.Our reseach has been resulting and application to collect complaint report about facilities and infrastucture than run on android based system.  The application give support to process the report and also complaint system information.  We concluded that our system can be use for real-time monitoring for facilities and infrastucture.   Keywords: Facilities and Infrastructure, Complaint Report Information System, Android Base.

Abstract

Indonesia, merupakan negara mayoritas beragama islam. Dalam islam telah mengatur khususnya bagi wanita muslim ada kewajiban untuk menutup aurat. Menutup aurat dapat dilakukan dengan mengenakan hijab agar terhindar dari dosa dan segala keburukan yang mungkin dapat terjadi. Banyak terjadi kasus penganiayaan terhadap wanita yang mengumbar auratnya, sehingga hal ini akan mempengaruhi psikologis laki-laki. Wajah merupakan salah satu aurat yang harus ditutupi. Penutupan area wajah dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan jilbab atau khimar. Namun pada kenyataannya masih banyak wanita muslim yang belum mengenakan khimar, bahkan banyak ditemukan gambar-gambar yang mengumbar aurat. Deteksi aurat berdasarkan citra wajah merupakan suatu terobosan baru dalam upaya memuliakan wanita muslim. Dalam penelitian ini dikembangkan suatu metode untuk mendeteksi aurat khusus area wajah wanita dengan mengekstrak fitur kulit kemudian memeriksa perbedaan kulit dengan khimar. Metode yang digunakan adalah deteksi wajah Viola-Jones, GMM (Gaussian Mixture Model), dan deteksi tepi Roberts. Hasil deteksi aurat menunjukkan akurasi 95% berdasarkan gambar wajah khimar yang diambil secara frontal.

Abstract

In the field of medicine, the use of data mining has a quite important and evolutionary role that can change the perspective of doctors, practitioners and health researchers in the process of detecting breast cancer in a patient. There are 2 classification applications in it, namely the process of diagnosing (diagnosing) cancer cells that distinguishes between tumors (benign cancer) or malignant cancer and prognosis (prognosis) to determine the possibility of reappearance of cancer cells in patients who have been operated on in the future. Data mining aims to describe new findings in the dataset and explain a process that uses statistical, mathematical, artificial intelligence, and machine learning techniques to extract and identify useful information and related knowledge from the database.Classification with data mining can be done using several methods, namely Decision Tree, K-Nearest Neighbor, Naive Bayes, ID3, CART, Linear Discriminant Analysis, etc., which certainly have advantages and disadvantages of each. But in this study, the author focuses on the classification of data mining using the Support Vector Mechine and Deccision Tree algorithms.This study will analyze the Breast Cancer Wisconsin Original data set obtained from the UCI Machine Learning Repository (repository of research data) to classify breast cancer malignancies. This time the author correlates between the Decision Tree classifier algorithm which has good ability to process large databases as a feature selection, then with a proper and relevant SVM Method used in analyzing and diagnosing breast breast cancer patients because it has accurate results for existing problems and several bases . Keywords— Data Mining, diagnosis, Decision Tree, SVM Method

Abstract

Security is a matter that must be often ignored by most people and considers it safe, but in fact someone can still lose his valuables. For example in a room where security is often considered good by most people just by locking the door provided, but often people forget to lock the door. Because forgetting to lock the room door causes someone to lose his valuables. The development of technology that has increasingly sophisticated door security systems must keep abreast of the times. Room door security systems that are currently still using conventional methods are considered insecure at this time, even though there is already a CCTV camera that has been used to monitor the room. Therefore the media is used to make a room safer by locking the room with a timer and fingerprint. If the room occupant forgets to lock the door, the automatic door is locked according to the time specified. When in the room the door will not be locked, but if the occupants want to leave the room and forget to lock the room is automatically locked and when you want to open it using only fingerprints. In research conducted by researchers used a qualitative approach, namely by explaining the problem more specifically to the data or facts obtained. Abstract

Recording of meeting rooms is carried out by the Amalia Hotel marketing division by using calendar events and this takes a long time. The marketing division wants an application that is able to analyze meeting room packages that are ordered most quickly and accurately. To determine the meeting package that is most ordered at Amalia Hotel, the marketing division requires several criteria including the usage period, the name of the meeting room and meeting package. The divide and conquer method is applied by way of dividing the data of the use of meeting packages into two groups, determining the greatest value of each group, and combining the largest values of each group together to find the greatest value.The application applied is in accordance with the needs of the marketing division. Evidently when looking for packages that are most ordered from 140 data borrowing meeting packages, the application can display the percentage of meeting packages that are the most in order within 0.0018 ms. Applications can be developed using other sorting methods such as bubble sort and selection sort that can solve problems without dividing the problem into two groups first. Keywords: Application, Meeting Room, Meeting Room Package

Abstract

 PT Roxy Prameswari Cibitung bergerak di bidang distributor es krim walls. Dengan adanya karyawan merchandiser unilever team sebagai team promosi yang bertugas memajang produk ditoko dengan baik dan benar maka sangat dibutuhkan sistem informasi yang lebih efektif agar sistem yang masih manual bisa di kembangkan menjadi terkomputerisasi.          Sistem pendukung keputusan penilaian kepuasan pelanggan terhadap kinerja merchandiser unilever team berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode prototipe. Perancangan ini digunakan untuk media penghubung antara pelanggan dan PT Roxy Prameswari Cibitung di akses melalui web. Tujuan dari perancangan sistem pendukung keputusan untuk memudahkan pelanggan dalam memberi penilaian terhadap kinerja merchandiser unilever team. Hasilnya menunjukan bahwa sistem pendukung keputusan penilaian kepuasan pelanggan lebih efektif dari sistem manual sebelumnya. Kata Kunci— penilaian, pelanggan, berbasis web

Abstract

PT. MNC VISION is a company engaged in satellite tv. Problems in dealing with this company is, not the existence of the sikronisasi history of the condition of the receiver. Where the receiver is used as a means of capturing a signal for satellite tv. This receiver at pinjamkan party company to the customers. Logging with the manual for this receiver, so that in the event of damage or repairs on the receiver, the receiver does not condition history quickly note the results. This author makes issue of architecture history information system improvements to receivers using the method waterfall. With this method, the author analyzes the system requirements, designing the look of the web, designing the application and test the success of the system. The result is, in the form of web-based information system where data damage receiver can be directly input and known problems of the damage, expected to speed up the report the condition of the receiver, allowing parties to repair damage in handling receiver.  Keywords :  inventory, web, receiver, waterfall

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel-variabel eksternal yang terdiri dari pengalaman, norma subyektif, persepsi, relevansi pekerjaan, kualitas output dan hasil demonstrasi, kemampuan diri dalam komputer, persepsi kontrol eksternal, kecemasan penggunaan komputer, penggunaan sepenuhnya pada komputer, kenikmatan yang dirasakan, dan kegunaan obyektif terhadap persepsi kemanfaatan, persepsi kemudahan, kualitas layanan, perilaku untuk tetap menggunakan, perilaku nyata penggunaan sistem, dan kepuasan penggunaan sistem informasi akademik pada mahasiswa AMIK Parna Raya Manado. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa AMIK Parna Raya Manado angkatan tahun 2013 dan tahun 2014. Untuk pengambilan sampel menggunakan pendekatan rumus Slovin dan diperoleh besarnya sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 120 orang. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang bersumber dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden penelitian. Model yang digunakan adalah Technology Acceptance Model III (TAM III). Untuk pengujian hubungan antara beberapa variabel tersebut digunakan software SEM PLS. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah: Tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa secara keseluruhan dengan keberadaan sistem SIAKAD di AMIK Parna Raya Manado pada tingkat kepuasan sedang.Kata kunci :    SIAKAD, Technology Acceptance Model, Structural Equation Model

Abstract

Development of 'Virtual' Tourism This historical monument of Lampung-based Mobile is projected as an innovation of socialization and exploration of historical monuments using attractive, informative and interactive computer graphics technology, because it can bring imitation of objects that are socialized so that tourists or visitors can interact and see the beauty directly historical monument objects which are products of national culture.In contrast to conventional promotions, the technology that will be applied is interactive and more interesting because the information that can be displayed is not only in the form of text and images that are usually found on a website, but also can display 3D objects, as well as animation in real time, so that tourists by using this mobile-based technology as if it can be directly and react with the historical monument of Lampung that is accessed. It is hoped that the application of computer graphics technology to tourism objects can support the dissemination of Indonesian cultural products to the international realm, which is one of the information technologies that is expected to be able to contribute positively to the preservation of Indonesian cultural products. This computer application development was developed using one of the software development methods, namely 'waterfall'. In this study, a series of activities will be carried out such as surveys, observations in order to obtain information on system requirements, design and proceed with the implementation stage by modeling 3D objects of the historical Lampung monument. Abstract

The focus of this research is to design and implement a small medium industry database for the Palembang City Government. The database needs of small and medium industries due to the unavailability of data quickly and accurately when it requires information by the Department of Industry in policy making. The design and implementation of the IKM database has stages carried out starting from the needs analysis, database formation, information modeling, dashboard manufacturing, to testing. The resulting dashboard can provide data in the form of graphs and tables relating to small and medium industries either through the criteria of the region or type of industry. The layout and presentation of the data has been validated using a heuristic evaluation approach involving three experts. The validation results show that all experts agree that the results of the design and implementation of small medium industry databases do not have usability problems as evidenced by the results of the average expert testing giving a value of 0.Keywords—Database, heuristic evaluation, industry, IKM
